Midoriya was walking home, barefoot and feeling a bit chilly as his stomach grumbled some more.
'So... This day has been an eye opener... All Might was holding back though, so it wasn't a complete success.'
He moaned in annoyance at that fact of there fight. 'I at least got something out of it.'
He pulled out something from his pocket, which was some Yen from the purses that the sludge villain attempted to steal.
'Bread will do... Bread will do...'
He leaped over the fence that 'guarded' the forgotten Apartment Complex.
'I'll give All Might this... He made me used some form of 'Art.' in our fight.'
he flew up the building until he made it to the roof.
'But It wasn't Jade.'
Once he made it to the roof, he began counting all the yen that he stole, 'This is around 50,250... Not bad... It'll be enough to last a month at least...'
He breathed in the air and wiggled his toes, stretching them out gently, before looking into the sky for a second.
'That guy... What is he doing...'
His eyes focused on a reddish speck in the air, that remained motionless for the most of it.
'He's a hero... Isn't he... Hawks I think... Top three I'm pretty sure...' Izuku's eyes furrowed a bit in annoyance.
'Specialises in Speed, Range, and Precision... Not enough then... He at least didn't lose track of me.'
This 'Staring contest' kept on going for a long amount of time.
For a long amount of time...

UP HIGH IN THE AIR

Hawks who originally was watching the fight now was tasked with 'Watching' Izuku Midoriya for the time being.
'So now I've kind of forced myself with watching the guy... Hopefully the HPSC doesn't try and take control as they usually do.'
He sighed in annoyance and in some hopeful manner, as he recalled the conversation with the Chairman's assistant.
'But something bad is gonna happen from this.'
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
FLASHBACK
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
'gotta report this either way... No doubt the HPSC would want to know about a powerhouse like that guy!' He pulled out his phone as he called a certain number.
"Hey Ma'am... I just picked up on something you won't believe..."
"What is it Hawks, you managed to catch me at a... Undesirable Time, at the moment..."
"Nothing too serious, Boss... Just something you'd like to know." He replied smugly, as if he didn't just see the Number One Hero of the world get outmaneuvered and beaten up by some random nobody.
"What is it then. This better be worth my time." She sounded very impatient and irritated with Hawks.
"Well, on my patrol. I was flying over Musutafu, nice place, nice people!"
"Get to the point."
"Then All Might appeared, and started fighting some nobody." He continued to sound calm despite what happened
"Then?"
"All Might was heavily outmaneuvered and may i say... Effectively bodied!" He put those last two words on an emphasis.
"W-... M-may you repeat that. Say every last word like it's your last..."
"My pleasure... All Might was heavily outmaneuvered! And may I say! Bod-ied!" Hawks, pronounced every syllable in 'Bodied' just to get the emphasis down to the core.
"H-how! You better not be fucking with me here Keigo! I swear to whatever god exists! I have too much on my plate this fucking instance! And if there is some kind of villain that can beat All Fucking Might but your just lying to me! I will fuckin-!"
"No! It's not that All Might lost! It's just that All Might left the guy alone! He just left, just like that! Then he also left! Right now I'm watching him, he's on an abandoned apartment building in Musutafu City. He's just sitting there."
"J-Just wait a minute...! So you are saying that, All Might abandoned his fight with a villain, and then he left without doing any other crimes besides assault?"
"Yeah... I think his quirk is to fly, or maybe super strength? I'm not entirely sure on what it i-!"
ZIP
SMASH
Something flew right by Hawk's ear and his arm, striking the phone dead on and completely smashing it, interrupting the call Hawks was having.
"The fuck!" Hawks immediately reacted by instinct and tried to put some distance in between everything close to him. The object that shattered the phone went way further up in the air, it being a blur.
"Was that!"

SPACE
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
The International Space Station (ISS) is a large space station assembled and maintained in low Earth orbit by a collaboration of five space agencies and their contractors, NASA, Roscosmos, Jaxa, ESA and CSA
(The USA, Russia, Japan, Europe and Canada)
Two people were currently on the space station, watching the earth through the 'glass' made out of fused silica and borosilicate.
"You ever think we are gonna be in danger in space? You think aliens are gonna kidnap us and do weird tests?"
His friend replied "Don't get your mind in a knot, my friend. Danger never comes to the ISS."
He chuckled "I guess you're right..."
The glass then almost shattered as something struck the hardened glass.
"AHH!"
"THE FUCK!"
They saw what struck the glass, as they saw a slice of bread, slightly moldy that began to freeze in the cold of space.

