Disclaimer: I never participated in family night activities when I was in school. My only exposure to them was in Arthur, the PBS Kids show. So that episode will be my main inspiration for what you see here, and even then, I doubt it'll be identical. Just thought I'd let you guys know.

Also, I don't own any Disney characters.

Season One Episode Six: Family Night Shenanigans

It was evening time at Fart School for the Gifted, and Scamp and his family were parking in front of the school with Scamp hopping out of as soon as they did. Tonight was another night he was excited for. It was the first time he'd ever be attending an after school family night! He wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but he was more than happy for what the night had in store. Once his family joined them, he was quick to start telling them about how excited he was. "My first ever after school family night. This is gonna be so awesome!"x

"It sure is, whirlwind." Tramp assured Scamp while rubbing his head. The fact that he was wearing his hat didn't get in the way. "And don't worry. If I start to fall asleep, I'll try not to snore your teachers' ears off."

"You should check both ends just in case." Collette stated disgustingly, and then she looked in her mirror again to see if she looked good.

Oliver ran up to Scamp and hugged him as Colonel, Tibbs, and Mooch joined in with Colonel speaking up. "Hello there, everyone. Shall we all enter together?"

"That would be lovely." Lady said, and then she started holding Tramp's paw as she looked at him lovingly. "We'll try to keep our PDA to an appropriate level."

Tibbs chimed in as he and Colonel started holding paws as well. "Oh, not to worry, Lady. We're used to M rated content."

"Ew!" Oliver exclaimed with clear disgust in regards to sex. He and the others then headed in as he reminded Colonel and Tibbs of one thing to keep in mind. "Remember. Some of the kids here might not be able to handle your intense war stories. Stick to the regular ones for now."

Colonel and Tibbs nodded their heads yes as Scamp then did the same warning thing for Tramp. "Remember. I wanna get ice cream on the way home." Tramp gave Scamp a thumbs up to ensure that he would make that happen.

Inside Colonel's classroom, all of the families who attended were sitting in family group desks as Colonel greeted everyone. "Good evening, everyone! I'd like to start by thanking all of you for attending tonight's family school night!" Some of the students were more enthusiastic than others, but what Colonel said next caught Angel's attention. "Please note that while we do appreciate participation in the events we share, you can roam around the school at your leisure." That brought a smile to her face. "Just remember to bring an adult if you do so."

Scamp liked the idea of exploring the school, particularly areas he hasn't seen yet. That caught Tramp's attention, and he smiled at his son's smile as Colonel continued. "Here at Fart School for the Gifted, we value family bonding, and the chance to encourage it at every chance we get." Colonel pointed to the screen as he explained what the first activity would be. "For our first activity of the night, I set up something to help us watch a movie picked out by Oliver himself."

Oliver was excited to watch this movie, even as Mooch insulted the movie. "Don't watch it! It's a movie for pussies!"

"Mooch!" Tibbs' warning kept Mooch quiet, and Oliver sighed at how hard it was to have him as a brother.

Colonel then put the movie in as he assured the class that the choice was theirs. "Like I said. Whether or not you watch the movie is up to you. But please be more polite than Mooch was."

Scamp went over to Oliver and started talking to him about looking around the school. "I don't wanna insult your favorite movie or something. Is it okay if I explore the school?"

"Hey, you don't have to ask me. I just picked this because I thought it sounded good." Oliver assured Scamp, pointing to his parents to ask them. "Go wild."

Angel saw this as an opportunity to bail and grabbed Buster's paw while whispering to him. "You want me to keep my door unlocked tonight? You make sure Scamp and I can hang out first."

"Fine. This movie sucks ass anyway." Buster agreed, but as he walked over to Scamp's family, he couldn't help but recognize Tramp. "Tramp!? Tramp Wolf!?"

"Buster Palmenteri! It's been a while." Tramp replied, instantly recognizing Buster upon hearing his voice. "I haven't seen you since I left the gang! I hope there's not still hard feelings for that."

