Gotta Catch (Enslave) 'Em All! 3 (Waifu Catalog SI, Pokemon)

"Splash Away!"

"Quick Attack!"

My Magikarp used the power of Splash just in time to amplify his normal jumps, launching himself up into the air while narrowly dodging the speeding Vulpix that dashed forward and upwards at him.

Fast.

That was the only thing I could think of when I witnessed a Pokemon using Quick Attack with my very own eyes. The only reason why Vulpix missed was because it failed to account for Floppy's dropping speed.

Floppy was capable of and canny enough to randomize his Splash powered jump and drop speeds but that wouldn't be enough. Pokemon's had awe inspiring combat adaptability and at this rate Vulpix could outmaneuver Floppy within the next three-four Quick Attacks.

"Karp! Karp!"

"Vul…!"

"Dodge! Splash everywhere!" My heart was pounding like crazy when Vulpix's figure blurred past the distance between the two. If I hadn't practiced giving various commands through my harem's regular battles then I would have freaked!

Floppy quickly understood what I was getting at as it began jumping in different directions within the clearing we were battling at.

"Use Disable!"

Wait what!?

I could see a wave of power flash from Vulpix and-

"You're kidding me?!" Green was shocked when her Pokemon missed.

Floppy you magnificent fish! You fucking dodged it by jumping over it just in time!

But I can't count on that happening again, with how long it took for Vulpix to make the move, it's clear that it had just gotten it and hadn't mastered its use yet.

It was now or never!

"You won't get away this time! Vulpix, get close with Quick Attack and use Disable!"

"Bounce!"

"How is that any diffe- woah!"

If this battle wasn't so fast-paced then I would have used my Pokegear to send a discreet message for Yunyun to sneak off and cast [Control Weather] to boost Floppy's speed with some rain.

But life is unfair for anyone not named Ash Ketchup, talking was unfortunately, not a free action.

It was a lesson that Green had yet to learn considering that she wasted time talking to herself like that. Thanks to her little slip, Vulpix had paused to listen to her words which gave me more than enough time to let Floppy aim properly when I gave the order.

Floppy came crashing down at the Vulpix like a furious fish god!

The ground shattered as Floppy crashed against his enemy, Vulpix didn't react in time to dodge the tactical Magikarp warhead and paid for it.

"What the-"

"Again!"

"Huh!? Vulpix, dodge with Quick Attack!"

Green quickly calmed down and got Vulpix to dart across the battlefield quickly, making a swift but calculated decision by timing her order based on her mental calculations on Floppy's descending speed.

It's too bad that Flying type Pokemon, and by extension their moves, gave their users good aerial mobility. Bounce was no Aerial Ace, but it was still a more than decent homing attack!

The second Bounce dropped Vulpix like Fuze dropping a hostage.

"Vulpix!"

"Floppy, dew it again!"

Noticing the telltale signs of movement difficulties, I quickly ordered Floppy to keep repeating the attack. Thank RNGArceus that I got lucky with the 30% chance of Paralysis!

Floppy ended up using four of his Bounces to defeat Vulpix. Tch, that's what happens when I follow the Special Attack training regime instead of the Attack stat regime…!

He could manage one more Bounce at most which wouldn't be enough to beat Green's final Pokemon, which will probably be her starter.

Floppy could probably have beaten the Vulpix in just three bounces while leaving him with enough strength to soften up the next Pokemon if it had a stronger Attack stat. But alas, it can't be helped. I had to optimize Floppy for when I got him a Technical Machine with Hydro Pump.

Even so, I was ecstatic when my Magikarp defeated the fox Pokemon. I may have had the type advantage which led to Green avoiding the use of Vulpix's fire moves but in the end, this was a battle involving a Magikarp, it was only ever going to turn out to be a physical fight.

"You did it Floppy! You showed her! Now, get to the back and watch."

"Magikarp! Karp! Karp!"

"Stop being so battlehungry, you can barely jump anymore so just watch for the experience."

Green grumpily placed the fainted Vulpix back into her Pokeball after checking up on it.

