Chapter 7
"This town is really pretty good at night." Shizuru stretched her arms with her spine warming up her muscles for a mission.
"Yes, but we're going to watch at its beauties, but to reveal the activity of that scum Sasaki." Murasaki put her hand onto the hilt of her axe.
"Yes, yes, but to explore the sights isn't bad too, you can find lots of interesting during it." Shizuru chuckled, as she glanced down from the roof top of some building at the human beneath them.
"I'd like to do this not during the mission." Murasaki replied to her, "I still can't understand, how could you become a high class Taimanin with such attitude?" she sighed.
"Have you forgotten Sakura?" Shizuru chuckled at the question of immortal Taimanin.
"Yeah, she is much better." Murasaki rolled her eyes remembering younger Igawa, "Well, let's return to our mission." she coughed at her fist.
"Shall we try to sneak at his factory?" Shizuru asked her, "Or try to investigate the town?"
"Good question, if he really the one, who sent these cyborgs then, it'd be really reckless, to go there right now, the best thing for us is to investigate the surroundings of the factory, in order to find something strange there."
"Well, not a bad plan, but do you really we'll be able to find there something?" Shizuru didn't know was it a good idea or not.
"Then what can you offer?" Murasaki looked at her.
"Right now, I can offer you to investigate the perimeter of the factory; I think we will be able to find something in close proximity to it." Shizuru offered her idea.
"Not a bad idea." Murasaki pondered, "But still won't it expose us a lot?"
"If we work carefully, we'll be undetectable." the blonde chuckled.
"Fine, let's to it so then." she said to the blonde, "I hope we'll find something." and then Murasaki jumped onto the roof of the other building.
"Finally you decided to agree with me." Shizuru followed her.
Their way was long, and on their way Shizuru decided to have a chat in order to shorten the time. Murasaki didn't join her talk willingly, but still answered some questions, their talk was spun around different themes, but one theme Murasaki joined it was about their colleagues from 'Red Division'.
"How do you think why they are looking for that weapon?" Shizuru asked Murasaki with interested, "They said they want to destroy it, but do you belive in it?"
"Difficult to say." Murasaki deliberated about the question she was asked, "No doubt, they can look it for someone, after all they're mercenaries and they could be ordered to bring for someone."
"Can you say something about these guys if we'll fight them?"
"Let me see." Murasaki did a pause, "The boy is a ground user, and not bad I must admit his help in fighting Miyata was really great. He also has some special clay, which works like a glue." The man in the vest is a good fighter, his arms are robotic and his battle style is really peculiar, but the Massive one is unfamiliar to me, but perhaps his feature is in super power."
"You've got acquainted with them not bad." Shizuru was surprised of the information, "Why did you decided to work with mercenaries, I thought you never do such a thing."
"It wasn't my idea, but my brother." the bluenette explained, "The man in the vest is his friend so we decided to join our forces, if I was in his place, I would never do such a thing, but called a reinforcement to find the captured ones."
"Even if their lives were in danger?" Shizuru raised her eyebrow, "Perhaps you're too righteous, sometimes it important to join forces with someone in order to save friends."
"Taimanin's life is always in danger, but our enemies don't hurry to kill us, but to take us under control, it'll bring more benefits than just a mere killing."
"Reasonable." Shizuru nodded, "But still old fashioned." she chuckled.
Murasaki replied nothing, continuing jumping from one building to another one. Her thoughts were devoted to the other three mercenaries, they'd encountered.
'Have they met that lunatic? Or they decided to focus on the same direction, we are working?' her thoughts were interrupted, when they arrived to the needed place.
"Earth to Murasaki." Shizuru said into the ear of the blue haired woman, "Are you here?"
"What is it?" Murasaki asked her.
"We're on the place. Were you thinking about cats?" Shizuru chuckled.
"What… Why did you think so?" Murasaki became excited of this question.
"Everyone knows, that you like cats, and the way you were pondered gave me an idea, you were pondering about them."
"Of course not!" Murasaki protested, "I was just thinking of our work." then she turned to the factory, "Well, let's start our investigation."
"Yeah, I just wonder will he send someone after us or not." Shizuru became slightly serious, "If only he would make a single mistake, we could use in our favor."
"Dream on." Murasaki chuckled, "Sasaki is not from persons, who will leave any trails behind."
They started to watch at the factory, only lights were there and thing more, even people were invisible for them. They spent about an hour in such position.
"How about to do a break for a cup of coffee?" Shizuru asked her comrade.
"Not smart idea." Murasaki refused her offer, "We can lose something important, while we are going for a coffee, and especially in such uniform, are you nuts?"
"Well we can…" Shizuru suddenly stopped, "Did you hear that?"
"Yes, and I don't like it." Murasaki put her hand onto the hilt of her axe and prepared for the worst, Shizuru did the same with her whip.
In no time they jumped aside, and in the place where they were standing appeared two cyborgs with blades, and in a second the other eight appeared on the same place.
"So he sent some toys after us." Shizuru chuckled, "Let's deal with them fast! This time you axe is with you, so we won't have much troubles with them."
"Yeah, just five or so minutes." Murasaki chuckled too, "Will be enough to deal with these guys."
Cyborgs dashed to the two Taimanin on full speed with their blades in readiness. The two of them attacked Murasaki and the other two attacked Shizuru. Murasaki decided to block all the attacks, which were directed at her in order to think a good strategy. Shizuru decided to do the same, but she was dodging all lunges, suddenly she put her hand into a bag on her belt and took out some seed out of it, when she dodged another attack, she threw the seed at the cyborg that wanted to attack Murasaki. When it touched the cyborg, its body was wrapped with vines, the cyborg fell down onto the ground and Murasaki crushed it with her axe.
