Disclaimer: Yeah, I think you can tell what this chapter will be about. Believe it or not, Tod is the character I was most excited to write when I started working on Walton View. So to write the chapter where he and Copper debut in the story as fully fleshed out characters, and become official members of the friend group, is gonna be a real treat. And yes, this will be an Angel centered chapter. So yay for Angel fans!

Also, I don't own Paw Patrol.

Season One Episode Eight: The Fox and the Hounds... And Feline

On a Sunday morning in the woods, Angel was all by herself as she was setting up something by tying an apple to a rope, while sitting under a rope she tied to two trees. She used her knife after walking over to one of the trees to make it easier on herself to jump off of the tree and onto the other rope. After grabbing it, she started hanging from it with her hind paws to tie the rope. She tested it just to make sure after she was done, and it looked stable enough. She pushed it to the side before dropping to the ground, making it sway from left to right.

Angel then rushed far away enough to get a decent distance from the apple. After that, she took out a gun and aimed it at the apple. "Okay. Immobile targets are mastered, now for the bitches that wanna run." Angel shot one bullet at the apple, only to miss it as a result of poor timing. "Damn it!" She fired another bullet, but ended up missing again. When she fired her third bullet, she grazed the side of the apple. She sighed before settling for that since the apple stopped. "Well, at least I touched it."

Angel walked over to her knife and jumped up to grab it. She pulled it out of the tree and landed on her feet before putting it away. It was then she heard yelling from nearby. "You're almost as much of a piece of shit as your mother!"

The yelling alarmed Angel, but she was also curious as to where it came from. "There are others out here besides me?" Angel ran in the direction she hard the yelling in and heard a chair smash against the wall from the bigger of two houses she saw. It made her flinch, as she never expected to hear something like that out here. "Yikes. Sounds like someone skipped their morning coffee."

Just then, Tod opened the front door, only for his father, Mickey, to kick his back and send him down the front steps. "That was my favorite mug you dropped!"

'Or maybe they drank too much for their morning beer!' Angel exclaimed in her mind, her paws shaking as she saw Mickey abusing him. That's when she recognized him from school. 'Hold it. Is that Tod?'

Mickey looked back at his horrified face from the front door as he shouted at him again. "Don't talk to me for the rest of the day, or I will have your balls!"

Mickey slammed the door with Tod holding in his tears before getting up and composing himself. He was still shaky, but he did his best to keep himself from losing it. "Tod Coogan. You are strong. You are strong, and you are smart. And you will strive to be the best."

"Tod, right?" Angel's words surprised Tod, who flinched before turning to find Angel there. "Sorry, I should've timed that better. I'm Angel. We have the same period for English class."

Tod recognized Angel, so when she offered a paw to him, he accepted and allowed her to help him up. He put on some kind of confident actor persona, but it didn't fool Angel. "I'd be a fool to not recognize someone of your reputation. What brings you to this part of the woods?"

"I heard your dad yell at you." Angel answered, and Tod flinched as she pointed out the other thing. "And... kick you." Tod's persona started to loosen up, especially once Angel looked at him with sympathetic eyes. "Are you okay?"

Tod wasn't sure how to react. Only one person before Angel gave this to him. "I... um..."

Angel saw that he was hurting and tried to comfort him. "I know we never talked before, but-"

"That was just a show! No big deal." Tod lied, but Angel wasn't falling for it. "My dad's a famous actor, and I aspire to be-"

Tod choked when that part of the lie came up, and Angel tried to offer sympathy again. "Is that why you gave yourself a pep talk before I came over?"

Tod flinched again, darting his eyes at the house next to his and deciding to make a run for it. "Um... I'll be fine! But thanks for asking. See ya!" Tod ran for the other house and knocked on the door, looking at Angel once he did. Angel could see that he wasn't comfortable, so she decided to leave.

Angel couldn't help but worry about Tod. No one deserved to be treated like that, especially not by a parent. 'Well. That happened. I wish I knew what to do.'

