Tennyson after walking of HoundDog Therapy in UA hallways, has come to the conclusion his life sucks. It been a few months, but everything, is becoming more faster by the day. Everything he knew is gone. A single tear drop from Ben eye. It only a few hours before the exam which he gets to watch. Ben wonders if…

"Out of the Way" Ben turn to look and it was All might running with a scrawny kid with Bushy green hair and Scales in his arms, screaming?

"Ah Young Tennyson I need you to get Nedzu and Mr Aizawa for me it an emergency" All might said with sweat dropping like it been raining.

"Em sure. Hey wait is that the kid that your" All might nods quickly and heads to the nurse office.

"well Better get the principle rat and Sleepy man". Ben runs to The principle office.

"Sir with all due respect and for the 15th time. I do not like the idea of this, I understand Yagi need for a successor but this kid going to react harshly towards all that pent up Quirks."

Nedzu smiles as always " I know Aizawa and I agree with you, but All might insisted and this Midoriya Is Quirkless. So if the kid went through the exam."

"he would not make it, I know but that does not mean he could start in general studies and work his way up at the sports festival"

"ARE YOU AN IDIOT!" Aizawa exclaims

"We already establish with Mr Tennyson. That All Might brain cells are non-existent at this point" Nezu chuckles over his tea.

"So this Kid is going to be a target then. Right I don't think I can change your mind on who to give your quirk too. Illogical I say. but at some point you need to give him answers on why this quirk exist." Aizawa pointed out

"I will. I just want him to grow first, then tell him. He has a heart of a hero and the brain of one as well. In fact" All might pulls out a notebook. "have a read of this. Then you know one of the reason I choose him"

"But dangers behind them can be catastrophic. I assume he does not have a lock on them" Aizawa ask Yagi.

All might nods "He said he could not afford them. He lives with his mother no father, from what I can tell, but his mother works as a nurse."

Aizawa continues the thought "Which only covers the apartment they live in and food and anything, the kid and mother owns"

All might nods.

"We going to have to teach him, coding and encryption, as well as getting these notebooks transfer into a locked notebook" Aizawa finish his thought on this.

" I will teach him. This mind is too simply to pass up. You did good Yagi in picking a successor" Nezu said in a happy cheerful manner

An knock at the principle door gave way for Nedzu to answer.

Recovery girl who is the school nurse is trying to placate Midoriya. "I have no Idea what happening here"

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

The doors slide open "We heard from Tennyson" Aizawa stated. He was followed by Nezu, Ben and Vlad. He was in the halls along the way.

Nezu noticing the scene in an instant "It a transformation quirk"

Recovery girl nods "That my theory but, I don't know how this was triggered"

Vlad was the first to put one out there "Yagi you said he was Quirkless right and that the doctor explain the until process of the two toe."

He nodded "Yes. He told me about his doctor experiences and well, his middle school experience. Let me tell you not fun stories"

Aizawa thinking knowing where Vlad was going with this "Explain"

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!" Midoriya screams are more prominent as well as his body. It becoming more scalier more draconic.

Yagi gave a quick explanation of what Midoriya told him. Let's just say it was not pretty.

Nezu Growls "That doctor should be sacked, Vlad theory is a good one. It seems the doctor try and steal Midoriya quirk from him"

Recovery girl was just as angry "Fool transformation quirks can be taken but while they in the process of development. They usually declared late bloomers for a reason"

Ben for the first time spoke "It looks like he turning into a dragon, didn't you say quirks are genetic?" He said looking at Nedzu. He and Nedzu have had prompt to lesson for ben to catch up.

Nedzu nods "His father a fire breathing quirk"

All might just had a thought "I just gave him One for all. That might of triggered this"

Recovery girl who was dismissive of the idea now turn "He right, From the blood samples I gathered tricky as well seems. It only recently developed like hiding under a layer waiting for it to come out."

Aizawa chims in " So the doctor try to steal his quirk. When in reality he didn't. That said quirk has been hiding dormant for god know how many years"

"since he was 4" Yagi added in

Aizawa nods at Yagi. He finishes "So this kid, had this quirk for that long only for One for all to open it up. What worse is people considered him Quirkless for all that time"

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!" Midoriya screams are becoming aggressive.

Vlad stated "we can't deal with this we need help calm him down or at least help him control his dragon form, when it leashed out"

Ben was thinking "who that lady hero who can turn into"

Nezu Smiles liking this Idea Ben going with "Vlad go fetch Midnight and head to Battle city"

Nezu looks at Aizawa "contact Ryuko. Hero name Ryukyu She may give us a hand with this"

Aizawa look to the kid then heads out with Vlad. Nezu looks at Yagi "You going to have to explain to Ryuko about One for all if this plan is to work"

Yagi looks at Young Midoriya "Anything for the kid"

Nezu smiles become heartwarming "recovery girl, knock him out till we get to battle city"

Recovery knocked out Midoriya and the rest headed to Battle city

A few minutes later outside UA.

