Chapter 8
The school day finished, and the students slowly went to their clubs or to train, while Oleg still was sitting his classroom not knowing what to do.
'Here Maria's right.' Oleg sighed, 'It's not fair that I told my secret to Taimanin first, but not to them. And Pavel the only one who believed in me and didn't want to join to Maria's suspiciousness.' he slightly smiled, 'He is really like her, always kind and trying to help to everyone at first hand.' Oleg took out the notebook again, 'I hope everyone will understand.'
He got up and left the room. He slowly went to the stairs and started to get up. Little by little he reached Asagi's office. He stood at the doors and took a deep breath, 'I hope I'm doing everything right.' he knocked at the door.
"Come in." he heard an answer and opened the door, "Oleg?" Asagi was a little surprised.
Oleg looked around and saw only Sakura in the room along with Asagi, who was sitting and playing something on her phone, but when the man showed himself Sakura looked at him with puzzled expression too.
"Has something happened?" Asagi asked him.
"Well." Oleg tried to stay calm, "I would like you to make a gathering of our squad."
"What is it?" Sakura looked at him with wondered eyes, "These guys have returned?"
"No, I have a little announcement." Oleg tried his best not to worry.
Sakura looked at him and quickly got up, "I'll call them." she clapped him by his shoulder, and smiled to him, "And you think over everything."
"I will." Oleg nodded.
Younger Igawa left the office leaving Asagi and Oleg alone. Oleg still was in one position, and Asagi was watching at him with surprised eyes.
"Maybe you would tell, what ou want to share to everyone?" Asagi looked at him, "Briefly." She added after a little pause.
"I'll tell it when everyone will come." Oleg replied and sat onto the sofa. 'I hope I'm doing everything right.' He put his hand onto the place where was the thing from Przemislav, 'Even you would do the same, damn bastard.'
Oleg didn't wait long, Asagi's phone called in ten or so minutes and she quickly got up.
"Sakura found everyone." Asagi watched at the frowned man, "They're at the conference room."
"Good." Oleg got up, and followed Asagi.
The way to the meeting place seemed really long for him and he was thinking what he would be telling to them and what reaction he would see. He knew Sakura had known about his contact with Wojciechowski and he had only one good protector, at the same time Shiranui was on his side too, therefore he would support of Yukikaze and Akiyama siblings. The most worries were about his countrymen, as he didn't inform them about that in time and they could start to act distrustfully towards him. However he also remembered the occasion on the island and was happy, Maki, Aki and Ren could take his side too as if not his powers they all could have more problems, thus Chikeko also could easily join his side.
Oleg was glad he could a lot of those who could stand on his side, but still would they join him now and not blame him it was a really good question for him.
'Let's not guess, but see everything there.' Oleg sighed attracting Asagi's attention.
When they finally reached the needed place they saw no one in doors, it seemed everyone was inside the room. Asagi opened the door and entered it behind her was Oleg.
"Asagi, what happened?" Murasaki looked at the headmistress, "Sakura head it's really urgent."
Asagi took her place and took the floor.
"This meeting isn't called together by me." she started, "You all were called because Oleg want's to say you something." she looked at him.
Oleg was nervous however, somehow he could suppress that feeling. He looked the people around, all four friends, Akiyama siblings, Shiranui along with her daughter, Akiyama siblings, Maria with Ilya and Murasaki with Chikeko and the last one was Sakura who was sitting near a free place.
"Thank you all for coming." Oleg thanked the squad, "I want to tell you something significant. Someone knows about it, someone don't know, but still there's someone who has just known it." Oleg looked at Maria, who and Sakura also looked at each other as if they understood what the man was talking about, the man on his side took his notebook out of the jacket and showed it, "The problem is in that."
"That notebook?" Pavel was surprised.
"Yes." Oleg nodded watching at the boy, "Everyone may not be able understand what's the problem with it, but the problem is that belongs to Przemislav Wojciechowski." Oleg suddenly declared.
"To him?" Murasaki was puzzled.
"To that scum?" Ilya was also stumbled.
"And here's the other information." Oleg didn't let the other to start discussing, "I have mental powers too." this information confused almost everyone, however some of the presenters knew that, "Let me tell you who knows about it." Oleg tried to continue explanation, "Sakura is known of that." Asagi along with Murasaki looked at Sakura making her sister to feel nervous, "Of course Shiranui, Yukikaze and Tatsurou since I helped them." he looked at them and they nodded, "And Aki, Maki, Ren with Chikeko also know about that."
"Wow." Pavel was amazed of number of people who knew about the words of his teacher.
"And why are you telling us about it?" Murasaki still couldn't understand was it good or bad, "Wait…" she tensed, "Does it mean you know that Polish doctor in person?"
Oleg only nodded, "Yes, I know him really well, because he was my teacher before he joined 'The Third Law'." everyone tensed not all of them like the idea that Oleg was a student of a criminal, "I don't know what made him to join them."
"So, it means you left him before he became a criminal." Chikeko felt a little easy by her voice, "But was there anything strange when you left him."