Inside the smaller house, Tod was talking to Copper, who was making sure his anime figurines were set up in the exact way he wanted them: From oldest show to newest show. "And no one else has ever seen me like that." Tod was clearly going through a lot of mixed feelings about the ordeal, if his expression while sitting on Copper's bed didn't already tell you that. "So many questions entered my mind when she did. Is she going to tell anyone else? Does she think I'm vulnerable? What does her asking if I'm okay mean?"

Copper walked over to Tod and climbed up onto his bed. He sat down next to him while giving his perspective. "I don't see why her knowing is such a big deal. I know about your home life, and look where we are now."

"That's different, Copper. We're neighbors. It'd be piss easy for you to know about it." Tod pointed out, and then he looked out of Copper's bedroom window while expressing these thoughts further. "This side of me, this confident side of me, is all most people see of me. And to have someone else know about what I go through is... I don't know." Tod looked down at Copper's floor, showcasing how lost he was on how he should feel about this. "On one hand, it feels... good, to know she cares. But on the other... I don't want people to see me vulnerable."

Copper took Tod's paw to get his attention, and despite the fact that he started blushing upon doing so, he was able to speak clearly. "You said it was Angel, right?" Tod nodded his head yes, giving Copper an idea on how to respond. "You've heard stuff about her, right? Maybe she's hiding something too."

"I doubt she'd tell me after one interaction." Tod confessed, missing the point of what Copper was saying.

"No, that's not what I mean." Copper clarified his words to help Tod figure out what to do. "She might be understanding about you not wanting to talk about your parents. She left when you walked over to my house after all."

Tod thought for a moment, and it seemed a lot harder than one would think upon first thought. He wasn't used to being close to anyone but Copper. What would happen if he instigated a conversation with Angel? "You don't think she'll pry?"

"We won't know until we try." Copper answered, knowing that neither of them could know for certain until the conversation happened. That left Tod in deep thought for a bit. And Copper, not wanting to put any pressure on him, assured him that he wasn't being forced to. "Only if you want to though."

Tod smiled when he remembered he was with Copper. The Bloodhound always seemed to put a smile on his face. He wouldn't want anyone to take his place in his life. "I know. Thanks, Copper." Copper wagged his tail with a smile before he and Tod headed off to do their own thing. Now, it was finally time for them to watch the next episode of the anime Copper was having them check out.

The next day, Angel was walking to school, unable to stop thinking about Tod. Coincidentally, Tod saw her by herself on the way there and spoke to his mother, who was driving. "Mom, can we stop for a bit?"

Nora groaned before stopping, which Angel noticed. "Make it quick. You'll only be as late as you were to being born."

Tod did his best to brush that off before opening the door. As he stepped out, Angel addressed his sudden halt. "Tod. Why did you stop?"

Tod closed the door and made sure the windows were rolled up before he answered that. "I'm sorry if I upset you yesterday. The only one who's ever been like that to me is my friend Copper."

Angel remembered seeing Copper in that list of students Lucky found. Specifically, how he was the gassiest in the whole school. "Is that the Bloodhound who's always farting no matter the room he's in?"

"Yep. That's him." Tod answered, and then he made a request to Angel that he hoped she would oblige to. "Would you mind keeping what you saw between us? I'd prefer if I kept my reputation as a confident and ambitious aspiring actor."

Angel saw the sincerity in Tod's eyes, which were almost pleading in a sense. It was clear how much he wanted his reputation to stick. He didn't want anyone knowing about his home life. Because of Angel's warped mindset of right and wrong, she didn't see the issue in hiding it. The fact that she understood why someone wouldn't want to talk about their problems also played a part in this. "Well, if it'll make you happy."

"Phew. Thank you, so much." Tod responded gratefully, and then he opened up the car door before looking back at Angel. "Maybe we'll see each other before school starts?"

Angel smiled, seeing that Tod was willing to talk to her, just like Scamp and Oliver were. "Maybe. I'll see you when I see you."

