The Gardevoir Who Lived

Summary: This will be an alternate universe to my Tooty Potter story the only thing different in the script will be the results from the killing curse and Lily's protection ritual interacting in an unexpected way.

Chapter 1: Prologue chapter 1
It's Halloween 1991 in Godric's Hollow England and Voldemort has attacked the Potters after a short duel with James Voldemort uses the killing curse and he drops dead Voldemort then corners Lily and baby Harry and he says " stand aside and let me kill the child and you'll live." Lily says " I'll never let you kill my son kill me instead but leave my son out of this." Voldemort says " very well if you're so eager to die i'll oblige you."
by saying that he's entered a magical contract that states if he even tries to kill Harry he'll be killed by his own magic but he's determined to see Harry dead no matter the cost he walks up to the crib and says " I can sense your potential and if I wasn't dead set on killing you i would have taught you everything I know except how to split your soul if i had known the consequences of doing it years ago I would have never done it but it's too late for me. so goodbye hope you have a nice afterlife."
he then aims his wand at Harry and recites " Avada Kedavra." and unknowingly he's broke the contract that he just agreed to and the moment the AK hits Harry a few things happen. first his AK is reflected back to him and it kills his body and he becomes a shade due to his horcruxes. second when the AK hit Harry Lily's protection ritual kicks in and the two interacting have unexpected results.
first Harry turns into a shiny female Ralts and second he's sent to Pallet Town in the Kanto region of the Pokemon world and all regions of it is hidden in the Bermuda triangle. third before the now female harry is sent away a piece of Voldemort's soul attaches itself to a lightning bolt scar on her forehead that appeared due the explosion that resulted from the interaction between a life taking spell and a life preserving ritual.
Rubeus Hagrid and Sirius Black show up and find Lily and James bodies but they don't see Harry anywhere in sight so they assume he's alive but disappeared without a trace. they then decide to split up with Hagrid going to Surrey to tell Minerva McGonnagall and Albus Dumbledore the situation while Sirius tacks down Peter Pettigrew in a muggle town and Peter says " Sirius how could you kill Lily and James."
he then sends the bombardment spell to a nearby gas tank that kills thirteen muggles. "Bombarda." rather than be stunned by the act Sirius recites "Petrificus Totalis." and stuns Peter and Barty Crouch Sr. and the Aurors appear from where they were hiding and they saw everything Barty Crouch Sr. says " well done in capturing him but we still need to question you with Veritaserum to dissolve any doubts that you're innocent."
they go to the Wizengamot courtroom and Sirius is questioned with Veritaserum a powerful truth potion that with just three drops disable the ability to lie until the antidote is given. Sirius reveals that there was no way on god's green earth that he could have betrayed Lily and James Potter because he's Harry's magic bound godfather which means his magic would have killed him if he did.
then Peter is given veritaserum and he admits to everything even going as far as revealing that there's nobody that deserve second chances in Voldemort's inner circle of death eaters because you need to willingly kill somebody to get the dark mark. as a result of this revelation all of the inner circle of the death eaters are captured even the Lestrange trio are captured before they can torture the Longbottom family to insanity after speedy trials that prove their guilt rather than send them to Azkaban they toss them through the veil of death leaving Voldemort without his inner circle should he return. England celebrates the fall of Voldemort and name Harry the Boy who lived although that would change when he appears ten years later.
Meanwhile in Pallet Town in the Kanto Region in the Bermuda triangle a six year old Ash is interacting with Pokemon that were sent by Pokemon trainers to Professor Oak's ranch when suddenly a shiny female Ralts appears in front of him and he says " hello there I'm Ash Ketchum and I'm going to be a Pokemon Master."
Harry telepathically says "Hi my Name is Harry Potter but I guess I'll need a name change since I'm now female." Ash then says "I have a name in mind how about Titania after the queen of the fairies since from what I've read you're a psychic and Fairy type Pokemon?"
Harry's innate magic and new psychic powers accept the new name and Titania says " I love it. where do we go from here?" Ash says " well I'll have to introduce you to my mom and Professor Oak." Titania says "Okay let's go then."
they go into Professor Oak's lab and before they find Professor Oak and Delia Ketchum an overconfident hot head by the name Gary Oak rears his head and says "hey loser why do you have a shiny Ralts with you let me have it."
before anyone can react Titania's psychic powers react to her temper flaring and levitate him a few feet off the ground she telepathically asks " who do you think you are calling my friend names and try to take me from him." Gary says "Impossible you're nothing but a newly hatched Pokemon how are you able to control your power to this extent?" Titania responds " maybe I'm a prodigy of my race or something." she then says " unless you want to have any dreams you have shattered before they can come to fruition you'll learn some humility and try to get along with Ash."
she then drops him to the floor and he leaves to do some meditation over what just happened while Professor Oak and Delia saw the whole thing and he says " well done on controlling your powers to the extent you did and thanks for giving him a lesson in humility I swear he was getting as bad as his father Blue was."
