Chapter 6
"So what have you decided? He must be here soon." the demon asked another one who was sitting in front of him on the chair, the demon that was sitting was werewolf, he had two belts that crossed his trunk, and some sort of trousers, the demon had sharp claws and the same sharp fangs that were heave in sight of his maw. However his fur wasn't grey or black like the other werewolves had, it was brown, and the demon was chewing something as his maw was moving. He was calm and it seemed that nothing would make him flinch or even scare.
"Are you really sure that it wasn't Edwin Black?" the werewolf asked the demon, "As I heard, he likes to do such tricks."
"I've told you that when I pronounced his name that man showed some irritation and disgust from Black's name, he named himself Walter the demon Lord."
"Walter the demon lord, and at the same time he could kill you gang alone without any help at all." the Werewolf pondered, "Maybe it could be the Incubus King or Queen of the Inferno." the werewolf suggested.
"No, it's definitely not them, because he firstly proclaimed himself as Vampire Lord, but they would never call themselves vampires, if only it could be some other vampire form some other noble family?"
"Have you found something special in him?" the demon looked puzzled at the Werewolf, "Maybe he had something with him?"
"Well since you've said about this, he was wearing strange armor." the demon in the char became intrigued, "It didn't look like Japanese at all or Chinese one, like wise it was made in some European country.
"A demon from Europe?" Werewolf said out loud.
"I don't know, I hadn't got enough time to think who the hell it was." the demon roared, "If that damn orc would always call himself boss, I would be lie among my mean breathless too!"
"Calm down." the Werewolf said, "I don't tell you anything about it, when he must arrive?"
"I pretty soon, he told that he will be able to find me, without any problem." the demon asked him, "So what are you going to do, will you join him?"
"I don't know, but I would like to hear him out, I think it will be too reckless to attack him not even seeing him." the werewolf said, "And I also interested in what he can offer us."
"I think you must join forces with him." the demon announced his point of view, "It's starting to become restless even here in Tokyo-kingdom, sooner or later you should join forces with someone or you'll be stomped quickly."
"I've already been thinking about it, and in my opinion I would join Incubus King, because he allows to play with his captivities whenever you want." the werewolf licked his maw with his long tongue.
"You always think about the same thing." the demon responded, and then they heard the voice of someone else.
"Boss! There're two some strange demons, they're sayin' they came from some Walter, and they tell dat ya supposed to know 'About him."
"Maybe he is busy and has sent someone else instead of him?" the demon suggested.
"Busy or not let's go and see what demons has he sent." the werewolf said grunted and got up from his chair, his back was bowed and when he was on his legs he was much bigger than he seemed before.
"The hell I was sent for this official meeting along with you?!" the demon that looked like a dinosaur roared, "Wasn't it better to take the one with the hood or that psychiatric?"
"Lord Walter ordered us meet this gang because he had personal businesses; humans are not suit to talk with demon about such important things, as they ordinary don't them seriously and can attack in any second, and you're going with me because I need some help if they reject our offers and attack us." the demon with horse head and wings responded.
"And what about that armored one?"
"As I understood mistress Celine couldn't do this too, she has her own task too."
"If it was my will I would fight that tanned girl with the boy that aided her then on the roof!" the dinosaur licked his teeth with the maw.
"Do you still want to fight them so badly?" the winged demon asked his comrade.
"Of course I want Tardis!" the red skinned demon exclaimed, "They still have to pay me a debt for my failed supper! And what about you? Do you want to fight that red haired slut again?"
"Igawa Sakura, you mean?" Tardis asked him.
"Yes, the one who controls shadows."
"What should I say to you Tiradex? I'm not a lover of fights as you, so I don't think about it, however, I found her really interesting. But I would like to try myself with her sister."
"The heck you're aiming!" Tiradex laughed, "As I remember her sister is one of the best hunters for demons, you won't stand a chance against her."
"I wouldn't say so." Tardis disagreed with the lizard demon, "Even if I'm from lower a noble demons, that doesn't mean that I'm weak, I think my powers can be compared to some hell knights."
"Have you ever fought even one of them?"
"I fought two of them, but a lot of time has passed since then, and they were not from the weakest ones, as I remember they were in one line with Ingrid."
"Yes, but still haven't you forgotten how to fight someone like her?" the demon with red skin, chuckled.
"We will see." Tardis raised his head, "However, the one who must be careful is you, as my wing still isn't recovered so I won't be able to help you much during the fight."
"And where is you vaunted self-recovering?" Tiradex continued to pull Pegasus leg.
"It's not good as yours." Tardis said calmly, but then he suddenly said, "Here are we." he said while he was watching at the pretty wide and battered building, it had only one floor, but still was pretty wide. From the first sight the building reminded somewhat of a bunker, but still they could see several windows.