Tod closed the door and rolled the window down before saying goodbye to Angel. "Same to you." Nora took off after that, leaving Angel to walk to school by herself. She didn't know why, but she started getting the idea that these brief interactions with Tod, were a sign to something big.

Angel was heading to her locker in between her second and third periods, opening it up to look for something she snuck into the school. "Come on, Solar System, don't be confiscated now."

Then, Angel heard someone get slammed against another locker, along with the voice of Mooch. "I mean it, Cheeser!" The voice of Mooch alone made Angel infuriated. "Pay up!"

Angel closed her locker and looked to find Mooch pinning Copper against his locker. "I don't have any money this time, Mooch! I brought my lunch today!"

"Then give me your lunch!" Mooch demanded, and that was when Copper's stomach started to growl in response to the fear. "That'll work for my payment!"

Angel started walking towards Mooch to give him a piece of her mind. "Leave him alone, Mooch!" As soon as she took her fourth step however, Copper unintentionally released...

PFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFFT

...a loud and bassy twenty second fart, surrounding Mooch, Dipstick, and Whizzer with a big yellow cloud of rotten eggs. Angel got caught in the crossfire too, being stunned by what she was enduring just now. "Yikes. And I thought MINE were bad."

Mooch ended up dropping Copper, who was blushing beet red all over his face before Mooch called him out. "Forget your payment! I'll just get it later!" Mooch walked off, letting out a fart himself while doing so to cover up Copper's...

BRRRRRAAAAAT

...Copper was now on the verge of having a meltdown, if his breathing pattern was any indication. Before he could however, he saw Tod spraying his way through the fart cloud. He had his cologne with him, and the ocean breeze scent was enough to make a pathway for Tod as the suck up fans did the rest. Angel now had a clear view of Tod and Copper, the latter of whom was still blushing like crazy before standing up and giving a nervous smile. "Tod! You're here! I mean, of course you're here; this is school, which we have both been attending for years now."

"Yes, that is the case." Tod confirmed as he helped Copper up while speaking in a flirtatious tone. "And it gets even more delightful every time."

Copper had the biggest smile on his face when with Tod. And Tod seemed to enjoy Copper's company too. Angel could see how special the two of them were to each other. It was what motivated her question then and there. "Are you two close?"

Tod and Copper looked at Angel, and Copper spoke hopefully as he answered. "I should hope so! Tod's the greatest. Probably greater than the greatest. Actually, scratch that. He IS greater than the greatest."

"Copper, please; you're going to make ME blush." Tod said playfully, adding a little something else to his words. "And I'm not even playing the bashful lover."

Copper chuckled a bit before Angel spoke up again, walking up to Tod and Copper as she did. Tod noticed she was looking more at him than Copper. "It must be great having a good friend standing right beside you."

That statement caught Tod and Copper off guard, but Tod, still maintaining his confident actor persona, was able to answer clearly. "It certainly does. And to have them be such a lovely individual makes it all the better."

"I'm glad, Tod." Copper couldn't help thinking about what he wanted to do when he heard that. 'Kiss him, kiss him, kiss him, kiss him, god damn it, Copper; kiss him!' Copper didn't kiss Tod however. Instead, he looked at Angel and tried to contain himself. "I don't think we've met yet. My name's Copper."

"Angel." Angel said, and then she shook Copper's paw while addressing her run ins with Tod. "We've been running into each other a lot lately, Tod."

"It would appear so." Tod confirmed, and that was when he started to think about why he kept meeting up with Angel. The fact that she showed him sympathy the other day gave him good vibes. Even if he wasn't used to anyone but Copper showing him kindness. "Something tells me these meetings were all scripted."

Tod's actor talk there made Angel snort before responding in a way that made Copper's tail wag. "You guys free for recess?"

At Recess, Angel was talking to Tod and Copper as she led them to Scamp and Oliver. They both seemed invested as Angel continued their discussion, and Copper was playing with a pen in his paws. "I mean, hey. If you asked for no onions; then they shouldn't have given you onions."

