Grunting could be heard, for in the center of the room was an old oil lamp before the walls behind it lit up. Reflected on said lamp, both Flash and Thunder, wearing brand new Ninja suits that had their Elemental symbols on top of tornadoes, were fighting off some Skeletons as they showed off sick acrobatics while they disarmed the Skeletons before ducking under their attacks. Then more Skeletons started rushing in from behind as Thunder turned the oil lamp, causing two of the walls to turn green and red as they flipped to reveal Trail and Gaia behind them.
"NINJA, GO!" they exclaimed as they did Spinjitzu, knocking the Skeletons away as they flew to the wall while Gaia used her powers to tangle some of them up in her vines. Behind a glass wall was on the other side as more Skeletons rushed in. But then Landrush phased through the wall as the Skeletons tried to run away, but Frost released an ice burst that knocked them away.
"Whoo-hoo!" Trail, Flash, Thunder, and Gaia exclaimed as they slide down to Landrush and Frost as the team stood together with determined expressions as Landrush stomped his hooves down, creating a shockwave as it reached the Skeletons and smashed them into the wall as they slide down in pain as the Ninja stood ready.
But then, something is smashing through the walls as the Ninja watched as it burst open, revealing their old Skeleton enemy, Samukai, who was holding four blades as he smashed through the wall and rushed towards the Ninja as they all glared at him. But then suddenly, a bright light appeared as they all looked up and saw Lloyd falling to the floor with light energy behind him as he unleashed an Elemental Blast that hit Samukai as he was sent back screaming before he crashed through the wall.
Lloyd struck a pose before he eased up as the others walked up to him. "Do you have the Golden Scroll, Lloyd?" Trail asked, with his voice in a dramatic tone.
"I sure do, Trail," Lloyd said as he took out the scroll with his voice in the same tone as Trail. "But I don't know what it says. Can anyone help me read it?"
"We can!" all the Ninja said in unison as they moved in sync. "Because reading is the first step to every adventure! Go reading, go!"
"And… cut!" Dareth's voice called as it was revealed that the Ninja were doing a tv show together with Dareth as their manager as the studio crew moved around. "Brilliance plus perfection. Clean up, fellas, and make some headway here!" The 'Skeletons' were shown to be really animatronics while Samukai was just a stallion in a hi-tech costume version of him. "That's a wrap!" he called just as Aqua and the Mane Six came in.
"A wrap?" Aqua repeated as she looked around in confusion. "But we just got here."
"Yeah, why did you start without us?" Rarity asked before she flipped her mane. "I did my mane and everything for this."
"Yeah. Dareth said…" Rainbow tried to say before Dareth came up to them.
"Hey, hey, there's my team!" Dareth said to the Ninja with a smile. "I knew you could Spinjitzu, but that acting knocked me out." He soon noticed Aqua and the Mane Six. "Oh, hey, sweethearts. Mind sticking around for a segment to teach girls how to apply makeup?" he asked, gesturing to the fashion's makeup side before Aqua gave him a death glare.
"Oh, shouldn't have say that," Spike muttered nervously.
"You're gonna need makeup when I rearrange your face!" Aqua growled as she was about to attack him before Thunder quickly stopped her.
"Whoa! Easy there, partner!" Applejack called as she and the others walked up to her. "Save a piece for us," she added while giving a glare to Dareth.
"Easy, girls!" Thunder said to them as Dareth walked back a bit. "Aqua and the Council's one of us now. No reason they should be treated differently."
"No reason? You added more girls to the group," Dareth pointed out.
"What's that about more girls, Dareth?" Gaia questioned with a hard glare.
"You always act like a stallion," Dareth told her before pointing to the rest of the Ninja. "You know how much that hurts your image by having more? You're a colt band, a hunk machine!"
"No, Dareth. Like everycreature else, we're equals," Twilight said firmly as she and Lloyd steps in. "And none of us should be treated differently."
"Yeah. Our power comes from no one being more important than the other," Lloyd added.
"Important, no." Trail turned to the exit where a bunch of female creatures from various races were watching with the guard blocking them. "Irresistible? Uh… debatable," he said with a wink as the female creatures started screaming as the guards pushed them back.
"Oh, my gosh, it's him! He winked at me!" a fan griffon exclaimed in excitement.
"I get enough of that in the Crystal Empire," Spike muttered to Rainbow.
"But it looks like Trail is overdoing it," Rainbow added in agreement.
"Heh. I don't tell you how to do your business, don't tell me how to do mine," Dareth said to them with a smile. "Remember how every time you saved Equestria no one cared? Well, now, Dareth's in charge and Dareth says don't change the recipe."
"Um, excuse me, but it seems you forget that Aqua saved Equestria too when she destroyed the Cursed Realm and many times before that when she was still Samurai X," Twilight reminded Dareth, while putting her snout to the suddenly nervous stallion's. "Plus, my friends and I have been saving Equestria before the Ninja even existed, so if Flash and the others get this treatment, then so do we. That is an order!"
"And let me ask you this, Your Highness," a familiar voice spoke up before they all turned to see both Flim and Flam walk up to the group. "How many creatures knew about your success before we came along and made you all famous?" Flim asked.