"He told me to leave fast and not to return to him anymore." Oleg explained, "He taught me how to use mental ability and how protect myself from other attacks and in exchange I helped him to practice with fighting."
"And what is in that notebook?" Shiranui asked the man.
"It's the instruction how to use progress my and Maria's power." Oleg quickly replied, "He gave me them because I can't use this power like Maria or him."
"I can't understand, why enemy gave you something what could help you to become stronger." Murasaki looked at Oleg with distrusting eyes.
"I don't know." Oleg sighed, "He told me he wanted to give it long ago, but couldn't." he did a deep sigh, "Like I told to Maria, he wasn't like just a mentor to me, he was like my own farther or elder brother. The problem I didn't announce it before is strict rules of our country to users of this power. I didn't know what could happen to me and where I could be sent, so I decided not to tell about that and leave everything not talking."
"It's really so." Maria agreed with him, "The rules are really hard and the training can be done in all parts of the country."
"I see." Asagi nodded.
"Firstly I use my powers here when Tatsurou felt himself bad, when the second seal was destroyed." Oleg answered, "He felt tried and I fixed that."
"So that's why he changed so quickly." Asagi seemed remembered that, 'It was also when Maria did those barriers."
"But why you didn't make these barriers too, sensei?" Maki decided to ask the man too.
"As I told, I can't use them in ordinary way, I can use them only several times and not for too long." Oleg explained, "If I would help her, I wouldn't be able to go with you on that mission."
"Understood." Maki nodded.
"The second time was when our ministers were attacked. Chikeko was trapped and I help her to with my power."
"It's true." Chikeko nodded, "That Polish man attacked me all of a sudden, while Oleg removed the effect of his power."
"The third time was on the island when we were attacked." Oleg continued to name the times when he used his powers, "I bound their minds and Ogawa's too." Oleg said, "It helped us to find the enemy fast and deal with them."
"And the fourth time was during my saving." Shiranui smiled to Oleg, who only nodded in agreement.
"Now, all of you know about my powers. That's why 'Red Division' wants to see me in their organization, because I have two powers." Oleg did a small pause, "Knowing that you can be suspicious to me or not, that's what you must be decided by yourselves. I will understand if you will ace suspicious towards me."
"I won't!" Sakura quickly protested, "Each of us have dark sides in our past, but it's really important what the you do now, and for now I belive Oleg as his deeds are really helpful to us and he didn't betray us when it could be done." Sakura declared.
'Sakura?' Asagi looked at her younger sister.
"Me too." Chikeko stood up too, "Helping me instead of doing worse, he is a good person for me, and I won't be suspicious towards him."
"He helped us to save mom!" Yukikaze exclaimed too attracting all attention to her, "Indeed the way it was done not right and everything like that, but for me he is a good man and deserve trusting, yeah, Tatsurou?"
"Yes." the boy nodded, "I'm on his side too."
"I don't know what binds you two, but I'm grateful that you help Auntie." Rinko slightly smiled, "And thanks to you Tatsurou and Yukikaze were among good persons as I understand, so I think you're not a bad person at all."
"Me too!" Maki raised her hand, "Of course I don't like his subject, but still he tried to help us with everything on the island, and even was risking with his life fighting the dead guys exhausted."
"It's really true." Ren agreed with Maki not letting to Aki say a word, "I know it can be strange, but I don't feel any danger from them, like it was in the beginning. Of course I'm not too trusting, but what they all did was like they tried to help to the ones whom they know really well."
"I will agree here." Aki only smiled, "I won't distrust to you, sensei."
"I think there's no need for me explain, why I will be on his side?" Shiranui looked at Asagi and Murasaki, "Since he helped me, I'll always be on his side."
Oleg was glad almost all Taimanin were on his side.
"I won't turn away too." Pavel answered watching at the man, "Indeed it's really bad thing you didn't inform us about your power and connection with Wojciechowski, but on your place I would do the same not preferring to talk about the guy who betrayed you."
"We know each other for a long time, and faced a lot of dangers and troubles together." Maria answered, "And almost always you were in problematic situations because of me. I think my position is known to you."
"Good girl Ma-chan." Sakura was glad Maria was on Oleg's side too.
'Ma-chan?' Maria didn't like the nickname.
"Since captain forgave Oleg Semenovich, I will do the same." Ilya answered, "I know how to lose people too, of course I wasn't betrayed or something like that, but I think that Polish died for you too." Oleg nodded.
"Didn't know you can say something like that." Maria looked at the girlish boy, Ilya on his side only became disappointed but quickly returned to his mood.
"Sis, Mu-chan what will you two say?" Sakura looked at her sister then at Murasaki.
"Since Shiranui is with us, thanks to him I think I shouldn't explain what I think towards him." Murasaki answered, "He always tries his best also for students, and tries to be tolerated to someone like Maki or Yukikaze and since he helped you on the island too, it means that I don't have doubts about him."
"Then the discussion is over." Asagi responded, "Since everyone trust you I will belive in you too, but don't discredit yourself." Asagi looked at him and smiled, "After all even my sister trusts in you."
"I won't!" Oleg only responded.
