Blue Moon
Miruko is flushed in her face, smiling from drinking all night with her friends after taking care of a few important things. As she walks into Inko's apartment the familiar smells of her favorite breakfast hit her nostrils. As she rounds the hall to the dining room she sees Izuku making breakfast for Inko, Joshua, her, himself and surprisingly Nedzu of U.A. and even Power Loader. Sitting down next to the rodent who is seemingly enjoying a Nuka Cola with his breakfast.
"Hey, i don't remember Inviting you over for breakfast and saying you could eat my husbands food you fucking rodent." Miruko says with a slight slur to her voice as Izuku just chuckles and swigs some whiskey into his mouth before kissing Miruko deeply and pulling her into a french kiss before pulling back and watching her swallow the whiskey with a happy smile on her face as she shudders at the familiar burn of her throat.
"Calm down sweetheart, Nedzu is here because I changed my application from the Hero Course to the Support course and the fact you apparently showed Power Loader my Q-35 Matter Modulator which gave them more questions than answers. It's also a change they refused by the way. They just had me sign into the recommended slot for the support course but are shoving me into the hero course to get around the student limit." Izuku says a bit annoyed that they were refusing to let him go into his preferred course. That and annoyed at how Miruko had taken his favorite weapon to hand in as his design with the updated entry forms only to have them refuse and force him into a course he no longer wanted. He may have had to build the current version of the weapon from scratch since the original was destroyed fighting the Legendary Bloatfly but still it wasn't his original design.
"The weapon is the reason you were refused entry into support course. We simply can not teach you anything. It's a marvel of engineering Mr. Midoriya. When Miruko kicked my office door off it's hinges and slammed your new application down with that weapon humming with green energy yelling that her husband better be accepted into the support course because of his weapon design everyone in the office quite literally screamed the same question at the same time. She even demonstrated the weapon on one of the 0 pointers we had on standby for the exam happening later today and...we were surprised at the outcome. A genius of your caliber simply can not work in the support studio as i stated, we can not teach you anything. Besides those strange things Miruko used to show us all the recordings your skills in combat, these "Holotapes" prove you are more than qualified for the hero course. " Nedzu said as he finishes eating the pancakes.
"Well that and honestly seeing the power output of your weapon and what it did to my robot... I wanted to pick your brain and try and maybe get the schematics for it. Since we've been talking about it and how it works it just occurs to me that I just can't understand how it functions. Honestly even after you explained it all i would sooner believe that this weapon instead of creating plasma, the rifle was actually opening up a dimensional rift to the center of the sun, scooping out what it needs and is hurling it at your enemy using magic slingshots." Power loader says as Izuku drinks down a Nuka Quantum as his PIP-boy's geiger counter ticks a bit.
"How many times must i say this. I said i DON'T WANT to be a hero. i'm much happier earning my support course papers and being my loving wife's support technician also sorry Power loader, im not going to reveal the schematics or build prototypes for you. As much as i feel they'd help i can't take the chance of letting this technology fall into the wrong hands. the HPSC has too many moles, the hero profession has too many frauds and far to many factors in the government would contribute to the designs being leaked or stolen. However i wont mind building you specialized autonomous robots for security and some fusion reactors to help with the energy crisis the school is facing." Izuku says as he quickly eats some of Mirukos food with her as the couple simply feed each other.
"Well Mr. Midoriya i have to say that those are very generous offers and i will happily allow them but again I'm sorry to say that The Hero course is the only place for you. After all, who better to keep an eye on you and "Train you" to be a hero than your wife? She did agree to be a teaching assistant with a newly appointed teacher we hired on about 10 months ago." Nedzu says as he really enjoys the Quantum mirelurk cakes he's eating.
"I forgot i did that...shit i'm sorry Izu...i messed up and it would definitely be too late for me to back out." Miruko says as she leans Into Izuku upset she once again is standing in his way for something he dreams of.
"It's fine love. As much as i don't want to be a hero, it looks like i'm kinda getting forced to be one anyway...again." Izuku says in an exasperated tone before Nedzu speaks up.