"Th-That doesn't-"
"Sure, they all knew, but did they really care?" Flam asked before he and his brother separated the seven Ninja from the rest of them. "You seven are the face of the franchise, and now the face of Stallion Weekly and Colt Idol!" He then pulled out two magazines from their pockets which really surprised the group. One had pictures of Lloyd, Thunder, Landrush, and Aqua on the cover with hot gossip, and the other had a picture of Flash on the cover with small images of both Twilight and Rarity.
"Sensei Lloyd?" Lloyd said in confusion while taking the magazine. "But I'm only a Sensei-in-training."
"And what's this about me and Thunder still fighting over Aqua?" Landrush questioned with a brow. "That's old news."
"Very old, as in, after the 'Second Great War' old," Gaia said with a look as the two brothers.
"And why did you make me and Rarity fight over Flash? He's my coltfriend, and Rarity and I never fought!" Twilight yelled with a glare.
"I wouldn't even think of taking another mare's love!" Rarity added.
"Who care if it's real or not?" Flim said with a smile. "Isn't this what you've always dreamed of? You're all the hottest thing in Equestria!"
Flash gave a glare. "Look, excluding Aqua, Spike, Twi and the girls from our team is one thing, but this?! You're crossing a line," he told the three, while pointing to the magazine. "You better fix this so that we're all recognized and there's actual facts in this and we're all recognize."
Flim merely laughed. "Oh Sentry, you don't produce your fame, we do. What we say goes, so you'll just have to accept this is reality."
Flash snarled before smirking and turning away. "Well then, I guess this whole fame thing was a mistake then. Guess I'm out then," he remarked as he began to walk off as the others caught onto to his plan.
"Wait, you're quitting!?" Dareth asked in shock while Flim and Flam were surprised. "But Ninja never say quit!"
"Correction: Ninja never quit from what's important, and if it's not true or fair, it's not important to me, so see ya," Flash said as he continued to walk off as the others chuckled and Trail gave him a high wing.
"Do you really want to do that when there are so many fans out there who appreciate your work?" Flim questioned with a smug smile. "Because I think they would be saddened that you would leave."
"Nice try, Flim," Flash said as he wrapped a wing around Twilight. "But as long as I have my mare, I don't care about any fans."
Realizing he was being serious, Flim and Flam quickly backtracked. "Uh, wait-wait-wait!" Flim said hastily.
"You ladies can have full credit and let your fans know the truth you got it!" Flam promised nervously.
Flash then gave them a smug smile and wing salute. "Pleasure doing business with you, as usual," he said sweetly as the twins grumbled.
"There, see?" Dareth spoke up with a proud smile. "Some compromise and we all get what we want! After all, you're the hottest thing in Equestria!"
A little bit later, Dareth looked out the entrance and saw many more fans outside as he quickly closed the door. The Ninja and the Council were then appearing from behind back as they looked around. "Fold your drawers, hot off their new LP, it's the Sensei-tion sweeping the nation," a newspony said as the Harmony Ninja each hid in telephones boxes as their fans ran past them. "The pop that can't seem to stop. Here's another number one hit from Go-Ninja-Go!" he called as the Harmony Ninja rushed out again and they saw the fans following them.
"My favorite? Easy," an Earth Pony colt said with a smile. "Lloyd. He's the best."
"I like Trail. He's like so hot. Literally," a mare said in awe.
"Crime down. Ninja way up," the news-dragon remarked while holding the magazine. "Who doesn't like these seven Ninja? Correction, thirteen Ninja and their mascot Spike, ever since the Council joined the team, including our beloved pony ruler, Princess Twilight, to help further protect our homeland."
"Thunder, he is so funny," a female hippogriff answered the reporter before she giggled. "And cute."
"Yak like ghost pony!" a female Yak declared into the mic. "Pony turn ghost pony! Yak want ghost pony, but yak can't have ghost pony!"
"Gaia!" a male dragon said with a smile. "She's just so pretty and intense when she's fighting evil with her friends."
"Who likes Aqua?" the reporter asked.
"'Like' her?" the female hippogriff asked before she shrugged. "Meh. Do I want to be her?" she asked with a smile.
"And Yak hang out with them? YAHHHHHHHHHHHH!" the female Yak cheered with the hippogriff and dragon.
Later, in a news studio, Landrush, Aqua, Thunder, Twilight, Rarity, and Flash are all seated as the audience started clapping to them as the studio stallion leaned in close to Aqua. "Ah, just between you and me, Aqua: Thunder or Landrush?"
"Honestly, not a chance," Aqua answered with a small smile. "We're a team. Instead, I'd rather talk about-"
"Uh-huh. Not a chance? Really?" the host questioned as the audience went 'ooh' as the camera zoomed in on Thunder, who looked away in sadness as the camera pointed at him.
"I'm telling you: not gonna happen," Aqua insisted.
"Well, if you say so," the host said before he looked at Flash. "And what about you, Mr. Sentry? The Ruler of Equestria, or the Queen of Fashionistas?"
"Really?" Flash questioned with a brow as the camera pointed at him. "To tell the truth, Princess Twilight. She and I have been dating for some time. I mean, Rarity is a friend, but I don't see her like that at-"
"Ooh, a stallion with some spunk here, folks," the host said into the cameras with a brow.