"Nah, we're all good." Buster started rubbing Angel's head, and she did her best to hide how uncomfortable she was. "Angel here keeps me moving forward these days."

"And I'll keep doing that." Angel lied, looking to Scamp to see if he was up for exploring. "I heard you talking to Oliver. I'm in."

Scamp showed excitement as Lucky overheard the conversation. He wanted to get to know Scamp and Angel more, so he looked to his parents to see if they could help. "Mum. Dad. Can I join Scamp and Angel? I want to get some one on one time with them."

Pongo, having gotten to know Tramp before, felt that would be fine. "I don't see why not. Just remember to be safe." Lucky then headed over after Pongo kissed Perdita and started talking about the situation with her.

Angel started to realize what she was risking here, and when she saw Lucky, she got his attention. "Lucky! Are you joining us too?"

"You bet your sweet ass I am." Lucky confirmed, being ready to explore the school with his new friends. "So which one of these boomers is taking us?"

"Neither!" Angel exclaimed, confusing Scamp and Buster before Angel spoke to the latter and Tramp. "You two should take this as a chance to catch up. Buster told me how long it's been since your gang disbanded. That has to have been a loooooong time away from each other."

Tramp and Buster looked at each other, and then back at Angel. They were also glad when Pongo came over, since that meant they could go through with the idea. "I can keep the little rascals out of trouble. But you owe me one, Tramp."

"Let me know when you want it repaid." Tramp hi fives Pongo as Scamp then hugged his parents before heading out. "Thanks, Pongo." Pongo then headed out with Scamp, Angel, and Lucky as Olive and Patch looked at each other from where they sat. Oliver waved to Patch with a friendly smile, and Patch did the same. It would seem there would be more than one set of friendly bonding tonight.

Scamp, Angel, and Lucky were already getting off to a pretty decent start as Lucky showed them around the school's music room. He sat down on a chair next to the piano as he told Scamp and Angel about it. "And this is where I sit when the I'm in here with the other musician students. The piano next to me is played by a cat named Berlioz."

"I think Angel and I have History class with him." Scamp said, recalling a specific moment with Berlioz that told him a bit about him. "He called me 'scatterbrain' when I couldn't focus on our last assignment."

"Oh yeah, he's quick to insult someone if they annoy him." Lucky informed Scamp, and then he told him what led to him liking Berlioz. "But he's super cool once you actually sit down and talk to him. Not like Mooch's ugly, sleazeball face waiting to hurt your trust in someone." Scamp and Angel seemed concerned at that last part, but Lucky then got back to his thoughts on Berlioz. "Berlioz and I did a duet the other night in this very room. Turns out, acoustic guitar and piano go amazing together."

Scamp and Angel liked the sound of that with Angel laughing a bit before Scamp headed over to one of the instruments. "Well I'll be damned! I'll call you for my next birthday."

Scamp picked up the trumpet and started playing it, but his lackluster job led to Lucky taking it away after a few seconds. "Maybe take some lessons first."

"That bad?" Scamp asked, and Lucky waved his paw to show that he at least didn't feel like he was going deaf. "Yeah, I'm probably more of a trombone guy myself."

Just then, Scamp and Lucky heard spray paint, and they saw Angel spraying 'Angel Was Here! She Rules!' on the back wall of the room. Pongo took the can from her once she noticed, and that started to annoy her. "What? I want people to know me."

Lucky liked where Angel was going with this and whispered something to Scamp about her rebellious nature. "I like the vibe your girlfriend gives off." Scamp was confused by the mention of Angel being his girlfriend. He did smile when they looked at each other, but girlfriend? He didn't know if he was ready for that yet.

Angel then ran over to the others and made another suggestion for them. "I've got a place for us to go! What do you two say to a heist?" Scamp and Lucky liked the sound of that and smiled while nodding their heads yes to let her know.

Back in Colonel's classroom, Patch found himself being... less than impressed with the movie. Oliver could see this and rolled over to him. With Tibbs's permission of course. "Not what you were hoping for?"

