One week after after the academy began and Naruto and the other students have to listen to Iruka boring lectures.
Naruto have found out Iruka hates him for the kyubi but tries to treat him like the other students unlike Mizuki who is a complete asshole.
Naruto was talking to kyubi about the abilities of the Rinnegan.
"I'm telling you kit, use the Rinnegan to see through the Uchiha's henge(transformation)."
'but the even the Byakugan can't see through the henge and also I don't want people to know I have the Rinnegan' replied Naruto.
"the Rinnegan unlike the Byakugan and sharingan see's straight through the transformation even the one she is currently using so use it and see how beautiful she is" said the kyubi perversly while sending some perverted images through the mind link.
'ERO KITSUNE' yelled Naruto in his mind while trying to hold back his blush.
How ever he was brought out of his daze by Iruka calling his name.
"huh, sorry did you say something sensei" he asked while using another of one Kakashi's favorite lines making Everyone who knows Kakashi sweatdrop at that.
"nevermind" Iruka said in a deadpan voice.
'this kid is going to be the death of me' he added in his head.
Sasuki had to try hard to keep the sasuke facade up while the rest of the class began to Laugh until...
"NARUTO-BAKA(IDIOT) DON'T TALK TO SENSEI LIKE THAT" screeched Sakura which caused everyone in the elemental nations have to go check if there eardrums are destroyed or not.
"Iruka sensei I think I need to go check if my eardrums are unharmed" stated kiba.
"I think we all do" Said Mizuki.
"let's get back to the torture session I mean lecture" said iruka.
Six months later
It has been six months since the academy started and shikamaru has still yet to figure out either Naruto or *sasuke*.
Shikamaru was having a seizure after class was over for not figuring out what is going on until...
"hey Nara-San, is there something bothering you" asked shino.
"shikamaru is fine Aburame-San and yes there is something bothering me" replied Shikamaru with his lazy voice.
"then please call me Shino and mind explaining what is on your mind" he stated.
"it's *sasuke* and Naruto" replied the lazy genius.
"you think *Sasuke*-San and Naruto-San are hiding something?" shino questioned.
"yes, I'm sure you noticed that the two of them don't talk about there personal lives alot" said the Nara.
"Yes, from the very first day I felt like something was off about them but I thought that it was just there personalities but now you mentioned it, it feels like there hiding something And not a small thing either. Also when Naruto-San said he doesn't have a surname my insects felt like he lied" he replied.
"maybe we should follow them" stated the Aburame.
"agreed" replied shikamaru 'even though it's completely troublesome, it's annoying me that there hiding something'.
After the academy ended both of them decided to follow the uchiha first.
After 5 minutes of following the uchiha through the streets of konoha(hidden leaf) they reached a medium sized apartment where the uchiha lives.
After *sasuke* entered the apartment the Nara and Aburame heir's decided to look through the window and so they made their way to *sasuke's* room but what they saw surprised them and gave them a nosebleed.
Satsuki POV
Satsuki made her way into her apartment and after she was in the apartment she immediately went into her room and dropped her disquise showing her beautiful raven hair flowing to her neck and a face similar to mikoto just with more baby fat.
She then took off her sasuke shirt and cut the chest binds around her non-existant breast(she's not even eight yet what did you except), for what reason she has them on, apparently it's better to be safe than sorry.
After that she went and changed into her pajamas but she then saw that there was two of her classmates staring at her with blood coming out of there nose and she did what every girl would do in this situation.
"KYAAAAAAA" she screamed.
After that she let them into her house through the door and beat them up for being perverts.
After awhile.
"Umm, sasuke?" asked Shikamaru.
"It's Sasuki" she replied.
"Okay Sasuki, mind explaining why your hiding your gender" asked Shikamaru while Shino just nodded in response.
She then explained to them about the CRA(Clan Restoration Act).
"that's not a good thing" said Shino in his normal Monotone voice however if someone listened closely than they would here that he was disgusted.
"Troublesome" muttered Shikamaru with a lot of unease.
After a while Shino was the one to break the silence.