"Is this the place we need?" Tiradex said surprised, "Are they in this box?"
"It seems so." Tardis frowned, "Let's check it."
Both of them started to investigate the building, they were doing it very attentively, the red demon offered to break the window, but Tardis rejected his idea, because they were ambassadors and they couldn't do such despicable thing, so they continued to look for a door. Suddenly they found what they were looking for, and then Tardis knocked into it using some strength, the sound was ringing, because of his metal gloves. There was no answer so he decided to repeat it again.
"Maybe, they're sleeping or eating?" Tiradex commented.
"Who's da hell is there?!" they heard the voice behind the door.
'Finally.' Tardis thought, "We are from Walter the Demon Lord, your Master must be aware of us." he didn't hear a respond, 'It seems that they want to ask their leader.' Tardis noticed that his companion wanted to do something with the door, so he stopped him immideately, and after several minutes the door was opened.
"Come in." a massive ork said, the door was closed, and then he added, "Follow me." the face of ork exposed wondering he didn't expect to meet such strange and variegated company, however he preferred to stay calm, and let his boss to deal with these strange guests.
The place looked like a bunker or shelter that was used for military services; there were lots of different boxes, they were wooden and also it was possible to seem some metal ones, the demons and some humans were working on them or talking to each other, some of demons were examining their contents.
'They have pretty good coherency." Tardis thought, 'I wonder how ork can cooperate with humans not trying to pull them.' he glanced around him.
"Wondered?" the ork asked the Pegasus, "Our boss really likes order and punishes whoever who destabilize the work of the group, no matter who it is demon or a human."
"Indeed, the coherence is important in different groups, if some element starts to do the things as he wants the group will be destroyed in the end." Tardis announced his point of view.
"Well, our boss is not so critical, but you got the picture." Ork grinned, suddenly they saw a big brown werewolf, there also was a demon that was a bit smaller than the werewolf.
"So you're the ones who came from that Walter?" the Werewolf asked them, "Frankly speaking, I wanted to see the one who could deal with a bunch of demons and some humans without having much troubles personally."
"Lord Walter is very busy person." Tardis stated, "I assure you that he really wanted to visit you personally, but because of some problems he ordered us, his loyal servant to come to you." the Pegasus mentioned Tiradex too, "That's why I want you to excuse my Lord, and have conversation with us, but if you really want to meet Lord Walter personally we can tell him this."
"No need." the werewolf said grinning, "After all if I had some important stuff too I ordered someone to meet your Lord too."
"Glad that you understand it." Tardis was glad that the werewolf wasn't aggressive as he firstly thought.
"Maybe we discuss our problems somewhere more privately?" the dinosaur said.
"Of course, follow me." the brown demon nodded and led them somewhere by the corridors of the bunker.
"You found quite a marvelous shelter." Tardis decided to have a little chat with the boss of this gang, he wanted to allay tension and turn the things, in somewhat of a talk of some friends, "It must be really beneficial place."
"Yeah, once it was a arms depot that Chinese Union used for covering their weapons in Japan, but a little by little their influence reduced here, and it became empty. It was luck that I found it still empty; who knows maybe someone else would take it?"
"Sometime luck helps us a lot." Tardis was glad that his plan worked perfectly, "However, I noticed that your men works splendidly well with each other, even ork don't fight for being first in the group."
"It because they can't do anything to me, in the past I had lots of problems with them, as they always tried to claim the leadership." the demon grinned, "But then I decided to make a wonderful thing, if someone wants to be a leader he must fight e in opened and fair battle, I think you understand what I'm talking about?" the werewolf looked at Tardis.
"Interesting, a werewolf who uses the codex of Pegasus? I've never met anyone like you before." Tardis was surprised hearing the boss's words.
"Because these scums understand only strength, that's why I must show them it." They were chatting until they reach a big room where several tables and chairs, there also were some boxes, the demon decided to stand, but still offered to have sits to the guests, however they decided to stand too, "So let me introduce myself the demon." the demon said, "The name is Alid the boss of this gang."
"My name is Tardis." the Pegasus bowed.
"Tiradex." the dinosaur exposed his teeth.
"Malek." the demon that still was clam said.
"Well, when we know each other, let's start our discussion." Alid said and then continued, "I know that you came to make an offer to cooperate with us, as you should know that I'm informed that your Walter destroyed his entire gang." Alid pointed at Malek, "So, I want to know what your real interests are and what you're going to offer us, if we agree to join you."
"Well, let's start from the beginning, as I my master told me he offered him to join us." Tardis nodded at Malek, "But they rejected and attacked him, that's why they paid for this mistake. Right now we are looking for some allies, who would join us in our mission."
"And your mission is?" Alid asked another question.
