Covid-19.
Thats what the governments called it; the virus first popped up in China.
Me? I just called it the UM-V5.
I admit, it didn't take that long to make it, all I needed was to make use of my PhD in Virology and my CRISPR printer.
Honestly, that's it; I didn't need anything else to create my virus, well, nothing outside of the desire to make one in the first place.
As for 'why', well… let me ask you this.
Do you really need to hear a reason?
If I gave you one, would it change anything?
Would it make you feel better – help you cope with things?
Would it erase whatever pain and suffering you've gone through?
No, I doubt it. So, I have no reason to give you my reasons.
Instead, allow me to give you this.
It is the spring of 2020, and my virus has successfully spread itself out across the world.
My virus, I admit, its spread out faster than I expected; not only that it's already started to grow into something else.
I'm quite curious as to what it'll turn into.
And just because I'm unable to continue my observations in China right now, that doesn't mean I can't continue to monitor its evolution in other countries.
So, if you want to find me, I'll tell you where to start looking first.
Tokonosu, Japan. That's my destination, at least, for now anyway.
If I chose to move out to another location. I'll be certain to let you all know ahead of time.
Till, then, do keep an ear out.