"Sasuki-San, we will make sure to keep your secret hidden" he said.
"yeah we can't have you be in that troublesome act" said Shikamaru.
"thanks Shino, Shikamaru, this means a lot to me and also can we stop with the formalities" she half thanked half asked.
"hey Sasuki, now that we uncovered your secret, do you want to help us uncover Naruto's secret?" asked Shikamaru.
"what do you mean" she asked.
Shino and Shikamaru explains to Satsuki everything they supposed class dobe(deadlast).
"hmm sure, it's not like I have anything better to do" she replied.
Meanwhile in the Senju-Uchiha-Uzumaki-Namikaze compound
"'sneeze'" 'someone must be talking about me' were the thoughts of a certain blonde.
3 months have passed since the three have started to try and find Naruto's secrets but every time they try to follow him he ends up going to an alleyway and disappears from sight.
So the three decided observe the blond extremely closely so in class the three observe the blond like a hawk stalks it's prey.
Iruka POV
During the first three months of the academy Iruka didn't like Naruto because of what he holds but after Iruka began to see Naruto and not the demon he holds.
And soon Iruka started treating the blond like any of his other students and he soon began to consider him as his favorite not that he was going to show favoritism.
Iruka also knows about Sasuki and he and the other's decide to just let her hide the gender and not mess with it.
They also know that she wouldn't be put in the CRA due to Kakashi having the blood of the Uchiha so it doesn't really matter.
Three months later
Iruka began to see that Shino, Shikamaru and Sasuki were observing Naruto like he was a puzzle they were trying to solve.
Naruto POV
Naruto during the first few months of the academy Naruto found out that both of the teachers hate him but he found out while Mizuki tries to sabotage him, Iruka treats him like every other students.
Kyubi also told Naruto that Iruka's hate for him has been decreasing and by the end of the third month Iruka has made it on to Naruto's precious person list after he took him out for some ramen.
Kakashi also told Naruto it would be a good idea for him to have a henge on while going to the academy.
So he has a henge which is basically just cannon academy Naruto without the goggles.
After another few months Naruto noticed that Shino, Shikamaru and Sasuki are following him probably to uncover his secrets.
Even though he enters an alleyway and uses hiraishin(flying raijin) to teleport out there.
He also noticed that the three of them are eagle-eyeing him during class.
It didn't take long for November to come and the first year to end.
During the first year they learned about things like village founding, history of the elemental nations, geography, clans in konoha(hidden leaf) as well as Uzumaki clan, they also learned the practical side of chakra and the origins of chakra things like that.
During the second year they learn to unlock their chakra and throw kunei and shuriken.
They also learn what it means to be a shinobi which caused a lot of civilians to quit and most to be uncertain if they want to be a shinobi or not.
They also about the ranks of ninja and about the kages.
During the third year they learned the leaf exercise and about the different types of jutsu,politics and other cultures.
During the fourth year they learned about the three academy E-rank jutsu the Henge(transformation), kawarimi(substitution) and bunshin(clone) they also learn about human autonomy and other stuff and they learn how to use senbons and about shinobi ranks.
Gennin, chuunin, jounin, anbu, sannin and kage.
They also learn a lot of that civilians learn so if they Naruto also during one of the demonstrations pulled one of his greatest pranks yet.
Flashback
"Okay each of you are going to use one of the academy three once I called your name"said Iruka.
Once Iruka called Naruto's, he went to the front of the class and called out, "oiroke no jutsu(sexy jutsu)" and then in a cloud of smoke instead of Naruto there was a Naked woman which caused every boy in the room to faint with a nosebleed.
Sasuki had to compose herself from dropping her transformation and beating the shit out of him.
Naruto quickly dropped the transformation and ran away from the scene of the crime like all of his other pranks.
Naruto went into a tree where he sensed anbu Neko(cat) and stayed there while the girls went searching for him.
"hey Neko" asked Naruto.
"yes Naru-Chan" she replied.
"Why did I feel different when I did my jutsu" he asked.
"what do you mean"she asked confused.
"when I use my jutsu I felt a bit.. Sensitive and shy, small and fragile, so..."
