Giganton was running towards the rearguard with unbelievable speed, only being slowed by Mt. Lady, who was playing desperately on him.

"We stand our ground and end the villain's rampage here," said Graviton. "From Tentacole's observations, we know he stands about 25 m tall. Once more, the blue flames shot on his back earlier look like the ones used by the man who attacked Mr Trapster at our training camp. That means it's likely the Leaguers with him and maybe on his back. According to Miss Midnight, the only way we'll be able to subdue this giant is by putting him to sleep.

As luck would have it, Valkyries gave us some sedatives just in case we needed them. Given the size of the giant, we would have to give him at least 30 litres into him. Now, obviously, considering how quickly he is able to move, an injection is impossible. Valkyrie gave each of us 30 litres worth of sedatives, so all we have to do is get one in his mouth."

"So all we have to do is try to get one in his mouth, and that'll do it," said Battle Fist.

"The big guy goes down for a real sleep," said Real Steel.

Graviton nodded. "We'll set up a trap for him, and when he goes down, we move in."

Everyone began putting the plan into motion, and Mudman softened the ground to create quicksand.

"Okay, if the reports of his size are accurate, this should be enough mud to snare him," said Mudman.

Grape Juice began dropping balls into the mud, attaching them to his cables.

"Poor Miss Midnight," he said. "She is still alive, right? There's no way she would let those losers kill her?"

Acid Girl wasn't so sure, and she didn't like telling Heather that her sister-in-law was dead, but right now, they had to focus on the mission.

"I'm sure she is fine," she said. "She'll be teaching a cool staff before you know it."

'It's a good thing we got a few explosives. They might come in handy,' said Graviton, who began dumping the explosives into the mud. 'This would be a whole lot easier if Astrid was here. Plus, we could really do with Hiccup's leadership; I mean, I barely have any experience in it.'

"This is it, everybody, be ready!" said Lizary. "He's right in front of me."

She had the top part of her face hovering above the tree line so that she could get a good view of the area and could see a massive dust cloud coming their way.

Giganton was still rampaging through the forest with Mt. Lady clinging onto him.

"This moron won't stop!" she yelled.

Spinner looked down at Mt. Lady before looking at the others. "We should do something about this mammoth woman."

"I'm afraid we're not up to such a performance," said Compress regretfully.

Giganton roared, and the students could hear him.

"Yikes," said Grape Juice quivering.

Seconds later, they saw Giganton emerge from the trees.

"He's on course!" said Lizary.

"Almost there!" said Earphone Jack.

Giganton then stepped into the quicksand, and it was at that moment Mt. Lady released him, which caused him to topple over. He was still across the ground, and the bottom of his chin landed on top of Grape Juice's balls.

"We've got him!" Graviton.

Giganton began to sing while Sugarman, Battle Fist and Beast pulled on the cables with all their strength.

"Pull! Given all you got!" Sugarman yelled.

Giganton then slowly began to pull himself out.

"I can forgive us for outnumbering you," said Demeter, unleashing her vinelike hair.

"You kidding me?" said Slimeman as he fired some slime, "we're the ones at a disadvantage!"

The vines and the slime instantly wrapped themselves around Giganton's neck, and they pulled with all their might to open his mouth.

"If he stands up, I doubt we'll get him back down," said Beast.

"Come on, ugly!" said Sugarman, pulling with all his strength. "Say ah!"

The vines in the slime were torn apart as Giganton tried to get back up.

Compress looked down and was surprised to see all the students. "It's a whole troop of Berk students."

Turid just looked down at them, stunned.

They heard footsteps behind them and turned to see Tailman and Shining Knight, whom Tentacole was carrying.

"Five more villains!" said Tentacole, counting them.

"They won't get away," said Shining Knight and began firing his lasers at them.

The League was completely surprised and jumped out of the way to avoid getting shot.

"My word," said Compress.

Diablo then saw one of Earphone Jack's lobes appearing behind them for a sneak attack. He quickly blasted it with his flames, giving her nasty burns and forcing her to pull it back. Then, suddenly, they saw discs attaching themselves to their bodies.

"Let's do this, Clueless!" said Ghost Girl, using her telekinesis to toss Chargebolt into the air.