"Exactly my point!" Tod exclaimed, being incredibly annoyed that such a simple request was ignored. "And the excuse of being new shouldn't be a factor when they have electronics. They're lucky the only thing I tipped them with was my burger."

Scamp and Oliver were sitting together as Oliver watched Scamp play his portable gaming device before noticing Angel, Tod, and Copper. "Hey Angel. Are these your new friends?"

Scamp instantly paused his game when he heard Oliver mention Angel, who started to introduce Tod and Copper. "Obviously, they came with me."

Scamp got a good look at Tod and Copper, the former of whom offered his left paw with Scamp shaking it in the same way he did his previous friends. "Hi new friends! Tod and Copper, right!? I'm Scamp!"

Once Scamp finished shaking Tod's paw, he made it clear he was somewhat annoyed by Scamp's paw shake. "It's a pleasure, Scamp. But never, do that, again."

Scamp seemed unfazed and simply gave a thumbs up to confirm this. Copper then walked up to Scamp, offering his paw as he greeted him bashfully. "So you remember me then? I'm the one who-" Scamp then started shaking his paw in the same way. "Faaaarrrrteeeed oooon yoooouuuu wheeeen schooool staaarteeeed." Copper then ended up losing his footing after that, leading to him walking forward quickly and flipping over the desk.

Scamp saw this and helped Copper up along with Oliver as he happily pointed out something he had in common with Copper. "You're clumsy too!?"

"Hehe. Yeah." Copper admitted with a nervous smile, being more embarrassed about his clumsiness than Scamp.

Angel laughed a bit at Copper's wipeout with Tod addressing the lack of presence from two other group members. "Didn't you say there were also two Dalmatians in your group?"

"Yeah, but they're off doing some comic strip thing." Scamp chimed in before explaining something else. "Lucky's super into his routine, so if something changes for him unexpectedly, he could seriously flip out."

"I can relate." Copper admitted, sitting next to Scamp on the bench as he asked about why that was. "Does he have Autism too?"

"Yeah, he does!" Scamp said, and then he started asking Copper more about himself. "Do you hyperfixate on stuff too?"

"All the time." Copper admitted, and then he confessed to something else about himself. "One them happens to be anime."

Oliver noticed Copper playing with the pen and noticed something else about him. "Can't say I've ever seen Lucky do that."

Copper saw where Oliver was pointing and laughed at the fact that he pointed it out. Tod then remembered something and addressed it to Copper. "Oh, right; the play! We gotta sign up while we can!"

"Oh crap, you're right!" Copper got up and ran off with Tod following behind him. "It was great meeting you guys!" Copper then tripped over a rock and rolled over to the door, making the others concerned about whether or not he was hurt. Tod helped him up however, and Copper blushed like mad again when he started touching him. "Thanks, Tod."

Even though Copper tried to hide the blush, Tod was still happy to be touching him. "No problem. Let's hurry to that sign up paper." Tod and Copper headed inside with Angel looking to Scamp and Oliver. Scamp gave a thumbs up and smiled with Oliver, telling Angel that so far, they liked Tod and Copper.

Tod and Copper were in the hallway as they signed up for auditions to the school play Tod mentioned. Tod, of course, signed up for the main role, whereas Copper signed up for a smaller one. Because of his stage fright, he started stressing about how the audition would go. "I know I just signed up, but I'm not sure about this, Tod. What if I fart on the other students auditioning? What if I trip and crash into the props?" Tod walked up to Copper to help calm him down before he started having a panic attack. "What if I forget my lines which LEADS into me-"

"Copper, calm down." Tod said calmly but sternly, letting Copper know with a smile that he would be there for him. "They'll give us a script to memorize as soon as we go for auditions. Just memorize the part you're auditioning for, and you'll be okay."

That sounded easy enough coming from Tod. But thinking about it was another story. "I don't know, Tod. You know I have a hard time remembering stuff sometimes."

"Most people with your disability do." Tod reminded Copper, knowing he wasn't alone in this. "And that didn't stop Satoshi Tajiri from making Pokemon. Hell, it HELPED him with that!"