Aizawa and Vlad are waiting for Ryukyu and Inko Midoriya. They contacted Mrs Midoriya as it did not seem fair to keep her out of the loop.

"isn't this emergency cutting it close to the exam"

"trust me, Aizawa, we have time Nedzu made sure of that"

A car pulls up. A black sedan.

"Urm Hello" The two teachers look to see it was

"My name is Midoriya Inko. Someone inform me that my son. Is in pain. Is he alright. Is my precious boy hurt. Oh I can't the idea of him getting hurt". This women had the same colour hair as young Midoriya but she is more plump.

Vlad Step forward "Yes Ms Midoriya we call you here because it seem your son developed a very dangerous quirk. We figure a comforting figure may ease the burden"

Inko eyes widen "MY BABY BOY, DEVLOPED A QUIRK AND IS IN PAIN BECAUSE OF IT. NOOOOOOOOOO!" Inko started crying to the point the street it nearly flooded the street. Aizawa try to use his quirk on her but surprise to find out, these tears are natural.

"WAIT HOW DID MY SON DEVLOPED, DID HE NOT TRUST ME. SNIFF I DON"

"Mam it okay, just calm down"

Inko turn to see a blond lady with spiky straight hair and horns that look that of a dragon. She also wears a red dress.

"We get this sorted out, I was called for what I assume is to help your son"

Aizawa is the one that stepped forward now "Yes Hero Ryukyu. We have a boy with a dragon transformation quirk and need help gaining control." He looks at Inko. Who calmed down. But still look red in the eyes. "From what we can tell. The quirk itself is damaging to the boy"

"WHAT MY, SNIFF MY BABY BOY"

"that not possible. transformation quirks don't work like that. I need to see for myself!" Ryukyu exclaims

Vlad nods "we take they now. You too Ms Midoriya but when we there we going to have to explain how this came about and what we about to inform you is highly classified" Both nod a follow both Vlad and Aizawa to Battle city

Battle City

"AAAHHHHHHHHHH"

"The screams are getting worse" Tennyson exclaims.

"Midnight keep going. We have not a moment to waste"

Nedzu turns to see Ryukyu "A good. Mr Midoriya is by the centre plaza. Please hurry"

Ryukyu nods and starts heading there.

Nedzu turns to Ms Midoriya "Hello mam. I'm I a cat, a dog or even a lion but most importantly. I'm here to help your son. Now while they deal with That situation. Let give you a full explanation of what happening"

"Holy shit. Vlad King was not joking"

"No he was not" Ryukyu turns to see midnight and a young American here.

"I been trying to calm him down for the past few minutes" Midnight explained.

"it not been working" The American answered. "Oh right Ben Tennyson at your service"

Ryukyu nods at the two "Let me, get close to him" Both nod but the American had his hand over his watch for some reason.

"okay kid. I'm here just let me in" She grabs Midoriya by the head and starts hugging him in her dragon form. He clams down. Ryukyu looks over the boy with a fine tooth pick.

"He definitely got a dragon transformation quirk. by why was it brought out now"

Coming out of the shadows was Yagi and Recovery girl "I might be able to explain that, but we must get Young Midoriya to recovery girl office" Yagi explained.

The American chims in "I stay with recovery girl. Just in case" Everyone nods but Ryukyu sceptical of the Boy.

Nedzu office

After the ordeal happened they went to Nedzu office to sort out how to help young Midoriya. Also explaining about One for all, The theory, The doctor and how his quirk was manifested. Disgusting as it may as seems. Midnight was not allowed to join so she went and did some of her prep for the exam.

"I would be mad at you All might but this doctor made this situation even worse." Ryukyu exclaims.

"my baby boy had a quirk all this time. I did not. I failed my son. I should gone to another doctor, I should… I should"

Ryukyu comes over to comfort young Midoriya mother. "Hey it okay we figure this out"

"It not just that. He been considered Quirkless for most of his life. I know he was bullied because of it, both by the students and teachers but I could not do anything about it"

"What the school name Ms Midoriya" Nedzu ask with a frown on his face.

"Aldera Junior High"

"I have that place investigated". Nedzu looks at Aizawa. He nods back.

"What of his father" Vald ask

"He left for America after he found out about his Quirkless" Everyone frowns at that.

"Well moving on the exam is in a few hours. So we need to get ready for that. We have to wait. .. Ah Tennyson you have recovery girl report" Nedzu said with frost breath coming out of his mouth.

"Did the room suddenly get cold. I hate the cold" Ryukyu said

A blue moth like creature emerges from the ground intangible and cold.

"Yeah sorry about that Ryukyu." Everyone who had not seen Ben transformations are shocked to say the least.

"Here you go principle. Recovery girl report but I want to put my two cents here"

Nedzu nods Allowing Ben to speak. "Whoever did this is fucking stupid. His quirk has the most damaging drawback I have heard from recovery girl, yet alone the years of pent up anger he feeling."