'That Sakura…' Chikeko mumbled in her head.
"And how we can improve you're your powers?" Shiranui asked the man.
"Well, I have already studied that question and everything is in here." he pointed at the thing that belonged to polish doctor, "That only can be done by Maria." he looked at his countrywoman, "You must clean my channels in order I can use these powers."
"I see." Maria nodded, "I'll do that today."
"What channels?" Rinko didn't understand.
"They're influence onto the powers of the mental user." Maria explained, "You don't need to know that, because you don't have such powers and I didn't tell you about that. But I still can't understand why are they're locked."
"It's difficult to explain, as he doesn't know how it can be, maybe it's also like with other people who aren't used to using these powers." Oleg pondered out loud.
"Well." Asagi coughed at her fist, "I think we discussed the problem of trust and I also would like to add something." everyone looked at Asagi with interest, "I decided to split our squad in two since 'Red Division' is helping us there's no need to stuck in one place with a big bunch. Our enemies fight us that way, and we must be in time to protect the other place from them."
"Not a bad idea, sis." Sakura looked at her elder sister.
"The formation is next. I had doubts because we had one mental user, but since there two of them now there won't be problems. I and Murasaki along with Maria, Ilya, Aki, Maki and Rinko." she did a pause, "And the second team is Shiranui along with Sakura, Oleg and Pavel, Ren, Yukikaze and Tatsurou."
"Not a bad formation." Murasaki pondered, 'In both teams there's also a shooter."
'Wait why not Aki and Maki in our squad?' Pavel looked at Asagi and then at his friends.
"And Chikeko, your role will be between our teams." Asagi looked at the teacher of music, "When the squad will be bigger we'll join you to other squad."
"Understood." Chikeko wasn't glad that she was told to be out of some team, and most of all that she wasn't able to be in Oleg's squad.
"Shiranui and I are leader of the squads. And if we're not close, Murasaki and Oleg will take the role of the leaders."
"Yes." Murasaki and Oleg replied together.
"For now I have two missions which will be devoted to the squads." Asagi continued, "The first one is to investigate one place in Tokyo Kingdom. There was attacked one of our Taimanin, by some demon and at the same time she could come here because of the help of the lizard person, who is in 'Red Division'."
"Professor." Oleg only said.
"Is he in 'Red Division'?" Maria looked at Oleg, "Since when?"
"He is their advisor." Oleg told to Maria, "I'll tell you later." Maria only nodded.
"And the second mission is to investigate the area where our Taimanin were captured. We must find at least something would be able to help us. Who will take which?"
"We'll work on checking the area." Shiranui said, "We have already been there and I think we'll be able to find something else."
"Good." Asagi nodded, "And then we'll investigate the place of fighting." she did a small pause, "Does anyone want to add something?" she heard silence, "For now you all can be free, the mission will be today in the evening. So try to prepare for it." Asagi got up and everyone started to do the same.
Little by little everyone started to leave, however Oleg stood in the hall not being able to belive everything ended so good for him. Pavel and his friends went somewhere, Chikeko was called by Asagi as she wanted to give her some information on taking everything under her control.
"Still can't belive everyone accepted that easily?" Oleg heard familiar happy voice on his right.
"Sakura?" Oleg watched at her, "Kinda."
"How do you feel yourself now?" she asked him again, "After telling everything?"
"Much better." Oleg smiled slightly, "It's much better after telling everything to Maria. And… I also wanted to thank you, for standing by my side."
"Did you think I wouldn't?" Sakura looked at him.
"I looked to that." Oleg answered her, "I was sure in that." then he looked at her, "And if there's anything I could do for I'd really like to do in order to thank you."
"I recently have bought some game for two, and since sis and Mu-chan don't like to play games, why won't you join me?" Sakura smiled in her manner.
"Is it really what you want?" Oleg raised his eyebrow, "Maybe to buy something or to go to do shopping?"
"Nope, a game." Sakura chuckled, "And since you said you'll something for me, you'll have no other option but to play."
"Fine." Oleg put his hand onto her head and combed her hair, "But next time, today we have a mission."
"Let's go to have something before it." Sakura pointed ahead and they slowly went forward.
'She is really an incredible one.' Oleg looked at her, but still said nothing, being glad that only because of 'The Third Law', he could be near such constant merry and upbeat woman, like Sakura.
"Damn lizard." Trickst
er was sitting on a tall skyscraper somewhere in Tokyo Kingdom, "If not him, I could get a Taimanin and a big amount of money." Trickster hit the roof with his tail, "The three of them are destroyed…" he pondered then, "Instead of protecting the seals he is protecting Taimanin, he is really an idiot." Trickster looked down and where people and demons were walking, "And if that hornet scum is also returned everything will really not well known on which side he is won't give me anything." Trickster pondered, "However… I can try to take down both Taimanin and lords too. I must play carefully and not reveal myself. As I remember, the awakening seal is starting to create an anomaly. Why not to create it?" the creature smirked, "Yes, let's make an interesting thing." Trickster got up, "But for now I'll need some of demonic blood."