"I know, but I'm not Satoshi Tajiri." Copper said, unsure if this would be the same kind of story. "It doesn't help that I'm performing in front of people instead of looking over tons of bugs and stuff."

Tod thought for a moment on how to help Copper with his struggle. He came up with something that just might work. "You just need to work on acting in front of people other than me." Copper listened to what Tod had to say, and his idea seemed sound. "Now I know you have a hard time handling last minute changes, but I was thinking of a little something we could do for our daily acting session at your house." Tod then happily told Copper about his plan. "How would you like to invite Angel over, so we can do our next performance in front of her?"

Copper saw where Tod was going with this. And since they both already interacted with Angel, Copper didn't think it was too big of a step. "I guess it wouldn't be so bad. She doesn't come off as the judgemental type."

"Exactly! So she won't be too harsh when giving her final verdict." Tod could see that Copper was taking a liking to the idea. He put a paw on his shoulder, which made him blush while smiling when he noticed. "Just say the word, and I'll let her know before my next class with her starts."

"That would be great. You can invite Vixey too if you want." Copper responded, and when the bell rang, they both headed off to their classes. "Whelp, there's the bell! I'll see ya later, Tod!" Copper then rushed off with Tod heading to his class with a smile. Copper suddenly lost his footing and tumbled a bit, leading to him rolling over to the lockers. Despite being a little dizzy from it, he still smiled as he thought about how amazing Tod was. 'He's so great.'

The school day was now over, and Tod was setting up a camera with Copper as Angel talked to Scamp on the phone. "It should be a good one too. Tod's confident about his acting skills, and Copper put in a good word for him. Tod also said Copper's working on his acting skills too."

Scamp was watching TV on the other end as he made a request to Angel. "Nice! Oh, and when you're done, you think you can tell Copper to recommend me some good anime? If we start hanging out with him more, I wanna know which ones he likes talking about most."

Tod and Copper finished setting everything up, leaving Angel to end the call. "Sure thing. I should go now. They're finished. I'll see you later."

Angel hung up after Scamp said goodbye, and Vixey struck a brief conversation with Angel. "I haven't heard Tod mention you before. How did you two meet?"

Tod started to look concerned as he looked at Angel, who kept her word about not mentioning his home life. "Let's just say it was a good choice to take a walk in the woods the other day."

Tod sighed of relief with Copper showing concern over his desire to hide his home life. Vixey then made it clear she also fancied Tod. "It must have been if you got to meet Tod. He's so smart and confident."

Angel saw a little something between her and Copper from that. 'Notice how she forgot to mention Copper.'

Tod and Copper then got into their positions with Tod making sure the camera started from a ten second countdown. Tod gave Copper some more advice before the countdown finished. "Remember, Copper. Only look at the crowd when the scene is over."

Copper nodded his head yes in response before the scene began. The starting line revealed that this was the kind of scene you would see in a buddy comedy. "Archie, we're screwed! I just got laid off!"

"Laid off!?" Tod added, playing the role of the smarter of the two air-headed friends. "But it's your first day! What happened!?"

"Well apparently, you're not supposed to eat the ice cream on the clock." Copper answered, and then he stated something he felt was wrong about that. "That's something they should probably tell you when you start."

What Tod said next caused Angel and Vixey to start laughing. "Richie, this is the third job that ended poorly for ya this week." Tod then started venting about the situation he and Copper were in. "I don't even know what we're gonna do next. We're already in hell as it is! You keep getting fired, my sister got Gonorrhea, whatever THAT is, our bird's dead-"

"Our bird's dead!?" Copper ran over to the make believe bird Tod held in his paw. "Tweetie's dead!?"

"Yeah, he died this morning!" Tod exclaimed, and then he tossed the bird over to the wall, which it bounced off of as he continued. "Damn it! When are we gonna catch a break?"