"These cyborgs cleverer than the ones, who attacked us during the daytime." Murasaki admitted, "They're moves are more cunning and fast."
"And they're teamwork is much better." Shizuru protected herself from three robots now, "Are they from last models?"
"It seems so." Murasaki took a deep breath and attack the machines, "Could it be that weapon Asagi-san was talking about?"
The half of the machines was destroyed and now there were only five of them. Three of them attacked Murasaki and the other two focused on Shizuru. Little by little the machines were destroyed.
"Phew, that was really unexpected." Shizuru caught her breath as she killed the last cyborg, "I didn't think they are so troublesome."
"We must report everything to the headquarters! They must check every inch of that damn factory." Murasaki declared putting her axe onto her shoulders, suddenly she felt something behind her, 'Again?!' she turned around and saw another five cyborgs, and then something big jumped to them from the nearby roof.
"The hell is that?!" Shizuru was surprised and shocked of the massive thing.
"Is it a Raiden suit?" Murasaki stood in a battle stance, 'No, it's… it's quite strange, could it be the weapon we're looking for?'
"Murasaki, take the cyborgs, I'll try to deal with that thing!" Shizuru shouted.
"No! I'll deal with it!" Murasaki disagreed, "I'll try to crack it with my brute force!"
"Fine, just don't overdo it, we still have to have some proofs" Shizuru tried to have her same careless tone, but It was difficult to keep it in such situation.
Shizuru took several seeds out of her bag, and threw them at the machines; one of the machines wasn't able to dodge it and was cought by the same vines. The other seeds fell onto the ground and turned into some roots, which started to attack the robots, one was destroyed, but the other three could deal with the roots and started to attack the woman.
"Take that!" Murasaki did a high jump, and prepared her axe for a strike.
Murasaki did a strong hit by the shoulder of the machine.
"Funny." the machine said with a slight robotic voice.
"What?! There's no even a single scratch?" she quickly jumped away, as she saw how the machine was about grab her, 'Another one!' she thought and ran at the machine.
Murasaki decided to strike the machine at its hip to make it lose the balance; she did a swing and hit it again. The cyborg had only easily shaken.
'What the hell is that?! I can't do anything with it!' Murasaki was shocked, but then the machine could grab her leg, "Huh?!"
It raised her and then smashed her at the rooftop. Murasaki wasn't ready for it, but she quickly saw next preparing attack she quickly rolled aside and didn't let the machine to hit her.
'No doubt, it's his weapon! Now the problem is to deal with it.' Murasaki pondered squeezing the hilt of her axe.
"Just a minute and I'll join you!" Shizuru read Murasaki's mind, she tried to increase her power in fighting two cyborgs.
Somehow Shizuru could deal with the cyborgs, and then joined her comrade, on her way she threw two seeds at the robot one quickly covered it with vines and the second one fell onto the ground and covered it with massive roots.
"Now, it won't be so movable." Shizuru chuckled, "Wait, what?!"
The cyborg tried to move with its limbs, first he was immobilized, but then his move started to become decisive and decisive, with each struggle.
"Now!" Murasaki rand and prepared for another attack, "I'll destroy you!" she yelled, but the axe didn't get it, as the cord was ripped and the machine grabbed the axe, "Huh?!"
"Not a bad move." the cyborgs replied, "But not impressive." and then hit Murasaki at her stomach with full power.
The Taimanin coughed with blood, and fell onto the ground.
"Murasaki!" Shizuru exclaimed, and saw how the cannon on the shoulder of the machine was aimed at her now, "Crap." Shizuru quickly dodged, the shot was quick and strong, "Man, just one hitch and I'm history."
Next thing made them shocked once again; another three cyborgs appeared behind the massive robot.
"Come on, give us a break!" Shizuru moaned.
"The hell the will." Murasaki came to Shizuru, "I can't belive it, I used my whole power last time and I nothing was left on him, he could even just stop my attack."
"What should we do? I don't think the two of us will deal with them all."
Murasaki was only watching at the enemies, "Look out!" she exclaimed as the cannon was prepared for the attack again.
The shot was done again, but this one was as strong as the last one.
"We must retreat." Murasaki responded now, "I don't think we'll be able to deal with the all."
"Do you think they'll let us go?" Shizuru chuckled, "Someone must distract their attention."
"I'll do it, you won't be able to fight this machine with these cyborgs for long, at the same time." Murasaki was thinking the strategy.
"Got it." Shizuru nodded, she out her hand back into the bag on her belt and took out a two seeds.
"Find this trio, I think they'll help you somehow, but also warn the heads, they must send someone to help." she did a pause, "Ready?" Shizuru nodded in agreement and threw the seeds at the machine.
The same things repeated, it could gain Shizuru and Murasaki some time. Shizuru started to flee, while Murasaki didn't let the machines to follow her.
"Just wait Murasaki! I'll bring you some help."
Murasaki tried her best, but the machine, which was tied, joined the battle it was difficult even for the skillful Taimanin as her, to fight two cyborgs and the machine. Murasaki started to do mistake and gain wound after wound. But then one cyborg could disarm her, and the other one could chop her right arm.
"Shit!" she hissed, "Scums!"