He jumped off the building and with the help of his tail capturing one obstacle after another landed onto the ground.
'The best thing is to make it not far from the brothel.' he thought looking around, 'I think there must be some demons, not far from there.'
Trickster slowly headed straight the street. He attracted some attention as he was the only demon that was entirely different from the rest on the street. After some time he could find the needed brothel he saw several demons going to some alley.
'And here are my helpers.' Trickster smirked.
He slowly followed the bunch of demons and when they were pretty far from the building, he dashed and killed one of the demons with his tail.
"What?!" one of the demons exclaimed.
"Taimanin?!" someone else shouted.
However Trickster didn't let them to regroup and finished all six demons. When the last monster fell lifelessly Trickster looked around.
"I think it'll be enough." he took some blood and started to draw circles with some strange letters, 'Let's see how fast you'll understand the trap.' Trickster took some other blood and did absolutely the same, but in the other place.
He returned from time to time to the dead bunch and drew the same circles pretty far from the previous one, with four hands it was easy for him to do. When he drew about fifteen seals he decided to stop.
"The difficult thing will be in controlling them. However, if I make them fight each other, it'll be much better as I won't be able to show up myself." Trickster looked at the seal, he sat and closed his eyes, 'Well let's start.'
Asagi was almost finishing her work with papers, when someone suddenly rushed into her office.
"Igawa-san!" a young woman seemed was in urgent, "I was reported about a strange activity in Tokyo Kingdom!" the woman seemed excited and couldn't speak well.
"What is it?" Asagi frowned.
"There was some incomprehensible thing, some people and demons started to fly or to be pushed to the ground."
"What do you mean?" the headmistress seemed didn't understand what the young Taimanin was talking about.
"It's some problem with gravity." she found the way to explain.
"Another anomaly?" Asagi asked herself, "Was it stopped?"
"Yes, it was stopped, but I don't know what it could be." she answered, "Maybe it's these seals?"
"Thank you for reporting, where was that activity?" she asked her again.
"It was not far from the place where Natsume was working." the woman said.
'That brothel…' Asagi frowned, 'She told something about gravity power. Could it be that freak or it is really an anomaly?"
"What should I do now?" the young Taimanin asked the leader.
"You may be free." Asagi told to the woman, 'It seems the mission will be started faster than I thought.' she closed the papers and then went to the door too.
"Mistress Celine, nice to see you came." Tardis who was standing in the hall looked at the woman in white armor.
"What… happened?" Celine looked at him.
"We found another anomaly." Tardis replied, "It's in Tokyo Kingdom. I think we must explore it." then the Pegasus looked at the man in cloak and the hood, "Whom we'll take to investigate that, Mystic?" the demon snarled.
"We'll take Malek and Alid along with Archon." Mystic pondered, "Maybe Miyata and Naomi will also insist us."
"You leave Torch's squad without protection." Pegasus didn't like that.
"I've informed them." Mystic answered to the demon, "And they won't do anything reckless without us." then he looked at Celine, "The most interesting for me is who will take Igawa Asagi and the rest of strong hunters, since Walter isn't with us."
"I… fight…" Celine exhaled cold stream, "No… worry…"
"Naomi and Miyata will help you." Mystic said to her.
"No… need…" Celine answered, "Will fight… myself…" Celine watched at Tardis, "Malek… Alid… you command…"
"Yes, Mistress." Tardis nodded, "I'll do my best on controlling them."
"Was the anomaly long?" Mystic asked the Pegasus.
"No." Tardis explained, "It wasn't the people and demons were rising into the air and then back pressed to ground. It was really strange, but at the same time I'm surprised the seal has a gravity effect."
"Strange…" Celine pondered too, "Still… must check everything… don't know… seal or not…"
"And what about Etienne?" Tardis looked at Mystic, "Why not to take him with us?"
"He is busy with the boy." Mystic replied, "I don't know what they do, but he said it's important and maybe can be good for Walter."
"I see." the demon nodded, "Then I'll go to the place and look everything carefully and when you're ready just come and start searching."
Celine and Mystic nodded and Tardis left them. The demon lord planned to leave too, how Mystic suddenly asked her.
"Do you know what can be good for Walter with hat boy?" Mystic's voice was calm and serious.
"Nothing…" Celine stopped.
"Maybe there's something I must know? Sometimes something good isn't good for the organization." Mystic tried softly to force Celine at least to tell a little about what was happening.
"Old servant… get's up… probably…" Celine only answered and went straight the corridor.
'And old servant?' Mystic didn't like the respond, 'Is it because of the seal destruction?'
Mystic tried to overthink the words, but couldn't think a good idea on what she could mean and decided to go to prepare for investigation too.
Celine appeared in some kind of a laboratory, she saw a surgery table where were tied to persons, which started to look like some creatures, the hand of one started to turn into pincers, while the other one started to become taller and was similar to some bird on something like that.
'They change…' Celine looked at weakened lab rats, 'Two … one time… powers will… good…' Celine left the room and encountered at the French scientist.
"Celine?" Etienne was surprised, "What is it? I hope you didn't do anything with my testee?" he chuckled.