Delia says "hello there you're so cute I want to hug you." Ash then steps in and says "Professor Oak, Mom this is Titania and she's a shiny female Ralts who appeared in front of me while i was interacting with the Pokemon in the ranch." Professor Oak and Delia say "nice to meet you. " one after the other Ash then says "Professor Oak I want Titania to be my starter in four years when my Pokemon Journey begins."
Profess or Oak says " Okay I'll grab a special Pokeball called the Luxury ball which has the built in feature of increasing the bond between the Pokemon it captures and the trainer who threw it." he then rummages through his Pokeball collection that he gathered when he was a young hotshot trainer who thought he could take on the world and finds a Luxury ball and hands it to Ash.
Ash then throws it to Titania and it pulls her in it shakes three times and it signals that it was a success Ash does the fanfare that he does in the anime whenever he caught a Pokemon. he then releases Titania from her ball and they both feel a strong bond forming not knowing that ten years later it makes them a couple that will take on all enemies and come out on top and while the idea of human and Pokemon couples are frowned upon by many it's not illegal.
Ash, Delia and Titania leave the lab and go home. and before they enter the house Arceus appears and says telepathically "Titania I know your origins and that you have a soul fragment of the man who tried to kill you in your head the main reason I showed up is to purge it from your body." Titania says " please get rid of it lord Arceus." he then borrows a move from Ho-Oh called sacred fire and fires it at Titania but instead of damaging her it has a secondary effect take place instead since it's a Pokemon version of Phoenix fire it acts like holy water and kills the horcrux and as a consequence of the horcrux being in her head she can never go back to being human.
Arceus says "Ash you have a destiny ahead of you that will encompass the world I'll be watching you." he then leaves and returns to the hall of legends. and so Ash and Titania have four years of peace and training to do and then they'll have six years of adventure around the Pokemon world and once Ash has been granted the title of Pokemon Master by becoming champion of all regions in the Pokemon world at the end of the six years of adventure Titania's Hogwarts letter would appear and then seven years of adventure begin.
Chapter 2: Prologue Chapter 2
AN: I forgot to mention in the last chapter that due to being a Pokemon Titania has lost the ability to speak any human language so anything she says in this story that is in English or otherwise is her using Telepathy and due to it being the ability to project your thoughts it can break the language barrier between different people so for example when Fleur Delacour eventually appears during what would be Titania's fourth year at Hogwarts Titania's interactions with her will have Fleur's mind treat Titania's Telepathy as another French speaker.
It's been one year since Titania became a shiny female Ralts and became Ash 's first Pokemon he's now seven years old and over the course of the year he has trained her to the point where she's now level 10 with the moves Psychic, Teleport, Disarming Voice, Confusion and Hypnosis. Ash has bonded with her to the point where he develops psychic powers himself but unlike a psychic Pokemon there's a limit to what he can do. he is coached by Titania on how to use Psychic which in his case would be called levitation, Teleport which would help him when he needs it can get him out of a dire situation and Telepathy which he would use similarly to how Sabrina did in the canon timeline. Titania gets introduced to Ash's friends in the local school for future Pokemon Trainers and while some of the female students wish it was them that found her and some male students are a little jealous that Ash is so lucky to have his first Pokemon long before they do the school year goes without a hitch and so another year passes without anything major happening.
Chapter 3: Prologue Chapter 3
AN: I forgot to mention in the last chapter that the Prologue Arc after Chapter 1 won't be text heavy but in two chapters when Ash is ten years old he'll start his Pokemon Journey and get Pikachu as his second Pokemon and Pikachu will be female in this story but no less powerful that it is in canon.