The machine shot with a wire at the Taimanin. It rapped her stomach, and with one move it got up her in the air, and then smashed her at the ground. The machine grabbed her head and raised the blue haired. She was defeated and couldn't move even with a finger, "Bring the last one, I'll deliver this one." the machine order to the last two cyborgs, the machines nodded affirmatively, and followed Shizuru, "Sasaki will be glad." the robot turned around, and grabbed her battle axe, and went to the side of the factory slowly, in order to give his trophy to the director.
"Dammit! They are still chasing me!" Shizuru looked, behind and saw four cyborgs behind her 'How many of them does this Sasaki has?' she did a turn to the right and tried to jump into dark lane, and started to run by them in order to cut adrift from her persecutors, "It seems I have no other choice, but to give them a fight." suddenly she turned her head somewhere to the left, "Wait, is it a sound of metal?" she raised her head, "Yes there's no doubt in it. Could it be these three?" she quickly jumped onto the balcony which was above her, not letting the cyborg to get her.
One move after another did her close to the needed roof, and when she jumped onto it she saw a massive man with a kid who were fighting the same robots.
'Sweet!' Shizuru was glad to her observation.
She quickly to them and protected the back of Massimo who was dealing with three robots at one time.
"What the hell?" he was surprised of appearing of the Taimanin, "Where the hell did you appeared?!"
"Not now, I've brought tail with myself." Shizuru said trying to remember his nickname.
The four robots didn't make to wait for them long and joined the other group to fight.
"Phew, it's starting to become easier to fight in such company." Kangaroo was glad that the fair haired Taimanin was on their side, "It good to know that someone will cover your back."
"The same is here." Shizuru chuckled at such statement.
Kangaroo and Massimo were fighting in close combat, while Shizuru helped them on the medium distance. The team started to deal with the enemies pretty fast.
'By the way, where is that man with sun glasses?' Shizuru noticed that the team was in lack of the third member.
Kangaroo put his hands onto the ground, and then the legs of two cyborgs were covered with stone, in no time they fell onto the ground without legs.
"Your control of stone became better." Massimo chuckled, "Has Drunkard whipped you into shape that well?"
"Yeah, I also trained myself." the boy chuckled.
After some period of time the number of cyborgs started to reduce and Shizuru dealt with the last one.
"Phew! It's so good that I encountered you, what a lucky I am." she wiped her forehead from sweat.
"We're also lucky." Kangaroo sat onto the ground just to catch his breath, "We would deal with them longer of not your help." then he glanced at the woman again, "By the way, where is Murasaki? Have you split up?"
"I have a counter-question. Where's that man, Mechanic, am I right?" she tried to remember his nickname, "I thought you were in a group of three."
"The hell we must tell you something?" Massimo came to Shizuru, "As I remember we're not pals."
"Massimo!" Kangaroo interrupted his partner, "We have no time to loose, we are to save Mechanic, maybe he is still there."
'Were they ambushed too?' Shizuru was wondered, "We were attacked too." Shizuru said, "Have you encountered a massive thing, with looked like a massive battle suit?"
"No." the boy seemed puzzled, "We were attacked with thirty cyborgs, the small part ran after us, and the other part left with Mechanic."
"A battle suit?" Massimo reasked the woman, "Can it be the weapon we're to destroy?"
"It seems so." Shizuru nodded, "Our attacks were entirely pointless against him. We couldn't leave even a scratch on him."
"Man if we would meet such a thing, I don't know what would we do?" Kangaroo felt uneasy himself, "But if you were attack that means…"
"That means they will capture our partners." Shizuru concluded, "To kill a professional hunter is a useless thing, so they will capture them, right now it would be stupid to go and help them, we must think our plan perfectly or we'll be beaten too."
"I see." Kangaroo, didn't like the plan not to help their friends, but didn't disagree with it, as he understood it was really reckless to go to the fight unprepared.
"Have you got any ideas?" Massimo asked her.
"Right now no." Shizuru shook with her head, "We wanted to find something about that weapon, but we were ambushed, so I don't think he will show himself soon. I'm sure there must be a hidden workshop in his factory, so the first thing we must do is to sneak there."
"Stupid idea." Massimo replied.
"Stupid, but at least something." Shizuru said, but then chuckled, "Have you got something in your head muscled one?"
Massimo replied nothing, he wanted to answer something, but heard the voice of his younger partner.
"Mechanic said that the diagnostic of that head should be done in the night. Maybe we'll be able to find Mosquito? After all it's his robot."
"Have you caught one of those flying robots of the freak, who attacked us on expo?" Shizuru asked him.
"Yeah, if not Mechanic we would lose him." the kid answered, "He wanted to do something with its head, and try to find that flying man, if Mosquito knows something about that man we saved, we are to find the clues of what we're going to see."
"Well, not a bad plan." Shizuru poked at the cheek of the boy, "And where should we go?"
"To our shelter."
"Are you nuts, to let Taimanin to come to our shelter? Do you understand what Commander do to us if he knows about it."
"They had brought us to their one before, and at the same time, maybe she is much better with computers than we are. As a devoted member I take this decision on myself." Kangaroo replied.
"Fine, since you're, I don't mind." Massimo responded and then they went somewhere to the East.
"So your vacation was full of action." Izumi chuckled at the story of Izumi, "You've even bought a swimsuit. Aqua park, swimming pool?"
"Izumi!" Azumi exclaimed, "Please stop teasing us! It's embarrassing."
"Well, I thought of an aqua park, but swimming pool isn't bad too." Torch looked at Azumi.
"Not even you too!" Azumi couldn't belive that Torch still continued to discuss their vacation.
