"These." Kimberly placed a handful of notebooks on Theo's desk and he looked up at her. He had expected it to take her months to figure this out, but she was delivering this to him only a few days later. "These are the things I need you to keep from Thomas. I need him to have a chance to...to..."

"Let me call Amelia and Atlantis- we need to make a group decision on this." Kimberly sat in one of the chairs and motioned for him to go ahead. She was not going to go anywhere, as it was rare that Thomas had this packed of a day. She needed him to not come looking for her for while this conversation happened. She knew that one day he would hate her for this, but she needed to protect him in any ways that she could and the main way that she could protect him, was to keep some information from him. "Are you sure?"

"Not at all, but these are the ones that would stress him the most and he's going…he's going to lose so much. Theo…" Kim trailed off as she let the tears fall. She didn't know how much Amelia had told him, but one glance at him let her know that it was not nearly enough. Theo didn't know enough about what was coming for her and what it meant for them. "I don't die a peaceful death- it's brutal and he watches…he sees it all and he's not able to get to me. The rangers keep him from getting to me."

"Why would they stop him?" Theo asked as she locked eyes with him and he started shaking his head. His nephew was finally happy- why would he stop the rangers from letting him save her? Why would he tell them that Thomas was more of a priority than Kimberly? "No. I would not order them to keep him safe as he watches you die. That's not what I signed up for."

"You can, and you will- you've already agreed to it," Kimberly said as Amelia walked in and Atlantis then materialized in the far corner of the room. Theo stared over at his wife and hoped that she had seen something different. He hoped that she would be able to say that Kimberly's prophecies were not as accurate as she thought. "Theo- I need you to promise me."

"He deserves a chance to try," Theo said as Kimberly shook her head and he looked between Amelia and Atlantis. "Ames- you can't agree…"

"I don't like that I agree, but I've reviewed all of it. We're going to need you to help keep him alive," Amelia said as he let out a groan. Thomas was never going to forgive them for getting in his way, he was never going to forgive them for keeping him alive instead of letting him try to save her. "Hopefully things will change. There is always a chance that things will change."

"Thomas will hate all of us if we…" Theo trailed off as Kimberly shook her head no. "The hell he won't. You only got a glimpse of him and what his life was before you. We were there- we saw all of it. He cannot lose you."

"But I do know how bad it was, he's told me. He needs to live. If all of you agree to do this, he'll be alive and our son…our son is going to need him alive far more than he needs me alive. I am not a Power Ranger and he's going to be…he's going to be stronger than both of us," Kim explained as Theo shook his head. Thomas deserved a say in this. He deserved to be able to choose who stayed alive. "I will die either way, Theo. There is a way for Tommy to live, please don't make JJ grow up without both of us."

"JJ?" Atlantis asked and Kim just nodded. "You sure he's going to go with that name?"

"He suggests it- not me," Kim stated as she held up a book and they chuckled. "Yes- I am holding this out. I want him…us…to be able to become parents on our own terms- not with this prophecy hanging over us."

"What else are you asking we hold out?" Amelia asked as she flipped through a few of the other notebooks and Kimberly quieted. "I can read them, but a summary would be great."

"That one is a prophecy about…about who Thomas will fall in love with after me. He'd fight it if he knew and he deserves…he deserves a chance to have a wife and more children and to be happy. Not to just be a widower for all of his life and live with that pain. Her name is Katherine and she…she'll be good for him," Kim hastily wiped her eyes as she pointed at the other notebooks. She couldn't dwell too long on who her husband was going to spend most of his life with, it hurt too much to think about it. "That one is about who can defeat Kiros- his name is Tommy Oliver and Thomas will meet him. One day he'll come here, but I don't want Thomas to push the timeline and mess things up in his world. There is a lot that is going to go wrong before it can go right in that world and Thomas will mess it up if he thinks he can get to him sooner to save me, Tommy Oliver won't be strong enough yet. The last one…is about JJ becoming a prophet. Out of all of them, that is the one that I hope is not true the most."

"That all sounds reasonable to me," Atlantis said as Amelia and Theo exchanged a glance. "Thomas is strong. He's strong enough to fight these prophecies in ways that will harm him and will harm future rangers. She's not asking us to keep monsters or key ranger things from him and even this stuff can be given to him once it has come to pass. None of us like it, but it makes sense."

"I hate when you're right like this," Theo said as he thumbed through the books and then looked over at Kimberly. "Okay. We'll keep these out. I just hope Thomas will be able to understand it."