"Eh. It's okay." Patch admitted, wishing there was more context for what was going on. "I wish we knew more about why the characters keep going to places they learn of. Stopping to see a place during your mission just takes up time."

Oliver understood that complaint, having his own take on the movie. "I think it's trying to say that we should embrace the detours to the fullest."

Patch wasn't sure that was the smartest call to make. "Well that's stupid. The character has to move towards their goal. And if you waste all of your time on detours, then you'll never get there."

"True, but it's as you said. There's no direction in what the characters want." Oliver pointed out with a smiling eyebrow raise.

Patch realized the flaw in his critique before laughing a bit. He then started elaborating on what he meant. "The idea is still stupid though. If they don't have a goal, then there can't be any detours. They're just doing a bunch of stuff on an aimless journey to nowhere."

"There is a way to do it right." Oliver added, showing that he had a bit of insight in this kind of discussion. "For example, if the movie was about learning to appreciate life."

"Now see, if THAT was the conflict of the movie, the detour thing would work." Patch stated before pointing out what detours were. "A detour is something that happens during your quest. Like if we stopped for ice cream on the way here. There has to be a journey for there to be a detour."

"And that's why a movie without context is going to flop." Oliver added, leading to him and Patch laughing about how flawed the movie was.

Scamp, Angel, and Lucky were outside of the Principal's office, which was conveniently close to one of the first floor bathrooms. Pongo was in there right now, which gave Angel enough time to work her magic with a paperclip. After a few seconds, she picked the lock with Scamp protesting to this idea. "It's the Principal's office, Angel. We could get in serious trouble for being in here right now."

"And the only one who's gonna snitch on us is taking a shit. That gives us enough time to make things happen." Angel pointed out as she opened the door, heading in as she took charge of the heist. "Now keep looking until we find my bandana."

Scamp and Lucky did as instructed with Lucky expressing the rush he was getting from this. "Gladly! Maybe we'll find something even better along the way."

"I still think this is wrong." Scamp admitted, and then he started looking in the bookshelves as he asked about the bandana. "I've never seen your bandana before. Have you had it for long?"

Angel flinched before answering the question, proving this to be a touchy subject for her. "Um... yeah. You could say that." Angel then started talking about how she lost it. "I forgot to put it on during orientation day because I'm used to keeping it in my backpack. The first time I took it out was during third period, when one of my classmates started to piss me off."

Scamp got worried after he heard that, hoping it wouldn't hurt to ask about that. "You didn't... kill them, did you?"

"Nah, I just used the bandana to tie her paws behind her back and keep her from fighting back." Angel explained, leaving the rest up for Scamp and Lucky to figure out. "You can guess what happened when Mrs. Lee Ralph got involved."

"You seem to have a lot of beef with her." Lucky pointed out, and Angel shrugged as she searched through another box. When Lucky opened up a box himself, he saw a purple bandana and showed it to Angel. "Is this it?"

Angel got a look at the bandana and ran over to it in joy. After she grabbed it, she hugged Lucky in appreciation. "Yes! Thank you, thank you, thank you!" Angel then started putting the bandana on, revealing it to be the kind you put on your head.

The bandana was revealed to be tied like a headband, so Angel put it on like one. Scamp liked the way it looked on her and was quick to let her know. "Wow. You look good in that." When Angel looked at Scamp, he made sure to correct himself just in case. "You did before too, but I think the bandana speaks more about you. I can see why you wanted it back."

Angel smiled, appreciating Scamp giving her those kind words, even though he disagreed with how she got her bandana back. "Thanks, Scamp."

Scamp smiled back before Lucky got a look at his own private file, being annoyed at the results. "Only the SECOND gassiest kid in school!? How does that Copper dork beat me!?" Scamp and Angel laughed at that revelation; both for why Lucky was annoyed, and for the revelation itself. Out of the friend group, Lucky was definitely the gassiest too.