"Is your Vulpix alright?" After I got over my premature celebratory mood I found myself concerned with how Green was feeling.

She smiled slightly, "Yeah, she's doing fine. Thanks for asking. Haha, guess I won't be looking at any Magikarp the same way again."

"Nah, feel free to look down on them. Floppy's just special." I shook my head and chuckled. If she were to act nice with every Magikarp she ran into they may just get the wrong idea.

With how wacky the world can be I wouldn't want to risk unleashing a Yandere Magikarp going after anyone that showed their species a bit of kindness. Best not to let my special opinions on Magikarp propagate throughout the trainer community.

"You don't keep your Pokemon in your Pokeballs much, do you?"

She eyes all the starters standing along with Matsu and Yunyun, who were both watching our battle with an intense expression. I thought I almost caught both of them wanting to cheer me on a few times, but with how focused I was on the match, they must have rightfully assumed that I didn't want any distractions and kept quiet.

Maybe I was just overthinking things… well, regardless of whether I'm imagining things that weren't there or not, I made a note to buy them both a present for their thoughtfulness.

Even if the two of them haven't kept silent deliberately I should still show my appreciation and love, after all, it would help me build the right habits in keeping their feelings in mind all the time. There was no doubt in my heart that if I were to keep on repeating such acts across a long period I would most certainly learn how to love them right.

"Squirtle, you're up! Do your best!"

"Squirtle Squirt!"

Green's release of her starter Pokemon shook me out of my thoughts. Hmm, that's quite a big Squirtle, looks like it's close to evolving.

That's worrying. Knowing anime logic Green's Pokemon will end up evolving mid-battle.

"Let's do this Bucky."

"Bulbasaur!"

I took stock of both our Pokemon, neither of our Pokemon's should have a relative speed advantage against each other, in comparison to the fire starter Charmander.

Like the previous battle, there was a type advantage and unless Green was a veteran trainer in disguise starting her journey over again (which was extremely doubtful), then it's unlikely for her Squirtle to deal with type disadvantages considering her other Pokemon was a fire type.

Unlike my harem's Pokemon that had to battle each other as we travelled the road.

It was sunny today despite the magical lightning called down from the sky earlier by Yunyun. My Bulbasaur might get a speed boost thanks to its Chlorophyll ability.

I ran through a Squirtle's possible moveset and silently muttered a prayer, wishing that Green's Squirtle did not know Ice Punch or a different ice type move.

Carefully examining Green's expression while we waited for one another to make the first move, I caught her upturned lips and cursed under my breath!

"Get close with Tackle then use-"

"Vine Whip yourself away!"

"Ice Punch!

Oh shit that was close! Good thing I had Bucky do all those vine whip exercises!

The icy fist clipped against Bulbasaur skin just as its vines pulled it back and upwards to a tree just around the clearing.

"Why are all your Pokemon so good at dodging?!"

"I graduated from the Piccolo School of DODGE!"

"I don't know what that means but dodge this-!"

"Swing about!"

"Water Gun!"

Bucky started vine swinging around the trees just in time to evade the multiple Water Guns that threatened to knock him back down into the ground. With how fast Squirtle was shooting them I doubted that Bucky would have been as successful if he didn't have the weather advantage.

Her Pokemon was strong. Green was a strong trainer.

For someone that appears to have started her Pokemon journey about a week or two earlier just before I did, without the benefit of having constant training partners by her side and the memory set of an adult, I could tell that she was a natural at being a trainer.

I had plenty of advantages (type and weather), the element of surprise (through Magikarp) and lots of luck in guessing her next move but I was still barely winning.

She will make a fine addition to my collection.

With my eyes I caught the moment Squirtle paused to catch his breath after multiple Water Guns and immediately called out to Bucky!

"Dive in and use Sleep Powder!"

"Squirtle, dodge!"

It was too late, Bucky got him!

"Squirtleeee… zzzz…"

"Squirtle wake up!"

"Leech Seed then whip him good!"

Squirtle eventually fell on its back and was knocked out for real.

"Come on! What's with that…?"

