AN: This takes place almost a year and a half after the last chapter, it's summer vacation and Nejire has half a year to go before she can start U.A. High School. The pace is set a bit slower so that we can catch up with Peter, what he's done over the years and with his relationship with Nejire before we get into more of his adventures in 'science', Quirk Gifts and Nejire's entrance exam.

3-In-1 Instant Quirks 6 (My Hero Academia, Villain SI)

"Mnn, they're being really unfair with you…"

We continued speaking through the telepathic connection I established as we got settled in our first-class seats.

"A highly secure artificial island with only an airport as a single legal point of entry would naturally deny me their coordinates for my Portal Quirk to work."

I already knew where I-Island was and could get there whenever I wanted to. However, this was an official visit, and I needed to get there through the only allowed channel.

Uhhhh… airplanes. It's been so long since I've set foot on a plane that I've forgotten just how much I hated long-distance travel. I can enjoy my vacations in faraway countries just fine, but damn it, I really hated the transportation part.

"But they're a moving island! Those coordinates are going to change anyway so there's no real harm in sharing them with you."

Nejire was being logical about it, however, she forgot that these types of people don't make exceptions or changes to their S.O.P. 's when faced with rare/unique situations.

"That may be true, but they won't be giving me special treatment anytime soon."

I wasn't the only rich investor throwing money and spear-heading research efforts on I-Island so they didn't feel the need to accommodate my needs.

"You could make them."

My girlfriend's innocent sounding suggestion was very tempting.

"I certainly could." I acknowledged her point, "But I already paid for the plane tickets, and while I could get my money back, we may as well just get it over with for the experience. Besides, aren't you curious about flying first-class?"

"I am! I want to ask the stewardess a lot of things! I just thought that you would have wanted to skip the hassle of travelling for several long hours."

"I would have liked that, but don't worry, I can keep myself occupied. Besides, I wanted to expand your life experiences anyway, and since this is your first time-"

We continued to speak with each other while enjoying everything the airline had to offer. If I was travelling alone I would have just put myself to sleep or play around with making new Quirks until I arrived at my destination.

But when Nejire's with me I can't help but want to spend every waking moment spoiling her with attention. With our seats being next to each other holding hands wasn't a problem for most of the flight.

I hadn't even felt the hours pass by until they announced that we were about to land.

Nejire was hopping about at that point as she pointed out the sunrise from one of the windows, before muttering under her breath on how the view would be better if she flew over the island herself.

The I-Expo that I had gotten my 'associates' to invite Nejire and I for was the main event that we would be enjoying for the first couple of days. After that, we will spend around a week in some of the research facilities I'm involved in, along with paying a visit to I-Island's Academy before leaving to enjoy the rest of Nejire's summer holiday.

I didn't have any serious plans to work on another young girl until Nejire gets into U.A. High School next year in Spring, but it wouldn't hurt to make certain 'impressions' with another best girl while I was here.

"Whoa! Everyone's using their Quirks freely!"

"Hmm, I do remember that being a thing here… looks like you'll be able to fly over the island after all, though if you go too far the automatic weapons will most likely fire upon you, Nejire."

After checking into the hotel and leaving the luggage in each of our rooms (right next to each other), we were currently enjoying various shows of Quirks and the I-Expo's attractions.

Wait… that mutant Quirk user seems familiar…!

"Oh my fucking god it's Godzilla! Can he fire a radioactive breath attack?!"

"Actually…" Nejire stepped in front of me with a single finger up, "That's actually a Pro-Hero called Godzillo. His Quirk, Toho, gives him the physiology of a Kaiju like in those movies and lets him sustain himself using photosynthesis."

"Damn it all!"

I collapsed to my knees in disappointment. Nejire rubbed my back understandingly and distracted me from my little bout of homesickness.

She recited other interesting facts, including the fact that Godzillo was indeed Japanese, but moved to the US for 'undisclosed reasons'. He's also starred in many movies and apparently, he's a top contender in regular 'Can X Hero beat All Might?' discussions.

We eventually came across a large area dedicated to a 'Villain Attack' time attack competition.

"Really? Why is it that everyone has money to waste on easily destroyed robots but no money to spend on developing technology further beyond that of Quirk research and hero support items?! At least make better robots…" I grumbled and mumbled under my breath as I watched some unremarkable guy smacking robots at high speeds and causing them to explode.

Nejire giggled as she floated behind me to hug me from the back, "There, there. This world will get there eventually with you pushing things along."