"By the way, you still haven't told me about how my sis was." Izumi chuckled, "She is not as skillful as I am, so she could do something wrong there."
"Well, this theme is not for a discussion." Torch looked at red Azumi, who seemed started to boil, "By the way, how was that kid, you told he was on a mission with you, how did he do his work?"
"Quite well." Izumi replied fast, "He studies really quickly. He even could fight with me against a skillful hunter."
"Not bad. I noticed that he like to train with you more." Torch smiled, "How about to let him to fight both of us?"
"I don't mind, but he won't have a chance." Izumi said.
"Well, you can change. For example Torch fights him first then you, he will be able to get used to two different styles at one time."
"Not a bad idea." Torch looked at Azumi, "You really good it planning of practice."
"I'm the one who thinks plans among us after all."
"Listen." Izumi suddenly asked Torch with a lowered voice, "I wanted to ask you, and since there no one here right now, could you help me with something?"
"Yes, what is it?" Torch nodded listening to her very attentively.
"I wanted to give something to you doctor for helping me." she started, "He helped me three time, and I can't be that unpleasant."
"Do you mean Etienne?" Torch raised his eyebrow.
"No, Przemislav." she responded.
"What do you mean by three times? As I remember he helped you in Sapporo."
"There were two other occasions." she replied, "First when he helped me during our joint sortie, while you were on a vacation. And then was after it, when he cleaned some channels in my head."
"Mind channels." Torch corrected her, "What do you he helped you on a sortie?"
"Rinko Akiyama, we fought her in Sapporo, maybe you remember her." Izumi explained.
"The one with purple hair and a katana?"
"Yes." the twin nodded, "During our fight she was about to kill me, but Przemislav protected me and was wounded because of me."
"I see. So you want to thank him for it." Izumi nodded.
"Isn't our Izumi become more emotional?" Azumi chuckled over the words of her sister.
"It's just my gratitude nothing more." Izumi turned her head away.
"Well, I think you words will be good for him, he is not from persons, who take presents for his help, but if you want just give him some book, he will be glad."
"A trite thing." she sighed putting her hands onto the table.
"So there you are." they heard a voice behind them, "And again in the same company." the sisters turned their heads, while Torch only bowed to right in order to see, who it was, but Torch quickly frowned seeing Walter in front of them, "However, it's good that you are together, won't spend much time on looking for you."
"Did you want something?" Torch asked him, "Have something happened?"
"No, but I want to talk to you two." he sat onto the chair next to Torch, "As I see, you two became close with that kid." he looked at Izumi and then at Torch, "Tomorrow I'll leave you for some brief period of time, as I have to prepare something. So I want you to test the boy's skills during a mission."
"Are you seriously?" Torch wasn't glad with such idea, "He is still have to study a lot. I…"
"What should we do?" Izumi gulped.
"That's the answer, I wanted to here." Walter smiled, "I want you to test him on demons or Taimanin, whatever you want. Just let him to fight alone, and if something goes wrong, you'll help him."
"But…" Torch wasn't able to finish as Walter interrupted him.
"Celine will be working with you, she knows the details. And will help you if something will be not as planned."
"As I remember you had some training with him too."
"I've already told you Celine will deal with it, or at least Etienne will have it with him." Walter explained his voice was firm and serious.
"One more question." Walter nodded, "Has Mystic agreed to let us go?"
"He knows, just warn him and everything will be fine. I won't leave you for long I just have to test some bothersome elements nothing more." he told, "Izumi, right?" she nodded, "Watch after the boy and tell me everything what happens to him, if it needed put down everything somewhere I don't care."
"Got it." she replied.
"Well, I think that's all for now, now if I will go with your leave." he theatrically bowed and covered himself with his cloak.
"That damn Walter." Torch squeezed his fists, "He doesn't spare him at all, the hell he is going to do with him?"
"I wanted to ask, do you know that man?" Izumi felt herself easier, "I feel that he is really a dangerous one, and not form those who can be messed."
"Yeah, I felt it too." Azumi nodded.

"By the way you always call him boy, why don't you use his name?" Azumi asked her so called boyfriend.
"Well…" Torch pondered, "That's really an interesting thing in him, I wasn't told his name in the beginning so I just call him boy. He also don't tell it to me, maybe Walter told him not to say it so I decided not to ask him."
"I see." she responded, "It really sad not to have a name."
"Well the only thing we should do now is to discuss the mission, and do everything to make him a good fighter." Torch encouraged, "I think demons will be good for him, and we'll be able to help him in no time."
The girls nodded and started to discuss the details of their new sortie.
"Are you sure we should go on checking the town not getting the information of that junk?" Massimo asked Mechanic pointing at the head, which was on the table net to computer.
"Well the process is still on fifty percent, and we have plenty of time, why not to investigate it, maybe we'll find something else what can help us in our investigation."
"Hm, are you really sure in it?" Massimo wasn't sure in such idea.
"Just admit you want to sit and do nothing." Kangaroo smirked, "With such attitude you'll never be a devoted member as I'm."
"Why you!" Massimo grunted.
"Now let's go, this head won't escape." Mechanic said and went to the window, he opened it and jumped out in it, Kangaroo followed his example, it was big enough to let Massimo to join them too.
They quickly jumped onto the nearby building and started their way somewhere ahead, not know where to start searching. They were jumping for some big period of time.
"Maybe he decided to have a break?" Massimo asked Paul as they decided to have a break, "After all even a very skillful mercenary must do them."