"If this is about the the teacher who expelled his entire class just last year don't worry. Because of the scandal and fallout of that whole debacle he's been fired from his position as a teacher and has been a fulltime hero for the last year. The current home room teacher for that particular class which is yours by the way is now under the careful guidance of The 18 Hero Midnight. She's been a wonderful homeroom teacher and i have no doubt you'll be a fine addition to her class." Nedzu says as he finishes his meal and along with power loader as Miruko just glares at them before turning to Izuku.
"I'm sorry Izuku. I didn't realize that me being the one to deliver the applicant change would cause this. Im sorry im getting in your way again." Miruko says as Izuku just sighs and hugs his wife tightly.
"Don't worry about it sweetheart. It's just something that i'll have to deal with like everything else. Besides if we really decide we don't want to bother with anyone anymore we can just use the Transportal Ponder and get to the think tank and return to the wasteland with my mother." Izuku says as he smiles at her.
"So what's on the agenda today?" Izuku asks his wife as he just holds her hand and she smiles a bit before pulling out a list.
"First is you and me going to visit my friend Ryukyu. She's eager to meet you after i told her about you yesterday. Then we have to take you to U.A. and get your dorm room set up since i know that fucking rodent would cause trouble otherwise. After getting the dorm set up we have to head to the local courthouse and get the marriage certificate but that would require your mother Inko since you are 14 here rather than the 34 you're supposed to be. After that...well i have patrols to do and when i get home we will have time to...celebrate our official union." Miruko says as she leans in and kisses Izuku bringing him to blush snd smile.
"Sounds like a plan to me. Lets get started then. Onward to Ryukyu's agency!" Izuku says like he's in some old midevil fantasy movie making miruko laugh.
As the two are on their way towards Ryuukyuu's agency Miruko begins telling Izuku of some of the fond memories she has of her. Getting to the building Rumi merely kicks the hallway door open and steps into the elevator with Izuku close behind her. The elevator door opens and Infront of Izuku is Ryuukyuu bent over in a yoga pose with her ass in the air and essentially presenting herself Infront of her guests.
"I've been wanting to meet you in person for the longest time so when Rumi told me you were excited to meet me I was ecstatic. I didn't know you were THIS excited to see me."Izuku says as Ryuukyuu immediately blushes and drops her pose.
"Oh God I'm sorry. I thought you'd take longer to be here. I was just doing the downward facing dog to stretch. It's so nice to meet..." Ryuukyuu begins as she looks at the literal teenager Infront of her. Turning to Rumi Ryuukyuu then looks back to Izuku and sighs.
"Holy shit she wasn't kidding. You really did revert in age when coming back."Ryuukyuu says as Izuku and her begin introductions. The meeting is a bit awkward as ryuukyuu seeing Izuku is unable to stop herself from seeing him as just an adorable little kid and can't help herself as she just pulls him into a tight hug and chuckles to herself at how soft his hair feels. When the meeting is done Ryuukyuu and Izuku seem to have been able to become fast friends. Next on the list Izuku is annoyed beyond belief as he and his mother Inko use her powers to get all of his belongings and even Rumi's over to the school. The reason?
Upon getting to the gates he gets escorted to the 1-A hero dorms instead of the support studio. As he's putting his on hand supplies away Inko floats into his dorm room making sure to put everything where it was in the apartment building smiling at her son as she begins putting Rumi's clothing and other supplies in the room as well
"I'm proud of you baby, accepting this stupid position even if you only wanted to be in the support course and not in the hero course. I know people will probably bug you about being here simply cause despite being my son you're quirkless. Just ignore those lowlifes. They aren't worth anything more than a quick smack upside the head. I love you Izuku, so does Rumi. Now I have to go to work on patrolling. See you soon son." Inko says to her baby boy as she puts on her Tatsumaki mask and kisses Izuku softly on the cheek before floating out of his window and seeing someone stealing a car.
"HEY ASSHOLE! NOT ON MY WATCH!" Inko yells as she picks the man up with her quirk and uses it to pretzel tie his legs together as she drags him to a police headquarters screaming in agony. The final stop as Rumi meets up with Izuku out front of the school is the courthouse. They got the paper quick enough and after a quick stop in from Inko were able to officiate the document and as it stands. Izuku Midoriya is now the loving husband to one Rumi Midoriya aka the Rabbit hero Miruko. A fact that brings Miruko joy as she frenched him Infront of literally everyone in the courthouse even a hidden reporter who quickly snaps a few pics.