"Try to be gentle with me," he said. Once he was over the League, he looked down at them. 'With these pointers, I can shoot with everything I've got.'

Unfortunately, before he could get a shot, Compress fired some marbles from the tips of his prosthetic fingers. Once they were right in front of him, he quickly expanded them, and a large amount of trouble instantly struck him.

"Close call," said Compress. "The kid is powerful. I used every shot I had left, but he's no longer a threat."

"Oh, my gosh," said Ghost Girl horrified.

"Clueless is out, guys!" Grape Juice cried.

"Harder!" Sugarman yelled, pulling with all his strength. "Open his mouth!"

Surely but surely, they were able to open his mouth wide enough for them to force-feed him the sedatives.

"That's it!" Graviton yelled as he tossed his sensitive. "Attack!"

"Just one!" Lizary yelled.

"Go to sleep!" Grape Juice yelled.

"We can't let this monster get to the city!" Slimeman yelled.

All of them tossed their sedatives, and for a brief moment, it looked like it would work. However, Giganton then blew out what felt like a hurricane. All the students on the ground were almost blown away, and then Diablo unleashed a burst of flames into the wind. This caused the entire forest to catch fire, blocking the students' path.

"Giganton got a love your power that converts morale into physical energy," Diablo smiled as his arm began to smoke. "And the one that keeps you from feeling pain, and there's more, of course. According to the good doctor, he chose powers that let you stay on the battlefield as long as possible. Which makes you a perfect genetically engineered bodyguard."

"You do realise your arm is smoking, right?" Turid pointed out.

"It's fine," said Diablo, not looking too concerned.

The students could feel the flames from the trees, which was intense; they could only imagine how hot those claims were.

"Dang, that's hot," said Slimeman.

"The fire is blocking us," said Mine.

"No shadows," said Nero.

"My poor spores are burning up," said Fungi.

Giganton was now pulling himself out of the mud.

"Oh no, he's crawling out of the trap!" Battle Fist yelled.

"Crap, what are we supposed to do?" Grape Juice asked.

They watched as he removed the cables around his chin and slowly advanced towards them.

"Now!" Graviton yelled, pressing down on a detonator.

The explosives he placed in the mud then exploded, causing Giganton to topple again. The students then quickly ran towards him, hopefully before he recovered.

"I placed explosives beneath the mud; that's our Plan B," Graviton explained. "If we bury him deeper, maybe we'll take him."

The League was holding onto the back of Giganton as he began sinking again.

"Ha, Giganton here is the king of burrowing underground," Spinner laughed. "He's like a big mole."

"If he goes under, it's curtains for us," Compress pointed out.

"Huh?" Spinner frowned.

"He was probably ordered to bring us along with him," Compress explained. "In truth, we're likely holding him back. He could be in a bit of trouble."

"That's just great," said Spinner.

"Hey, this is really the time for chitchat?" Sceptic yelled and then pointed. "Look!"

They saw a number of heroes jumping onto the back of Giganton.

"League members!"

"The rest of your friends have been captured!"

"Accept your fate and give up!"

Mt. Lady suddenly jumped onto the back of Giganton and began to try his mouth open.

'The kids… they were trying to get something in his mouth,' she said, using all her strength to open his mouth wide. "Don't bite! That's it, open wide!"

She had no idea what the young heroes had planned but knew they wouldn't risk their lives without good reason. 'Do they come up with a way to stop him? They're damn smart.'

Suddenly jumping out of the flames was Acid Girl, who had coded her entire body with acid, which protected her from the flames.

'You got this,' said Mt. Lady, looking at her. 'I believe in you, young heroes!'

The other students were completely surrounded by flames.

"Is everyone okay?" Slimeman asked.

"The flames are spreading too fast!" said Real Steel.

"That was some insane firepower," said Red Riot.

Ghost Girl placed Chargebolt in her lap, tending to his wounds. "Clueless, I'm sorry I didn't move you. Are you okay?"

"Let's talk… so soft," he said.

"We were blown way back, so we're out of immediate danger," said Slimeman. "But some of our classmates are still trapped inside with him."

Acid Girl had just jumped out of the flames, holding her vile of sedative. She was protected by the fire thanks to the acid she had coated herself in. 'With this googly armour, the heat won't be a problem for me. I've got this.'