"Seriously, those ads from the magazines are way off," Flash said with a firm look as Twilight smiled at him. "And there's never been a rivalry between Twilight and Rarity. My heart is set on her." As he placed his hoof over Twilight, who gave a warm smile as the audience went 'aww' at them.
"Aah! Frost," a unicorn colt said with a smile through the mic in the Canterlot. "Definitely Frost. He's cool."
"Flash, duh!" a female griffon answered with an eye roll. "He's so cool! And not to mention, even for a pony… he's super hot! The Princess of Friendship is so lucky."
The reporter then turned to the camera. "Equestria is safer because they are here, hiding in plain sight…"
"My mom says I'm cool," the unicorn colt added with a wave.
"…waiting to defend us from wherever evil lurks," the reporter said as he blocked the colt's view. "But the real question we all want to know is, where are the Ninja now?" he asked as they all looked up above the sky.
Just above Canterlot, the Harmony Bounty is hovering above the Canterlot Castle while Wu and Landrush are in a meditative room as the two are doing meditation with a candle lit. "Look inward. When one is a ghost, one may have new abilities. Focus and discover them," Wu said to Landrush with their eyes closed.
Landrush then started to hover above the floor before he suddenly vanished. "Whoa!" Landrush called as he reappeared with a wide smile. "Did you see me? I disappeared. I mean, did you not see me?" he asked excitedly as he floated back down.
Wu gave a proud smile. "Very good, Landrush. Only you can unlock what is truly inside," he said before they heard grunting sounds. "That is it, for today."
"Haha! Wait until the others hears about this. Gaia will be so relieved that I'm not a goner!" Landrush said as Wu gave a smile.
"You and Gaia have grown closer since Chen's Tournament, Landrush," Wu noted. "I can sense the bond between you both are coming stronger."
"Well, we have much and common, and it's because we're a team," Landrush quickly said with a light blush as Wu gave a teasing smirk. "Uh, catch you later, Sensei." He quickly walked out of the room.
Wu gave a chuckle before turning to a portrait of his older brother with some incense lit. "Just like you and Misako, brother," he told the portrait in amusement.
Out on the training yard, Aqua is kicking a broom and a can away while the Council, Young Six, Rivet, the Serpentine Children, and Spike watch in concern. "Dareth wants me to teach mares how to cook?! How about I teach them how to do this?!" she called as she then started firing water blasts at three of the robotic training dummies as she vented out her frustration.
"You guys had a rough day?" Melody asked the Mane five and Spike in wonder.
"Trust us. Dareth really pushed our buttons," Pinkie said while pressing the back of her head.
"Though, not as much as Aqua is right now," Fluttershy said as she cringed at Aqua venting out.
"Why did you ponies even let him be manager again?" Smolder asked in confusion.
"Yeah, from what I remember, Dareth can be pretty oblivious and a bit overboard when it comes to fame," Gallus added.
"It was the only thing we can give him since he helped in the past," Twilight said with a sigh.
"Which still runs to this day, apparently," Fang muttered.
Meanwhile with Frost and Thunder, they were across the deck as they were playing chess together as Frost smiled. "I win again," he said as he placed his piece down on Thunder's king, causing the lightning unicorn to sigh exasperatedly as Landrush walked by with a cheerful whistle.
"Ah. Mini-droid chess. So, what's the tally now? A hundred games to none?" he asked while laughing as he knew that Frost beat Thunder many times.
"Set them up, Frost. We're going again," Thunder said as he and Frost then reset the board game before noticing Landrush's attention. "What's got you so cheery?"
"Remember back in the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master, when we all saw the reflection of our future selves?" Landrush asked with a smile about their quest in the tomb.
"You mean when you couldn't see anything?" Thunder asked with a brow.
"Yeah. It wasn't because I'm a goner. It's because I can disappear!" Landrush cheered as he disappeared and reappear with a pose.
"Oh, then why don't you make like a ghost and vanish?" Thunder scoffed while waving his hoof at Landrush and refocusing on the chess game. "I need full concentration."
"Oh, touchy. are we? I gotta go tell Gaia about this, anyway. Teach him a lesson, Frost," Landrush remarked with a teasing smirk before he walked off with a whistle as Frost gave a sigh.
"You still haven't told him what you saw in your future's reflection, have you?" Frost asked Thunder, knowing that Thunder saw Aqua in his future reflection with him sometime back but kept it a secret from the others but told Frost about it.
"And ruin our friendship?" Thunder questioned as he moved one of his pieces before Frost made a move to take that piece. "No thanks. Besides, even if it were true, her mind's made up. It's never gonna happen!" He then let out a sad side before he looks over to where Aqua was practicing. "It was fine until I saw us together. Now it's all I think about!"
"Bad day?" Misako asked Aqua as she and Rivet walked out to the dummies she hit.
"You know you're supposed to hit the dummies, not destroy them," Rivet told her as she and Misako picked up the broken dummies. "I worked hard on them."
"Sorry," Aqua apologized as she walked around. "I'm a mare, but I'm also a lot of other things. But what does that matter when everycreature only sees me as one thing? The Ninja Mare." She walked up to the edge of the Bounty as she groaned. "I mean, the Council are used to that since they've saved Equestria many times before, but I just wanna be given a fair shot," she commented a bit yearningly as Rivet and Misako put the dummies back together.