"Well, seems like i need to start my rounds Izuku. I'll meet you at the dorms later tonight. it'll only be us." Rumi says as she leaves Izuku to his own devices which is probably the best thing for himself right now as when Izuku is bored he usually tweaks and fixes his gear thankfully it's at his dorm room.
Getting into his dorm room Izuku is surprised seeing two separate heroines in his dorm room. one being the R-18 Hero Midnight. the second is honestly his favorite rescue hero ever the Space hero 13.
"Ahh you must be Izuku! I'm your homeroom teacher Midnight. you can call me Kayama-sensei. This is 13, she was interested in your technology and we found this adorable little guy in a charging port." Midnight says as she holds up a doll sized functioning robot that immediately calls out.
"Courier i know you have coffee cups! These two wont shut up and give me anything to clean!!! please tell me you have coffee cups." muggy says as he rants and raves about it only to have Izuku toss him a cup.
"Coffee coffee coffee coffee! Ah much better! here yah go! mulched down to base components for yah! now tell these two to LET ME GO!"Muggy says as Izuku laughs a bit before pulling him out of Midnights grasp and sets him down where he immediately rolls his way down the stairs to the dorm kitchen looking for dishes to clean.
"so other than invading my fucking privacy and annoying Muggy, why are you two here?" izuku says as 13 shrinks a bit in shame before looking to midnight.
"I told you we should have waited for him to get back. I'm sorry Mr. Midoriya i was just so excited to see you in person after seeing the video recording of you literally building a WORKING miniature rocket ship that ran off cold fusion! i absolutely had to meet you and ask how you learned to build it." 13 says as Izuku sighs and nods a bit at her before walking to his large bed. bis room being larger to accommodate himself and Rumi since she's going to be living in it with him. he starts up the hotplate and cooks up some special nuka cola mixers for himself and the two ladies with him.
"Sit down, enjoy the drinks and prepare because it's a long story. it all started as i was walking up from HWY 101 Towards the I-95 north heading up to New vegas when i was ambushed by a gang of Kahns and a man in a checkered suit." izuku begins his tale.
"Will you get it over with already? Don't you know who this is?" says the First kahn that spoke.
"Maybe Kahn's kill people without looking them in the face but i ain't a fink. Dig?" the checkered suit wearing man says as he pulls out the platinum chip Izuku was tasked with delivering.
"You've made your last delivery kid. sorry you got twisted up in this scene." The man says as he puts the poker chip away and pulls out his gun.
"From where you're kneeling it must seem an 18 karat run of bad luck. Truth is, the game was rigged from the start." The man says aiming the gun at Izuku's head and pulls the trigger shooting Izuku in the head.
"Wait, you were shot in the head point blank and lived? is that what the scar is?" Midnight asks as she looks him over.
"Yes, he shot me with a 9mm round. thankfully it was a junk round so it was made of cork and plated with lead so it didn't do any real damage." izuku says as he begins his story again.
Izuku groans as he wakes up. his vision blurred beyond belief before he sits up as a friendly and familiar voice speaks up.
"Oh you're awake? Whoa, easy there. Easy. You've been out cold a couple of days now. Why don't you relax a second? Get your bearings. Lets see what the damage is. How about your name? Can you tell me your name?" Doc mitchell says as he begins normal checks for Izuku.
"It's Izuku...Izuku Midoriya. I'm also courier 6." Izuku says as he holds his head.
"That's good you remember. Now, i hope you don't mind, but I had to go rooting around in your noggin to pull all the bits of lead out. I take pride in my needlework, but you better tell me if i left anything out of place." Doc mitchell says as he hands over a medical device to Izuku.
Izuku sees in the device that he's perfectly the way he should be when he was born minus the scar on his head.
"How'd i do? Well i got most of it right anyway. The stuff that mattered." Doc mitchell asks as he helps izuku up from the bed. Doc mitchell runs Izuku through a normal check up. The Vito-matic Vigor tester showing izuku has S:8 P10 E:4 C:2 I:10 A:5 L:1 and mental health check before meeting him at the front door and handing him his armored vault 13 jumpsuit.