"I'm sorry, but I can't tell you this, the one who can tell about it is Lord Walter himself." Tardis rode off on a side issue, "But still I can tell you what we can offer you." the werewolf nodded, "First, protection. It's difficult to survive alone these days; you won't stay long fighting Taimanin and other criminal structures if you haven't got someone strong on your side. Second, free in your actions. You can do the same work you've been doing before, but when you will be told to do something by us, you will do it." Tardis did a brief pause and then continued, "Third, you will able to get slaves and other stuff from our missions, I belive you'll be able to claim some of Taimanin too."
"How many groups joined you?" Malek asked him, Tiradex start to growl a little, but Tardis cooled him.
"Right now you're the first organization we want to give such offer, and we have a second structure that still thinking to join us."
"I want to ask you." Tardis looked at Alid and nodded, "Why your Lord didn't join his forces with someone stronger like Edwin Black or the Incubus King, it would be much better if they would help you, as they're the ones of the most strongest demons."
"Let's just say that my Lord have something personal with the Vampire and the Incubus Kings along with the Queen of the Inferno and Corpse Lord and other noble demons."
'Does this man know these ones?' Alid thought, but still remained calm, "Let me ask you, is this Walter one of the noble families?"
"Who knows?" Tardis understood how to push at the demon he wanted to say something else, but his red skinned companion interrupted him.
"We have some guests." he said, sniffing with his nose.
"What?" Tardis turned to his partner.
"Impossible, this place is hidden perfectly, and if someone will try to assault it, he will have some serious troubles." Alid stated.
"My scent never fails me." Tiradex growled, and then after several second, two demons rushed into the room.
"Boss! Taimanin have attacked us!" one of them shouted.
"They're fightin' us in da yard!" the other one said, "And dei haf someone who shoots our men!"
"Sniper?!" Alid exclaimed, the echo of his voice rang by the room.
"Yeah!" the second one responded.
"Let me, deal with him." Tardis said, calmly, "I think I can try to find him pretty fast."
"Are you sure in it?" the werewolf asked the Pegasus, Tardis only nodded, "You two!" he turned to the demon that were awaited for orders, "Show him the place where he can make his sortie! The demons nodded and then they ran out of the room and Tardis followed them, but first said, "You'll help them hear, maybe this sudden trouble will make us good allies." he said turning head first to Tiradex then to Alid.
"Yes, I think so." Alid said, and then Tardis left the room.
"I hope you'll give me an opportunity to eat some Taimanin up?" the dinosaur turned to the werewolf.
"I don't mind at all, you can eat someone you choose." Alid smirked and then the three demons left the room too.
"Finally we can kick some demons' butts!" Yukikaze exclaimed standing on the roof of some skyscraper, "Can't wait to do this!"
"Yukikaze, you shouldn't be that loud." Tatsurou tried to make the tanned girl a bit quieter, "We shouldn't reveal ourselves."
"Hey, Tatsurou! You must become a bit more venturesome, where is your desire to bring justice to these scums?!" Yukikaze turned to the boy with purple hair. She was wearing a red and black uniform that reminded a swimsuit, but still she had some extra patterns like some white fur on her elbows ad ankles, there also were some of red cloth that made an expression that she was wearing a skirt. The uniform of the girl had some opened areas like shoulders and the upper part of her thighs. She had two guns on her hips.
"Indeed, I won't to bring justice, but we must act quietly, because we can be found out." Tatsurou tried to reason the girl.
"Don't worry, if something goes wrong I will cover you." Yukikaze ensured him.
"Yukikaze, Tatsurou is right." a girl with long green wavy hair with the same green eyes said to Yukikaze and then added, "This mission demands quietness and secrecy as our target is not an ordinary building."
"Don't worry Ayame-san." Yukikaze said to the woman who was wearing a black uniform, "Me and Tatsurou will deal with different demons, no matter how strong they are!"
The woman with black uniform became frown, she put her hand onto her hips that were exposed and said seriously, "Yukikaze, call me Makishima, and please try to be more patient." the woman had opened shoulder, and it was also possible to see a massive sniper rifle and on her belt there also were to guns.
"Don't worry Ayame." another woman joined their conversation, the woman put her hand onto the shoulder of Ayame and added, "It's good that she is so lively and energetic, it would be much worse if she was gloomy and too thoughtful." the woman had fair hair with blue eyes; her uniform was less revealing from the other females. Her uniform was blue and white and the only place that was exposing was the middle part of her breasts, like Ayame and Tatsurou she had metal gloves and boots, but she also had a coat that closed her body perfectly too. The most peculiar thing in her appearance was her ears. They were pointed and didn't remind human's ones, but still they weren't as long as elfish.