"Why? To make things easier?" Rivet asked with a smirk. "You've already been through that before you unlocked your True Potential, Aqua."
"Rivet is right. The harder it is, the more you will excel. You'll never be happy if you let the world define you. You've got to define yourself just as the Council did," she explained as the dummies are put back together. "Now, again. And this time, destroy all the targets."
"But not completely. It took a lot time to build these," Rivet quickly said. "And the Council and the others would like a turn with them later."
Aqua nodded before she turned and saw Thunder and Frost looking at her. "What are you looking at?" she questioned before she got back to training as Thunder sighed.
"See? Even though it's fate. I still can't win," Thunder said as he moved his piece that took Frost's as Frost moved his knight to Thunder's king.
"Checkmate. Again," Frost said as Thunder groaned and fell onto the board while Frost smirked with amusement. "A hundred and one to zero. Princess Twilight could at least give me a decent challenge."
"Of course she would," Thunder groaned with his head still down.
Speaking of Twilight, she was looking over the bow of the Bounty in deep thought as Flash saw her and looked at his box that is holding his proposal ring behind his back as he took a breath and walked up to her. "Hey, Twilight? How are you feeling?" Flash asked with a small smile.
Twilight perked up as she turned to Flash. "Hey, Flash. And doing just well. It's great to finally get out of the fame now and then," she said with a warm smile. "It was already as big as it was before you and the others became Ninja, but now, I think it's doubled when I tried to share my friendship book to Equestria."
"I heard about it. It was really crazy," Flash said as he and Twilight shared a chuckle as Flash gave a deep thought before taking a breath. "Twilight, there's something I've been wanting to ask you about something." This got Twilight's attention.
"Fire away!" they heard Rainbow shout before they quickly ducked when a cannonball flew over their heads. They looked over and saw her with a few Royal Guards next to some cannons. "Whoops, sorry!"
"Rainbow!" Twilight granted before she let out a sigh. "Can it wait, Flash? I need to see what she's up to."
"Yeah, but-" he tried to say something before she already flew down. "Okay, I guess I can wait… a bit more…"
"Everypony, Celestia and Luna are back, and there's trouble," Lloyd spoke through the PDA system. "Meeting in the throne room, immediately!"
They all rushed down to the throne room, where a monitor was set up by Rivet, as the group came up behind the two sisters. "What is it? Have they sold out of Trail Blaze action figures? I knew there wasn't enough," Trail said as the two sisters shook their heads.
"No, it's not that," Luna told him as she had a foal carrier around her torso, and within it a little blue-eyed filly with a bluish-black coat and a matching red mane and tail. "It appears when you destroyed the Cursed Realm, a couple of ghosts managed to escape. Some of which we know all too well."
Showing the monitor, it showed two familiar unicorns at a ticket machine, it was Charm and Grimoire, who are now ghosts after escaping the Cursed Realm. "Charm and Grimoire," Celestia said with a firm look.
"And what's strange is that security footage shows them buying train tickets that will arrive in Stiix in just a few hours," Luna exclaimed as the baby babbled as she rubbed her head.
"Charm and Grimoire?" Landrush asked in confusion. "The sorcerers from Chen's Island?"
"What do they want with Stiix?" Gaia asked next. "That place is just a salvage yard now after the Cursed Realm invasion."
"That's why we want you to go there and stop whatever it is they're planning to do," Wu said firmly to them.
"But Dareth wanted us to visit the hospital for that Grant-A-Wish thing," Trail pointed up, which made Celestia, Luna, and Wu give him a look from that.
"Really? That's what you're thinking about?" Nyx questioned with a brow.
"Way to get your priorities straight, Trail," Cozy sarcastically said.
"Hey, we take orders from Sensei Wu, Celestia, and Luna, not Dareth," Flash said firmly. "Protecting Equestria is a full-time job."
"Flash is right," Lloyd said as he walked up. "Lil' Toughie only has a broken leg. If his wish is to be a Ninja for a day, that day can be tomorrow. Suit up." The Ninja, the Council, and Spike rushed off, leaving the others behind.
"They are growing up, just like their students," Misako remarked proudly while looking at the Young Six, Nyx, Cozy Glow, and the Serpentine Children, who blushed slightly from her compliments.
"Yes, they are," Wu said with a sigh. "But I still like to think Equestria will fall apart without us."
"Which is why we're here for them, brother," Celestia said with a smile as Luna nodded as her baby on the strap giggled. "And your daughter shares the same thought, sister."
"She sure does, Tia," Luna said while tickling her daughter, which made her laugh.
A few minutes later in the sky, the Ninja and the Council are in their own dragon forms while Spike is flying right beside them. "Back to the grind," Aqua said with a smile on her muzzle.
"Ha, if it weren't for the Bounty or Canterlot Castle, I don't think we'd ever get any peace and quiet," Thunder commented gestured down below as the fans are cheering and livestreaming the heroes in their dragon forms.
"WHOO-HOO!" Rainbow cheered as she did a loop-de-loop. "So wish we unlocked these dragon forms in Chima!"
