Secret Life of the Influencers
FRESHMEN:
Massie Block: Your favorite brunette is more than prepared to graciously walk the halls of Briarwood-Octavian Prep with her infamous clique—the Pretty Committee. Massie spent the summer, which sped by faster than her father's new Porsche Cayenne could drive, mandating weekly meetings with the PC to learn all about BOP's hierarchy. Her preparation, necessary to rule to BOP, seemed tedious to her friends. Will they support her through her endeavors, or jump ship when she needs them most?
Alicia Rivera: Currently thanking Gawd that middle school is done and over with. Alicia couldn't wait to say goodbye to OCD—it was filled with memories of the times she embarrassed herself trying to overthrow Massie, her corny relationship with Hotz, and the one person who changed everything when she moved to town. Alicia vowed her loyalty to Massie, but what does she do when it's time for friendly fire?
Claire Lyons: Kuh-Laire Lyons spent her summer in Florida connecting with family and making a name for herself. After Kirsten Gregory's parents solved their financial issues, they asked her what she wanted as a middle school graduation present—her answer? A boarding school in California with a prestigious soccer team. Claire had lost her only friend who knew what it was like to be on the lower-class side of things. She poured her feelings into creative things like art, singing, and, most importantly, YouTube. Claire's YouTube video gained massive amounts of popularity over the course of two and a half months. How does she start the first year of high school living a completely new life than the one she lived in middle school?
Dylan Marvil: Instead of spending the summer obsessing over hierarchy, although she did attend every mandated meeting, Dylan made it her mission to destroy the insecurities her mother had instilled into her brain over the course of her childhood. The only problem? Her new sense of positivity came with a side of naïve, as Dylan lands herself in a sticky situation leaving her rubbed in all the wrong ways.
Derrick Harrington: Left middle school as the captain of the soccer team and hoping to enter high school with a spot on the varsity soccer team, Derrick is one to stay out of the drama. But when his old flame's personality switches, one of her best friends happened to catch his eye. Can he make his move subtle enough to keep the peace, or is he lighting the match to burn a bridge once and for all?
Cam Fisher: Might have missed his girlfriend all summer long, but he didn't let that stop him from practicing day in and day out. Cam knows making varsity as a freshman is shy of impossible to do, and with Derrick and Josh out for the same goal, only one of them can score. But what does he do when helping someone else with their issues gets the ball intercepted?
Josh Hotz: Is no stranger to BOP. His big brother, Nick Hotz, graduated two years ago and remains a household name. Extravagant parties, raging cookouts and cozy bonfires remain traditions at BOP because of him. Whether or not he lives up to his big brother's name is up to him. However, popularity has never mattered to Josh. But it sure does to someone else...
SOPHOMORES - FEMALES
S*** H*******: Isn't new when it comes to being alpha—but certainly has been out of the game for a while. A change in perspective and becoming a new person grants this girl peace of mind when it comes to high school drama. But it leaves others wondering—was this girl changed by choice, or by force?
Chantelle Jameson: The only sophomore to be welcomed with open arms into Charlie's prestigious clique. She's an SGA princess, a bilingual humanitarian, and an advocate for the environment. Her biggest pet peeve? Being used.
SOPHOMORES - MALES
Pierre Armani: Tired of being known as just Charlie's younger brother, Pierre has his sights set on creating a legendary name for himself as QB1. Though it's a tough task for a sophomore to complete, especially with his competition being tough, the help of a certain PC member is just what he needs to alleviate the pressure.
JUNIORS - FEMALES
Charlie Armani: Otherwise known as BOP's most loved (slash-envied-slash-hated), Charlie became the protégé of Nick Hotz during her freshman year and his junior year. In order to ensure the order at BOP following his graduation, Nick needed to find a replacement. With his eyes set on another girl in particular, Charlie made sure to make her presence known. She remained perfect when it came to making a name for herself and was eventually crowned the queen of BOP. Everybody has a story—how much of hers is the truth?
Talia Tatum: Charlie's second in command and best friend since those days in the sand box. Tatia and her boyfriend Nolen are known as the second-best couple in school—they're always on romantic dates, they cheer each other on at the other's basketball games, and somehow always end up in the middle of their friends' drama.
Aubrey Stone: Nick Hotz' former protégé who was almost gifted with the title of alpha. The only thing worse than not being crowned alpha is knowing why. Nick had only told her that she wasn't a good representation of BOP—even though only weeks before he'd told her that she was a perfect fit! Aubrey has tried to let it go, move on and be okay with losing the alpha spot. But when a new student arrives wondering the same things as her, she can't help but think of forming a new alliance in hopes of uncovering the truth.
JUNIORS - MALES
Nathan Calloway: Charlie's one and only epic love. The two have been together since freshman year, making their mark as the best couple in Briarwood-Octavian Prep. Nathan's good at getting ah-mazing grades, football, cooking, and staying out trouble. He and drama don't mix well—with his bad temper and hot head there's no telling who'll get hurt.
Nolen Calloway: Unlike his fraternal twin brother Nathan, Nolen operates with a clear head (most of the time). He's not one to turn down a challenge—as the school's daredevil he's always up for anything. What is he to do when he catches himself in the middle of a war in defense of his brother?
Emilio De la Vega: This Panamanian bad boy has a thing for trouble, and all the things that come with it. What happens when he must fight for the heart of the girl he loves by proving he's not who he used to be?
