"Awwww, he's so cute, but why is there a raccoon in the apartment. Is it to do with Amy's work." Penny asked Sheldon seeing a lil raccoon kit playing with Lego wearing a Marvel shirt making Sheldon smile at this as he was cute.
"This is Rocket, the first alien student at Caltech plus he had nobody to live with so I let him live with Amy and me as she finds him cute. He works in Engineering with Howard only Howard hadn't poisoned him to me." Sheldon replied to her seeing Rocket curious about this. He'd just arrivedon Terra and had enrolled to Caltech as it was a tech school plus didn't have a place to stay so Howard had talked to Sheldon aboutthis, so let the male-kit live with him and Amy.
"Mr Sheldon, are these your and Ms Amy's friends you were talking about, besides Howard." the male kit asked hugging his leg which they thought cute seeing himmaking the Live Long and Prosper sign with his paw making Leonard facepalm at this knowing Sheldon was turning the lil kit into his protege making him sigh.
"It's okay as Mr Sheldon's teaching me human things." he told them sniling revealing baby fangs which Amy found sweet.
"Woah, he talks, did Amy have anything to do with this." Penny told Sheldon making Rocket confused by that scrunching up his lil snout confused by her question.
"I'm from outer space, don't all raccoons on this planet talk and know how to build things, or woekd blasters, or drive spaceships." Rocket asked them seeing Leonard, Howard, Sheldon and Raj surprised and impressed hearing this especially Sheldon making Amy and Penny facepalm. "No honey they don't but you made them excited especially Sheldon." Penny told him.
"Can you teach me to drive a spaceship, lil buddy." Sheldon asked excitedly making Rocket nodding but yawning making Amy realise he was sleepy as besides helping Howard, he helped Amy with some of her things as she said they were playing games so he'd not had an nap.
She was carrying him softly to her and Sheldon's bed to let him rest, singing Soft Kitty to him, as it helped him relax even though Sheldon only used it when he was sick seeing the male-kit drift off kissing his furry lil head seeing him out like an nightlight joining the others in the living room saying Rocket was asleep now.
"Awww you sang Soft Kitty to him, didn't you.' Sheldon asked her.
"Uh-huh as he likes that song as it helos him sleep. He didn't have naptime as he was helping me." Amy told him.
"That's sweet, as he is a lil kid, butyou guys are good at taking care of him." Howard told them.
That next morning, Amy found Rocket asleep on the couch in Sheldon's spot making her smile, wrapping a blanket around him kissing his furry head making herself coffee but making pop tarts for him as she'd broken into Sheldon's vault to get to them plus pouring him juice seeing him sniffing the air beginning to stir rubbing his lil eyes with his paw. "Morning mommy, I mean Ms Amy." he told her.
"Awwwww honey, of coyrse you can call me that." she told him ruffling his fluffy head fur making him smile hoping that Sheldon wouldn't flip out, if he found out. "He'll be okay with it like if he finds out you're sleeping on his spot on thecouch." she assured him as he was eating surprising Sheldon as they had stuff to do knowing he was going to be like this with Howard so giving him more surprising Amy knowing she might have to deal with this in herlab.
"Hehehe pop tarts are yummy in our tummies mommy." Rocket said giggling making Amy facepalm knowing Howard was gonna be annoyed seeing Rocket hopped up in the engineering lab as they were leaving the apartment but taking the bus and heading to Caltexh but Howard was stunned the kit was hyper not knowing why or that Sheldon had fed him pop tarts hearing him giggling hysterically while inventing making Howard impressed. "Sheldon will be okay with you singing that to him to calm him down." he told her.
"Yes, but it'll help him relax." she told him kissing Rocket's furry lil head taking him with her back to her lab but wrapping a blanket around him knowing he needed an nap.