Her thoughts then turned to Midnight. 'You've got to do everything you can do, even if you feel frozen with fear. You fight through it!'

She was now imperfect, throwing distance at Giganton, and Mt. Lady was still crying, his mouth open.

"Take a nap!" she yelled.

"Must get to master!" said Giganton.

"That's it, open wide!" Mt. Lady yelled.

"These annoying flies are costing me too much time, a mistake in judgement. Yes, I will not let them swarm me again! Everything is for my master!"

When Giganton spoke, his voice sent a shiver down Acid Girl's spine, and that's when her vile slipped out of her hand just as she was about to throw it.

A split second later, Giganton grabbed Mt. Lady's face and flung her off him. Acid Girl desperately tried to grab her jar of sedative as Giganton swung his hand towards her in an attempt to swatter her like a fly.

However, at the last second, Red Riot, in his unbreakable form, shoved her out of the way and took the blow. Mt. Lady hit the ground and was now unconscious, and Acid Girl hit the ground pretty hard herself.

She looked up and saw that Giganton had completely flattened Red Riot.

"Dogsbreath!" she cried.

She attempted to rush over to him but was pulled back by Real Steel. "Regroup with the others. Mudman is going to put out the fire by sinking it."

"I can't! He needs help!"

"Yeah, but don't punk," he muttered. "He won't burn like me, but I bet it was still hot. I can't believe he rushed in faster."

Giganton then stood up, brushing the heroes, though he was on his back off. He then lifted the League, which was currently sitting in his palm, towards him.

"The insects are handled," he said as he looked down at them. "Comrades, hold on tightly."

He then felt movement and looked down to see Red Riot climbing up him at an unbelievable speed.

"Thank you again!" he yelled. "I am Red Riot; I won't let more blood be spilt! This ends here!"

He then jumped into the air and then grabbed his vial of sedative. Turid saw this and quickly plunged a knife, smashing it before he had a chance to throw it. However, with his other hand, he grabbed a second vile.

"That was my jar, but…" When he showed Acid Girl and the way he had grabbed her jar at the same time. '…Ruffnut, I will channel your chivalrous spirit and use your dose!'

He tossed the jar with all his might straight at Giganton's open mouth. The jar smashed the moment it made contact with one of his teeth and fell into his mouth, which he then swallowed.

Giganton then attempted to swatter him like before, but large nuts and bolts immediately hit him before he had a chance. Graviton uses the ability to make objects float combined with Rule's size-changing powers, Mines twin impact and Ghost Girl's telekinesis to hit him hard. In the commotion, Lizary grabbed Red Riot and pulled him to safety.

"Red Riot got in his mouth!" Tentacole reported. "He pulled it off!"

"That's our boy!" Grape Juice cheered.

Mudman began using all his power to sink the burning trees into the ground.

Graviton then began to give his report to Majestic, a hero with telekinetic abilities. "The more he moves around, the faster the tranq is going to work! Okay, Majestic?"

Majestic smiled. "Nice work, Graviton. We'll take it from here." He then turned to the other he was he was lifting in midair. "Heroes, we can't rely on the work-study students to do all the work."

"The insignificant tests keep coming," Giganton grumbled. "I won't waste any more time on them."

Certainly, his entire body began to shift as his iron-plated chin covered his eyes, and he produced two large fangs.

"Hold on," said Majestic as they watched him begin to grow even more.

"No way," Graviton gasped.

"Seriously?!" Red Riot stared.

"That is crazy," said Real Steel. "How many powers does he have?"

Giganton kept on transforming; he now had sharp spikes sticking out from his back and claws that looked like they could fit through buildings. He then began to attack the heroes.

At the same time, in Los Angeles, everyone was still battling against Krogan, who refused to fall.

"You've got to be kidding; he's still alive," said Hookfang.

Krogan was flat on the ground after dealing with so many blows from the heroes. Hellfire then approached him while he was down.

"It's over, Krogan," he said. "No matter how powerful you get, we will not allow you to continue this pointless destruction."

Krogan lifted his head and glared at them. "You people… you heroes. In order to save strangers, you don't know; you hurt those who love you. That's what my father said. Pointless, I have a mission always have."

"Stay sharp," Technora winced. "Watch him."