It's been a year since Titania got introduced to the Pokemon Trainer academy and she's now level 19 and needs just one more push to become level 20 and evolve into Kirlia the second stage of her evolutionary line while Ash is now eight years old.
they're training in Professor Oak's Ranch and a level 18 Dratini challenges them to a battle Ash and Titania accept and Ash says "Titania use Disarming Voice." Titania does so and the attack knocks out the Dratini in one hit since it's a fairy type move which is super effective against dragon type Pokemon.
and before Ash and Professor Oak and Delia the latter two of which who were watching can react Titania starts to glow and grow and when the glow disappears they see that Titania has evolved into a Shiny Kirlia and has learned a new move as a result the move is magical leaf a grass move since she's now level 20 Ash does the fanfare he's known for in the Anime whenever one of his Pokemon evolve to the next level and says "Congratulations on becoming a Kirlia Titania."
Titania who's telepathic voice has matured to that of a teenager since if you were to break down the Ralts to Gardevoir/Gallade line in human terms Ralts is a child Kirlia is a teenager and Gardevoir/Gallade are an adult so in retrospect in human terms Titania just hit puberty.
Professor Oak says" I have a feeling Ash will shock the Pokemon Gym Leaders particulary the Pewter City Gym Leader when he challenges him because Titania will be in her final form by the time Ash starts his Journey." Delia says "I agree and Titania looks so cute with an outfit that is comparable to a ballerina dress." Professor Oak says "from what I've read when Titania becomes a Gardevoir that outfit will change to what could be compared to a princess dress." Titania hears the conversation and telepathically says " I look forward to it." and so another year of peace comes to and end with nothing else major happening.
AN: in the next Chapter Titania will be level 25 and Ash will be nine years old. I'm making it to where Titania will be a Gardevoir as the Prologue ends and the Indigo League arc begins. and lastly I don't particularly like Misty that much so I'm going to have a girl from later in Ash's canon Journey join him instead I'll put up a poll to decide who it is. the choices will be May who if chosen will have Max tag along as a result, Dawn who honestly would be my choice due to her being my favorite Female protagonist in the games. Serena who would be a childhood friend of Ash but their bond would strictly siblings in all but blood and Lillie who instead of just being a tag along like she is in Pokemon Sun and Moon she'll take an interest in contests and she would have Cosmog who she calls Nebby.
Chapter 4: Prologue Chapter 4
It's been a year since Titania evolved into a shiny Kirlia and Ash is now nine years old he's been training her some more and now she's level 25 and has learned the moves Calm Mind, Protect and Psybeam. Titania's psychic powers have been honed to the point where she can outpace an Alakazam in regards to the strength of her Pyschic powers. Ash has been taking her to the Pokemon Trainer academy for a few years now and he's eagerly awaiting the coming year where he can finally start his Pokemon Journey so he's killing time learning the ins and outs of a Pokemon Trainer and by the time the Journey starts he'll be smarter and be a better strategist than he was in canon they spend the year training and by the time the year ends Titania will be level 29 and only needs one final push to evolve into a Gardevoir
AN: next time the prologue ends and Ash's Indigo League Journey begins. Pikachu will finally appear and on Route 1 they meet a girl who joins them and the only different event in the timeline is Titania not Pikachu knocks out the fearow flock and as a result she'll become level 30 and evolve into Gardevoir. and lastly Jessie, James and Meowth abandon Team Rocket when they encounter Titania and Ash and join them with Meowth acting as a translator for all non-psychic type Pokemon.
Chapter 5: Prologue ends the Journeys begins
It's been another year and Ash's big day has arrived he's just turned ten years old and he's now the minimum required age to begin a Pokemon Journey while waiting for this day to come he's trained Titania to where she's now level 29 and needs one final push to become level 30 and evolve into a Gardevoir.
Ash and Titania go to Profressor Oak's lab where Gary, Yellow and Leaf have already claimed the standard three starters with Gary choosing Squirtle, Yellow choosing Charmander and Leaf choosing Bulbasaur and have already left. Professor Oak says " you're late Ash the standard starters have been claimed already but don't worry I just caught a Pokemon that is a little hard to handle do you want to have it?"
Ash says "I'll accept the Pokemon as my second Pokemon." Professor Oak pick up a Pokeball with a lightning bolt on it he throws it and a Pikachu is released but there's a small difference in the design of it's tail is still lightning bolt shaped but the top of its tail is heart shaped indicating that it's female. the Pikachu sees Titania and asks in pokespeech "how is a Kirlia here aren't they native to the Hoenn region?" Titania responds telepathically "I didn't know about that but as to how I'm here it's a long story that I'll tell you later."
she then asks "Pikachu I know Ash may be rough around the edges at the moment but give him a chance to train you and you'll become the most powerful Pikachu in the world with enough power to go toe to toe with Zapdos in electric strength do you want to join us and possibly become that powerful?" Pikachu says "I'll give him a chance but if he blows it I'll thunderbolt his ass."