"But Kurenai, her attitude can reveal us!" Ayame protested.
"Don't worry, the team that Igawa-san formed is not unskillful, and at the same time we have one group that still can help us if they won't be trapped. Let's better discuss our mission and what should we do during it." all of them agreed on it so Ayame started to explain the details.
"We have to assault a bunch of demons that are hiding in a bunker that one belonged to Chinese Union. If received information is right there was arms depot, and the main thing that you must know is that the weapons that are still there can be intact."
"It's make our mission more difficult." Tatsurou became upset, 'I didn't know that there will be something like that.' he thought.
"Don't worry with me and Ayame will deal with them pretty fast." Yukikaze grinned.
"So, my plan is next." Ayame continued, "You three, will go to the bunker and try to bounce out as much demons as you can, and I will protect you from afar, with my gun."
"That's a good plan Kurenai agreed with her teammate, but still maybe Tatsurou should stay with you and protect your back?" the woman with peculiar ears asked Ayame.
"Don't worry; I'm not a novice Taimanin, even with my guns I can deal with some demons in close combat." Ayame smiled and patted her guns that were on her belt.
"If you say so, then he goes with me." Kurenai nodded, and then added, "When you're ready to strike them just tell us and we will start the mission." this time Ayame nodded and then the team continued their way.
They started to jump from one building onto another, the first one was Kurenai, then Tatsurou along with Yukikaze and the last one was Ayame. Tatsurou sighed deeply, 'Bunker? It makes things more difficult and if they have some really dangerous weapons won't it be to attack them too reckless? No, he shook with his head, I must be more decisive, I must protect Yukikaze at all cost, after all I gave aunty this promise.'
"Hey Tatsurou, what are you thinking about?" Yukikaze asked him seeing that he pondered.
"Ah?" the boy distracted from his thoughts, "Nothing serious, don't worry about it." Tatsurou tried to smile, but Yukikaze understood him pretty quickly.
"Don't lie, we are a couple for a long time, do you really think that I don't know what you're thinking about? Come on tell me."
"No, really there's nothing to worry." Tatsurou tried reasoning her, "I just thought how to start my fighting nothing more, I thought to focus around you protecting from close enemies."
"What?" Yukikaze became a bit red, "Don't think that I'm weak and can't deal with some mere demons!"
"Well, I didn't say that." Tatsurou protested.
"Not a bad plan, Tatsurou." Kurenai noticed, "It will be good if you focus on defending Yukikaze, but still I hope that you'll be helping me from time to time." she added with a smile.
"Of course, I will." Tatsurou stated immideately.
They continued their way, when they were almost on the need location, Ayame divided her group and when right, Yukikaze still tried to know why Tatsurou was so gloomy, but he said nothing, then Kurenai ordered to calm down, because they were on their place, they started to wait, until their fourth member wouldn't give them a sign to start, suddenly the faire haired woman heard th voice in her ear.
"Kurenai, I'm ready, you can start the mission, and I'll cover your backs."
"Got it." Kurenai nodded and then turned to the young hunters, "Are you ready to start?" Yukikaze and Tatsurou nodded and then, "Let's try to pay their attention." and then they rushed to the bunker. On their way they saw three demons that were standing by the door way and were chatting about something, Yukikaze took out her weapons and when she pushed the cocks of her guns two thunder bolts killed two demons, the other one was surprised of such attack and when he turned around he saw Kurenai, who was on his way to him.
"Taimanin!" he exclaimed but then Kurenai cut his throat with her sword. His voice was pretty loud and after a while a big bunch of demons went out of the bunker, they could see lots of different demons from mere ork till the scarier and uglier ones.
"Let's start the party!" Yukikaze did other shots, but one demon could survive the attack and rushed at her, but Tatsurou with one lunge killed the demon. Kurenai took three demons at one time, when another two were on their way to her, they suddenly fell down lifeless.
"Not bad Ayame." Kurenai praised her teammate.
"Nothing difficult." she stated.
They continued their fight Ayame covered their backs perfectly, Kurenai dealt with demons quickly, she was too quick for them and they could do nothing against her, Tatsurou and Yukikaze did his work perfectly too. Yukikaze was burning all her enemies, while Tatsurou protected her from some demons that could reach her. Suddenly Kurenai noticed how some flame appeared out of the doorway of the bunker, she dodged it, 'What the…?' Kurenai didn't understand what had just happened, she landed onto the ground and in the next moment she noticed how something massive and red jumped out of the bunker. The creature did a try to bite her. Kurenai dodged the lunge of the creature and then she noticed how something massive, but this time brown was going to attack her again. But this time she preferred to protect herself with her sword.
"Not bad Taimanin." Alid smirked tried to break through her swords with his claws.
