A/N: Happy Easter! I'm posting this from my phone. Due to the holidays and my family quite literally coming over my house to kidnap me -they just can't let an old man be it seems- I won't be able to update properly until Tuesday most likely. I apologize for the inconvenience.

On a more positive note, it means I'll have a rather nice surprise for you all then~!

So here we go. The fate of this story depends on you, the reader. Your feedback determines the fate of this tale, and many others.

As ever, I own no references, quotes, themes or memes. They're tributes to legends far greater than I.

I'm just a humble author trying to make his way in this wild, wacky world, one word at a time.

Time and feedback will determine what remains a story and what doesn't. Simple as that.

In other words...the fate of this is up to YOU, the reader. Doooo let me know~!

You may consider this a teaser. Should be obvious for what.

"There you are. She's been up all night waiting for you.

"Kinda figured that out myself.

"Did you now?"

~?

Welcome Home

"Mama~!"

Isn't it remarkable how one little word can leave you weak in the knees.

Karlach braced herself; that was all she had time to do before her attacker was on her; even then the sheer force of her tackle-hug drove her back and nearly sent her flying out the door all over again. She caught herself on the arch and chuckled once, a low rueful chuckle escaped her lips as she held her close. Gods, she loved being able to touch people agian.

"Hey, kiddo." she tousled her hair. "Didn't think you'd be up this late."

"Daddy said I could wait up for you~!"

"Did he now...and where is he?"

"Upstairs! He said he had a surprise for you."

And just like that, she wanted to do more than touching.

Their daughter, their Tara, was the first of her kind, a little red-horned terror with burning blue eye, whiskered cheeks and pale blond hair.

The very best of both worlds no, She wouldn't trade her for the world.

Welcome Home.

A/N: Aaaaaand scene.

Well? Should this become a story? Yay or nay, what say you? Not much else to say this time 'round. Reviews keep me writing, and without them, my inspiration falls flat. Ever bit of feedback helps. Pain hurts. Pain hurts a loooot. But silence from readers and reviewers? That hurts even more. As ever, reviews keep this old man alive during these dark and crazy times.

Seriously, we're all locked away anyways these days, feedback is all that sustains me.

So in the Immortal Words of Atlas... Review...Would You Kindly?

May the make you smile~!
