Habib's friends sees him walking to team CRDL.
Yang: (shocked) Where is he going?
Weiss: (shocked) I don't know but what can he do? Habib is a Faunus as well. team CRDL will pull on his cute bunny ears.
Ruby noticed that the rest of team MCHI disappeared.
Ruby: Hey where's the rest of team MCHI?
Teams RWBY and JNPR saw Mando, Cara, and IG-11 walking to team CRDL from the right side. Habib arrived to team CRDL.
Habib: Hey!
Team CRDL looks at Habib.
Habib: Leave her alone!
Team CRDL starts to laugh.
Cardin: Well look what we have here a freak defending another freak.
Cardin starts to pull on Habib's bunny ears.
Mando: Let go of his ears or else!
Team CRDL sees Mando, Cara, and IG-11 having their weapons pointing at them. Cardin starts to laugh.
Cardin: Ha or else what?
Habib: This.
Habib kicks Cardin in the stomach. Cardin lets go of Habib's ears and fell to the ground. Mando, Cara, and IG-11 starts fighting RDL. Cardin gets up and went to hit Habib but he grabbed Cardin and threw him at RDL.
Habib: Don't ever bully a Faunus again.
Cardin: I'm not going to listen to a freak like you!
Habib looks at Mando.
Habib: Mando.
Mando gives Habib his gaffi stick.
Habib used the gaffi stick to break Team CRDL's legs. Team CRDL starts to scream.
CRDL: Ahhhh!
Everyone except Nora was surprised. Nora became really happy.
Nora: YES!
Nora is looking at Habib with hearts on her eyes.Habib gave the gaffi stick back to Mando. Habib looks at Velvet.
Habib: Are you okay?
Velvet: Y-Yes thank y-you.
Habib: Your welcome. My name is Habib.
Mando: My name is Din Djarin but everyone calls me Mando.
Cara: I'm Cara Dune.
IG-11: My name is IG-11. We are team MCHI.
Velvet: Nice to meet you four. My name is Velvet Scarlatina. Thank you again team MCHI for defending me.
Habib: Your welcome Velvet. We'll see you around Velvet.
Velvet: Okay bye Habib, Mando, Cara, IG.
Velvet left and team MCHI went back to their seats.
Habib: Sorry you guys had to see that.
Pyrrha smiles at Habib with a small blush on her face.
Pyrrha: It's okay Habib. I can't stand people like them.
Blake: He's not the only one...
Yang is sadly leaning her head on her hand.
Yang: It must be hard to be a Faunus.
RWBY and JNPR look at Habib and he looks at his friends.
Habib: What?
Ruby: Well it's just that you're a Faunus so is it hard to be a Faunus?
Habib: Well for me it's different since where Mando and I live both Faunus and humans live in peace.
Blake became surprised when she heard that.
Blake: (shocked) Really? There is no hatred between Faunus and humans where you two are from?
Mando: No there isn't any hatred between Faunus and humans where we're from.
Having gotten up from the table, Jaune looks back at his friends and sighs to himself before moving on with his tray table. He doesn't realize that Cardin who is still on the floor because of his broken legs is watching Jaune's walk of shame with a sinister grin on his face. The next day in Oobleck's class, Jaune is sleeping with his head resting in his hands while a constantly-zooming and fast-talking Professor Oobleck is in the middle of his hyperactive lecture, educating Weiss, Blake, Pyrrha, Velvet, Habib, Mando, and a leaned-back Cardin who is directly behind Jaune.
Oobleck: Yes! Yes, prior to the Faunus Rights Revolution--more popularly known as the Faunus War--
Oobleck zooms up to the front of the class and the map covered in papers behind his desk.
Oobleck: --humankind was quite, quite adamant about centralizing Faunus population in Menagerie.
Oobleck points at the map of said-area with his stick, then zooms off to the side for a sip of his coffee before appearing in front of the desk.
Oobleck: Now! While this must feel like ancient history to many of you, it is imperative to remember that these are relatively recent events! Why, the repercussions of the uprising can still be seen to this day!
Oobleck zooms around the classroom more, sipping his coffee again before continuing to zoom and talk.
Oobleck: Now! Have any among you been subjugated or discriminated because of your Faunus heritage?
Some of the silhouetted students raise their hands. Velvet, after a moment, does the same. Blake and Habib are the only ones that didn't raise their hands.
Oobleck: Dreadful, simply dreadful! Remember, students, it is precisely this kind of ignorance that breeds violence!
Oobleck takes another sip of his coffee.
Oobleck: I mean, I mean, I mean just look at what happened to White Fang! Now, which one of you young scholars can tell me what many theorize to be the turning point in the third year of the War?
Weiss raise her hand.
Oobleck: Yes?
Weiss: The battle at Fort Castle!
Oobleck: Precisely! And, who can tell me the advantage the Faunus had over General Lagune's forces?
Unseen by the professor, Cardin flicks a paper football at Jaune's head, causing him to wake up.
Jaune: Hey!
Oobleck is zooming over into Jaune's face.
Oobleck: Mr. Arc! Finally contributing to class! This is excellent! Excellent! What is the answer?
Jaune: Uhhhh... The answer... The advantage... that the Faunus...
Jaune looks behind Oobleck's focused face at Pyrrha, who coughs and motions to her lips as she gives him the answer
Jaune: ...had over that guy's stuff...
Jaune sees Pyrrha cup her hands around her eyes and goes for the most obvious answer then he sees Habib who is giving him the answer by pointing at his eyes.
Jaune: Uhh... Binoculars!
While Jaune looks pleased with his answer, the class laughs at him and Oobleck who is back at the front of the class sips his coffee. Pyrrha sighs and slaps a hand to her forehead Habib hits his forehead, even though Mando has his helmet on he still has a disappointed look on his face, and Cardin pounds his fist on his desk while laughing.
Mando: (Whispers to Habib) How did Jaune get the answer wrong if you and Pyrrha told him to answer?
Habib: (Whispers back to Mando) I don't know Mando. I don't know how he got it wrong if I pointed at my eyes when he looked at me.
Oobleck is zooming back behind his desk.
Oobleck: Very funny, Mr. Arc! Cardin! Perhaps you would care to share your thoughts on the subject!
Cardin: Well, I know it's a lot easier to train an animal than a soldier."
Oobleck shakes his head.
Pyrrha: You're not the most open-minded of individuals, are you, Cardin?
Habib: (Angrily) it's people like you that makes Faunus hate humans!
Cardin: What? You got a problem and I don't have to listen to you freak!
Habib: Do you want me to break your legs even more!
Oobleck: Mr. Turner calm down and take your seat.
Habib sits back down and glares at Cardin.
Pyrrha: No, I have the answer! It's night vision. Many Faunus are known to have nearly-perfect sight in the dark.
Cardin growls at the correct response.
Blake: General Lagune was inexperienced, and made the mistake of trying to ambush the Faunus in their sleep. His massive army was outmatched, and the general was captured.
Blake turns to Cardin.
Blake: Perhaps if he'd paid attention in class, he wouldn't have been remembered as such a failure.
Cardin gets up from his seat, fist clenched.
Oobleck: Mr. Winchester! Please take your seat.
Jaune laughs at his tormentor's embarrassment and Oobleck zooms up to him.
Oobleck: You and Mr. Arc can both see me after class for additional readings.
Oobleck takes yet another sip of his coffee.
Jaune: Oohhhh...
Oobleck zoomed away.
Oobleck: Now! Moving on!