Kurenai answered nothing, but only parried his claws and jumped away to Tatsurou and Yukikaze.
"Interesting." the dinosaur grinned, "This time they decided to send a bunch of kids."
"Don't be stupid, if they sent kids this means that they're pretty strong." Alid responded to Tiradex.
The red demon licked his teeth and said, "No matter, I haven't eaten for a while, and kid's meat is really tender and delicious." he grinned then.
"How should we do then?" Alid asked him, "Shall I take the woman and you'll deal with the kids?"
"I don't mind." Tiradex growled.
"Tatsurou, Yukikaze beware it seems that these two are really strong demons." Kurenai warned her teammates, "Tatsurou focus on protecting Yukikaze and you Yukikaze focus on this red skinned demon."
"Got it." the young kids responded.
"Jump away!" Alid responded, and the demons jumped away to different side, and in the next moment they heard how a bullet pierced the place where they were standing.
'Damn, he is very careful.' Kurenai thought and then clashed her sword with the claws of the werewolf.
Then there was another shot that killed some other demon that was going to attack Kurenai from behind.
While Alid was fighting Kurenai, Tiradex focused on young hunters. His fight was between Tatsurou more intensive than with Yukikaze, as the girl protected Tatsurou from behind from other demons.
"You have a familiar odor kid." the red skinned demon grinned, "Are you familiar with that scum?" Tatsurou answered nothing, but only parried his metal claws, "Yes it, definitely his odor is he here with that sniper?"
'Damn, if they know about sniper than…" suddenly the demon jumped and was about to attack the boy from above, but Yukikaze shot her thunder bolts, however the demon could protect himself with his flames that he spitted out of his mouth. With another jump he got to Yukikaze and was about to strike her with his tail, but Tatsurou pulled her quickly.
'Can such thing really be that fast?' Yukikaze thought and aimed at the creature again, but this time some other demon was on his way to attack her.
"Ayame why did you stopped the shooting?" Kurenai asked while she was clashing her sword with Alid.
"I was attacked, by a Pegasus!" Kurenai heard a respond of her teammate.
'Wait a minute!' Kurenai thought, 'Dinosaur, Pegasus… Are they from that organization Asagi told us?' she dodged another lunge of the demon and said to the young hunters.
"Yukikaze, Tatsurou!" Kurenai exclaimed, "Go and help Ayame, I will call the second squad to help me!"
"What?!" Yukikaze didn't understand.
"Are you sure in this?" Tatsurou asked her.
"Don't think that I won't be able to deal with them, I still have some tricks." Kurenai assured them. The young hunters nodded and then went to the direction where Ayame was, "Squad two, we need some help in the location of the bunker, come as fast as you can!" she heard how the voice agreed to come and then she saw how Tiradex was going to follow her partners, but Kurenai could quickly stand between them.
"Damn Taimanin!" he roared. And then Alid was going to attack her from behind, but Kurenai could dodge it again.
"She is pretty quick." Alid admitted, "How should we get her?"
"You attack her and I'll support you." the dinosaur made a motion, Alid nodded and rushed at Kurenai again, he jumped and when Kurenai was going to block his lunge she saw how the flame was flying at her side.
'Shit!' she thought and dodged the flame, the dinosaur started to spit flame one after another, 'I must focus on the red one, as his ranged attacks are really annoying! I must deal with him first.' Kurenai ran towards him preparing her sword, 'Let's make it this way.' she did a swing with her sword still not being close enough to the demon, the demon used his tail to jump away when he landed onto the ground he felt how something warm was dripping by his arm.
"Wind abilities." the dinosaur understood why there was a blood on his right arm.
"You're pretty smart for the one who supposed to have a small brain." Kurenai chuckled.
"If only Tardis was here." the demon said, but suddenly something black jumped out in front of them and attacked Kurenai.
The woman blocked the lunge and then saw that it was a tail with lots of spikes. "So you finally decided to show yourself up, huh?" Alid said watching at the demon that was in front of him.
"Just wanted to watch what the famous Shinganji Kurenai can do fighting three strong demons at one moment." Malek said.
"Shinganji?" Alid didn't understand, but then exclaimed likewise he had remembered something, "You mean that half vampire Taimanin, that's why sh is that fast."
"Is she strong?" Tiradex asked his partners.
"Let's just say that she still has some secrets." Alid just said and rushed to the woman, Tiradex did the same, while Malek preferred to stay still and wait for a moment to attack. Kurenai jumped and was about to attack Alid as he was closer to her, but she noticed that something long was aimed at her again she understood that it was a long tail bit it wasn't as massive as the dinosaur's one, so she blocked his tail.
