In a tall grey building building overlooking much of Chinatown, an old man observed the city from his office. He had a long white beard and hair and wore a purple and black tuxedo. In his office were many ancient Chinese artifacts displayed on walls and glass cases from weapons to paintings to scrolls. The old man had a scowl on his face as he observed Chinatown.

The office door opened and two Triad members entered.

"Report!" The Old Man barked angrily, not turning around.

The two men looked at each other nervously then back at the old man.

"The warehouse was destroyed, sir. With everyone in it either dead or wounded-" began one of the men before he was interrupted.

"I know WHAT happened! I saw it on the news! I am asking HOW it happened!" snapped the old man as he turned around with a face full of anger.

"Well the guys there were not shot since there were no bullet wounds and the guns were not stolen and were destroyed instead, so it couldn't have been Hun and his Purple Dragons." The second man explained.

"I care not for the guns. My only concern is the scroll. What has become of it!?" The old man asked angrily.

"It's not there, sir. The intruder must've taken it." Said the first thug.

"There's only one intruder?" The old man asked.

"Yes. One of the survivors that the police took in for questioning has just said that a lone intruder wrecked the place." Said the second thug.

"But get this: he also said that the intruder wasn't human. It looked like a man like lizard with blue scales and had sticks as weapons. Also fought like a Kung Fu warrior." Said the first gangster.

"Interesting. Go and bring me more information about this blue reptilian warrior!" The old man commanded.

"At once, master Qin Lao!" The gangs said in unison as they bowed and walked out the doors.

The old man known as Qin Lao turned his gaze back to the window and continued to stare down at the city, deep in thought.

"That scroll, I must have it! But the blue reptile that stole it, I must know who or what he is. Could it be one of the four according to prophecy?" Thought Qin.

Back at the restaurant and apartment of Lei, the blue Dragon, Chen Lung was getting ready to go on a nightly patrol, throwing on a grey hooded trench coat in the living room. Lei walked in with a cup of tea in his hand.

"Remember, my pupil, always let your emotions and thoughts flow like water. Never let them control you." Said the wise Master.

"I understand, sifu. I will not let my emotions get the better of me." Replied the dragon as he wrapped scarf around his face and put his staff behind his back.

"Good. Go now. I heard there are is a number of triads in the northern part of Chinatown. You might find some clues on the next artifact from them." Said Lei.

"I will return with what can find Master." Chen Lung said as he opened the window in the living room and crawled and proceeded to climb up the fire escape.

Lei walked towards the window and looked up. His face suddenly grew worried.

"Be safe. My nephew." Lei said before taking another sip of his tea and closing the window.

Back in the lair of the Turtles, the brothers were getting ready for patrol.

Leonardo sheathed his twin swords in his back. Donatello swung his staff before putting it on his back. Michelangelo whirled his nunchucks before putting them on his belt. And Raphael spun his sais before sheathing them in his belt. The turtles all walked at the main entrance.

"Ok guys, we all know the plan for tonight. That is to go to Chinatown, find this mysterious vigilante and figure out who he is. But remember, we don't know what he is capable of, so be on your guard." Leo announced.

"But if this guy is not gonna play nice, then neither am I!" Raphael said.

"But what if the person is friendly?" Asked Donatello.

"Yeah, what if he's a chill superhero like Nobody?" Mikey asked.

"Leonardo is right, my sons." Master Splinter said when he suddenly appeared.

"We know very little of this person, what his mission is, or if he is on the side of good. So approach with extreme caution." Splinter warned.

"Yes sensei." Replied the turtles before they walked out the main entrance.

Splinter watched with a worried look, hoping his sons would come home safe.

So our heroes are out for patrol. And the blue dragon's master is actually his uncle! Will the dragon and the turtles meet during their patrol?

But who was that old man at the beginning? By did he want the water scroll so badly? And why is he suddenly so interested in our dragon hero?

Find out in the next few chapters!