"Here's the rest of your things back. Also your wife was some kind of worried about you. She sat a spell in trudy's saloon. Might wanna go check on her. Oh and make sure you stop in and chat with sunny smiles she'll make sure you get all your bearings. On a more personal note... Im glad you and your wife are doing so well with our PIPboys...if she were here today im sure the missus would tease you relentlessly about how you made it despite the odds." Doc says as Izuku thanks the man and gets information.
"Oh who pulled you out? Well i don't know the details but the strange robot Viktor was the one who found you hald buried in the cemetery. You might wanna ask him about it all." Doc says as Izuku walks out the front door of His house and is blinded by the bright morning sun of the Mojave.
As Izuku sees the saloon in the distance he nods his head and makes his way to it.
"Stupid piece of junk. God i really am useless at this kinda shit. Im sorry Trudy. My sweety Izuku is the brains of our little group. Im just the big dumb stupid muscle who can't even protect her husband because she was too busy following a stupid false lead. Why does he even bother with someone like me. All i do is hold him back because im so focused on stupid things." Rumi says as Trudy pats her shoulder.
"Oh hush hun. Im sure Izuku is just fine. Doc's looking after him after all. Besides im sure he doesn't think that at all. He loves you and anyone with eyes can see that." Trudy says as a dog starts barking.
"Cheyanne stay, don't worry she wont bite...hey where you going?" Sunny says as Izuku runs into the bar and rounds the corner before speaking.
"Oh my chocolate skinned goddess, how reckless i am to make your heart ache with my stupidity and injury. Please accept my apologies and i shall throw myself at your feet to kiss them in penance for my foolish actions." Izuku says as he leans in kissing rumi deeply beginning to french kiss her as he grabs hold of both her ass cheeks grinding his hips into hers...
"Rumi why are you ruining my story? Also when did you get here and who's that?" Izuku asks as Rumi just chuckles abit before kissing Izuku on the lips and sits in his lap pulling back from the kiss with her arms wrapped around his neck.
"I got here about the time you woke up in Doc Mitchells. Also this is Mineta, he was outside the gates waiting to be let in to unpack his stuff. I helped the little dude out for awhile and now we're here. Also ruined? I made it better. By the way, Muggy is breaking some dishes saying they are treating him like Dr. O while cleaning others." Rumi says as Izuku laughs before kissing Miruko and Mineta smiles at Izuku wondering how this happened.
"Dude! You're dating fucking MIRUKO? That kicks ass! How the fuck did you manage that?" Mineta asks as Izuku chuckles before offering him to sit on a chair.
"It involves my story so just relax and let me continue. Correctly this time." Izuku says as he once again starts it up at the saloon.
"Cheyanne stay, don't worry she wont bite. So you must be the one doc was working on. Heard it was touch and go there for awhile. Whacha need?" Sunny asks as Izuku smiles.
"Well i was shot in the head. I need a refresher course in handling a gun to make sure i still have all my faculties." Izuku says as Sunny asks to meet him behind the saloon.
Izuku walks over to the bar and sees Rumi crying softly before heading over.
"And this one time 15 years ago while i was captured by slavers he tracked them and me down...for three days without rest and then when they finally stopped for the transfer it was at a massive raider base. Biggest i've ever seen and he literally just came in like a god of wrath hurling grenades, shooting plasma and lasers he even hacked a nearby junkyard sentrybot guard and he hijacked the turrets sent it to attack. In the confusion he whisked me away and saved my life. i took him as my husband that very day! I want to hold him so bad." Miruko says as Trudy just smiles as Izuku leans down speaks.
"Then turn around my tan skinned goddess." Izuku says as Rumi immediately tackles him to the ground.
"I'm okay Rumi don't worry. Im okay. Now get off, i have to see if i have all my faculties in order okay?" Izuku says as he kisses Rumi softly. As they leave to the back Sunny hands Izuku a varmint Rifle and points at a line of bottles.
"Take your time and line up your shot. Try kneeling to help your aim. That's it you got it." Sunny says as Izuku takes his shots and easily nails all the bottles.