'Damn! It seems that I should uncover my trump.' Kurenai thought, but then she quickly dodged again as the red one was on his way to attack her again. When Kurenai dodged his attack red aura started to cover her, a little by little she started to change she took out another dagger that was above her tunic. Her skin became darker and her eyes turned red, even her uniform that was blue and white turned into red.
"From this moment be careful!" Alid warned Tiradex and then both of them attacked Kurenai, she quickly disappeared from the place she was standing a while ago, she appeared behind Tiradex and with her blade she was about to pierce him, when a tail appeared between them.
"Not bad!" the red skinned commented, and then spitted his flame at Kurenai, when Kurenai pushed the tail of she tried to do another attack, this time her target was medium demon with the troublesome tail, Malek returned his tail and could protect himself with it. But then Alid was going to attack her again, Kurenai could avoid the werewolf, but then Tiradex wanted to get her with his tail, this time he could reach her arm with it.
'Damn this trio is dangerous, I hope the reinforcement will arrive soon.' she took a deep breath and then tried to attack them again.
While Kurenai was fighting the demons, Tatsurou and Yukikaze were on their way to help their other teammate Ayame.
"I hope that Shinganji-san will be alright fighting those two." Tatsurou said.
"Don't worry she is one of the talented hunters, and at the same time she has several tricks that these scums don't await to see." Yukikaze tried to calm him down, "For us it is better to help Ayame, as she will be able to help Kurenai from her distance."
"Yes, but I also hope that another team will help her as fast as they only can." Tatsurou still was worried, he didn't know what was really right to go and help Ayame or stay with Kurenai.
"Just don't think about it, we'll help Ayame quickly, and then will kick butts of those scums too." Yukikaze grinned.
"I hope you're right." Tatsurou sighed deeply, but then they saw something gleaming in front of them.
"Tatsurou look out!" Yukikaze exclaimed, and both of them jumped in different sides, "What was that?!" she was surprised to seeing something like that especially in front of them, she turned her head back and saw a spear that pierced the roof they were standing, 'That spear, it cannot be!' Yukikaze thought and when she turned her head ahead she could see a woman in white and black attire, it was quite revealing as it fully exposed her upper parts of her legs and arms and biggest part of her back was exposed too, she had a black ribbon that reminded rabbit's ears, "Mother." Yukikaze only whispered.
"Aunty?" Tatsurou was surprised too.
"My, my, what a lucky coincidence." Shiranui smiled, "I was ordered to find some demons to talk with, but who could think that I'll find you two here."
"Mom, you could escape from Incubus King?!" Yukikaze's voice was joyful, but still unsure.
"Escape you say?" Shiranui smiled, "The problem is that I didn't escape, I serve him now dear."
"What?!" Tatsurou and Yukikaze exclaimed together, "No it can't be!" Tatsurou added.
"I won't belive this!" Yukikaze shouted too.
"I know it's difficult to except, but now I'm one of his personal servants." she stretched her and the water started to appear in her arm, then a new spear formed in it, "As I told, I was ordered to have a talk with some bunch of demons, but seeing you two much better, as you'll make a perfect addition to my master's collection." Shiranui ran toward Yukikaze preparing to strike her daughter, but Tatsurou could stand between them and block her spear with his katana, "Not bad Tatsurou-kun." Shiranui praised the boy, "But let's see what the two of can do against me."
"Mom! Please stop this!" Yukikaze shouted, "It's not you! You would never lift your hand against us!"
"I'm sorry dear, but it real me." Shiranui grinned and pushed Tatsurou off; she threw her water spear at Tatsurou and ran to her real one. The boy did a swing creating a wind blade, his attack could destroy the blade, but then he noticed how mother was going to attack her own daughter.
"Yukikaze!" Tatsurou shouted, he took a deep breath and then breathed out a strong puff of wind Shiranui gracefully dodged his attack and then turned her head to the boy.
"You've became really good Tatsurou-kun, you really stick your promise to protect my dear daughter."
'If she remember about this than it really…' he couldn't finish his thought as the woman headed to the boy, she started attack him, but it seemed like a game, she didn't do it with full power, but still n some places she could get him.
"No, I can't belive this." Yukikaze's hands trembled, "I can't belive that my mother could lost to someone." Yukikaze's voice trembled too, "It's impossible, I won't belive this!"
"Yukikaze, Tatsurou!" both of them heard female's voice in their ears, the voice belong to Ayame, "Where the hell are you?!"
"We are fighting Shiranui-san, so we can't help you now!" Tatsurou replied blocking another attack.
"You what?!" Ayame exclaimed, "Fuck, I'll try to help you!"
Tatsurou couldn't reply as he received a strong kick at his stomach and then, "Yukikaze." he mumbled, trying to return her mind back to reality.
"What?" Yukikaze didn't understood and when she realized what was going on Shiranui gave her a strong kick at her hip, Yukikaze leaned on one leg and then Yukikaze was grabbed by her neck.