"If we did, we would have to be even more stealthy and careful while rescuing the Legend Beasts, Rainbow," Twilight pointed out with a slight chuckle. "But I must admit, I never thought I would actually be a dragon."
"Now you're really fit in to be my true family, Twilight," Spike said as he gave a laugh while Twilight shook her head in amusement.
"Very funny, Spike," she said to her Friendship Ambassador.
"We're just over Equestria City," Trail noted as he looked and saw the city below them before looking at the others. "Isn't that where Lil' Toughie is? What do you say, drop by for a quick stop? In and out."
"We don't have time," Flash told him.
"Technically, we do," Frost corrected. "As long as we don't encounter any problems."
"What does Sensei always say?" Gaia asked the others.
"Never put off tomorrow what can be done today!" Pinkie answered as she was flying upside down for fun with a cheery smile. They all roared and made a U-turn as they made their way into the city.
In a hospital, Lloyd was signing the cast of an Earth Pony colt wearing a purple robe and casts on both his hind legs. "As part of the Grant-A-Wish Foundation, we dub you an Honorary Ninja for the day!" Lloyd declared as Twilight gives Lil' Toughie a black headband as the kids in the hospital all cheered.
"Aw. I wish I broke all my legs," a colt whined while looking at his hooves.
"Could you stay and sign their casts?" Toughie asked them with a smile.
"Oh, I wish we could, but duty calls," Aqua said to him with a smile.
"We have a mission that we should get back to," Applejack added before Landrush heard screaming, knowing that sound as he backed away to the window.
"Uh, not sure how far we'll get. Looks like we've got company," Landrush said as Thunder looked out the window and heard the crowd screaming loudly when they saw him as he gasped and move out of sight.
"How did they find us?" Thunder asked in shock.
"We were so careful, we didn't let any creature saw us when we entered the city when we got out of our dragon forms," Rarity added before they heard a click before they turned to Trail.
"'Reply. Of course, I'm at the hospital. My hair is sick.' Ha, ha," Trail said with a chuckle. "Send."
"Trail!" Flash exclaimed with a glare.
"Are you sending out a Chirp?!" Aqua questioned her brother in disbelief.
Trail turned to them. "Uh, my followers have needs too."
"Look outside," Rarity told him.
Trail went up to the window and when the fans started shrieking, he yelped and moved away. "Umm, Oops," he chuckled sheepishly as the others glared at him, realizing his chirp ruined their exit.
"If you recall, I said we would get to Stiix in time minus any problems," Frost said as he walked up to the window as the fans shrieked again as he moved away. "This constitutes a major problem."
"Yeah, well, I don't see us flying out of here with these birds in the sky," Rainbow stated as she gestured to some dragons and flying copters flying coming in view of the window.
"Rainbow's right. No dragons," Twilight said firmly. "If we want to escape, we can't be followed."
Down at the ground level, the fans are still shrieking as the guards blocked their path. "'His hair is sick'," a female dragon read the message as she gasped. "He is here! Aah!" she shrieked with her friend as they all shrieked and pushed past the guards as they lifted them up.
"For Celestia's sake, put me down! I'm a grown-up!" the guard yelled as he was dropped. "Whoa!" he exclaimed as he hit the floor and the fans rushed into the hospital.
"They're coming," Fluttershy said fearfully when she looked out the window.
"What do we do?" Spike asked in wonder.
Toughie then gave a smile. "You say I'm a Ninja for the day, call me…" he started before he puts on a purple Ninja hood. "The Purple Ninja!" he exclaimed as he moved his wheelchair and charged at the door with a yell as his casted hooves bust it open and turned to the left side of the hallway as the heroes followed.
"That hood looks legit," Aqua commented with a smile. "Did you make that?"
"You have a lot of time on your front hooves when you break both your back hooves," Toughie answered as the fans came up from the hall before Nelson saw the door that led to the stairs. "This! Double hooves! Hee-yaa!" He busted the door open and the Ninja and Council all rushed off into the stairway as Nelson closed the door before the fans could enter. "This is as far as I can go. Follow this up to the rooftop," he told them as he pointed up the stairs. "From there, take the back streets. I'll hold them off at the pass."
The Ninja and Council gave him proud smiles. "Lil' Toughie… I mean, Purple Ninja, thanks," Lloyd thanked with a smile.
"No, thank you," Toughie said with a smile under his mask. "You made my wish come true." They waved to him before they rushed up to the roof while Nelson kept the door blocked to prevent the fans from following.
On the roof, the Harmony Ninja made it to the roof with their hoods on. "Whew. Looks like we lost them," Landrush said in relief.
"But we still have one slight problem," Flash said as he gestured to the buildings that are a little far for them from the hospital. "The nearest rooftop is still too far to jump for those of us who don't have wings."
"Airjitzu?" Pinkie suggested with a shrug.
"Whoa," Aqua spoke when Pinkie said that. "I just learned how to get into my water dragon form. I haven't even earned my Airjitzu suit yet."
"But if we don't leave now, we'll never get to Stiix to stop Charm and Grimoire," Frost pointed out as Thunder got between them.
"We're a team. We stick together," Thunder said to them.
"Thanks, but I can stick out for myself," Aqua said as she walked off from them.