"That's some good shooting. Listen i got a job to do wanna help me out and check on the pumps? Got word some geckos were hanging around." Sunny says as Izuku nods and follows Sunny to the pumps and seeks some gecko's taking aim he begins firing at them. Sniping all three quickly and nailing headshots each time. As he gathers the hides from the geckos he smiles at sunny as he and rumi continue to the other two pumps as Izuku and Rumi hear a woman cry out in pain as she's attacked by sone gecko's. Izuku pulls out his plasma pistol and takes a quickdraw shot nailing a gecko in the face gooifying it and scattering the other two as he and Rumi check on the woman. After a bit Izuku walks away and meets up with Sunny. After dealing with the geckos he smiles knowing that he's not needing the field survival bit she's talking about as he's already savvy enough in it. As Rumi and izuku walk into the saloon they hear a commotion.
"I'm done being nice. If you don't hand ringo over soon. I'm going to get some friends and we're Burning this town to the ground. Got it?" A man in an NCRCR suit begins saying. Izuku knowing exactly what that is pulls out a baseball bat and tentatively walks up to the man and with one quick and hard swing crushes the mans skull with the bat causing him to begin convulsing on the floor as Izuku beats him to death with the bat crushing the mans skull and spraying blood and brain matter everywhere. He quickly loots the mans pockets and finds a note from some others calling themselves Powder gangers. He scoffs at the stupid name and pulls the dynamite off the convict before looking at trudy and smiling at her.
"Sorry about that trudy, no one threatens my friends and lives to to talk about it. What the shit was he on about anyway?" Izuku asks as the woman shrugs her shoulders and answers.
"Looks like our town got wrangled up in something we want nothing to do with. About a week ago this trader Ringo comes into town. Survivor of an attack, he says bad men are after him, needs a place to hide. He's hold up in the old gas station. Your gas station. I hope you don't mind." Trudy says as Miruko smirks and laughs a bit kicking the corpse around till it gets to the door where she kicks it so hard the limp headless body soars toward the goodsprings entranceway.
"This should be fun sweetheart. Best way to get back into things is to get into things. Lets see if we cant help out little ringo." Miruko says as she walks towards the gas station. As izuku enters the previously locked gas station a voice calls out.
"That's close enough. Who are you and what do you want with me? How'd you even get in here i was told the owner of this place was was..." Ringo says as he stutters upon seeing Rumi and Izuku. Izuku seemingly unafraid of the gun.
"If you're gonna shoot me, you better pray to what ever god you worship that you don't miss. Cause i sure as shit wont." Izuku says as Ringo cringes back and sighs realizing he messed up.
"Sorry about the gun. You just kinda caught me off guard. That's all. Is this your place? That trudy lady gave me the spare and said the owners were outta town and i could stay here. Sorry about eating and drinking some of the food you had. I couldn't help myself." Ringo says as Izuku just shrugs.
"Don't worry about it man. I would have chewed trudy out if she didn't offer my place to a person in need. As for the food i got plenty so help yourself. Listen i just killed a convict in the saloon. He and the powder gangers found you. Me and my wife here are offering to help you out of this mess. We don't care for convicts or villains just doing what ever they want." IZuku says as ringo is a bit surprised.
"O-Oh thank you? I guess? But Joe Cobb isn't really the problem. It's the gang that will come after he doesn't report back. Listen i won't ask you to stick your neck out for me for nothing. I got nothing on me right now but if i can make it back to the crimson Caravan i can pay you back. You've got my word." Ringo says and Miruko laughs in his face.
"You don't understand bucko, we don't need payment. Those cock sucking parasites are already on our shitlist so we're doing this pro-bono. Me and Izuku got your back no problems." Rumi says as Ringo blushes and nods.
" Again I wont ask you to stick your neck out for nothing let me get to the caravan and I'll pay you both what i can okay?" Ringo says as Izuku sighs and nods at the man knowing it's best to just accept the payment.
"Okay so you got me, rumi and yourself. I've known Sunny smiles since she was a little girl with her mother. She'll also get your back if we ask her. I can probably talk Doc mitchell into helping out with meds and maybe get Easy pete to lend us Dynamite. Rumi what about you?" Izuku says as she grins widely.
"That closet pervert dipshit at the general store will help if i agree to give him pictures of me naked as if i'd do that, or if i ensure he knows how retarded not helping us is. Since letting convicts and raiders run the town is just a bad idea. I can also get trudy to convince the town to stand up and fight back." Rumi says as she cringes at the general store owner and his obvious obsession with rumi. Seriously who asks if it's okay to take pictures while she's using the toilet.