"Difficult to say." Mechanic replied, "It's easy to predict the weather than what happens in the head of Mosquito. One thing is still interests me a lot. What binds him with the man, who is working for Japanese government, and for whom he is doing such weapon, that can defeat Taimanin?"
"Maybe for someone rich?" Kangaroo asked him.
"There's no doubt in it, shrimp." Massimo glanced at him, "As I understand, that Mosquito is not from these ones."
"Yes, he is just a collector of information and technological data." Mechanic nodded, "He has his own trade channels for this information."
"Have you ever done something like that?" the kid asked the man.
"Yes, but it was long ago, it's really a dangerous business. You must overly reckless in order to do that as lots of desirous will want to have your head. So I decided to stop doing that."
"Goat boy." the massive one grinned.
"I would like to see what you feel when lots of businessmen would want to get you brainless head." the man in the vest smirked, "And especially without protection of the organization."
"Do you want to know what I will do in such situation?" Massimo asked him with a provoking voice.
"Guys!" Kangaroo tried to calm his comrades, "Am I a paranoid or I'm seeing something in front of us, and that something is coming to us."
They turned around and saw that a pretty big crowd was on the way to them. They prepared their weapons and started to ready for the worst.
In several seconds they were surrounded by a big crowd of cyborgs.
"Ten, twenty, thirty." Mechanic counted them, "Do they belong to that lunatic?"
"I don't know, but it's a good opportunity to warm up." Massimo said squeezing his axe.
Kangaroo quickly put his hand in his claws, and then took the out. First cyborgs attacked them. Massimo decided to attack them, while Kangaroo protected him. Mechanic focused on counter attack. The battle wasn't fair, and it was difficult to fight for them against this crowd.
"These ones are really interesting instances." Mechanic pondered dodging the lunges of two enemies, "These models are really dangerous one, they were upgraded impressive."
Mechanic hit one of them and wanted to finish it, but another cyborg interfered into the battle. Kangaroo tried to stop the meddlesome enemies, but they were too fast for him.
'Crap, their too fast for me. I'm not good in stone manipulation as Drunkard.' he thought trying to catch at least one cyborg in his stone trap.
But then he was dragged in battle between two more cyborgs. Kangaroo was quick, because of his height. So he decided to dodge and found a time for a counter attack. Massimo focused on protection as he couldn't move fast, as the kid could. Mechanic decided to help Massimo with protection and let the boy to fight back.
Pretty much time had passed, and only five cyborgs were destroyed.
"Man if only Haze was here." Kangaroo moaned, "We could have a time to fight more decisively."
"Just at least someone else from devoted." Massimo grunted.
'There's no way for us to continue this fight.' Mechanic thought, 'If we continued like that we all be defeated, and have no opportunity to continue the mission.' he dodged the blade of another robot, 'If only these two escape, and I try to deal with them. If some part goes after them they'll deal with it.' then he shouted, "Massimo, Kangaroo get the hell out of here!"
"What?!" both of them exclaimed.
"We won't be able to defeat them, I'll deal with them go and find someone to help! I'll try to slow them down."
"Are you nuts? They'll beat you in no time!" Kangaroo protested.

"He's right." Massimo agreed, "We won't have much if we are done here."
"I won't go." Kangaroo protested.
"Massimo!" Mechanic exclaimed.
The massive man nodded, and then hit the nearby cyborg and ran to the boy, he grabbed him and ran to the ridge of the roof top, then jumped onto another one.
"Hey turn back! Turn round I order you!" Kangaroo shouted.
"Don't kick, shrimp." Massimo wasn't glad with such attitude, "We have a trail behind us." Massimo heard a metal steps behind him.
"Huh?" Kangaroo tried to turn around, "About ten are after us."
"Shit, it's still a big number, let's try to take adrift from them, and then give them a battle." the man thought.
Massimo started to jump from one building to another one, but the cyborgs didn't plan to fall behind. The chasing was lasting over fifteen minutes until Massimo finally ran out of powers.
"We can't continue this racing, in any case we are to give them a battle so why not to do it here, I think Mechanic must still hold that team."
"Yeah, deal with this one and head to help him." Kangaroo prepared for another round, "This time I'll be serious!"
"And then you were bumped into us." Kangaroo stopped telling his story to Shizuru, who was next to him.
"I see, so you wanted to try to look for this lunatic and encountered the cyborgs of that Sasaki." she pondered, "Is he thinking you're Taimanin too?"
"Why he should think so?" Massimo asked her.
"I and Murasaki heard his talk with one politician, whom we suspect in a lot of crimes, that's why he could increase his protection; he doesn't want us to leave the town." Shizuru started to explain, "If we do so, we would send here a checking delegation and his covert activity will be revealed, and then he will lose everything what he has."
"I would do the same." Kangaroo started to understand what the woman was meaning, "But if he has some hidden factory, how we're going to find it?"
"I don't know, but if we find that lunatic, I hope he'll be able to tell us something." Kangaroo said stopping on the ridge of some building, "Here is our shelter." he pointed at the window of some building.
They all jumped into it and first thing they saw in the room was a computer two tables and several chairs. On the tables were remains of the cyborg the trio defeated during the day time.
"Fell yourself at home." Kangaroo chuckled coming to the computer, "No it's ninety six percent." the boy sighed as he saw that the extraction is still not done, "We still have some time." the boy sat onto the chair, which was next to the computer.
Shizuru came to the remains of the robot and started to examine them, while Massimo decided to have a sit and gather his power.
"Well this one is really peculiar, I've never seen some like this before." she said, watching at it very carefully, "It's not the work of Japanese factories, and even not the work of UFS, as there're no their special serial number."