"You know, I missed you very much Yukikaze." Shiranui continued to smile, but this time her smile was sadistic, "I really wanted to see you, and make us together again as my master's personal slaves, and I'm really happy that I'll be able to fulfill my dream."
"Mom, it's not you." Yukikaze let fly her guns and grabbed the arm of her mother tears started to form in her eyes, "What happened to you?"
"I just understood where I must be, and whom I must serve, I hope you'll realize this soon too."
"No, I'll never belive, that you lost to some demon." Yukikaze stated, but then Shiranui's grip became stronger, Yukikaze could only squeeze the arm of her mother tighter.
"Yukikaze, use lighting!" Tatsurou shouted.
"I… I can't…" Yukikaze mumbled her voice was trembling and tears dripped from her eyes.
Tatsurou took his katana and tried to attack Shiranui, but still his hands were shaking too, and it was too easy for Shiranui to dodge his lunge, she did a graceful slew and gave him another kick at his back this time, 'I can't do anything against her.' Tatsurou thought, 'Even if there was Rinko we would never be able to defeat aunty.'
"Mother..." Yukikaze voice became low. Suddenly a strong stream of water past between Yukikaze and Shiranui, Yukikaze was released as Shiranui jumped away making an elegant summersault.
"A reinforcement?" Shiranui asked herself. She and Tatsurou turned their heads to the rescuer of young hunters and saw a slim person, who was wearing a blue vest that closed his chest, but his stomach was exposed, he also had black trouser that closed his legs full, it was also possible to see that he had blue metal boots, but in some places they were shabby. He also had metal gloves that closed his arms till the elbows. He had blue hair that was tied in a long ponytail, it was impossible to see his eyes as he had somewhat that reminded glasses for diving. In his arm he was holding a sword, but it was a doubled sword that had two blades on each side.
'Glad that I was in time.' The person thought turning his head to Yukikaze and then to Shiranui again, 'So this is that Mizuki Shiranui he was telling me about.', "Boy!" the man turned to Tatsurou; "Can you fight? I'll need your help."
"I think I can." Tatsurou got up and then and picked his katana again.
"If I remember right you're not one of Taimanin." Shiranui turned to the newcomer; she was wondered who it could be.
"Don't worry, soon you'll understand." the man said and rushed to the woman. Their weapons clashed, and then their battle began their moves were fast, both of them were fighting with everything they got. Shiranui put her hand onto the ground and two water spears attack the man, but the man jumped into the air and released another stream straight out of his mouth with this he could destroy her spears and then he blocked her lunge again, "Boy! Don't sleep!" the ordered.
"Yes!" Tatsurou nodded and joined the battle, this time it was a bit easier for the man to fight Shiranui.
'If only he was more skillful.' he thought about Tatsurou, 'I hope that Hush will be here in time.' Then he put his thumb with the indicative finger and started to form a bubble, he quickly made about twenty of them and then shouted, "Boy, out of the way!" Tatsurou jumped away, and then the man snapped with his fingers, making all bubbles that started to come to Shiranui exploding one after another. However Shiranui turned into Water and appeared behind the man, but he quickly protected himself with the hilt of his sword. Tatsurou used his sword for creating a wind blade; Shiranui dodged Tatsurou's attack again, when Shiranui wanted to attack the man again a beam of light that was aimed at Shiranui herself, forced her to dodge.
'Ayame-san!' he remembered their ranged teammate, but then he suddenly saw something that reminded a bird.
"You're just in time." the man said watching at the object that started to fly above them.
"It seems that a small reinforcement came to you Tatsurou-kun." Shiranui didn't like that everything went not as she thought, "Well, I'll let you go, but next time, be sure that I won't be so kind." she threw him a kiss and then jumped off from the building, Tatsurou wanted to follow her.
"Aunty!" but his shoulder was grabbed by someone, the grip was strong and made him to turn around.
"Don't even think to follow her!" the man ordered, Tatsurou listened to him as he quickly understood that it would be really stupid, after several seconds he asked the boy, "How are you?"
"I'm fine, but Yukikaze…" he rushed to the tanned girl, the man did the same. When they ran to the lying girl they saw that her eyes were closed.
"Yukikaze…" the boy whispered.
"Don't worry, she is alive." the man calmed him dawn, he put his hand onto her forehead and moved apart her fringe, his eyes stopped on her face, 'Her face. She really looks like him.' he looked around and noticed that there were two guns near with her too, 'Hm, she even uses his style, interesting.' then his eyes returned to her face.
"What are you doing?" Tatsurou asked the man disturbing him.