"He was only trying to be nice," Landrush said in defense for Thunder.
"Yeah, Aqua, no need to be a grumpy grump," Pinkie said in agreement.
"It's okay, right now we're just having our first fight," Thunder assured them, which got Aqua's attention.
"What do you mean, 'right now'?" Aqua questioned with a brow. "And just what are you implying by 'we'?" Thunder soon realized what he just said, as he gave a shrug before some helicopters flew towards them.
"They're gonna see us," Twilight called out.
"Quick, take cover," Lloyd said as they all, sans Spike and Aqua, did Airjitzu behind a billboard with graffiti paint of their color schemes as Spike flew in next to them while Aqua stayed down.
"Aqua, you need to hide too," Thunder said as Aqua turned away from him as he groaned. "Ugh. Forget what I said, just take my hoof."
"No! What did you mean when you said 'we'?!" Aqua told him. "I'm a Ninja, and I'm nobody's mare."
"Now's not the time for that, Aqua!" Applejack exclaimed in annoyance.
"Just take Thunder's hoof, Aqua. Or else we're gonna be spotted!" Landrush shouted as a helicopter flew above their heads.
"Too late. So much for stopping Charm and Grimoire," Trail sighed out. Lloyd let out a frustrated grunt as he looked towards the others.
"Let's just hope they missed their train," he told them. As the helicopter was coming close, Thunder put out his hoof in hopes Aqua would take it. But she only gave him a glare before looking away.
"Gosh darn it, they found us!" Applejack grumbled. "Now what do we do?"
"Just do what you're doing, but don't run away from the cameras!" Flim told them as the helicopter came in close.
"Yes, run toward them!" Flam added.
"Ninja Visits Hospital! This is gold!" Dareth cheered with excitement.
"We don't need more publicity!" Flash told the three. "We need less! We have to get to Stiix to stop both Grimoire and Charm!"
"You mean those twin sorcerers who worked with Chen?!" Flim asked. "What are they doing at a place like Stiix?!"
"We could have found out, if a certain somepony wasn't sending out a Chirp!" Twilight explained before she glared over at Trail.
"Could be a big scoop," Dareth whispered to the twin brothers before looking at the Ninja. "Say no more! Hop in!" The Ninja soon got into the helicopter before it flew towards Stiix.
At Stiix, some cranes around as Charm and Grimoire are hiding in an alley as they see a trash boat coming to port. "Are you sure it's here, brother?" Charm asked in wonder.
"I am certain, sister," Grimoire answered as they looked at the boat before sneakily hopped on it. They then began to search for something as they tossed some junk behind them. They continued searching until Grimoire found a brass metal teapot before having a grin on his face. He quickly grabbed the teapot and showed his sister before they quickly got off the boat before anyone could see them. The two of them then made their way to an old shack as Grimoire was inspecting the teapot. "The Teapot of Tyrahn. Now how does this work?" As he checked for any instructions, Grimoire rubbed the teapot.
"Oh, I don't know. Maybe try sending it to another realm where it can be cursed!" Charm spat at her brother.
"Oh, you will not let that go, will you?" Grimoire asked with an eye roll.
"You're the reason why we're ghosts to begin with!" Charm scolded him before she turned her back towards him.
"Fine, if you're going to be like that, I will make the wishes on my own," Grimoire told her before he noticed that the center of the teapot looked like it could rotate. He moved the centerpiece until it was a line with the top and bottom to look like a pirate symbol before it glowed and rattled. Grimoire soon dropped the teapot before a cloud of orange smoke emerged from the ladle. The two unicorn ghosts gasp as they take a step back from the smoke before it takes the form of something.
The smoke took the form of an anthropomorphic stallion with four arms and hands, instead of forehooves, with one of them bearing a hook for hand. He was clad in green armor with a red scarf around his neck. His black mane was tied up in a ponytail while his bottom half seemed to be the same smoke as he took in a deep breath of fresh air. "I am… free?" he spoke with a Saddle Arabian accent as he looked around the room. "Where am I? What year is it?" he asked the two unicorn ghosts.
"Nadakhan," Grimoire spoke up. "It's you. I've freed a Genie!"
"Oh brother, Nadakhan is not a genie, he is a Djinn," Charm corrected him as Nadakhan floated around the two. "There is a big difference between the two of them. Genies are very loyal to whomever frees them. Djinns, however…well, I'll let you figure that out on your own."
"She is right, you know, and I would prefer it if you called me a Djinn," Nadakhan told Grimoire.
"Djinn, Genie, who cares? As long as I get my three wishes, what does it matter what I call you?" Grimoire demanded him.
"Mm. I must warn you. You cannot wish for love, death, revival, and most certainly…" Nadakhan tried to say before Grimoire spoke up.
"More wishes," he finished what he was going to say. "Yes, yes, I know the rules. Ahem. I wish for our Book of Spells."
"Very well, your wish is yours to keep," Nadakhan told Grimoire before he snapped his fingers and their old book of dark magic suddenly appeared in a puff of smoke.