"Mechanic told the same." Kangaroo was watching at her, "He left it in order to know whose work that is."
"I see." Shizuru nodded, and then turned to the boy, "By the way, what is your real mission? Were you really ordered to destroy that thing or to deliver it?"
"To destroy of course." the boy said firmly, "As a devoted member I also can read the documents of the missions." he then shut his mouth with his hands.
"Idiot." Massimo mumbled.
"Just what an important boy do we have." Shizuru patted him, "Just so small and can read special documents."
"Hey! Stop to think about e as a child, maybe I'm a child bit I helped a lot to Murasaki in Sapporo!" the boy didn't like that the woman considered him as mere child.
My, my you definitely are an impressive one." Shizuru continued until she heard some pinging.
They turned their heads and saw that the process of extracting was done. Even Massimo got up from his chair and came to the computer.
"Can I have a sit?" Shizuru looked at the boy, the last one only nodded and jumped out of the chair, "Well, let's see." her fingers started to press over the keyboard quickly, like she was printing something, "Wow there's their rout over the town." Shizuru was surprised, "They flew over the town pretty much."
"Yeah, and their main point of interest is that place." Massimo pointed at the green spot.
"It the factory, which I've escaped from." Shizuru explained, "No doubt he is watching for something and that something is the weapon, which I and Murasaki have already faced."
"And look here." the kid pointed here, "The northern part has no routes at all. It's really strange."
"No, it's not strange, it's done on purpose." Shizuru, replied, "When someone wants to hid something, he deletes the information, which can be important."
"So, do you want to say, that there's something in the northern part of this town?" Massimo asked her crossing his hands on his chest.
"Yes, I think there's the shelter of this lunatic." the blonde answered fast, "The blind spot is big, so it can be everywhere, and the three of us won't be able to spread because we can be attacked again."
"Won't you call for you friends to help?" Massimo chuckled.
"It's a long story." Shizuru leaned onto the back of the chair, "While they accepts the offer, while they send a help, and while we continue further investigation will take lots of precious time. Especially with 'The Third Law', they won't be able to send veteran hunters."
"The same thing is with us." the kid agreed with her.
"That's why we are to try to do it together. I don't think you will betray us in the end, if you helped us before, then it means that our interests are similar, I wonder why they are, and who stands behind this mission. But these nuances are better to be removed for better times."
"Well not a bad plan." Massimo chuckled, "For a blonde. But what should we do now?"
"We must try to investigate that district, the sun night is about to finish, but still we must go, extra time isn't bad at all."
"Yes, if we can save our comrades then let's not waste a lot of time." Kangaroo nodded and then they headed into the window and then ran to the northern part of the town.
Murasaki was dragged by long corridors of some workshop by a massive cyborg. Murasaki could return back to consciousness, she started to move with her yes by all sides trying to think of something.
'So this is his hidden factory?' she thought, her head still was aching so she decided not to struggle, she also noticed her axe in the hand of the machine that bit her, 'Damn thing.'
Then the machine suddenly stopped and threw the woman into some sort of a cage. She fell onto the ground and cried out. Of the pain, her arm has already returned back to normal.
'Damn bastard.' Murasaki rubbed her arm as it still was smarting a little, 'If only I was a it stronger, maybe I could break its armor.'
"Yo, Murasaki, long time no see." she heard a familiar voice.
"What, Mechanic?" she was surprised to see her acquaintance in such situation and a place, "The hell you're doing here?" she asked him with a surprise.
"Well, the same what you're doing here." he chuckled.
"Were you attacked too by that massive thing?" she asked him desiring to know answers.
"No, we were attacked by a big bunch of robots." he sighed, "Kangaroo and Massimo could escape, but I was captured."
"The same was with me." she came to him, "How do you think what is this place?"
"I don't know, but I think that it's some sort of a hidden factory." he did a suggestion, "And you?" he wanted to know her idea too.
"Me too." she came to him, "And if we are here I don't think our friends will find us quickly."
"You think right my dear captivity." they heard a voice behind the grille.
"Sasaki." Murasaki hissed as she saw a handsome man in the black official suit, "I should interrogate you along with Yazaki yesterday."
"However, I you didn't do that and I'm glad of this." Sasaki smiled, "Your Taimanin friends could escape from my robots, but don't sorry soon they'll join you." then he came closer to the grille, "I hope you liked my Destroyer?"
"Nice name for something bulky like that." she responded with a grin, "But it's a bit slow."
"Yes, this defect is still not removed, but soon it'll be as fast as an ordinary Raiden armor." he was watching at her.
Murasaki quickly got up and tried to grab at least the jacket of the man, but when her hands touched the grille, she was hurt by electricity. Murasaki shouted and quickly released it.
"Murasaki! How are you?" Paul quickly ran to her.
"Damn traitor…" she hissed.
"But a rich and powerful traitor." he chuckled, "I hope you'll enjoy your time in this chamber, until I start the work over my project."
"What project you're blabbering about?" Murasaki was angry, she wanted to break some bones of that damn traitor.
"I will place your brains into cyborgs and make you my personal soldiers, who will do my every order." he chuckled, "Just think of it, a Taimanin cyborg, isn't it cool?"
"You're mad." Murasaki said, "We'll never be you pawns!"
"It's just a matter of time." he chuckled again, "After all this Destroyer was my preparation to this."
"What do you mean?" Mechanic asked him.
"Destroyer was one of my minions, who agreed to take part in a project of combining human with a machine. So now he became a perfect Taimanin catcher."