"Nothing…" Celine replied, "The process… how is it?"
"Much better." Etienne nodded, "They started to change as you found out, and the process became really fast, since the boy helped to increase the speed of work of the ceilings." Etienne raised his head and chuckled, "I think Walter be happy."
"He will…" Celine pondered, but then looked at the scientist, "The boy… heard something…?"
"What do you mean?" Etienne didn't understand the words, "Ah you mean the voice." Etienne quickly remembered that the boy was complaining to that, "Yes, he heard it, as I understand it calls him to some place." Etienne said to the woman, "But as he says he doesn't understand where he must go."
"Want to ask…" Celine said seriously, "Take him… go in Tokyo… Torch… the rest and… Stephanie will help…" Celine tried to speak slowly in order to make her speech clear.
"Are you sure?" Etienne didn't know what to do, "Walter told me to observe over them what if something happens while I'm out?"
"Take everything… myself with Water…" Celine replied calmly, "Interesting… where… what call… for him…"
"I'll try, but promise nothing." Etienne answered, "And since I'll leave the laboratory, I'd like to ask you for something." the French chuckled, "Can I have your blood too?"
"Why?" Celine didn't like the request of the scientist.
"Just want to make some research, nothing scaring." Etienne looked at the woman in the armor, "After all I'm scientist, and only then a fighter." Celine looked at him, but still nodded, "Good."
Celine touched her arm and the glove disappeared, "Where… pour?"
"Here." he handed her an ampule.
Celine created an ice dagger, and sliced her palm with it, next moment she poured some of her blood in to the vessel. And after it she touched her hand again and it was closed with a glove again. The ampule was almost full, what made Etienne surprised.
"Even Walter didn't give me that much of it." he chuckled, "Now, don't worry, I'll go for a walk with him."
"Hope will know… how to use…" Celine exhaled cold steam and left the French scientist.
'Now I can try to improve myself with their blood.' Etienne chuckled in his head, 'It's really a luck that I go both their blood especially she was really a difficult one.' Etienne slowly went to the laboratory where were two test objects, "And for you I have that, it'll make you sleep really well for some hours." Etienne chuckled, "Maybe you'll be able to relax after our therapy." he put the ampule and then took the syringes and injected the liquids in both of them, "And for now, I'll work with my premature reward." Etienne answered and went to his table.
Commander and Drunkard were jumping from one rooftop to another one. They were looking for any trials of the creature that attacked them and Taimanin.
"I tell you, we won't find it alone." Drunkard said to the man with the eye patch, "If he hid he will not show for some time."
Commander spitted, "Do you think I don't know about that?"
"Then why the hell we're doing the work of Taimanin?" the man in a service cap didn't like to do the work of others he didn't need to do, "Let them to look for it."
Commander replied nothing, but continued moving when suddenly two creatures appeared on his way.
"Wow!" Drunkard prepared to fight, but when he saw persons closely removed his sickles, "Professor, you know how to tense someone." the man didn't like such unexpected appearance.
"What is it?" Commander tensed too, "You rarely appear so unexpectedly. Don't tell me there something like an anomaly."
"It is." the creature that had wings and was similar to a dragon replied, "We must check it, it's in Tokyo Kingdom."
"Fascinating." Drunkard was irritated, "Just from frying pan into fire."
"It's not jokes." the demon with wings looked at the man, "If the seal will be broken again we'll have more problems. We must prevent it breaking."
"I can't send more people for that." Commander replied, "Even we're trying to find that creature in order not to let 'The Third Law' to recruit it." his voice was serious and he was sure that work was significant too.
"Are you deaf?" the dragon one came a little closer, "If the seal is broken, then…"
"Dokboq." Professor said, "No need to argue right now." Professor was also calm and peaceful, as if he wasn't in a hurry, "I will talk myself." then he watched at the men, "Did you find any clues?"
"No, we're still trying to find at least something, while you do almost nothing." Commander replied.
"Cyclopes!" Dokboq raised his voice, but Professor stopped him.
Suddenly the phone called. Commander took it out and accepted the calling.
"Yes, what is it teacher?" Commander asked the caller, "Yes, we're patrolling in Tokyo, you will be here soon too? I see, there also a second squad?" Commander was asking from time to time, "I see. I'll think of something then. We'll wait you in the same alley then." He hung the phone and looked at the other man.
"What is?" Drunkard only asked him.
"There will be two squads, one will check the anomaly, while the second one will continue investigating of the kidnapped Taimanin."
"And what do you offer?" Dokboq looked at the man with the scythe.
"You two help Taimanin with the anomaly, while we help the second squad to investigate the occasion with kidnappings." Commander merely announced his idea, "Since we faced 'The Third Law', they can appear again."
"Good idea." Professor seemed liked the idea, "But don't do anything reckless if he could make a perfect ambush, then it'll be able to that again." he warned Commander.
"Don't worry, we know how to fight this scum." Drunkard answered, "And at the same time it'll be not bad to warm up with a really strong enemy."
"Since Shiranui is with us and at the same time younger Igawa too. We'll be able to fight well this creature." Commander answered, "But still I have doubts about it."