"Nothing to worry about." the man merely replied, but Tatsurou could see a smile on the man's face, likewise he saw something really happy joyful, but still he wasn't sure in it. Suddenly they heard some steps in front of them, "You're long." the man said raising his head, now they could see a metal person in front of them that was holding a sniper rifle, but still he referred absolutely nothing at the comment of the man with glasses.
"Tatsurou we're on the way to help you!" the boy heard Ayame's voice in his ear.
"Thank goodness you're fine." the boy exhaled, "We are waiting for you."
"We must go." the man said.
"What? Maybe you should wait for our supporters?" Tatsurou asked the man.
"No, your partners will have extra questions that we are to answer, but right now I don't want to do this." the man answered irritated, "However, I think we will meet again, and it will happen pretty soon." the man came to Yukikaze again and said, "After all I must repay her my debt." and then the two mysterious men jumped off from the roof.
After two minutes Ayame and two other hunters that supposed to be their helpers came to them, "Where's Mizuki Shiranui?"
"She retreated." Tatsurou merely replied sitting by Yukikaze.
"What do you mean?" Ayame didn't understand.
"I'll explain everything later; we must help Shinganji-san and Yukikaze." Ayame looked at Yukikaze and then said.
"You." she turned to the man on her right, "Will help them, and we will go to aid Kurenai." the man nodded and, he took Yukikaze and then ordered the boy to follow him too.
'How is it possible that I still fighting these three scums?' Kurenai thought taking deep breaths, she was watching at demons that were standing in front of her, she was glad that they panted too, that meant that they were tired too, 'One mistake and I can get some of them.'
"Alid, Tiradex try to get her with synchronic attacks, and I'll aid from the distance." Malek offered.
The dinosaur and the werewolf nodded, and then tried to do another lunge again, this time their moves were much quicker, Tiradex used his flame to get the woman, but she could dodge it, but then the werewolf did another jumped and attacked her with his claws, Kurenai's sword protected herself perfectly, but then she saw a tail that was aimed at her, she over jumped it, she suddenly heard a voice.
"Kurenai, we are coming to your location!"
"Got it." she replied. Kurenai was about get Malek with her sword, when suddenly a strong puff of wind pushed her off.
"Finally you're here." the red skinned demon grinned.
"We must deal here quickly, hunters are approaching." Tardis announced.
"All of you get away of here to another base, we will come as soon as possible!" Alid gave an order to his demons, and all of them ran to different locations leaving the four behind, "Let's deal with."
"Darn, I won't defeat them four at once, and at the same time they won't let me go too." she saw how Alid and Malek attacked her and then dodged their strikes she was about to cut Alid with her wind blade, but then she saw Tardis who was flying straight at her, the Pegasus did a strong swing with his wings, he even gritted his teeth destroying Kurenai's wind blade and the rest could get her, and then Tiradex stroke her at the stomach with his tail. Kurenai fell down onto the ground and squeezed her stomach. The woman started panting, she tried to get her sword and small blade, but she felt how someone stepped on her hand, she gritted her teeth and saw that it was the red skinned demon.
"Now, it's time to eat." the demon licked his fangs and was about to pierce Kurenai with his teeth, when suddenly a trident pierced the ground between them, "What the hell this?!" the demon groaned, then he saw how someone appeared, near with his and with several strikes could fall down the demon, the other three were stumbled for several second, they didn't await to see something reckless, but Malek decided to help, the man grabbed his trident and blocked the tale of the demon, he grabbed the sword and the dagger and returned to Kurenai and then they disappeared.
"Who the hell was that?" Alid asked Tardis.
"I will explain you later." Tardis merely replied, "We must go the hunters are almost here." he said as he raised his head, "Come to me." He said calmly, like he wasn't afraid.
The bunch came to him; Alid was helping to Tiradex to come closer as the demon battered thoroughly. The wind start to enlarge around them and when Ayame with her partner could notice them they disappeared.
"Darn!" she rapped out an oath, but suddenly her eyes became widened, 'Where's Kurenai!' both of them jumped off and started to look around, Ayame remembered that according with the plan the should enter it, so she gave an order to another hunter to investigate the farthest part of the bunker's yard while she investigate the one they were standing.
The hunter returned and said that he had found nothing, 'It cannot be they couldn't take Kurenai with themselves I didn't see her among them, but since the mere demons left they could give her them.' she squeezed her fists, and said through gritted teeth, and lowered head.
"Ayame." the female hunter said, "We must return, if Kurenai isn't here, maybe she could escape?"
"We can't leave her here!" the green haired woman stated.
"I know this but still…" the other huntress wanted to reason something, but couldn't.
Ayame headed to the bunker to investigate, hoping that she will find her there, but after some period of time she found out that Kurenai wasn't in the bunker too, somehow the huntress could reason Ayame and they returned to the other squad.