"Don't rush ahead, our friends will find us and, I'll personally will take your head." Murasaki squeezed her fist.
"Your friends will join you if they come here." Sasaki said, "It's a strategic object so they won't come here undetected."
"I should take you during the expo." Murasaki mumbled, "I knew there was something between you and that flying scum."
"Ah, you mean Mosquito, huh?" Sasaki grinned, "I thank you for saving my back of this bastard."
"Can I ask you, what binds you with him?" Mechanic asked him.
"I don't like to speak about it." Sasaki replied, "This scum will get what he earned pretty soon." Sasaki turned around and went somewhere further.
"Well things are really messy." Paul sighed, "They must be really careful."
"Don't know about your friends, but Shizuru is really good in sneaking, so I don't think she will have problems in sneaking here."
"Kangaroo is goo too in it, but Massimo…" Paul hissed, "Well, I hope they won't take him here without a great need."
"Let's not think about it, but rest, I hope they'll find us as soon as possible." Murasaki raised her head and watched at the roof of their cage, 'Don't fail Shizuru.'
"Hey Mystic, how is your mission going?" Mystic heard a voice behind him.
"Not interesting Walter." Mystic replied not even turning around, likewise he knew who was the possessor of the voice behind him, "Try to think something else."
"I'll keep it in mind." he chuckled.
"Did you want something? You appear so unexpectedly when you need something urgently."
"Yes, I need to talk with the woman, who is from the friendly organization." Walter said.
"Naomi?" Mystic was surprised, but could suppress his amusement, "Why do you need her? Have one of the twin did something wrong with your boy?"
"No, everything is fine." Walter sat with him onto the ridge of the building and started to gaze into the far of Tokyo Kingdom.
"She will come soon." Mystic said not turning his head to his interlocutor.
"I also wanted to know one thing." Walter said, "How the looking of the seal is going on?"
"We're not focused on it right now, we have our own mission."
"And in what it consists?" Walter asked him.
"We are looking for a special group, which is to be eliminated." Mystic said, "And as I remember searching of seals is your main feature. You look for them and we destroy them."
"Don't be so cold." Walter looked at him.
"Since when you're so talkative?" Mystic was serious, "Do you need something?"
"Kinda, but at the same time I'm killing extra time." Walter smirked, "I wanted to borrow Torch and these twins for a personal using." Mystic turned his head to the demon lord, "I want them to train the boy in a real battle in order to make him stronger."
"I don't mind of Torch, but these two are Naomi's subordinates so you're to ask her, but not me." Mystic replied.
"I see, but I don't think she will mind too, after all no one have anything against me."
"Yes, because those, who had are dead." Mystic chuckled, "By the way, there they are."
The duo of Naomi and Miyata returned to them, Naomi wanted to report something to Mystic, but seeing Walter made her serious and firm.
"Naomi." Mystic put his hand onto her shoulder, "Walter wants to discuss something with you." he narrowed to her ear and whispered, "Don't argue back if he ask you something do it or just agree." she nodded and gulped.
"So, miss." Walter bowed theatrically, "I have two offers to discuss with you. First one, can I borrow your twins for my own purpose?"
"If you seem them useful, then I don't mind." Naomi answered to him.
"Nice to hear." Walter was glad with the answer, "And second one. I wanted to know about the place where I can find a lot of Taimanin, and at the same time young ones, could you help me with that?"
Naomi was puzzled with this question, she didn't know what to answer, but still tried, "That place is Gosha Village, if you want to know this place is a base of Taimanin."
"No, I don't need that place, I want to know about some other place, where they can train or relax maybe." Walter raised his eyebrow.
Naomi seemed to understand what he wanted, "Well, there's a place but it's a bit far from here. It's a special island, it's some sort of a resort for them. But it's protected good too, so you won't be able to sneak there being not detected."
"Do you know where this island?" the vampire asked her again.
"Yes, it's…" she wasn't able to finish as Walter put his hand onto her forehead.
"I see." he said after some seconds, "Now I know where it is." he smiled, "Well thank you for your cooperation. I'll go, if you need something contact with Celine." last words were addressed to Mystic and then Walter covered himself with his cloak leaving them alone.
'Has he just read my thoughts?' Naomi still was wondered.
"Mistress, are you fine?" Miyata asked her worrying for his mistress.
"Yes, no need to worry." she quickly replied, "Why did you tell me follows his whims? What if I need Izumi and Azumi?" her voice was serious and disgruntled.
"Walter is not from those people, who should be unnerved." Mystic sighed, "If you wouldn't do that difficult to say what he could do to you."
"If it's needed the two of us…"
"Do nothing." Mystic interrupted him, "You wouldn't stand even five minutes against him."
"Who is that man? And why are you afraid of him that much?" Naomi calmed down after last words.
"Did you feel something when he touched you?" Mystic asked her.
"Yes, but…" she stumbled and pie-eyed, "I felt a strong energy even the barrier Wojciechowski installed in my head didn't stop him." Naomi did a pause, "Do you want to say that he is much stronger then the three of us?"
"He is strong enough to fight easily Igawa Asagi and the leader of 'Red Division'." he said to her.
"You're kidding." Miyata didn't belive to that.
"Why should I lie?"
"If he is so strong what is he doing in your organization?" Naomi didn't like the words of her friend, "Isn't it good for him to work on his own?"
"It's a long and difficult story." Mystic replied, "I'll tell you sooner or later, but not now." suddenly he put his hand onto his temple and said, "Let's go Przemislav has found something."