Angel and Vixey smiled as they continued watching with Angel seeing how good Tod and Copper really were. She decided to try a little something to test just how far they could go with this. She made sure her butt wasn't facing Vixey, who wondered what she was up to when she saw this. She gave a smirk when looking at Tod and Copper, and when she lifted her leg, she cracked...

BRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT

...a loud and bassy ten second fart, which covered a decent amount of the room in a big green cloud of rotten meat mixed with vegetables. This did stun the two, but Tod was able to stay in character, even taking Copper's expression change into account. "Well that's just great, now we got a gas leak too. The day's really trying to piss us off, isn't it!"

"It would appear so." Copper responded, and that was when Angel snickered at how she added to the show. Vixey was wafting her fart cloud away while trying to continue watching the show. On top of being caught off guard by it, she was clearly grossed out by Angel's little stunt.

After the scene, Tod and Angel were talking about how Angel intervened as Angel expressed how impressed she was by Tod's talents. "You really know how to use your strengths, Tod. Now I know who to get help from if I wanna try out Poker."

"Thanks, Angel. I'm self taught." Tod added, and he then addressed how well Copper was improving with his own acting skills. "You're doing great with the buddy duo style yourself, Copper. We'll definitely have to prepare you for outside interventions, but even the most experienced of actors have trouble with that one."

Copper was flattered by Tod's words, and not just because he was always glad to talk to him. "Thanks, Tod. I hope I'm that good during auditions next week."

"You're going for a side role, right? You should have less pressure on you than Tod." Angel pointed out, and Copper started thinking about that as Angel looked at Tod while telling him and Copper about her own self taught skills. "Self taught, huh? I got my bitchin' knife and gun skills that way too."

"So THAT was what we heard yesterday!" Tod responded, instantly thinking about the kind of role Angel could score. "Angel, the more we hang out with you, the easier it is to see you as a female John Wick. If you can handle your cute pet being murdered by a gangster, then you'll get the part as soon as you sign up!"

Angel's smile showed how she liked the sound of the role Tod suggested. Before she could respond, Vixey chimed in with a request to Angel. "Sorry to butt in like this. Angel, can I get a moment alone with Tod?"

Angel looked to Tod, who nodded his head yes to confirm he was okay with this. "Why the hell not? I wanted to talk to Copper myself anyway." Angel then signaled Copper to join her outside. "Room clearers outside, dude. Let's go." Copper looked at Tod as he left with Angel, and he gave a wink with his left eye. That reassured Copper as he went outside with her. Once they did, Angel wasted no time in asking Copper the serious questions. "Let's not play stupid, Copper. You live right next door to Tod, and know what he goes through. How do you feel?"

Copper was a little unsettled by that question, mostly because of the topic that surrounded it. Thinking about Tod being in pain was something he couldn't handle. Angel could see this when he started twiddling his fingers after cupping his paws. "I worry about him, obviously." Angel looked to see that Tod and Vixey weren't watching, being glad that they weren't. She had a feeling Tod would intervene if he heard. "I want him to get help, but for the longest time, he's only trusted me."

"He doesn't have any good adult role models? Only his parents?" Angel asked, and Copper nodded his head yes with Angel sighing as she thought about her own home life. Copper felt the sound of heartbreak in her voice. "I can relate."

That intrigued Copper, who hoped Angel wouldn't be upset by him asking. "How so?"

"Let's just say almost every adult who's ever been in my life gave me fake crap." Angel requested, and Copper obliged, being familiar with an unwillingness to discuss problems. After all, Tod was only comfortable doing it with him. Angel started thinking of a way to help Tod avoid feeling alone. Putting her own experiences into this, she started to think about how much Scamp and Oliver have made her feel wanted. That gave her an idea that brightened her spirits. "Let's be real here, Copper. You're bound to have days where you can't be with Tod, right?"

Copper flinched at the concept of that, hoping it wouldn't be too often. But he couldn't deny the possibility. "I... I guess."