Back in Colonel's classroom, Patch and Oliver continued to sit together while waiting for the movie to end. When a bald eagle came onto the screen, Oliver found himself impressed by how majestic it looked. "Wow, that bird looks super cool. That's a bald eagle, right?"

"Correct, Oliver. One of the largest birds from North America as a matter of fact." Patch began, seeing an opportunity to show off his knowledge on this particular subject. "They have a wingspan of six to seven feet, and can range from ten to fourteen pounds in weight." Oliver wasn't asking for the full story, but he was still interested in the facts Patch had to share. "They hold a special bond with the living creatures who reside in towns and cities, while being revered for their strength and grace."

Tibbs then stepped in, politely informing Patch of how far he was going. "Not trying to be rude, Patch, but I think Oliver was just wanting to know if he was correct about the bird's species."

"People don't always ask for what they need." Patch added, believing that this knowledge could help Oliver at some point. "Knowledge is a different kind of power than brute strength. If you know when to use what knowledge you have, you can get yourself out of any given situation. If you find it useful enough to remember anyway."

Mooch scoffed, having his own input on that situation. "Who's gonna need to know about a stupid bird to save their life?"

"Not every bit of knowledge gets you out of a life threatening situation, Mooch." Patch said, adding something else with a smug grin on his face. "Surely even someone as close to being held back to preschool as you should know that."

Mooch was starting to lose control with Tibbs giving Patch a calm warning about his tongue. "Patch, please refrain from insulting either of my children unprovoked."

Patch zipped his mouth closed to show that he would keep that in mind. Oliver then backed up an appreciation for his knowledge. "Who knows? Maybe we'll have a test on birds in one of our classes."

"I doubt it, but the world is an unpredictable place. Some dumbass thought pop quizzes were a good idea." Patch added, feeling that it was as impossible as it was possible. He then got back to watching the movie, where the bald eagle was attacking the main character. "And that's why you don't throw rocks at a bird. Or any animal that can fight back for that matter." Oliver nodded his head yes in agreement as he and Patch continued to watch the movie.

Scamp, Angel, and Lucky were now heading down the hallway as Lucky explained the situation to Pongo about getting Angel's bandana. "And if it's really that important to her, then we obviously made the right call doing what we did."

"Well... as long as it was just the bandana." Pongo responded, feeling like this wasn't worth making into that big of a deal. "Just don't do anything else like that tonight, okay? We don't want to get in trouble with the school."

That was when Scamp and the others arrived at another room, this one being the gym. Scamp was intrigued when he saw the party stuff in there. It must have been for a dance party or something. "Guys, you might wanna check this out."

Angel, Lucky, and Pongo looked into the room with Angel becoming ecstatic when she saw the design of the room. She was instantly tempted to go in, which she did without any hesitation. "Party time, bitches!"

Angel butt bumped the door open before Scamp stopped her, not being sure about attending the other events early. "Whoa, hang on, Angel! Won't the other teachers get mad if they find us in here before we're supposed to be?"

"Why would they?" Angel asked, finding that most of the teachers would be cool about it. "Even if the school was full of hot heads, they never said we had to do everything in a specific order."

Scamp saw Angel's point, and it started to make him more excited about the party room. "Then it looks like we've got time to party."

"Then party hard, loser!" Angel said as she grabbed Scamp's paw, and they ran into the party room while running around for fun stuff to do. Lucky joined them with Pongo closing the door behind them as he tried to remember any instructions about how to attend the family night. As soon as they got in, Angel took notice to the pool and started climbing up it jump in. Once she reached the highest diving board, he jumped in with a cannonball. "CANNONBALL!"

Angel crashed in and ended up splashing Scamp and Lucky, who laughed as they started climbing up the ladder themselves. Lucky went first as Scamp started thinking about what move he was gonna do. 'Maybe I can do a swan dive? No, that could break my neck. I'll just do a cannonball like Angel. She won't mind.' Once Lucky got to the top, Scamp did as well, standing on the diving board and walking ahead just before Lucky jumped in. "Wait. What was I gonna jump in with again?" And one Lucky jumped, the movements of the board caused Lucky to lose balance.