And that brings us to this very moment in time...
'But something bad is gonna happen from this.' He began to fly away from the area, putting more distance in between him and Izuku Midoriya.
Meanwhile, Izuku's hand still smoked slightly even after the couple minutes it been he threw that piece of bread with such force, as he only had one thing to say.
'Good. He's leaving.' He sat down on the roof again, as he began to think.

HPSC HEADQUARTERS
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
The woman who was on the phone with Hawks, was in a frenzy on the moment she lost connection with him.
"Hawks! What's the situation! Hawks!" She tried to say something but the message didn't get through.
"Fuck!" Her subordinates that were around her all looked at the situation unfolding.
"M-Ma'am?! Is there a problem!"
"Yes there is! Hawks may need assistance! He was last at an abandoned apartment building in Musutafu! Get any heroes who are nearby there now!"
"Y-y... Understood Ma'am! You heard her!" Everyone then scattered as they prepared to send notifications to heroes that were nearby to the location of Izuku Midoriya. 'Hawks. You better not be lying to me... And if you are not, you better not be dead.'

UP HIGH IN THE AIR

In the air, was a young, fairly good looking woman, flying over the city on patrol.
Her name was Hokoyama Kaori. "Hm?" She felt a vibration in her pocket, stopping her flight as she pulled it out and read the notification as it read;
TO HEROES FROM HERO PUBLIC SAFETY COMMISSION:
ALL HEROES WHO ARE IN MUSUTAFU, REPORT TO THE SITUATION HAPPENING ON STREET !
A VILLAIN HAS ATTACKED HAWKS AND HE REQUIRES BACKUP!
THE VILLAIN WAS LAST SEEN ON THE ROOF OF AN ABANDONED APARTMENT BUILDING!
HE IS VERY DANGEROUS! PROCEED WITH CAUTION AND WITH A STEADY GUARD!
"Damn it, this isn't very good now is it?" Hokoyama had medium length brown hair with black strands that went down to her upper back, a fairly nice sized 'bosom' and the same could be said about her rear.
She had a gentle face with sharp pupils but large brown and black ears on top of her head as her bat like wings kept her in the air. Her outfit consisted that of a black and brown crop top with some strands of yellow on it, her arms and back being exposed to the elements while wearing a nice pair of tight cargo trousers that had the same colour scheme as her crop top.
She also had a pair of goggles on her forehead, pushing her longish hair back a bit.
Her back and arms had a short, but fluffy looking brown mane that wasn't as thick or as luscious as a lion's, it looking a bit prickly at first.
In short; she was a pretty young heroine with bat like appendages on her body, some tufts of hair on her arms and back.
"Maybe this could boost my rankings a bit, Imagine it for a second; The rank 201! The Bat Hero! Flittermouse! Heroically and bravely saved the number 3 hero from death!" She giggled a bit while making gestures with her arms and hands.
"But let's be honest with myself... I'm probably sending myself to death's door by doing this..." Her pupils sharpened as she saw the Ruined Apartment Building.
'There it is...'

Hokoyama Kaori
Hero Name: The Bat Hero; FlitterMouse!
Quirk: Bat!
Hero Ranking: 201
She has the appendages and abilities of a bat! Giving her the ability to fly at over 100 miles Per Hour at maximum speed! Her nimble physique, build, low weight and clothing allows her to maximise her speed fully!
She has the ability to detect low frequency sounds and even able to pinpoint them in loud areas! This also gives her the ability to use EchoLocation! An ability some animals can use that uses sound to see their surroundings even without needing the use of their eyes!
She also possesses a short but sharp enough pair of talons on her feet allowing her to perch or perhaps grip onto something tightly, or it just being used as a deterrent or just a rip and tear weapon. Her hands being something similar but just in her nails being sharp.
The Goggles on her forehead? Those are her support item! Once she puts them on her eyes she can enhance her vision by almost 3 times while blocking the sunlight out of her eyes and 'enhancing' the darkness! She calls them her 'Umbra Specs'
She mainly specialises her hero patrol at night time as her body works in a different way! She can fully operate her body for almost 120 hours without stopping! But her body requires her to rest for 20 hours at the average!
If you are wondering? Yes! At times she does sleep like a bat, perched on the ceiling and whatever strong hanging spots she finds! There have been pictures taken of her sleeping on lamp posts!
Her body itself has taken time to develop thanks to the mutation type quirk she possesses, as in the past, her body has been quite frail and vulnerable, her abilities not being at peak performance as they are now! These include Weak and blurry vision! Weak and underdeveloped wings! And a bad sensitivity to Light!
But in time her body 'Evolved' and soon enough her body developed enough once she came of age! That was the moment she fully decided she would become a hero!