"Good, make sure to do that. Ringo wait here for us to return. Make sure to drink some fresh purified water okay? Can't have you sick and dying from radiation poisoning." Izuku says as he and Miruko break off from each other to complete their tasks. As an hour goes by it strikes noon and Izuku walks into the gas station with Rumi as Ringo is waiting.
"So, how'd it go?" Ringo asks worried for the answer.
"Heres your share of stimpacks. You get 3, heres 6 sticks of dynamite and some gecko backed leather armor and ammo. Better hurry it up." Izuku says as Sunny Smiles walks in 5 minutes later and sees them all geared up and ready.
"Better get a move on. The powder gangers are here. Trudy and the townsfolk are in position behind the cars and saloon. Theirs about 8 of them in total." Sunny says as Izuku smirks and pulls out his favorite weapon. The Plasma pistol gifted to him by Malcolm. He kisses the weapon for luck and races out of the gas station along with rumi as they race to the towns entrance. Immediately upon seeing the gang Miruko leaps forward and with a devastating roundhouse kick calls out.
"LUNAR CRESCENT!" As the kick connects to the convict he's literally split in half by the force of the kick sending his top half soaring and crashing into another member knocking them down as Izuku takes a few pot shots at the gangsters. His plasma bolt nailing one in the face and melting it like goo before he's struck a few more times and turns bright green melting into a puddle of goo. The townsfolk hear the screaming and gunshots and immediately come out of hiding unloading a hail of gunfire into the convicts that leads to them overwhelmed and killed. Izuku and Rumi celebrating the towns victory with a kiss as ringo walks up and hands Izuku and Rumi a bag of 1000 caps.
" I thought you said you didn't have anything?" Rumi says a bit annoyed that he lied.
"I did have what was left of the caravans money. But i didn't think it would be right giving it to you. But after this i feel that the caravan can accept the losses. Meet me at crimson caravan after this, i still owe you both big time and i'll pay you back soon." Ringo says running away as Rumi and Izuku spend the day in the nice and cool Gas Station they built up together through out the years.
"So how'd the lead turn out? Any news?" Izuku asks as Rumi nods.
"Yes, the rumor was real and its a real place. Sadly the only way into it is with a transporter that they have inside a satellite. Records on the terminals had indicated it fell and crashed at starlight drive-in in nipton... We might have our way home zuzu... We can finally get married officially... Have that family we've always wanted. We're so close Izuku. We're almost home." Rumi says as Izuku hugs her tightly and kisses her lips. The couple spend time together making out and making love as the day bleeds into night and both of their PIP-Boys are playing directly into their heads.
"Ladies and Gentleman welcome to our program. This is Mr. New Vegas and each of you is wonderful in your own special way. Whoops let me put on my news mans fedora here it's time for some news. A package courier found shot in the head near Goodsprings has seemingly made a full recovery. Now that's a delivery service you can count on! One more story for yah, Goodsprings has fended off a mob of escaped convicts by forming an impromptu militia and rumor has it that the package courier was at the forefront of the fighting. This all according to an old man, strapped to the teeth with dynamite. Must be one difficult guy to be that easy going it all. The news has been brought to you by Mojave Express, the Express that built the west! Now most people say that no news is good news but my show would be awfully boring without it. "Okay it's late, mineta get to your dorm room. Midnight,13 unless you want in on this action leave this room and let me and my hubby izuku christen the bed because im about to show him why Hares and Rabbits are known for multiplication." Rumi says as she doesn't even let them answer before jumping izuku and kissing him deeply before wrapping her legs around his waist. As the two fall on the bed all other occupants to the room leave as 13 is upset since he hasn't gotten to the part about the rockets. She leaves anyway before sighing knowing she'll have a chance tomorrow to talk to him about it. It doesn't take long but soon the entire dorm building is shaking as Miruko is heard moaning at the top of her lungs before a loud crunching sound is heard after about 5 straight hours. Then everything goes quiet.
Izuku is currently naked and sweating lying awake on a completely destroyed bed as he holds his wife close to himself knowing that come the next few days, his life will forever be charted towards Heroism...why did he have to be a hero again? Oh right, its out of his control again just like the whole ordeal of the NCR and The Legion at hoover damn. Oh well, at least he has his loving wife, trusted friends and companions back in the Big MT. If anything he could just take his mother and rumi and disappear forever.