Professor Oak hands Ash his Pokedex which has the national dex upgrade on it due to Ash's starter being from another region and 6 Pokeballs before they leave Pallet Town Ash asks "Pikachu do you want a nickname to show other Pikachus how special you are?" Pikachu says " yes I would like one." which Titania translates to Ash who then says " I name you Athena after the greek Goddess of wisdom."
Pikachu says "I like it." and so Pikachu will now be named Athena. said Goddess appears and says "I was watching you and give my blessing for this cutie to have my name. I'll be watching you." she then leaves and goes back to Mount Olympus and Ash , Athena and Titania depart for Route 1 and they encounter a Pidgy who Athena attacks with Thunderbolt Ash throws a Pokeball and it shakes three times and gives the signal that it was a success a nearby Spearow saw this and alerted the Fearow flock who then chase them to a river where they meet a girl named Dawn Berlitz but they have no time for pleasantries the Fearow Flock surrounds them and Titania decides enough is enough she says "you want a fight I'll give you one."
she then treats the Flock as a hoard battle and uses Psychic on them to freeze them in place and while holding them in place she uses magical leaf three times and they all get knocked out she lets them go and they dop to the ground. and due to knocking out so many enemies at once she gains enough experience to become level 35 as a result she starts to glow and grow once the glow disappears Dawn, Ash and Athena see that Titania has become a Gardevoir who's chest which has become DD cup breasts which only add to her beauty and fill out her outfit which has turned into a princess dress. Ash then asks " congratulations Titania how does it feel to be a Gardevoir?"
Titania responds and notices her voice has become a sultry contralto " It feels wonderful." Dawn says " I can't believe I'm saying this but for a Pokemon your beautiful." Titania says " thanks for the compliment." they finally reach Viridian City and go to the Pokemon Center Ash gives his pokeballs to Nurse Joy while Titania and Athena follow her to an examination room where they are healed and while that's happening Ash calls Professor Oak and tells him what's happened so far Professor Oak then says "I'm happy that you made it there in one piece and my Grandson Gary owes me one million pokedollars since he bet me that you wouldn't catch a Pokemon before getting there." Ash says " goes to show he's as overconfident and hotheaded as always."
and as they were talking Nurse Joy returns Ash his Pokeballs and Titania and Athena come to the phone and Professor Oak sees her and says "congratulations Titania you've got to be the most beautiful Pokemon in the world now." Titania says "thanks for the compliment Professor." they then hang up and call Delia and tell her the situation and she says " congratulations Titania you're so beautiful."
Titania says " thanks for the compliment Mrs. Ketchum." Delia says " none of that now call me mom because i always seen you as a daughter although that will become official in six years when you marry my Ash." Ash blushes and says " that's a reasonable deadline for the wedding but don't expect any grandkids until I'm 20 years old at least." Delia says "that's fine."
they hang up and notice that Jessie, James and Mewoth of Team Rocket have appeared in the Pokemon Center looking to steal the Pokemon there but before they can react Titania uses psychic on them and combines it with psybeam. they survive and Meowth says in clear english " What Power If we're going to be facing that day in and day out trying to steal her for the boss then I'd rather quit."
Jessie Says " I agree that power is insane we're better off joining the Trainer who owns her." James then says "I agree as well." Officer Jenny has appeared and heard what they said and says " If you're serious about turning over a new leaf then I'll put you in the Trainer's custody consider yourselves on probation while trying to keep him out of trouble."
she then walks up to Ash and asks " what's your name kid?" Ash pulls out his Pokedex and it says " I'm Dexter I'm registered to Ash Ketchum if I'm lost or stolen I can't be replaced." Jenny says " well Ash these three are now your problem so keep them in line." she then leaves and Jessie, James and Meowth walk up to them Meowth says if you need extra money I'll use Pay day on enemy Pokemon to make them drop double what they normally would and I'll act as a translator whenever you need to communicate with your Pokemon." Ash says " I'll accept the offer." Jessie says " whenever you need a sparring partner to train your Pokemon I'll be happy to help." James says " I'll do the same." Ash then says " I accept your help." Ash, Dawn, Jessie, James , Meowth, Athena and Titania leave the Pokemon Center and enter Viridian Forest.
AN: with Jessie James and Meowth turning over a new leaf they won't harass Ash and friends to try to steal his Pokemon so that's one annoyance averted. next time our heroes traverse through Viridian Forest.