Scamp ended up falling forward, causing him to face plant into the board, which then led him falling towards the pool. "Oh crap!"

Angel and Lucky tried to catch Scamp, but they missed by just an inch, causing Scamp to do an unintentional belly flop in the pool. "Scamp!" Angel and Lucky desperately pulled Scamp back up, and Pongo ran over with the two pups checking for injuries.

Thankfully, Scamp wasn't knocked out, and after taking a bit of time to recover from the belly flop's impact, he smiled and announced his status. "I'm good!"

Angel, Lucky, and Pongo were relieved as Pongo chimed in with some advice. "You must be more careful, you guys."

"Believe me, we know." Lucky assured Pongo, feeling partially responsible for this, since he failed to see Scamp on the board. "Are you sure you're okay, Scamp? That looked like a bad fall."

"Yeah, I can still move." Scamp assured Angel and Lucky, and then he joked about something he could see Lucky or Angel doing. "Also, I think we should wait until everyone else gets here before one of you decides to stink up the pool."

"Or if that Copper kid decides to USE the pool." Angel chimed in, making the three laugh with Pongo climbing up to use the diving board himself. When Lucky saw this, he gave a thumbs up to his dad while also making a cannonball with his other paw. It was clear he felt his dad knew how to have a fun time based on how excited he was.

The movie was almost over, and Patch started to wonder how Oliver felt about Scamp's absence. "Say, Oliver. Are you upset with Scamp for bailing on your movie?"

"Nah, he wouldn't have been able to understand it anyway. The plot is as unfocused as him." Oliver joked, making him and Patch snicker at the reference to Scamp's limited attention span. "I hope there's a video game segment so we can see his focusing skills really shine. He was really in the zone yesterday with Breaking Souls. He almost didn't go to bed."

"Oh, I can relate." Patch chimed in, having his own experience with this kind of thing. "There have been plenty of times where Lucky DIDN'T go to bed; both before, and after we started hanging out frequently."

"Well, hyperfixating can happen at any time." Oliver pointed out, showing that he did some research on Autism after learning Lucky has it.

Patch then decided to follow up on a little something he and Lucky talked about before. "So, Oliver. You like to write, I like to draw, and Lucky wants to be a musician, but struggles with lyrics." Oliver listened closely as Patch made his request. "Would you be okay with helping me with my comics, and him with his songwriting, from time to time?"

Oliver thought for a moment, and he came to the conclusion that this could benefit him too. Writing required more skills than just storytelling after all. Songs and comedic bits could help too. "Sure. Sounds like it could be fun." Patch was glad to see that he was on board. Now, their first session of working together was practically imminent.

Scamp, Angel, and Lucky were now drying off after exiting the pool. They were just about done, sitting by the bleachers to relax before returning to Colonel's classroom. As they sat together, Lucky said something that caught Scamp and Angel's attention. "Yep. Just as I'd hoped."

When they looked at Lucky, Angel joked about what he could mean. "You hoped we'd smell like wet dog?"

"I hoped this would be a fun time. And it was." Lucky confirmed, and then he looked ahead with Pongo sitting next to him. What Lucky said next gave context as to why. "I missed having fun like this."

That concerned Scamp and Lucky, who looked at each other before looking back at Lucky. This time, Scamp was the one to speak. "We can go to the town pool too, if Walton View has one."

"That's not what I mean." Lucky admitted. "I mean, it would be great, but it's not what I'm talking about." Lucky tried to find the words to say what he wanted to say. When he was unable to do so, he looked at Pongo. He gave him a reassuring smile and took one of his paws for support. He knew this would help Lucky by a wide margin. And it did. Once Lucky looked at Scamp and Angel again, he asked them a question. "Did you ever see that picture in my locker?"

Scamp and Angel did recall what looked like a photo of Lucky with Cadpig, a fat Dalmatian pup, and a chicken. "Yeah. You had three other friends in that one."

