This is Avatar: The Last Airbender and Kitchen Nightmares crossover story with Ozai in the role of Gordon Ramsay. That's the story. I don't know what else you want me to say. (Obviously, the story is a bit more than that. It's mostly about Katara and Sokka trying to run a family restaurant and not being very good at it. So, it's basically crack treated kind of seriously.)

Modern AU. Katara is a rich singer who is gaining lot of fans, but also a lot of enemies both from her past and due to her rise in fame. Fearing this, her parents hire a bodyguard for her. She did not like this at all. But would she feel the same way after meeting said bodyguard and sparks fly? KATAANG

Post Book 2. After betraying Katara in the crystal caves of Ba Sing Se, Zuko returns to the Fire Nation to find it full of corruption. He attempts to help his nation by becoming the Blue Spirit once more to fight this corruption. One night, he's joined by the Painted Lady, whom he recognizes as Katara. As they spend time together, forbidden feelings develop.

When Zuko is banished Kira blames herself. But when a secret she'd rather keep hidden forever is reveled she is forced to turn against him. What's a girl to do? And how will Zuko react? A Zuko X OC story.

For a split second, only a split second, Katara sincerely considers not doing anything. Then she remembers she's one of the heroes. (Possibly pre-Azutara.)

When Zuko and Sokka meet as children after the Southern Water Tribe is not only invaded, but conquered by the Fire Nation, they realize unlikely alliances can be formed in war. Now, the boys can let the differences between their families and cultures bring them together to stop the bloodshed or allow the years of hatred to win before the war is even won.