"I-I… I just won. Ha… haha…"

I was on my knees, in slight disbelief. This wasn't like the sparring matches against Matsu and Yunyun, this was different and my heart was pounding through it all.

The joy that bubbled in my heart was unlike anything I ever experienced, the satisfaction from so many of my first life's achievements paled in comparison to how accomplished I felt at the moment.

I wanted to just cry out in joy and shout to the world that I won my first real Pokemon Battle. A cool feeling washed over me as I became more aware of my surroundings.

It wasn't the time to be a kid, I had to be the good sportsman here.

Getting up quickly, I walked over to Green and held my hand out for her, "Nice battling."

Looking at her unhappy expression at seeing Squirtle hurt suddenly turning into a pout made me feel things, I had to hide my grin as she huffed and shook my hand.

"Yeah, you're not too bad. Well, I guess that's that. Losing to a beginner…"

"Eh, Beginner's Luck? Say, you're travelling through Viridian Forest right?"

"Yeah? Ah, if it's about the money, don't worry, I signed up for Pokegear Wallet-"

"No, it's not that. I just wanted to ask if you wanted to tag along with us, with your Pokemon all tired out, it'll be safer to stick together."

"Oh! Well, if you put it that way, sounds great!"

Seeing her appreciative smile brightened up my day considerably.

The moment she turned her back on me I made a cutting gesture at my neck towards Yunyun.

She shot me a confused look, so I quickly corrected the gesture by putting both my hands together, then closed my eyes and portrayed the image of someone sleeping with their head on an imaginary pillow.

"Oooooh! Sleep!"

The spell took hold immediately and Green almost fell face flat onto the floor if it weren't for Matsu catching her in time.

"Nice! Great teamwork!"

I gave them a thumbs up which was swiftly copied by my partners in crime.

After giving orders for our Pokemon to rest up and keep watch, I took out the stamp from my backpack, lifted Green's dress and pulled down her shorts without hesitation.

"Oh wow, Matsu didn't think you would be so bold Johnny." The pervert was suitably impressed with my lack of restraint.

"I dunno... I thought you had figured that part out with how quickly we started playing with each other."

"Tsk. Tsk. I meant that with human girls. I'm a Sekirei and you're my Ashikabi, different standards and all that."

"Okay I believe you."

"U-um, maybe you should get it over with? I mean, i-isn't it rude to just leave her like that?"

Yunyun reminded me that I still hadn't stamped Green yet after I exposed her pubic area like a proper sex offender.

"Good idea Yunyun. Friendship Stamp, yeah!"

It was done. Now I just had to wait for 72 hours… she'll be mine before we even leave Viridian Forest. I stopped myself from doing the victory dance and made sure everyone got into position before we woke Green up.

After making some excuses and convincing Green that she must have dozed off out of exhaustion, we travelled together with all the activities that are typically expected of trainers.

Matsu and Yunyun got the chance to fight Green while I dealt with various other trainers we met in our forest for the first two days, after that, it was a pretty free battling schedule (trainers and wild pokemon alike) when the opportunity to battle came. As I expected, Green's Squirtle evolved into Wartortle and she was more than confident of her chances to win her first gym badge at Pewter City.

Green slept in a separate tent for the first couple of nights, listening uncomfortably while Matsu, Yunyun and I had fun with each other. Yunyun wasn't very capable of keeping quiet while Matsu just didn't want to.

On the last night of our journey, Green used the excuse that she planned to challenge the Pewter City gym the next day and implored us to keep the 'noise' to a minimum. Wanting to ensure that she got some proper sleep, she then joined us in the tent to make sure we didn't get up to our lewd antics.

The points added to the Company's app in my Pokegear had me grinning from ear to ear.

The first thing we did when we reached Pewter City was to head to the Pokemon Centre. After that, we went on our separate ways for a while, Green went to collect win her badge from Brock, Matsu finally got around to doing some hacking on her (previously mine) laptop and Yunyun followed me as I showed her more of a modern city. I took some time to make some purchases specifically for Yunyun and Matsu, they were suitably touched by the flowers they got from me, thankfully, and I managed to arrange a celebratory threesome for when we all had beaten Brock.
