The next few days flew by, Robert had started to get back into the swing of things as the commissioner while Holly and Tiffany decorated the townhouse and got ready to New Year's. Valentin and Diane were both sent to Pentonville, Robert made sure there were no mess ups this time. Things were getting into a nice little groove again.

Robert picked up the phone in his office when he heard it ringing. "Scorpio."

"Scorpio here too, you working late?" She asked him as she put a bottle of champagne on ice to chill.

Robert's face softened hearing one of his favorite voices. "Shouldn't be, what are you up to?" Robert asked Holly as he took a seat at his desk.

"Tiffany and I did a little shopping and I am now chilling a bottle of wine for when we have our sauna date tonight or are we skipping it because of New Year's?" Holly asked him, wanting his opinion on it.

"Not a chance. My favorite part of the day, well besides waking up to the most beautiful sight in the world." Robert grinned into the phone.

"There's my marshmallow again and at work?" Holly teased him, her face lit up from just how sweet he was with her.

Robert chuckled. "What can I say, you bring it out in me. I wish I were with you right now."

"I can stop by if you want? You know I'll take any chance to see my Robert." Holly replied, the two of them genuinely could not get enough of each other.

"Don't tempt me. I want to get work done and I don't know if having my favorite distraction around would be wise." Robert told her. "I want to spend most of this day with you."

"Okay, okay. I will stay home and behave." Holly knew what his response was going to be.

"I hope that changes when I get home." Robert replied.

"It might. Get back to work, I love you." Holly blew a kiss into the phone.

"I love you too." Robert blew one back just as Dante opened the door.

"Sorry Commish, didn't realize I was interrupting anything." Dante smiled, he didn't want to make a big deal of it but he too did know what it was like to have someone you love and was happy for Robert.

Robert hung the phone up. "It's alright Dante." The two of them got back to work.

Holly and Tiffany were decorating the house for New Year's. "You know I am so glad you and Robert had me come stay with you! It's been so much fun getting this place together with you and just spending time with my good friends." Tiffany gave Holly a hug.

Holly happily hugged Tiff back. "We love having you here. Isn't it great that we share a granddaughter!?"

Tiffany couldn't help but smile hearing the excitement in Holly's voice. "Oh yes darling, I love it! It explains why she is such a handful but I wouldn't change her at all!"

Holly and Tiffany went into the kitchen and had a cup of tea, sharing some girl talk before they both went to go get ready for the nights festivities.

Holly got her dress out and laid it on the bed.

Robert walked into the room and wrapped his arms around her from behind. "You are going to look gorgeous in that."

Holly grinned as she turned around to kiss him. "Let's hope. You up to a sauna now or you want to wait until the New Year?"

Robert looked into her brown eyes. "I say now and then, you up to it?"

Holly's eyes lit up as she nodded. "Always."

Holly got the sauna ready as Robert went down to retrieve their champagne. The two of them then got ready, wrapping their towels around them as they went inside.