She had figured out that I lived in another time period when I started being much less restrained around her and ranted about how living standards haven't improved since the 21st century, as Nejire was the person I trusted the most, it made sense to just give her the full explanation back then.

"Yeah… that sounds nice. When the real problems get solved with proper tech advancement then Quirks might truly become normalized and we can all move on from this heroes versus villains thing as an industry."

While I didn't particularly care about the whole industry or any good vs evil narrative I could see how annoying it would be to deal with any do-gooders fighting a futile battle to defeat me.

I know I wouldn't be able to hide my existence forever, as such, I had to take that into account and simply establish myself as an invincible being, whose power would be such that challenging me would be the most ridiculous thought ever, that fighting me would be a sin!

And when that's done I should be able to do whatever I want while living my life without anyone daring to harm me and what's mine.

"Do we have to move on completely?"

"Well, maybe not, I do like the idea of heroes as individuals that have done great things and serve as examples for future generations."

"Oooh! We can have pages written about us in history books! Hey, hey, looks like nobody's going up right now. Why don't you go beat that U.A. guy's score in Villain Attack?"

Nejire changed topics suddenly, I looked up at the electronic board that showed 19 seconds as the current record for destroying robots and thought, 'what a scrub.'

"Don't you want to give it a try?"

"You first. You're precise enough to not deal any damage to the environment."

So Nejire wants to test out her combat capabilities outside of our usual one-sided spars huh? She also figured that there could be too much environmental damage done, possibly leading to the entire 'game' being cancelled, if she went before I did.

"Okay, I'll head down there."

My blue-eyed confidant released me from her embrace so that I could go compete.

She was hopping with excitement at the guard rails when I got on the centre stage.

The announcer was a tall woman with short honey brown hair. She had a nice enough body which, in my opinion, completely paled in comparison to Nejire. Poor girl was probably what Bakugo would call, an Extra. That said, I could tell that she wasn't a mere civilian in an instant. A quick check using multiple Quirks confirmed that she had a reasonably strong body, weak Quirk, experience in mixed martial arts and was a licensed Pro-Hero from Japan.

"Now, Villain Attack! Ready… Go!"

I snapped my fingers, immediately creating multiple single-line portals right above all the robots, moved the portals such that I sliced right through all the robots instantly.

The only reason why my time wasn't a single second was because it took another second and a half for the robots to fall apart.

"T-two and a half seconds…!? I-it happened in an instant! Amazing, no participant has ever gotten a score like that! Sir, are you a Pro-Hero by any chance?"

"Nah, just a civilian with a Portal Quirk."

"Congratulations on getting first place."

Despite being outwardly cheerful I could literally feel her dying on the inside.

She announced my new first place position and called for the next participant, "Now, we got our next challenger coming in!"

New robots quickly began to move into position as I exited the arena, fist-bumping Nejire as we met in the middle. As I waited for the next round to start, I went ahead and analyzed the announcer on a whim.

The announcer was apparently a Pro-Hero called Amplifier that wasn't even in the Top 100 rankings in Japan, after rummaging through her mind, I found out that she was doing all sorts of part-time jobs since her combat potential was low… which meant that she couldn't take down a reasonable amount of villains and criminal to gain a decent income from the government.

With her weak Quirk and lack of powerful connections she wasn't able to secure a role as a Sidekick and couldn't make her own Agency either. She was pretty competent in taking down low level villains but heroes with more powerful Quirks could do so faster than her. On the other hand, she was really good at managing evacuations and crowd-control thanks to her [Yell] Quirk, which basically only gives her a louder voice and is significantly weaker than Present Mic who would actually use his Quirk in combat.

Summer jobs like being an announcer at the I-Expo and merely being present as part of the Pro-Hero guard roster supplemented her income significantly. Other regular part-time jobs include controlling crowds in events like Comiket, helping out in Villain Rehab programs and being a lifeguard.

There was nothing truly outstanding about her, nothing I stood to gain from assisting her in any way… but I was bothered by the fact that she was taken in by All Might's 'anyone can be a hero' spiel, got it in her head that being a Pro-Hero and helping everyone was the best thing to aspire to in life, graduated then found out that she wasn't all that good in it and had started to regret her life choices when reality came knocking.

If she had focused on another career path she could have been rather successful on that front instead… honestly, it really bothered me. It's like looking into a mirror. My choice of studies in University wasn't optimal for me, I did things that I wasn't good at (accursed Accounting course…) and sat through lessons that I could barely scrounge up any interest in.