"For example?" Dokboq looked at him.
"To what it belongs for example." Cyclopes was watching at Professor, "And what does he want to do with Taimanin." However Professor said nothing, but only turn around.
"We must go." the humanoid watched at his demonic companion, "Faster we'll go there better we'll be able to help."
"Yeah, time to burn someone asses." the dragon humanoid took a wing also taking the lizard humanoid with him.
'Scaly bastard.' Commander only spitted watching at how they were flying away.
In three hours Asagi's squad was on a mission. Murasaki and Maria were standing on the sides, while the students were standing between them. They were on a high building in order to be less detectible and what also allowed them to think over some good strategy.
"So, this brothel isn't far from us, am I right?" Maria asked Asagi.
"Yes." Asagi nodded, "It'll be not good to go there with our big squad as we'll be found out quickly."
"Do you want to split?" Murasaki asked the leader of the squad.
"Yes, but the formation is next." Asagi started to explain the way they were about to split in groups, "Maria, Ilya told you and him work really well in a group, is it true?"
"Yes." Maria nodded, "This little one seems winded, but in battle he is really dangerous opponent." the boy liked how his teacher praised him, "We did several missions together, and some of them were really high ranked."
"I see." Asagi nodded, "Rinko, you'll be with them."
'Yes, sensei!" Rinko almost saluted.
"And with you two." she looked at Maki and Aki, "You'll be with Murasaki. Maki, I know you're character, but don't do anything reckless and listen to all Murasaki's command."
"Sure." Maki nodded watching at the serious woman, 'I'm envious to Pavel and Ren a little.' she became a little sad and tensed.
"What is it Maki?" Rinko looked at the girl with metal gloves.
"Just being jealous to second team." Maki sighed.
"With what?" Aki didn't understand his girlfriend, "Do you want to work on investigation?"
"I mean, they have Shiranui and Sakura sensei, who are not as strict as ours." Maki tried to speak quietly, however Murasaki heard her.
"Maki! If you wanted to be in the second team then you should tell that before." the woman with axe started to lecture the wind headed girl.
"Rinko." Asagi suddenly called the elder Akiyama, "I want you to do something. Can you check the surroundings with your eyes?"
"Of course." Rinko came closer to Asagi, "One moment."
"Wait." Maria stopped the student with purple hair, "I don't know, but maybe I'd be able to improve your vision." Maria put her hand onto Rinko's shoulder and added, "You can start."
Rinko closed her eyes and then opened them, they started to glow and she was surprised.
"Wow!" Rinko seemed excited and even shocked, "I see farther, than usually."
"Did you empower her?" Murasaki stopped lecturing Maki and then returned to the Russian teacher.
"Yes, Oleg told me something from the notebook and I decided to try." Maria only replied.
"And when you'll try to clean his channels?" Asagi asked Maria seeing she wasn't bother.
"After our missions." she merely replied.
"I see something." Rinko suddenly replied, "There two groups they're pretty far from us, but still it seems they try to find something."
"Can you see their weapons or something like that?" Ilya asked the girl who was elder than him.
"Not well… but still…" Rinko tried to focus, "Yes, one of them has gloves with claws and the other one has a halberd." Rinko replied, "And with them is some demon."
"Can you describe him?" Murasaki asked her.
"Some werewolf." Rinko only answered and closed her eyes.
"It seems, it's Archon." Maria removed her hand from Rinko and looked at Asagi.
"Murasaki, you'll deal with that squad." Asagi ordered to Murasaki.
"Affirmative." Murasaki saluted.
"We can take him ourselves." Maria disagreed with Asagi's suggestion, "It's important to fight metal user with mental powers. In the group it's better for us to make a good strategy."
"Sensei." Aki joined to heir talk, "I think she is right. If Yatsu-sensei was captured along with Ren by Wojciechowski that means the fight can be not good for us."
"Ito." Murasaki wanted to lecture Aki.
"And at the same time they have a shooter, who can keep Archon on distance." Aki added before the woman could start to do that.
"I hope you understand that your relations mustn't stand between you two? You have subordinates whom you must protect." Asagi looked at Sakura.
"Don't worry." Maria replied, "I always think of my teammates and won't let them be hurt."
"Sensei…" Rinko was observing the surroundings, while the team was discussing the situation, "There is another squad, "There is a man in cloak and a hood next to him is a demon with a big tail and the woman with two swords."
"It seems, it's Naomi." Asagi frowned, "I'll assist in fighting that squad."
"I'll fight Naomi and you'll deal with Mystic." Murasaki said, "It's time I'll put an end to her."
"And someone told me not to remember my bounds with Archon." Maria looked at Murasaki.
"Stop you two." Asagi didn't want the squad to be overly emotional, "Rinko, do you see anything else?"
"No, only them." Rinko closed her eyes and they returned back to normal.
"Then the idea is next." Asagi started to tell the plan, "Murasaki and Me dealing with Mystic and Naomi, Aki and Maki will deal with the demon."
"Got it!" Aki and Maki replied.
