When two spiritual beings face off against one another, it is often believed that those with the highest spiritual pressure would win. However, in an actual battle, the outcome is not decided by the amount but rather by its potency.

For, those that concentrate their spiritual pressure, in the form of defense, offense, speed, or all the above. They can far surpass those that have much greater amounts of spiritual pressure. This is why both the Sternritter, The Directors and the Espada are so often feared, for not only do they have entire armies worth of spiritual power at their disposal but also have superb mastery over that power as well.

Roka herself knew this simple fact and thus she concluded that to defeat Keigo, whose Mastered Art prevented her from increasing her power, healing herself, or using any other ability to turn the tide in her favor. The Espada used her negation threads to compress all her spiritual power into several thousands of layers overlapping one another, with each less thick than a strain of hair and yet so sharp, that the air itself seems to part among its edges. Until they all came together and form into a majestic greatsword that shines brilliantly in gold. A blade in which even the hardest of Hierro or Blunt Vene could fall against it.

Realizing that this was his enemy's trump card and not risking to clash his wind blades against it. Asano then used bringer light to rush inside Roka's guard and while she was able to notice the Vanguard was upon her and tried to counter. Her enemy prove far too fast and ended up slashing his blades across her ribs.

Yet despite the injury, Roka continued to attack onward undaunted much to Keigo's confusion and at the last minute the agent crossed both of his air blades to block the attack...but as he feared the great sword cut through them with ease and slashed across his chest. Leaving behind a deep bleeding cut that quickly dyed his clothes red and stain the once clear white ground beneath his feet. Yet the Fullbringer also knew, that if he didn't also back away at the last minute, the mighty blade would have severed his entire body in half.

But worse yet as he now also learns how Roka was able to ignore the wounds he just inflicted on her, as several of her Negation threads are now holding her body together similar to the Quincy technique Ransōtengai. Though from what Keigo can judge, it was far from perfect as it was only just enough to prevent him from ending the battle quickly.

And so he decided to prolong it.

Deciding to implant another rule in his dimension. The Vanguard then rapidly clapped his hands. The first in prayer, the second in a cross, and the third in prayer again. Which then caused dozens of pillars to rise from the ground and surround Roka. Then wasting little time Keigo recreated his twin doubled-bladed wind staff and throw it at the pillars, causing it to bounce off them in such rapid succession that the Espada couldn't track its movements at all. This then resulted in the blade cutting off her other foot and making her fall to the ground which then quickly flew back into the Fullbringer's hands. But even then the woman remains undeterred as she immediately used her threads to form a golden foot to stand on. But in doing so she quickly began to exhaust herself.

Seeing this as her most vulnerable weakness, Keigo immediately began to exploit it, not only by throwing the double blade at the pillars again but also by rushing himself at Roka at the same time and channeling his fists with all his spiritual power.

Now the Eighth Espada was caught in a dance of blades and fists, As Asano, punch her body repeatedly with his hands, while his rebounding blades tore her apart, and with each slash inflicted upon her, the weaker and slower she became to the point that she could barely hold on to her consciousness let alone the shining great sword in her hands that were now becoming dimmer, by its loss of energy. Then in her frustration Roka slash her blade around with all her might and unleash a massive concerted blast of gold-white spiritual energy that consume the entire area around her Keigo included who then widen his eye in suspense before everything blank out into white.

However, as the light faded The Espada realized to her shock that not only have the pillars remained untouched but to her dread, she saw Asano coming out behind one of them completely uninjured.

It was then that Roka began to despair and realized how hopeless this battle truly was for her. For despite all the woman's efforts, the best she accomplish was to land a flesh wound, while her enemy had practically dragged her to death's door. As of now, it was only by force of will that she was able to even maintain her Segunda Etapa and in another minute she won't be able to do even that.

However, that just made her even more desperate to claim victory.

Using Sondio to escape the pillars surrounding her, Roka then gathered all of her remaining Spiritual power even as Keigo rushed towards her, and then right when she believed he was in striking distance the Espada unleashed another blast from her blade that was so large and grand that it made the last blast looked like a mere spark in comparison. As it engulfed everything in the entire dimension in the sea of concentrated white golden spiritual energy.

Then as the attack continued its course, Roka flash back to a time when she was at her happiest in life in which all she knew was numbness and pain.

'Wow, Roka...You sure do look like one fine lady' a dark-skin glass-wearing man with cornrows complimented with a pleasant smile, While Roka smiled sheepishly as he looked at her attire, which was a dark fluffy dress with a veil overhead.

'You think so?' she questioned. 'I mean...this is the first time I wore something so...elegant'

The man then chuckled. 'Well, you are an elegant lady and should be treated as such. So take pride in that' he then kisses her hand. 'I know I do'

Roka then smiled softly at the man. 'You think so do you...'She then looked over her garment. 'You know I have been around so many clothes designed by so many people...yet never once have I decided to design one for myself. One of which would reflect my own identity'

The man's smile then became a goofy grin. 'Oh so you want to be a Designer, well I say go for it girl, I mean given your grandeur taste I am sure you can make the best clothing this world has ever seen!'

Roka then laughed lightly at that declaration. 'Whenever or not the world would acknowledge what I make matters little to me...'She then stared lovingly at the man who return her gaze. 'So long as you are the one to appreciate it'

She then places both of her hands on the man's lap who in turn gently held them.

'Don Kanonji...'

As the Flashback ended, happy tears began to fall from Roka's face...before the noise of slicing flesh was then heard. Which was followed by her upper body falling from its severed waist. While Keigo stood below her and in both of his hands held his twin blades of air. While his head held down in somber reluctance.

'I'm sorry...' he muttered. As Roka fell to the ground, her shining greatsword dissolved into thin air and her Segunda Etapa crumbled away and revealed her broken body underneath.

And so the Roka has fallen to Keigo.

Now special mention to the song I picked a Beautiful song which is written by Keiichi Okabe and sung by Emi Evans. The reason I chose it because of how powerful, tragic, and of course how beautiful it sounds and given that the chaos language it uses can be interrupted in many different ways. I interrupted it as a woman doing everything they could bring the one they love back to them...and ultimately failing.

Anyway, I hope I integrated the music well into my story and that you all like it.

See you soon.