Grimoire went over and picked up the book as he flipped through the pages while laughing maniacally. "You see, sister, I tricked him," he told Charm, who just rolled her eyes. "Now, with our spells, who needs more wishes?!" But his victory was short-lived as Grimoire then saw the pages becoming lit on fire. "Oh, what's happening?!" He dropped the book and it slowly became ashes while Nadakhan let out a chuckle behind him.
"You should've known the book was last thrown into a fire," he told Grimoire with a smug smile. "Perhaps you should wish for more than a pile of ash."
"You conniving Genie!" Grimoire cursed as he slammed his hoof into the ashes in frustration.
"Djinn," both Nadakhan and Charm corrected him.
"Now you see the difference between the two?" Charm asked her brother with a brow. "They are always up to something, including finding ways to make sure that you keep on making wishes by twisting your earlier wishes, according to the way you ask for them."
"And for your second wish?" Nadakhan asked Grimoire with a bow.
"Whatever it is, keep me out of it," Charm told her brother as he stood up.
"Fine, but know that there's no way we can defeat those Ninja and the Council if we continue to be ghosts," Grimoire told her before he looked at Nadakhan. "I wish… I wish to become mortal again."
"Your wish is yours to keep," Nadakhan replied as he floated past Grimoire with a sinister smile before he snapped his fingers. The ghostly green glow around Grimoire then began to fade away as he looked at himself.
"Yes. Yes, it's working!" he cheered with delight. "I can… I can feel again!" He soon started letting out grunts and howls of pain as he held his body before falling to the floor. "My hooves! My head! The pain!"
"Yes," Nadakhan remarked as he hovered above Grimoire with a smirk. "Becoming physical is a painful process," he told him as Grimoire let out more cries of pain. "I wish it could be over soon, but right now you're probably thinking about your last wish. But the pain is too unbearable to think clearly," he taunted as he floated around the room. "Wish it all to go away."
"I…I wish it all to go away!" Grimoire quickly said as he could not bear the pain.
"Your wish is yours to keep," Nadakhan told him before he snapped his fingers and Grimoire suddenly floated off the ground and went into the teapot. Nadakhan let out an evil chuckle as he picked up the teapot. "Be careful what you wish for." He then turned to Charm in the corner of the room. "Now, about your three wishes. I bet you wish for your brother to come out of this teapot, yes?"
"Mm, no," Charm simply replied, which suddenly surprised the Djinn. "In fact, I'm glad you did those things to my brother. It was his fault in the first place that I became a ghost when he opened a portal to the Cursed Realm. In fact, I would like to make a deal with you."
"A deal?... What kind of a deal?" Nadakhan asked with interest.
"You see, you've been locked up in that teapot for so many moons," Charm begins to tell him. "The world has changed in that time and you need a guide to help you figure out more of this world. I still want my three wishes, but I also want to help you. I can tell that you are a Djinn with big plans, and I want to help you achieve those goals. You grant me my three wishes without trying to make me wish it all away, and I will help you any way I can. Deal?" She held out her hoof as Nadakhan took this moment to think it over.
Nadakhan then looked at Charm for a moment before the two of them shook hooves together. "Deal." Charm smiled at this.
"Now for my first wish, I wish to become mortal again as quickly and painlessly as possible," Charm wished, wording her wish as carefully as possible to avoid little to no twists from Nadakhan.
"Your wish is yours to keep," Nadakhan told her before he snapped his fingers and Charm was no longer a ghost as she could feel yet again while becoming solid, without the unbearable pain.
"That's more like it," she said with a smile before looking at Nadakhan. "Now, why don't we, as they say, hit the town for some sightseeing?" Her horn glowed before the two of them disappeared.
The Ninja and the Mane Six soon arrived at Stiix as they were out of their Ninja uniforms and wearing casual wear to keep out of sight. Frost then looked behind an alley as he scanned the villagers to find Grimoire and Charm with the help of Pixal. "I detect no trace of Grimoire or Charm," Pixal informed.
"They aren't here," Frost informed the others as they all looked through the wreckage.
"They could be long gone by now," Landrush said.
"Which we would've come earlier if Aqua would have just listen to hide instead of being stubborn," Applejack said with a look.
"What? You think it's my fault we got caught?" Aqua asked with a brow.
"Well, you were the one who didn't hide behind the billboard, which expose our cover, so maybe," Pinkie said with a shrug as Aqua growled in annoyance.
"But look what I found: a Trail Blaze action figure," Trail said as he held up a miniature toy version of himself, inspecting it intently. "Some fan probably lost it. No way anyone threw this out. Practically priceless."
"Practically 'brainless' is more like it," Spike said in annoyance.
"I used to be like that, but now, I find it annoying," Rainbow muttered with a rolled of her eyes.
Lloyd then looked at the comms in his sleeves. "No sign of Charm or Grimoire."
"Better keep looking," Misako answered through the comms.
"Wu and Celestia's at the Domu Library researching what Charm and Grimoire could be looking for, while Rivet and your students and the children are in Canterlot or Ponyville to make sure their homes stay safe from threat," Misako said while she's alone on the Bounty with Luna and her baby.
"If we hear anything, you'll be the first to know," Luna added as Trail took his action figure back from Landrush as Gaia chuckled from that.
"Come on, guys," Flash spoke up. "Let's keep our eyes peeled."