"I recognize Cadpig, but I don't think I've met the other two yet." Scamp chimed in, being interested in meeting them later on. "Do they live close to you?"

"Actually, we all live on the same farm." Lucky admitted, and then he started talking about what was on his mind in more depth. "The fat Dalmatian is my brother Rolly, and the chicken is Spot. Along with Cadpig, we used to be best friends." Lucky couldn't help smiling as he remembered the good times he had with them. "Cadpig was the most optimistic pup I'd ever met, always wanting to do good in the world. Rolly was the sweetest friend you could ask for, even when he was distracted by food. And Spot? She was the glue that held us together."

Scamp liked the sound of these friends, feeling like he'd enjoy hanging out with them based on Lucky's descriptions. "They sound great."

"They are." Lucky responded, but that was when the somber part of his mood came back. "But... we're not exactly a team anymore."

Scamp and Angel looked at Pongo, who explained it for Lucky. "The four of them realized they were going in different directions with life."

Scamp wasn't quite sure what that meant. "What does that have to do with friendship? People go in different directions all the time."

"I think he means they all took an interest in different things." Angel said, knowing that Cadpig was campaigning for President.

"Ohhhh." Scamp struggled to figure out why that made sense. "But Oliver and I like different things, and he's still the greatest friend in the world."

Lucky sighed before telling Scamp exactly what the case was. "The four of us stopped enjoying each others' company the way we used to. Stuff like swimming together and watching TV didn't feel the same anymore." Scamp started to understand more, and he and Angel listened as Lucky continued. "We started to get more annoyed by each other too. My recklessness, Cadpig's guru crap, Rolly's eating problems, and Spot's fear of everything became stuff we could stand less and less. We still had good times of course, just not as much as we used to."

Lucky choked as he brought up the next part of what he had to say. It was clearly a part that was still eating him up. "Eventually, we decided it would be best if we... went our separate ways." Being new to friendship, Scamp and Angel were stunned by the fact that Lucky's friend last group split up. They weren't sure what to say because of that. Thankfully, Lucky said something else that helped bring his spirits back up. "I started hanging out with Patch soon after that. It's been incredible."

Scamp and Angel still had the splitting up part on their minds though. They had their own questions with Scamp asking his first, wondering what a friend group splitting up meant. "Did Patch help you start to move on?"

Lucky nodded his head yes, and Angel's question seemed to come from a more traumatic side of things. "They... they weren't abandoning you, were they?"

"No no no no; the decision was mutual! And we were all chill when it happened." Lucky assured Scamp and Angel, not wanting them to think the wrong stuff about Cadpig, Rolly, and Spot. "I just... wish it didn't happen is all."

Pongo had his own advice for this situation, which he seemed to have told Lucky before. "It's just a part of life, Lucky. Better to leave on amiable terms than bitter ones."

Scamp scooted a little closer to Lucky as he tried to figure out what to say. The situation was new to him, but a part of him felt he had to try and help Lucky feel better. "I used to have trouble MAKING friends. I never even thought about leaving them."

Angel scooted closer to Scamp and Lucky as the latter gave his two cents on those words. "No one does at first. But that's one of the surprises of life. Some friendships are eventually better off being let go."

Angel saw how sad Lucky was getting, and she went up to him and tried to offer some support as well. Like Scamp, she wasn't exactly sure what she was doing. But she wanted to at least try. "Well... at least you're not alone." Lucky saw what Scamp and Angel were trying to do, but he couldn't bring himself to speak again. It wasn't that he was ungrateful, he just couldn't get Cadpig, Rolly, and Spot out of his mind. The memory of how the four of them went their separate ways was always a hard one to think about. And he still struggled to move on.

Back in the classroom, the movie was almost over, and Colonel couldn't help laughing a bit as Scamp, Angel, Lucky, and Pongo came back in. "Look who finally came back. You guys must have had quite the time out there."

"You could say that." Pongo said, being glad he got to be there for the moment. "Ya never know how long a fun time is until you stop having it."