'Now then hawks... What did you get yourself into...' she approached the abandoned apartment building from the air, slowly descending downwards, while her Umbra Specs adjusted themselves to the right degree.
Her Umbra Specs kept adjusting themselves and her pupils did the same but they couldn't detect anything in the air so far.
'Maybe he got away? Or did the bad guy get him and... Took him hostage...? This may be worse than I thought...' she sighed with a unsteady breath as she approached the 'Den'.
'Either way, if I want to increase my rankings I got to make him pay.'

APARTMENT COMPLEX
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Midoriya breathed in and out, keeping his meditative stance at a steady position. The lotus position is his 'Favorite.'
He groaned in annoyance once his senses picked up on something, or rather someone. 'Who is this now... It's flying... it's nothing dangerous to someone like me but nothing like the regular. Might be another 'Hero' trying something.'
He thought to himself, his eyes slowly closing and opening slowly, keeping his breathing in check.
'Someone who can fly... That's nothing special...' He felt her eyes finally locking onto her, as he glared back, taking a look at her build, her body, whatever attributes she possesses.
'Nimble, not much muscle, wings, extra hair, Goggles... and a nice pair of tits... and a good ass... Well she's certainly doesn't look like a complete fool, I'll give her that.' He stood back up on his bare feet.
Izuku watched as she descended down to his level slowly but surely.
'She's keeping some distance. Not the worst choice she could of made... Better...'
She finally made it onto the roof, landed on her two bare feet. "U-uh... Fuck how do i start this..." She mumbled to herself
"A-apologies! But I was given the word that some guy caused the number three hero some trouble? Hawks! Is that correct, whoever you may be?" She speaked a bit, nonchalantly but he could still tell she had her guard up.
"Amateur. You don't have a chance against me if we were to battle."
'And I believe those words completely...' Hokoyama had a drop of sweat roll down the back of her neck.
"So? Are you confirming that you? Potentially took down Hawks?" She took a step closer, cautiously.
Izuku's left hand tightened as it curled into a fist. "And If I did. What would you do."
Hokoyama flew forward at a fast speed right at Midoriya, closing the distance in less then a second "This!"
Unfortunately for her, and unsurprisingly for Midoriya.
Her Attack was caught easily. Not by Izuku's hands. Not by his arms. Not by his legs, body, or anything like that.
But rather, his Gaze.
The only noticeable tell was that his eyes flashed red, but only the most aware and the ones with the quickest reaction could see the 'Flash.' Hokoyama wasn't in any of those categories as her body remained motionless and airborne.
"W...W...W...W...W...W...W..." She couldn't mutter a word out of her mouth, as Midoriya's Gaze won't just freeze your body, but it has the potential to shatter your will.
He took a step forward, taking in the look of her eyes, her appendages, and weirdly enough. Her body.
"You aren't ready for this, rodent. You are up against the wrong opponent, which is me... As punishment, you'll receive a painless strike." His eyes lowered slightly.
"It may still kill you." His powerful gaze released Hokoyama as she was sent flying back, at an accelerated speed.
BOOM
"AAAAAAAHHHHHHHH!" She screamed in pain as her body went through two buildings, while some of her skin peeled off, some of it peeling so far back you could see her muscle
She slowed down as she bounced off the road, again and again, passing by people, cars, and some heroes.
After one final bounce, her body collided with the base of the HPSC HeadQuarters main structure, cracks forming so high up the building it almost reached the roof.