"girlish" yugao finished.
"yes" answered Naruto.
"Umm... I guess your old enough" said yugao.
"Huh" said Naruto in confusion.
Yugao then explained to the 11-12 year old about hormones and sex.
At the end of it Naruto was a blushing mess.
"So the reason I felt that is becouse of hormones" asked Naruto still blushing Dark red light purple.
"yeah pretty much, I think you should go home and rest" stated yugao as an order.
"can you take me there"asked Naruto.
The neko(cat) masked anbu shunshined Naruto in front of the hidden door to the compound and left.
Flashback end
The fifth and final year was just relearning everything they learned.
The only new thing they learn was near the graduation exam.
Time skip 1 week before the graduation exam.
"Okay students today were going to learn about bingo book rankings"said Iruka.
When Iruka said that the entire class began listening closely.
D-rank:D-rank shinobi's normally give have a reward of 100 to 10,000 Ryo.
They often have the skills of a newly graduated academy student.
They have a power indicator of 1.
C-rank:C-rank shinobi's often give a reward of 10,000 to 55,000 Ryo.
They often have the skills of experienced gennin to chuunin.
They have a power indicator of 2.
B-rank:B-rank shinobi's often have a reward of 55,000 to 1,000,000 Ryo.
They often have the skillset between chuunin and tokubetsu(special) jounin.
They have a power indicator from 3-4.
A-rank:A-rank shinobi's award you with a reward of 1,000,000 to 50,000,000 Ryo.
They often have are as skilled as anbu and jounin.

S-rank:S-rank shinobi's have a reward of 50,000,000 to 150,000,000 Ryo.
There often sannin and kage level.
They have a power indicator from 9-30.

(Not like anyone can get the reward).
There are the strongest Shinobi's to ever exist.

There are only 5 Triple S-rank Shinobi's.

After the lecture
"any questions" asked Iruka.
"shouldn't Kakashi have died in the Uchiha massacre" asked sasuke.
"no, Itachi is many things, I don't think suicidal is not one of them" replied Mizuki.
"besides he lived in the compound where the yondaime lived because he is his student" stated Iruka.
"IF HE'S AN UCHIHA WHY DOESN'T HE TAKE CARE OF SASUKE-KUN" screeched Sakura which caused everyone to cover their ears in pain.
"well if he is the strongest Shinobi in the elemental nations, than he probably does missions 24/7 or something like that" stated Shino.
"Also Haruno I'm a Girl" stated Sasuki dropping her transformation.
"WHAT" was the collective reply of everyone other than Iruka, Mizuki, Shino, Shikamaru and Naruto.
"SASUKE-KUN WHY THE HELL ARE YOU USING NARUTO-BAKA'S OIROKE NO JUTSU(SEXY TECHNIQUE)" shrieked Sakura causing everyone present to cover their ears in pain.
"Actually Haruno if you haven't realized it, my jutsu doesn't put any clothes on you, also why don't you ask Hyuga-San to check if it's a transformation or not" stated Naruto with coldness in his his tone which sent a chill down everyone's spine.
Hinata used her Byakugan and said "it's not a transformation" so shocked she didn't even stutter.
Then most of the fangirls began crying because they wouldn't be able to be with there *sasuke-kun* while the others all screamed "IF CAN'T BE WITH SASUKE-KUN, THAN WE WILL BE WITH SASUKI-CHAN" which caused all of the boys to blush and most of them to faint.
"YURI YURI YURI YURI" chanted the Kurama while sending inappropriate images through the mental link which caused Naruto to blush a new shade of red.
"I DON'T ROLL THAT WAY YOU LESBIAN BITCHES" screamed Satsuki which made Naruto, Shino and Shikamaru chuckle at her antics.
"Ooh Sasuki-Chan, now you'll have both fangirls and fanboys" joked Naruto which caused the three of them to hold down a laugh seeing the horrified expression on the girls face.
After a moment Shino was the one to break the silence by asking "Naruto-San, how did you know about Sasuki's real gender" with genuine curiosity.