"And you will fight Archon." Maria heard the order of Asagi, "While your Rinko and Ilya will fight their opponents."
"Let me empower you." Maria said, "At least it'll help you to fight better."
Maria took hands of students first and then of the teachers. And when everything was done they split in order to fight their enemies.
Asagi and Murasaki were ahead while the students were behind them. Aki and Maki felt uncomfortable because of upcoming fight. Both of them didn't want to fail in front of the two famous hunters, especially when one of them is their training mentor now. Murasaki and Asagi on the other hand were tensed, because of the enemies they were about to face.
'Will Walter appear this time?' Asagi pondered, 'And 'Red Division' too. After all they appeared every time when we face them.' she looked at Murasaki, 'I don't think the two of us will be able to fight him, and…' she stumbled, 'I think it was not wide at all not to take Pavel with us, since Walter is afraid of him.' then she announced, "Prepare yourself."
Murasaki took her hand onto the hilt of her axe, and Aki along with Asagi did the same with their katana, while Maki only tensed her fists.
"Now!" Asagi commanded and Murasaki with a heavy strike destroyed the roof of some building with her axe.
"Somehow I was thinking we'll meet." Asagi heard familiar male voice, she looked at her left and saw a man in the cloak and the hood.
"Just can't live without your organization." Asagi looked at him.
"And Murasaki is here too." Naomi chuckled, "It's really a great meeting of a teacher and a student."
"If only Miyata was here." Murasaki put her axe onto her shoulder, "It would be really a great reunion." she smirked.
"The problem is that he is in another squad." the woman with two swords looked at her former student, "Should I call him?"
'It's bad…' Asagi frowned, 'Will they be able to fight Miyata and Archon at the same time?"
Mystic exposed his daggers and Naomi took out her swords, while the demon behind them prepared his tail.
"Aki, Maki don't underestimate him." Murasaki warned the young hunters, "If he is with them, he isn't weak at all."
"Got it." Maki and Aki rushed to him then.
"Malek." Mystic turned to the demon, "Kids are on you."
"With pleasure." Malek jumped and attacked them with his tail, the young ones decided to dodge and to try again.
Mystic decided not to wait long and attacked Igawa, while Murasaki did the same to Naomi. The fight started Naomi and Murasaki seemed on the same level, while Mystic was careful with Asagi. He remembered their first fight and didn't do the same mistakes. He tried to hold Asagi on distance with his wind powers. During the fight Naomi on her hand started to move more flexibly and faster. Murasaki felt it and tried to increase her pace too. Aki and Maki also had problems with Malek as when the girl hit his tail it didn't break, but only changed its route.
"Damn what the hell is your tail?!" Maki complained.
"If you want you can touch it with your stomach or chest." Malek smirked.
The demon jumped and tried hit the girl from the air, but Aki was in time and blocked the tail.
'This boy…' Malek spitted.
"Thanks." Maki chuckled and prepared to fight again, but Aki stopped her.
"Maki, I'll try to fight him, find a moment and get his tail." Maki only nodded and Aki rushed with his katana in readiness.
Aki tried his best, not to get at his tail. However several scratches he could earn. Make saw the moment when the tail was about to strike Aki and hurried to help her boyfriend. Maki squeezed the fist and hit strongly the tail.
"Damn!" the demon flinched and jumped aside, "This one was really strong."
"Good job." Aki praised Maki.
"I think it cracked." Maki chuckled, "Maybe you'll get the hell out of here?"
"It's just your imagination." Malek smirked, "Now, I won't be so easy on you." he did a spin in order to get the hunters with his tail, but they could avoid it, and after that they continue their fight.
Maria and her squad were following their foes. But suddenly she decided to stop.
"What is it sensei?" Rinko looked at the woman.
"Give your hand." Maria told to Rinko, "And you too." she told to Ilya.
"Do you want to do something with you power?" Rinko looked at the woman, but still came close.
"Ah, I got it." Ilya seemed knew what the woman wanted to do, "You're right, I don't want to get you with my shots."
"What do you mean to get?" but then Rinko seemed remembered something, "I see. You told that you did mission with sensei."
"Yes, he suppresses his potential, but this time we must fight seriously, and that will help us to improve our teamwork." Maria explained, "You'll be able predict where his attack will be sent."
"How?" Rinko didn't understand.
"I didn't explain it yet." Maria answered, 'But I'll combine our minds and you'll be able to understand what he wants to do."
"It's really convenient, as my shots are really difficult to avoid and to predict where they lunch." the boy chuckled.
"I remember." Rinko smiled as the pictures of their practice with Asagi started to appear in her head.
Maria took their hands and closed her eyes. She was in such state for some time, but then she released their hands and said.
"Done, I think we have twenty or thirty minutes." Maria concluded the result of her work.
"Wait, sensei." Rinko suddenly stopped the teacher, "I'll try to bring us there."
"Teleportation?" Maria asked the student, "Fine, it'll give us some time to make an ambush. I'm counting on you." Rinko nodded and closed her eyes, when she penned them they were purple again.
"Yes, they stood." Rinko nodded, "It's a good time."