Then they jumped off from the building they were on.
Tatsurou and Yukikaze were following the trio of mercenaries pretty fast. The two decided to keep calm until they won't be asked. However the woman and the man in the blue attire were speaking to each other energetically.
"How do you think has Drunkard could investigate one place he was talking about?" Doppel asked Splash.
"I don't know, but I hope that cunning asshole did something, while we overran a schedule." Splash grunted.
"Don't worry, he is not from the kind of people, who likes to spend his free time uselessly." Doppel replied to him.
"By the way, weren't you told any information about Commander and Avalanche's activity?" Splash turned his head to the metal person, Hush only shook with his head, "Good, I don't want to go to their mission without warning."
"If they need some help, they can call Haze or Drunkard, or at least take Kangaroo with them. If there's some difficult situation Professor will help them." Doppel was happy her friends weren't argue with each other.
"Guy." Yukikaze suddenly asked them, "Can I ask you a question?"
"What is it?" Doppel asked the young Taimanin.
"I still want to know, why you are helping me, I was told my father knew you, what does it mean? What he did to you that you owe him that much and repaying his debt to me?" Yukikaze's voice was demanding, she demanded for answers and wanted to hear them right here and right now.
The trio stopped and the kids did the same.
"Well, I think she must know it, mustn't she?" Doppel looked at her comrades.
"Isn't it better to be told by Commander?" Splash turned to Doppel, and then looked at Hush, Hush only shrugged with his shoulders.
"I think Commander will add some extra information if he is in the shelter." Doppel replied seriously.
"So?" Yukikaze asked the again.
"Fine." Splash sighed, "Long ago, I encountered your father on a mission with my other partner, we were to kill someone I don't remember, and your father was to capture him and bring to justice."
"And you've killed that man don't you?" Yukikaze quickly continued his thought.
"It's not polite to interrupt elders, shrimp." Yukikaze wanted to say something, but Splash didn't give her such opportunity, "We were attack by a big number of demons then, and we joined forces with your father. From time to time we started to meet your father more often, and our former commander decided to give him an invitation tour organization."
"Did he reject it?" Tatsurou asked the man this time.
"Yes, he did, but he decided to become our supporter in Japan, as our leader's interests were similar with his ones." Hush hit Splash by his leg, "The hell you're doing?" then Hush hit him again, but this time by his back, 'Shit, I started to spill quite too much!' Slash finally understood, what was going on, "Calm don't I got it, just get off of me!" Hush nodded, but still was watching at Splash fixedly.
'What's the hell is going on?' Yukikaze thought watching the scene.
'Is it secret information?' Tatsurou thought too.
"So you father started to cooperate with us, he showed us some places for our bases in Japan and started to remove the attention of your heads from us." Splash concluded.
"I see." Yukikaze nodded, overthinking the information she'd just received, "But why his guns were with you? Why you didn't send him back?"
"That's…" Splash stumbled.
"That's a story for another time." Doppel bowed to the girls face, "As you're working with us you'll have plenty of time to know about your father."
"I have a question." Tatsurou asked her, "If uncle was working with you, could he be proclaimed as a traitor? I've heard long ago a little talk that he was suspecting is some spying."
"What?" Yukikaze turned to her boyfriend.
"Where did you here that?" Yukikaze came to him closely.
"It was, after his disappearance." Tatsurou said, "I was walking to Igawa-sensei's office and heard a conversation there, but I don't remember, who was talking about it."
"It's a story we can't tell you." Splash voice became serious, "This story is secret information and we're not allowed to tell to anyone."
"Wait do you want to say he was a spy of yours?" Yukikaze turned to him.
"Yukikaze." Doppel joined the talk, "I ensure you your father wasn't a spy at all, but because of some occasions he worked with us on purpose too." Hush turned to Doppel now, "Well this thing is better to be asked to Commander he knows this better."
"I see." Yukikaze responded.
"Just now that your father loyal to your country and did everything what was in tis interest." Splash said.
"I hope you'll know the whole truth." Doppel said to her, "After all you deserve it for your braveness."
"And what about my mother have you encountered her before?" Yukikaze asked them.
"No, we've never faced her, but only several days ago we tried to capture her, but she could escape from us."
"What do you mean you tried?" Yukikaze asked them again.
"We tried to capture your mother in some brothel, but she was too skillful for us, so having no direct strategy we couldn't capture her."
"Do you know where is she now and what she is doing?" Yukikaze's voice became lower and sadder.
"She is a servant of Incubus King." Doppel answered fairly.
"Huh!" Yukikaze exclaimed.
"Impossible!" Tatsurou was shocked too.
"It's what we've knew about her." Splash said firmly, "Our comrade supposed to check one of the bases of Incubus Kings, so we're now to know the result of his work."
'Mother… I can belive it…' tears started to form in her eyes.
Tatsurou put his hand onto her shoulder and said, "Don't worry, we'll return her back home."
"Really?" Yukikaze looked at her childhood friend.
"I don't think she join him I'm sure she is still resisting to him. So there's no need to worry about it too much for now." he smiled to her.
"Yes, first we must gather information about her, and only then we're to look for and make traps to catch her." Splash chuckled.
"And we all help you in that." Doppel smiled to her too, "With us all we'll be able to take your mother without problems."
"Yes." Yukikaze wiped her teachers, "We'll find a way to return her back home and return the mother I used to know and love. To your shelter." she stretched out her indicative finger. And on a good note they departed further to the shelter of 'Red Division.
