After watching the final episode of season 15, this came into my head. I tried to make this free-verse as well. Finally, it does have an insight to my future version of the ninja, like how many kids I thought they'd have, but I hope you enjoy it.
I Had A Dream
I had a dream that you were here
Growing old by my side
Beside us were our friends so dear
With smiles gracing all our faces
We were outside in the courtyard
The monastery standing strong
We watched as children fought each other
Practicing their powers and skills
There were thirteen children in all
Seven of whom were practicing
They were the next generation
Of elemental masters
Along with them was a boy
The twin of the new master of ice
He was teaching four other children
The beginnings of Spinjitzu
In your arms was the last
A little girl born only months before
She was looking up at you
With the greatest smile on her face
She knew you were her mother
And I could tell that she was proud
Along with her three siblings
Just like I was to have you
But then the dream was over
I awoke with tears in my eyes
As the memory of that day returned to me
When you became water and saved my life
I miss you my love
I miss you so much
I miss what we had
And can now only dream