Aizawa ask "How do you mean.?"

"Original and you read it from the reports but Midoriya quirk original drawback was his bult up anger from what ever happened to him but now he has Split personality disorder. Meaning."

Ryukyu finishes his thought "Meaning his dragon side is his own person"

"Shit" Yagi swore instantly

Aizawa nods at Yagi "for once I am in agreement with All doofus here. That power with that type of drawback. if he going to attend here he going to need extra help. It a shit situation"

Inko glared at Aizawa "you want to abandon him"

"No. It be stupid and illogical to let that power go uncheck. I agree he needs to be here to help him develop his quirk but he need lessons with Hounddog, Nedzu, all might, Either myself or Vlad and….."

Ryukyu finishes his statement "and me. He need to control that dragon quirk and I'm the best person for it"

Ben puts in "I Better get back before recovery girl has a fit" Nedzu nods and Ben or Big chill as he likes to call him intangible down toward the nurse office.

Flashback

"so what can this moth creature do. Other than make us feel cold" asked Snipe.

Big chill smiles creepy when he answers "Think of me as ghost with ice powers. Oh and I call him big chill"

Thirteen exclaims "So he intangible and produces ice like powers"

Aizawa looked intrigued "He be good for stealth"

Big chill snort "True, but downside, the cold I'm producing is like a scent anyone can feel it and they a good chance my enemies know I'm there"

Aizawa nods at that. A sudden cold that appear out of no were would seem suspicious.

Nedzu ask "Can you show us some of your skill please"

Big chill nods and does so. Producing a ice breath. Making ice blizzard. Going intangible.

Midnight whistle "Impressive if I wasn't cold"

Big Chill nods at her "There is something else you should know though"

They listen about Big chill certain ability to get pregnant and make future Necrofriggian children.

Mic laughs heartily "Hahahahahh. Ah man. Talk about anti-social "

All the women in the room sent a cold stare at Mic

Nedzu coughs "well now. Shall we move one then"

Inko breath at bit "that was a bit creepy"

Vlad chuckles "yes a lot of his transformation are like that"

Ryukyu raise an eyebrow at that

Nedzu smiles finishes this of "Now that been taken care of. I Set up a scholarship for Mr Midoriya so that he can get the care earlier along with his training schedule"

Inko counts to ten "I want to be there for him. Can I.

Nedzu puts his paw up "you see Ms Midoriya now you know about One for all. I be reluctant to say the least to offer a safe place here with your son of course. If that what you want"

Inko thinks about "we he get training before classes start and be better prepared. What about my friends"

Aizawa nods "yes and I'm sorry to say. You can't let your friends know about this. It for the best that we help move you here almost immediately so that we can protect you better"

Nedzu smiles "On the plus side I get to read those wonderful Notebooks you son has created"

Everyone shivered. Inko blushed

Ryukyu "notebooks?"

Vlad hand her Midoriya note book. She reads it. Hero Analysis No. 12 .She blanches and grimaces but also impressed. "This is very impressive but"

Vlad nodes "very dangerous as well"

Nedzu "well then. I organise the move. Vlad. you, midnight and Cementoss will help with Ms Midoriya the furniture " Vlad nods and heads out with Ms Midoriya .

"Aizawa"

"I already know what I am doing" He leaves almost immediately. Nedzu nods.

Ryukyu "I stay with the kid and with your permission I get to watch the examinations"

Nedzu smiles back "I don't see a problems with that"

All might rises "I go with you to see young Midoriya. He need a friendly face" Ryukyu nods

The left leaving Nedzu alone in his office with his thoughts

"Bad Time"

Nedzu looks up to see Big Chill "Ah Tennyson, I was just about to read the report from recovery girl"

Big Chill nods "Look before you read. I have something to tell you." Nedzu nods for him to continue.

"They a part of Midoriya DNA that Recovery girl can't understand but I do"

Nedzu eyes widen "it Alien"

Big chill nods "Recovery girl ask me I said. 'I'm not good at blood and stuff'. I will say this, They a species out there, They called Dragon"

If Nedzu eyes widen further they pop out "You think it related"

Big chill grimace " Unfortunately yeah I do. Back where I from. We had kids with Half Alien DNA. So it was not un heard of."

Nedzu nods tapping his chin " do you think quirks and Alien DNA are one and the same"

Big chill stay silent for a bit before answering "I wish but no. Quirk genetics and Alien have a different ball game. Midoriya is a rare case from what I seen. I might be able get help if he still alive to help us out"

Nedzu nodes "Well if you can get help in understanding what happing to Midoriya than go for it. We keep this quiet for now and thank you for bring this to my attention."

Big chill smiles. It was creepy "your welcome" And he leaves.

Nedzu. Smiles "Well this is certainly going to be an interesting year"