"We need to find some shelter somewhere," said Rock Lock. "Manual, you just keep them hydrated."

Krogan then rose to his feet, though he looked as if he was going to fall over at any moment.

"Self-described heroes… you pretend to embody all that good," said Krogan.

"He's on his feet again," said Rock Lock.

"Quickly, the finishing blow," said Trapster.

"Your kind is always the same, every generation," said Krogan. "You pretend that you don't see those that you can't protect and cover up the pain you cause. Always thinking of yourselves as righteous. This world has grown so rotten it is infested with maggots. It happened little by little, but your mistakes added up. The coddled trash got used to being protected while you took advantage of these so-called victims for your own profit.

"Everything that I have ever known, everything in this world you built, rejected me. But not now. I am the one that is rejecting you; that is why I destroy; that is why I keep gaining power. It's so simple, isn't it? And yet you just don't understand; the fact that you don't get it is why we have heroes and villains."

Hellfire then unleashed his flames. "Thanks for the break; I need a little breather. You're knocking at death's door. That's good."

Krogan then suddenly jumped out of the flames and somersaulted over him.

'How is he still moving?' Hellfire stared.

Technora then landed on top of him and pinned him to the ground. 'Hellfire's firepower has grown weaker. He must've used to any big moves, and he's wearing down as well.' Krogan then swatted his hand at her, knocking her back. 'He said passing his limits to fight…' He then grabbed her right leg. '…without powers!'

Krogan then squeezed and crushed her leg with his bare hand. Everyone quickly moved in to assist as Krogan slammed her into the ground.

"Mom!" Night Fury cried.

Technora coughed out a lot of blood and looked at Krogan's deranged face. 'What a terrible face…'

Krogan then slammed his hand right on top of her, smashing her into the ground and destroying her armour.

Night Fury was completely enraged and charged ahead of everyone else.

"Night Fury, no!" Hellfire yelled.

"Hiccup, don't charge ahead!" Forge yelled.

"I'm over this," said Krogan as he reached into his pocket.

He then shot straight towards the heroes, and Hiccup quickly fired his cables, but Krogan ran right past him and the other heroes.

'He's not after us…' Hiccup stared.

'…he's after him!' Hookfang gasped.

Krogan was making a beeline straight for Trapster.

Scarlet quickly swooped in and blocked his path with a claw.

"Scarlett!" Trapster yelled.

Krogan, going to let the giant claw stop, began puncturing through her wrist. She quickly grabbed him with her other claw and tried to pull him back.

'It's getting hard to move,' Krogan winced.

Night Fury then grabbed the back of his neck and wrapped his cables around him, holding him in place.

"Krogan!" he yelled with tears in his eyes. "You're the one person I can't forgive!"

"And I'll grant no forgiveness to anybody," he said, elbowing him in the chest.

Night Fury coughed up a little blood but tightened his grip. 'I have to turn this anger into power.'

"You're not going anywhere!" Night Fury yelled as he tightened his grip even more. 'Krogan is faster than the; I need to make sure that he doesn't escape.'

Hellfire was flying in as quickly as he could, charging everything he had into one final attack. "Yes, that's it… hold! Hold!" Flames then covered his fist. 'Muster your strength for one more attack. That should bring an end to this.'

'Muster your strength,' said Krogan as he forced his hand deeper into Scarlett's wrist.

His finger pistol was now sticking out on the other side of Scarlett's wrist, and he was holding a power delete between his fingers. 'These fools don't know I have this.'

Scarlett was able to see the bullet and instantly recognised it. "A power delete!"

Everyone immediately realised that Krogan would use that bullet on Trapster.

'But how?' Night Fury stared. 'That's the thing that stole Macario's power. I can't let him fire it!'

With no other choice, he began channelling all his strength into his arm and then slammed a powerful straight down at Krogan. Unfortunately, Krogan grabbed hold of his arm, and his teeth softened the blow.

"This is it," he said. 'Right now, I feel as though I can overcome anything standing in my way. I just have to keep running towards my dream and remember where I came from.'

He then flung the bullet with his two fingers, and with his strength, he was able to send it flying like a real bullet straight towards Trapster and hit his left leg.

"Trapster!" Night Fury yelled