Maria and Ilya stood next to her. Ilya took out his guns and Maria her spear. Rinko was standing like that form sometime and then suddenly said.
"Now."
"What the…?" Archon suddenly jumped away along with Alid.
Next moment the trio of hunters appeared behind the criminals and Maria wanted to pierce Anatoly with her spear and the boy tried to shoot the werewolf.
"Taimanin." the person in metal armor said exposing his halberd and clashing the hilt of it with Rinko.
"Sis." Archon chuckled, "Didn't know you're here too. And where's Oleg? I thought you're always with him."
"That's none of your business scum." Maria hissed and rushed at him.
Archon quickly blocked her lunge with his gloves and then parried it.
"Is he on another mission?" Archon asked her again, "Or decided to sit somewhere?"
Maria replied nothing, but only started to attack Archon. Her strikes were dangerous and strong, as if she tried to kill her own brother.
"Miyata, Alid deal with the others." Archon told to his comrades.
Miyata headed to Rinko and Alid with exposed teeth rushed at the little boy. Ilya jumped back, and shot with one light beam at Alid and with the second beam at Miyata, forcing him to stand back too.
"Not bad." Rinko was glad the boy also was able to support her.
"Let's see how you'll be able to face this." Miyata turned to Rinko.
He hit the rooftop with his halberd creating a lightening explosion forcing Rinko to dodge back as fast as she only could in order not to be got by it.
'This was much stronger than Yukikaze does.' Rinko thought about the charged attack.
Miyata rushed at the young student, but all Rinko was able to do is to dodge, thinking over a good strategy how to attack him. If not Ilya's shots she would have more troubles then now.
Ilya on the other head only held on a distance from his opponent as he didn't want to let creature to come close to him and helped Rinko to fight a dangerous opponent.
"Now!" Ilya suddenly exclaimed.
"What?!" Alid was wondered of the boy's action.
Ilya used puzzlement and created a sphere of light and released it in the sky and then did another shot from the second gun. Three beams were released of it which hit the places where were their enemies. However everyone could avoid it.
'It… it was just like I knew where they will strike.' Rinko thought
'Asagi! We're fighting their squad. What about you?' Maria asked the other woman in her head.
'We are doing the same.' Asagi replied.
'Should we join forces?' Maria asked another question.
'It'll be difficult.' Asagi replied, 'But try to do that.'
'Archon.' Mystic said to the man, 'It seems they want to regroup, don't let your enemies to do that.'
'Got it.' Archon to his captain, "By the way sis, you've became a little more skillful then you were." he chuckled then, "Did you have practice with Taimanin."
"Maybe it's you who became slower?" Maria hissed at his words.
"I'm praising you and you are telling I'm becoming old." Archon smirked, "What an impolite girl. I think I must punish you again."
Suddenly when Maria stepped back something when wrong and she was quickly pushed to ground.
"What the…" she exclaimed.
Archon repeated the same and everyone from both squads were pressed against the roof top.
"What is this?" Rinko asked the teacher.
"It seems the seal is activated..." Archon mumbled trying to get, but the presser was strong that it was difficult for him to do that.
'Rinko…' the elder Akiyama heard the voice of Maria in her head, 'Look around!'
'Yes…' Rinko tried her best and activated her eyes again, 'I don't see anything strange…'
'Asagi…'
'Yes… We have problems with gravity too…' Maria heard tensed voice of the headmistress, 'It seems this happens all over the area.'
'What should we do?' Maria asked the Taimanin.
'We can't let them destroy the seal.' Asagi replied, 'Deal with your opponents, we'll try to defeat our somehow.'
Ilya wanted to shot the enemies, but Miyata could protect them with his lightening.
'Easy to say than to do.' Maria mumbled in her head.
Asagi and Mystic's squads had the same problem, but for them it was a problem that they hadn't got distanced fighters. The hunters could change the place of fight and now they were not on the tall skyscraper. Everyone was pressed against the rooftop too.
"It seems that anomaly is really strong." Mystic mumbled trying to get up.
"Aki? How are you?" Maki asked her boyfriend.
"Fine…" Aki mumbled, "But it's really would be better if not the pressure."
"It seems it's some problem with gravity." Malek replied.
"You think?" Naomi retorted.
Suddenly everything passed and Mystic could jump onto his legs and released a wind puff at the Taimanin.
"Look out!" Murasaki jumped aside.
"What?" Maki and Aki looked back, but it was late for Aki as he was hit by the puff, "Aki!" his girlfriend exclaimed.
"Don't think I forgot about you." Malek grunted and hit Maki with his tail making her to follow Aki.
"Damn! We have troubles." Murasaki repelled Naomi's swords.
Suddenly a lighting shoot the place where Mystic was standing, however the man could avoid it.
"It seems I'm in time." Everyone heard a hissing voice.
Everyone turned and saw Professor who quickly rushed at Mystic. However he was stopped by a new comer in white armor.
"It seems you also decided to fight." Professor said watching at the newcomer, "Mistress Celine."
"Same… with me…" Celine replied exhaling cold stream.