Scamp smiled to Angel and Lucky, the latter of whom smiled back, despite still having his old friend group on his mind. The three made their way mack to the area Scamp and Oliver's families were, and Tramp was talking about something he did with Buster way back when. "There was so much toilet paper on her house and she thought we were just passing by!"

"That's the elderly for ya. Always criticizing, but can never pay attention." Buster responded, and the two of them snickered to each other before Buster greeted Angel. "And there's my girl! How was your little adventure?"

"I'm NOT your girl." Angel declared, showing a clear annoyance, and even discomfort, from being referred to as such. "And it was definitely fun. I even got this back." Angel pointed to her bandana, which Oliver and Patch got a good look at once they saw it. "Feast your eyes on this!"

Scamp had his own words about the bandana that brought a smile to Angel's face. "It's a super cool bandana. Do you think you'll start wearing it to school more often?"

When Two-Tone saw Angel wearing the bandana from where she sat, she got nervous, especially when Angel answered Scamp's question. "If G.P. doesn't enforce some lame-ass dress code to make me give it back, you can count on it." Perdita noticed this and checked on Two-tone to see if she was okay.

Scamp then went over to Oliver after feeling bad from having realized that he missed most of the movie he picked. "Sorry about missing most of your movie, Oliver."

"Eh. It was kind of boring anyway." Oliver admitted, knowing that Patch would agree with his points. "Turns out it's one of those aimless movies that tries to justify its lack of focus by saying the journey matters most."

"And some of those journeys have detours that can kill you." Patch added with a grin, and Oliver nodded in agreement. Patch then addressed something to Lucky when he went to sit down next to him. "Oh, Lucky, before I forget. I talked about it with Oliver, and he agreed to write the stories for my comics, and the lyrics for your songs!"

Lucky beamed when he heard that, and Oliver brought up one detail he felt worth mentioning. "Not at the same time, of course. And with it being planned beforehand."

"Of course!" Lucky exclaimed, being glad that one of his new friends was getting involved in his love for music. "I can't wait to see what we work on together! It's going to be so awesome!" Scamp and Angel were glad to see that Lucky was cheering up from earlier. They hoped they could continue to be good friends to him after what they heard earlier.

Everyone was now in the school cafeteria, ready to participate in the school dinner that was prepared for the night. Angel caught sight of Tramp and Buster talking and having a good time during the conversation, which concerned her quite a bit. Her gaze seemed to show concern for how this could end up affecting her friends. Not wanting to ruin her chance at having a home however, she did her best to shove it aside. She instead went to check on Lucky. "So. Luckster. How ya holding up?"

"Better than before, thanks." Lucky replied, and it was revealed that he and his friends were all sitting with their families. Or, some of Lucky's relatives. No table could sit one hundred and one Dalmatians. "I'll admit, Angel. Scamp. I had a lot of fun doing what we did tonight." He smiled, showing that even though it was only a small step, he was starting to move on from his previous friend group's disbanding. "Let's explore again sometime."

"You guys name the places in Walton View, and I'll join you!" Scamp added in happily, being excited to see what else he and his friends could get up to. "Do we have any forests here? There was this woods in our old town I went to a lot and it was super cool! I got chased by a bear!"

Tramp rubbed Scamp's head after he and Buster came over as he added something he did to that one. "And then you had to rely on me to make sure the bear was knocked out."

Scamp laughed a bit after Tramp said that, and then Angel confirmed his hopes on there being a forest in town. "I don't know if you noticed, Scamp, but the woods I guided you through when we started hanging out was definitely one."

Scamp gained a dumbfounded look when he realized he forgot about that. He then continued showing his optimism when he started thinking about exploring it more. "We gotta check out more of that place! The only thing we saw there was that view of town with the tree you carved our initials into. It was great of course, but I wanna see more! What should we find first?"

"As long as it's with you guys, I'm sure we'll have a good time." Lucky stated, making it clear he was having fun in his new friend group as the screen faded to black, ending the episode off.