"And Tod needs support if he wants to get through his hell. And he trusts you." Angel continued, helping Copper better understand what she was saying. "And now that I'VE seen the side of him he tries to hide, he'll most likely trust me too." Copper felt that made sense, and when Angel saw this, she went in for the kill. "Maybe Tod would benefit with support from other kids around our age!"

Copper instantly liked the sound of him and Tod having more friends. In fact, the more he thought about it, the better it sounded. "It would show Tod I'm not the only one who cares about him." Angel nodded her head yes quickly before Copper made his next point. "And Tod loves having an audience, so this might give him those vibes more often."

Angel wasn't sure how big of an audience six students would be, but she didn't see any issue with the logic. "Makes sense to me!"

"He's gonna love this idea, Angel!" Copper exclaimed with joy, being more than happy to share it with him.

"Then let's get inside and tell him!" Angel suggested, and she and Copper went inside to get Tod's attention. The way she spoke up made it clear he was still in the living room. "Tod! You're gonna love this!"

Scamp and his friends were eating lunch the next day. But Angel wasn't there, and Lucky, having gotten a call from her about something, decided to check in with Scamp and Oliver. "Did Angel call you guys about some new friend group idea too?"

"Yeah, she did." Scamp confirmed, being excited for what it was. "Oh, I bet it's gonna be new friends! And I think I know who they are."

It was at that moment that Angel arrived with Tod and Copper after setting her tray down next to Scamp's. "You're about to find out for sure."

Scamp and the others saw that Tod and Copper were with her. Tod looked confident, and Copper had a nervous smile. Scamp saw them standing and assured them they could sit down. "You two can sit."

Tod and Copper did as advised with Tod thanking him for the assurance. "Thank you. I need my paws to feel as delicate as possible for the show."

"If you're referring to that play, auditions haven't even started yet; I think you'll be okay." Patch chimed in, and Tod rolled his eyes due to having known that.

Angel then started giving her proposal to the other members of the group. "Scamp, Oliver, I'm sure you'll have noticed that I've been spending a decent amount of time with Tod and Copper lately."

"Not that we'd complain about it." Oliver assured Angel, glad that she was getting more friends. "You clearly like their company."

"And you and Scamp did too." Angel responded, remembering how Scamp and Oliver got along with Tod and Copper the day before. "So I got to thinking. Obviously I can hang out with them outside of the friend group. But it doesn't always HAVE to be that way." Scamp and the others became intrigued with Angel then giving her final pitch. "What would you four say to Tod and Copper becoming official members of our friend group?"

Scamp looked to Oliver, who gave a smiling nod to show he was on board. When he looked to Lucky and Patch, Lucky had a somewhat different response in mind. "I never spent time with the two before..." Once he looked at them, he started to consider how great it would be to have more friends. More friends, meant it would be less likely for him to be without them. Plus, Tod and Copper could be fun to have around. "but this could be a good chance to make that start."

Patch had his own response as well when looking at Copper. "Thanks to Lucky, I'm sure I can handle the biggest quirk I can see in these two."

"I-I'll do my best to not ruin our fun times." Copper assured Patch, knowing what he was referring to with that one.

And with everyone giving her their perspectives, Angel found it safe to announce the new members of the group. "It sounds like everyone's on board to me. Guess we have two new aspiring actors in our group."

"Yay for aspiring actors!" Scamp exclaimed, being excited to get to know more about Tod and Copper. "Oh, Copper; I've been meaning to ask you. What anime would you recommend to someone like me, who hasn't watched them a lot before?"

"Oh, I'd be happy to help!" Copper chimed in, starting with one he felt Scamp would get a kick out of instantly. "Dragon Ball is a must watch for anyone getting into anime. It's long, but worth it. I recommend starting with Dragon Ball, and then Z, then GT, and then Super. Oh, but the Galactic Patrol Prisoner Saga wasn't adapted into the anime, so from that point onward until the Super Hero movie, you'll have to read the manga."

Scamp did his best to process all of this information as Angel smiled to Tod. Tod smiled back, both of them glad that he and Copper were in the friend group as the screen faded to black, ending the episode off.