The only module I ever enjoyed was an optional one in Economic History, a qualitative module unlike the many quantitative modules in my course… which I could only take in my third-year of studies, way too late to change courses then. Suffice to say, that was just the tip of the iceberg, and I had many other regrets about my university days.

Looking at Amplifier reminds me of an overworked Japanese female version of myself, a much less successful one, if only because I have unlimited power at my fingertips since being reborn in this world.

… Damn it all. I get way too sentimental sometimes.

"- Villain Attack! Ready… Go!"

Nejire immediately shot two short bursts of energy at different targets then launched herself at another robot in front of her using her enhanced strength, speed and the power of another shockwave released beneath her feet.

She pummeled the robot and a good amount of the artificial mountain behind it with the force of a single punch and the energy of one of her short spiral waves combined. Then she blasted off at another robot while launching another two shockwaves at different robot enemies.

When she reached her next target the first set of shockwaves destroyed two robots and caused immense environment damage to the stage. The second set of shockwaves landed just as she took down her last target.

"5 Seconds?! Unbelievable! Ms. Hadou takes second place with another record breaking score!"

Though Amplifier asked her next question discreetly, I could still hear the same question being asked and felt her soul being crushed when Nejire happily mentioned that she wasn't even a Hero Course student yet.

Ouch. That's gotta hurt.

The Villain Attack event was temporarily closed as a result of Nejire blowing up the small fake mountain they made. My girlfriend was already bombarding Amplifier with lots of questions on how her Quirk and support item that looked like normal headphones worked.

Nejire ended up dragging Amplifier along towards me and I decided that we should all have a nice chat over a drink due to the surprise break the pro-hero had gotten.

My girlfriend's bright smile and cheerful demeanor had thankfully won the ordinarily energetic pro-hero's heart, so she happily answered Nejire's questions to the best of her ability, with my help in keeping track of answered and unanswered questions given Nejire's speed of delivery.

"-haha, wow, you're going to be an amazing hero one day. Though, I have to ask, what's your relationship with this womanizer?"

Que? Is she talking about me?

"Oh! Peter is a business partner and a friend of my family, he's like a big brother to me." Nejire immediately responded with our prepared response.

"I know I'm rich and handsome but how does that make me a womanizer?" I asked the pro-hero who shot me a look, and then took out her phone to show me a shitty tabloid article.

Huh... that's me with Ryuko-chan.

"It was all over the news. Pixie-bob broke up with you because, quote, you wanted an open marriage."

Oh yeah, I did say something like that when I wanted to make a scene to justify a break-up.

"That doesn't make me a womanizer. That makes me a sex addict."

I corrected her misapprehension.

"How is that any better?!"

"I'm good at it? I mean, Ryuko-chan still visits me several times a month for her fill of cock. She can't live without me fucking her brains out anymore."

"Too much information and you're missing the point! And… and... how can you corrupt your friend's innocent daughter with such talk!" Amplifier gestured to Nejire who was pretending to be oblivious to such talk.

"Now, now, let's keep our cool here. Hey, how would you like to host a couple of corporate team building events?"

"Huh?"

"I've got a few subsidiaries that need it." I shrugged and took out my business card, then scribbled something on the back, "I think you could do well in this line of work. Perhaps you can even join me on a more permanent basis."

"Why would I-"

I told her the pay. She took my business card from my hand.

I leaned forward and whispered, "Why don't we discuss this further tonight... in my room."

She blinked several times as she regained her bearings, then turned over my business card to see my room number and hotel address written on it. The young woman nodded numbly, flushed and hurriedly excused herself to get back to work.

Nejire tilted her head as if pondering my actions.

"I'm going to force myself on her and figured that you might want to watch."

"Ah! And learn what I need to enjoy our first night together! Hey, hey, um… will you um… make it good for her?" Nejire's excited expression shifts to that of concern when she remembers that I wouldn't be giving the C-lister hero any choice in the matter.

Naturally I reassured her that it would be a great experience for everyone involved. I may be a villain but I'm not cruel, Amplifier will have a good time and a bright fulfilling future laid in front of her when I'm done.

"I won't hurt her. I have a nice combination of several pleasure enhancement, lust inducement and addiction type Quirks that work really nicely, she'll love it, just like Ryuko still does. Also, I can apply some Quirks to make you invisible among other presence concealing effects so if you want, you can try filming too?"

"I get to be a camerawoman?! You're the best Peter!"

Well, that's one way to gain some film crew experience.