"please call me Naruto and to answer your question I'm close to the Hokage and every jounin ranked shinobi and the academy instructor's as well as the village elders and both sides of the council knew but decided to let you be the one to tell everyone about your real gender, I found out by accident so the Hokage asked me to keep it a secret" he answered with a half truth as she shouldn't know that Itachi's the one that told him about her.
"what a drag" said shikamaru while Sasuki just pouted in anger while Naruto only had one thought 'cute'.
"hey kit I say that you ask her out" recommended the kyubi.
'just shut up kurama' which only made the bijuu chuckle.
"hey Naru-Kun, now that I told everyone my secret why don't you tell everyone yours" asked Satsuki in an extremely seductive voice which was the sight everyone woke up to.
"You can't seduce the answers out of me, maybe over a date though Sasuki-Chan" he said in a suggestive tone just realizing he dropped his mask.
Then Shikamaru decided he will be playing matchmaker and gave Naruto a gentle push which caused him to fall towards Sasuki but just when there lips were about to touch Naruto subconsciously activate the eternal mongekyo sharingan and used the Kamui ability which caused him to go through her and reach the front of the class where he just thought one thing 'Oh Shit'.
After a moment of silence Satsuki finally broke it, "that's the mongekyo sharingan" she exclaimed.
"eternal mongekyo sharingan actually" corrected Naruto.
"what's the difference" asked kiba.
"the mongekyo sharingan goes blind with every use of it's ability and can only use random three of the six abilities of the mongekyo while it's eternal varient doesn't go blind and can use all six abilities with everything about it being 1.5 times stronger than the mongekyo" explained Naruto.
"Who exactly are you Naruto" asked Shikamaru suspiciously because Naruto is like a puzzle he can't solve.
Naruto deciding he has nothing to lose dropped his transformation which makes him 5'3 ft while his hair is similar to minato during his gennin days only with his bangs being black, silver and red while all the parts of his hair is golden blonde.
"I am Naruto Senju Uchiha Uzumaki Namikaze, Son of Uzumaki Kushina also known as the akai shisoi no habanero(red hot blooded habanero) and yondaime hokage(fourth hokage) Minato Senju Uchiha Namikaze also known as konoha no kiiroi senko(yellow flash of the leaf) and the jinchuriki of the Kyubi No Yoko(ninetailed demon fox)".
"wait I thought the Kyubi was dead" asked an insignificant side character.
"A bijuu is a being made up of pure Chara if you kill it, it will only reform which makes the only to defeat it by sealing it" explained Naruto.
"So wait the entire village hates you for something you had no control over" asked choji.
"they can't tell the difference between a scroll and a kunei sealed inside of it" answered Naruto.
"Wh-why do y-you h-hi-hide yo-your s-skills nar-naruto-san" asked a timid hyuga.
"because deception is a ninjas greatest asset" answered naruto.
Meanwhile in the Hokage office
'Your going to give me a headache, wonyou Naruto-Kun' thought Sarutobi Hiruzen while spying through his crystal ball.
'also I don't think Kakashi told him he will be leaving anbu this week' he added.
Meanwhile in Yu No Kuni(land of hot springs)
A dog masked Anbu sneezed.
"Ah, Sasuki-Chan finally learned about me eh" he thought out loud.
Back in the classroom
"hey Shikamaru why did you push me" asked Naruto.
"because I thought it was time for you to take your relationship up a notch" he answered dissatisfied that his plan didn't work.
"We're not in relationship" seeing the dejected look of on Satsuki's face he added "unless you want to make one Sasuki-Chan" with a wink which caused her to blush deep red knowing she was caught red handed.
Luckily she was saved by the bell so she ran as fast as she could to her apartment building and locked the door and thought of everything that happened today.
Naruto also just used the hirashin no jutsu (flying raijin jutsu{flying thunder god technique}) to get to his compound leaving a very confused class.
After a moment of silence Mizuki finally asked "what just happened".
"young love" replied Iruka looking dazed at the fact that his surrogate little brother is the son of the yondaime(fourth).
