It has been 3 day's since Naruto had unlocked his chakra and Naruto has been reading a lot with the help of his kage bunshin's(shadow clone's) and now everyone is here trying to make a training regiment for him.
Naruto was waiting for them to finish discussing, while that was going on Naruto was remembering how the hokage reacted to the fact that that he possess the Mokuton(wood release{Wood style}).
Flashback
Naruto was having dinner when the hokage arrived.
"Ah Naruto-kun, did you succeed in unlocking your chakra" was the elderly man's question.
"Hai(yes) Jiji(old man)" replied the son of the yondaime excitement clear in his tone.
"Is that so, we should get Kakashi and have him explain so shall we".
"Hai(yes) jiji(old man)".
10 minutes later Naruto, Kakashi and Hiruzen were sitting around a table while Kakashi explained what happened that day.
"your saying naruto possesses the Mokuton(wood release{wood style})? " asked a surprised sandaime(third).
"Hai(yes) Hokage-Sama" Said an amused Kakashi.
"So I have a extremely rare element, that's so cool" stated an overly excited blonde.
"Hai(yes) Naruto" replied Kakashi shaking his head at the blonde's antics.
There was a thud which caused both Sharingan weilder's to look at a now fainted sandaime(third) Hokage of Konohagakure No Sato(village hidden in the leaves), Sarutobi Hiruzen, No Kyoju(the professor), Shinobi No Kami(God of Shinobi).
Flashback end
After some yugao told time Naruto to come to where they are.
After Naruto came Tenzo was first to Talk.
"Okay Naruto after some talk we have decided on a training schedule for you to follow".
Kakashi continued "first thing you'll be doing is wearing these" he said while grabbing a couple of resistance and gravity seal's
"what are those" asked Naruto.
"these are resistance and gravity seal's, they will help increase your speed, agility, strength and power" answered Kakashi.
Gai continued where kakashi left off "You are supposed to wear them all the time and when you get used to them you will take disable them and get used to not wearing them and after that increase the seals to the next level".
Kakashi helped Naruto put the seals on since he is the only one here who knows fuinjutsu.
After kakashi placed a resistance seal on both his arms and legs as well as on his front while putting both a gravity and resistance seal on his back.
Kakashi told Naruto how to activate and deactivate the seal and after the explanation Kakashi activated the first level of the 6 resistance seals and one gravity seal.
Naruto immediately fell to ground and found out that he is unable to move.
After Naruto was Able to stand up guy Said "now Naruto-Kun we want you to run around the compound until you faint from exhaustion, No complaints, show the world your flames of youth".
Naruto just went to do as told while muttering something that sounded like sadistic slave driver's.
"don't you think we went a little too hard on him?" asked yugao.
"No. He can handle it, his got an iron will after all" replied Kakashi.
3 hours later
We see Kakashi carrying a fainted Naruto on his back towards his house and putting him on his bed.
One week later
We see about 50 kage bunshin's practicing while the original Is doing physical work out.
The physical workout includes 100 push-ups, pull ups and sit ups as well as 20 laps around the compound being monitored by maito gai.
5 clones are learning about human autonomy and iryo(medical) ninjutsu with yugao.
5 clones are practicing there calligraphy while another 5 are trying to increase the speed they do hand seals being looked over by tenzo.
10 clones are practicing chakra control while another 10 are trying to learn how to do jikukan(space-time) ninjutsu and kekkai(barrier) ninjutsu with the help of shisui.
The other 25 clones are reading books about chakra nature's, kekkai genkai, clans, history of konoha, history of the elemental nations, politics,etc.
6 month's later
It has been six months since Naruto started training after with his chakra and he has improved quite nicely.
He currently has a height of 4'1 feet and is wearing a some baggy black pants and a yellow shirt with the clan symbol of the Namikaze clan on the back.
His hair now is now similar to how it was during his time in the academy with some strands of black, silver and red and his body is quite muscular for a four year old.
He has learned a lot during this time he now has high gennin level speed, high chunin without the seals.
Speaking of seals the resistance seals are now level six while he now has gravity seals making it 11 times the normal gravity.
He has a lot of things and has a lot of things in his arsenal.
He is currently fuinjutsu(sealing techniques) level 5, intermediate in jikukan ninjutsu(space-time ninja techniques) and kekkai ninjutsu(barrier ninja techniques).
He also is highly proficient in taijutsu and kenjutsu.
His high chunin to low jonin in ninjutsu but is terrible in genjutsu and iryo ninjutsu(medical ninja techniques).
He also has a fully matured sharingan.

E-rank:henge no jutsu(body replacement technique{ninjutsu}) and kawarimi no jutsu(body replacement technique{ninjutsu}).