Sigh
The woman who was on the phone with hawks, the one who gave the signal for heroes to charge into Musutafu just sighed at the situation occurring while pinching the bridge of her nose.
"Miss Mera! T-the situation is currently being handled! T-there's no need to worry!"
Sigh
"how many heroes are currently on the move to Musutafu..."
Her subordinate checked his phone, seeing that a handful of heroes were approaching the area and street that was in Musutafu.
"A-around twelve! Ma'am there's nothing to worry about-"
BOOM
RUMBLE
The entire building began to briefly shake as the windows began to shatter into many pieces.
"Miss Mera! We're under attacked! Get down!" The subordinate reached for Mera and shielded her from whatever he could.
Surely enough the building stopped with its shaking, and once it calmed down Mera was soon enough let go.
"W-... W-what was that!" The door burst open, revealing some specialised HPSC security guards.
"Miss Mera! It's the bat hero FlitterMouse! She's hurt!"
"Then bring her up to our infirmary!" She yelled at them, which had them running away to follow her orders.
She stood up and walked out of her office, pinching the bridge of her nose leaving one of her many subordinates behind in her room, while thinking of what to do in this very dangerous and sudden situation.
'So... Flittermouse was beaten easily, and we still have that villain in Musutafu... amazing...' she thought that last bit sarcastically as she couldn't help but groan while grabbing her face expressively, pulling out her phone to see the request sent out for heroes.
'So... some heroes are already on their way to Musutafu or are already there... Half of them aren't even the same rank as Flittermouse, unfortunately... Was Flittermouse the first one to enter the scene? The first one to find the villain who fought Hawks?'
She ignored all the panic happening inside the main headquarters, simply being too tired to care.
'If that's so... Then every one of those heroes will get eradicated.' she turned around to see Flittermouse on a stretcher, being taken into their own infirmary room.
'This kind of thing needs the Chairman's attention.'
she continued to groan while going up some flights of stairs. 'I don't really have authority to deal with problems this big...'
This day, was not going so great for Miss Mera.

APARTMENT COMPLEX
ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
Multiple low to mid level heroes arrived at the apartment complex, but they couldn't find anything or anyone in the area.
"Hey! Did you find something!" A hero with a blowtorch on his forearm asked another hero who was on the roof.
"Nah. Just some junk... Didn't the HPSC say something about some Villain who beat hawks?"
"Maybe... Should we really be here?" A short girl with chains around her arms said, nervously. "There's a villain that beat a number three hero... A really fast one! A-and he's somewhere around here... just waiting for us to drop our defenses... then he'll pounce on us!"
"You can't ignore a call like this. Hawks needs our help, and he's relying on us to save him!"
While the heroes had a discussion, while trying to find clues or trying to gain an idea of what happened, Midoriya was doing what that small girl said he was doing. Waiting.
'That girl... She has the right idea on a situation but the wrong one on the situation. You won't survive a sneak attack just because your guard is up. Against me at least...'
He breathed in the air while watching them from a dark corner. 'If I ever so wanted to, I would shred them to pieces, nothing left but a pile of trash that's been stained red.'
He blew some of his long black hair out of his face, before sighing.
'Now let's play the role of the cat, and hunt these mice.' He cringed to himself when he thought of that.
'Sometimes I embarrass myself...' Izuku stepped out of his dark spot barefoot purposefully making loud enough footsteps while his face remained hidden.
"Maybe we could set up a perimeter a-! You! Stop right there!" The hero with the blowtorch on his forearm pointing his weapon at him, as a threat.
He kept walking towards them slowly.
"We're heroes on official business! If you don't listen! We'll be forced to attack!"
He kept walking towards them very slowly.
"This is your last chance!" The blowtorch began to light up with a bluish flame.
He stopped walking.
"Good... Now... Tell us who you ar-!"
GLAWK!
The hero vomited in a split second, spit and acid leaving his stomach with tears leaving his eyes.
"W-! F-flamer! Are you all rig-!"
HUUK!
That other hero who tried to help 'flamer' soon enough was given the same treatment as his colleague, spit and acid drooling down his chin with tears pouring out his eyes.
'now. Let's get this over with.' Midoriya thought to himself, before making all the other heroes heave over in pain and agony.
'They can't even withstand one...' he grabbed one of them, the one with the chains around their arms by the hair as he whispered;
"Pathetic... you call yourselves heroes... killing all of you would be an act of mercy."
He let go of her hair, but not before front kicking her in the abdomen, firing her into all the other heroes and effectively. every last one in an instant.
Izuku groaned in disappointment once he saw all their bodies piled up against a cracked building. He never intended to be fighting heroes.
'But not everything goes perfectly. And some of us just have to go with it.' He put his left hand into his hoodie pocket while twirling his black hair with his right.
Midoriya had definitely put a target on his back for doing this. And someone is going to get hurt.
And it won't be him...

That's chapter 3, got something from the HPSC and a new OC of mine.
My Hero Academia is the manga that needs more characters then it already has in my opinion, so that's why I got a fair amount of OC's in my back pocket.
Hope you enjoyed Hokoyama Kaori, AKA Flittermouse. She was fun to make, and it was more fun to have her get annihilated by Midoriya. Don't expect her to die on the first chapter she appears in, as this isn't her end just yet. And in terms of power, she's a High Low to a Low Mid Level Hero.
If your wondering what the boom was when Hokoyama Kaori was sent flying, it was her getting launched so hard and fast she was breaking the sound barrier, that's why her skin teared.