D-rank:shunshin no jutsu(body flicker technique{ninjutsu}), kage shuriken no jutsu(shadow shuriken technique{ninjutsu, shurikenjutsu}) and he also developed sexy jutsu and it's varients after learning henge.

Kage bunshin(shadow clone) and sharingan are too big of a cheat code.
Naruto is currently trying to master all the jutsu to the point it requires few handsigns.
Time skip Naruto sixth birthday
Naruto had learn alot of jutsu and grown strong over the last year Naruto had created bonds with everyone one of his sensei and and they are currently at ichiraku ramen stand celebrating Naruto's sixth birthday.
After they have finished eating *The Food Of The God's* as Naruto calls it, everyone decided to give Naruto their gifts.
"now Naruto-Kun I think it's time we open some gifts" said Sarutobi while giving Naruto a gift.
As Naruto opens it he sees a pair of sheeted.
Both katana's were sheeted in a black green and purple sheet.
Both katana's had a red yellow and brown handle with the clan symbol of Senju, Uchiha, Uzumaki and Namikaze clan's. The balde was made out of highly durable chakra metal.
The blade itself was black and was sharper than other Swords.
After a moment of awe and wonder Naruto hugged the old hokage and said "thanks jiji(old man)."
After that yugao gave Naruto her gift next.
"here you go Naruto-Kun, this scroll contains a sword style which you'll be able to use with your chakra chains".
Naruto grabbed the scroll and thanked her.
After that Gai gave Naruto a scroll on making your own taijutsu stance, while Shisui gave Naruto a Scroll holding his special version of the sunshin(body flicker).
Itachi gave Naruto a scroll on how to perform karasu bunshin no jutsu(crow clone technique{ninjutsu, bunshinjutsu}) and karasu kawarimi no jutsu(crow substitution technique{ninjutsu, genjutsu}) which Naruto was eternally grateful for.
Tenzo gave Naruto some scroll's on Mokuton(wood release{Wood style}) jutsu.
And last but definitely not least Kakashi gave Naruto scroll's on the chidori(one thousand birds{A-rank ninjutsu}) and it's perfected version, raikiri(lightning blade{S-rank ninjutsu}).
He also tried to introduce Naruto to Icha Icha, keyword *tried* becouse yugao didn't even have mercy on Kakashi.
To say he had seen better days was an understatement.
Time skip 7 year's after the the kyubi attack first of October 3 months before the academy
Naruto, Kakashi and Itachi were waiting near the Naka River where Shisui told them to meet him.
When Shisui arrived they all were surprised to see one of his eyes missing.
Shisui then tells them of his encounter with danzo and how he took one of his eyes, He also told them to not tell anyone of what danzo did.
After that Shisui gave his remaining eye to Itachi causing both Itachi and Naruto to awaken the Mongekyo sharingan. Naruto's mongekyo sharingan was the Uzumaki swirl, a few seconds later Naruto's mongekyo Sharingan evolved into the eternal mongekyo which is basically his mongekyo with two lightning bolts to awaken and then it evolved again into the Rinnegan.
"Hey Kakashi, Naruto, can you two promise me something" asked Itachi still depressed.
"depends on what" answered Kakashi.
"take care of my little sister Sasuki please" said Itachi.
"What about you" asked Naruto.
"I'm going to massacre the entire clan and become a nukenin(missing nin)" answered Itachi truthfully.
"B-Bu-But why" asked Naruto.
"Naruto,please don't do anything, I have to do this promise me you will help my Imouto(little sister)" said Itachi in a beggin tone 'and maybe even marry each other in the future' he added the last part in his mind.
"O-kay" he said after a moment of silence.
Itachi and Kakashi discussed what to do about the massacre.
After a while Kakashi turn to Naruto and told him "listen Naruto, you may or may not like it to but you have to play a dead last in the academy".
"WHAT" shouted the blonde.
Kakashi Explained to him the team layout and how the Team is chosen.
He also explain to him why hiding your personality is important.
"okay fine" sigh the blonde uchiha in defeat.
A few hours later uchiha compound
We see a young long raven haired uchiha running through the uchiha district three tomoe sharingan spinning rapidly.
This was uchiha Sasuki and she just return from her secret training and when she returned she saw the dead bodies of her clans men.
After running into the main house she came across the scene of her parents dead on the floor blood pouring of them and her brother with a bloody sword.
"Nii-San, why did you do all this" she asked.
Itachi then went on to tell her the cover story.
After that Itachi showed her him killing their parents using tsukuyomi which caused her mongekyo to awaken (literally just sasuke's mongekyo sharingan).
Before she fell unconscious she saw herself being saved by a man with gravity defying silver hair.