"Hey look, another Trail doll," Thunder said as he picked up another action figure. They didn't realize there were a bunch of them around them. "There's dozens."
"Looks like Stiix is not a fan of yours, darling," Rarity noted with a chuckle as Trail groaned and tossed his action figure away, seeing that Stiix isn't one of the fan places in Equestria.
In Equestria City in an intersection, Charm and Nadakhan appeared in an alley as he took on the form of a unicorn stallion while she had a hood up to disguise herself. "Nadakhan, I welcome you to Equestria City," she told him as she gestured to the intersection.
"Equestria City?" Nadakhan asked as they looked around before he then crossed a street. Vehicles stopped with him in front before Charm quickly rushed up to him and pushed him out of the way.
"Watch where you're going!" a dragon called before he smirked at Nadakhan's mane. "Nice mane, bozo," he taunted as he walked off.
"Will you just stop and wait?" Charm questioned with a brow. "With vehicles like these, you're supposed to stop and wait for a red light and a green light for you to cross."
"How does that even work?" he asked with interest. "What kind of magic has been developed since I've been locked away?"
"It's called technology," Charm answered as they made it to the center of the intersection. "Supposedly, Equestria went through a big change where it has a balance of both magic and technology."
"You look lost," the voice of Borg was heard before they turned to see a robotic monitor with his face on the screen looking at them. "Can I be of assistance?"
"Hmm, are you trapped too?" Nadakhan asked the robot while Charm just let out a sigh.
"I am sorry. I do not understand your query. You are talking to Info-Vision. Ask a question, and maybe I can answer it."
"That's one of the new technologies I was telling you about." Charm told him as she pulled them away from the robot. "This is a machine that can give you information. Like this: Who is the current ruler of Equestria?" The robot automatically pulled up an image of Twilight Sparkle on its screen.
"The current ruler of Equestria is Princess Twilight Sparkle," the Info-Vision answered while showing a picture of Twilight with her friends. "One of Equestria's most brilliant heroes while also ruling alongside the Council of Friendship."
"Princess Twilight? Interesting," Nadakhan said while in thought.
"With this, it should help you bring you up to speed, especially me since I was banished in the Cursed Realm for some time," Charm said to him. "So, go ahead. Ask it something you want to know."
"Where is my crew?" Nadakhan asked the robot.
"You will have to be more specific," the Info-Vision requested.
"The crew of Misfortune's Keep," Nadakhan specified before an image of a pirate ship appeared on the screen.
"Misfortune's Keep. The most feared pirate ship that ruled the high seas, taken down by Captain Salt-Beak and his Destiny Bounty at the end of the era of the Stone Samu-Taur," it explained as a picture of Captain Salt-Beak and his crew appeared while Nadakhan glared at his old enemy.
"Wait, Captain Salt-Beak was your old enemy?" Charm asked in surprise.
"Along with a surprise that I did not see coming," he replied. "Salt-Beak and a female Genie got me by surprise and trapped me in that teapot to begin with."
"What? A genie?" Charm asked in surprise. "There wasn't any information about that in the history books." She soon saw Info-Vision then showed a picture of Nadakhan.
"The Misfortune's captain, Nadakhan the Djinn, with power to grant others wishes, was trapped in the Teapot of Tyrahn, while his crew was later marooned in separate Realms."
"Separate realms?" Nadakhan and Charm repeated before an image of the Realm Crystal appeared on screen.
"After the Ninja and the Council discovered the Realm Crystal in the Tomb of the First Spinjitzu Master, it is common knowledge that Equestria is one of 18 Realms-"
"Which realm is Mayday in?" Nadakhan asked after he took out a golden pocket watch and opened it up, which Charm saw a picture inside which really surprised her.
"No known image of Mayday. Quartermaster of Mistfortune's Keep and love of Nadakhan the Djinn," the Info-Vision said as a blank picture of a mare appeared next. "Records indicate that she died shortly after Nadakhan's imprisonment."
"Died?" Nadakhan asked in shock that his love passed on.
"Die. To expire, to croak, or to tint."
"We get it, you stupid machine!" Charm exclaimed while stopping the robot's question. "It's been many moons since the Stone Era, Nadakhan. But tell us, where is this Realm Crystal?"
"Location is classified. Since Realm crossing is prohibited, it is under the protection of Sensei Wu and the Masters of Spinjitzu."
"Mm, they could definitely be a problem if they find out we're after that Crystal," Charm mentioned before she had a devious smile on her face. "But I already have a way to deal with them."
"What are you suggesting?" Nadakhan asked with a smirk.
"For my second wish, I wish for you to frame both the Ninja and the Council of Friendship for high crimes against all the kingdoms of Equestria, so that they don't get in our way," Charm wished.
Nadakhan was surprised by this before he gave a sinister chuckle. "I'm starting to like you more and more, Charm. Your wish is yours to keep," he told him as he then snapped his fingers and golden dust made him disappear.
"Now then…" she said to herself before she looked at the robot, "tell me where I can find Misfortune's Keep."
Back in Stiix, the Ninja, the Council, and Spike are all sitting at a table together. "No sign of Charm or Grimoire?" Twilight asked them.
"Nope. Especially since this was the most ghost populated place in Equestria," Spike said while eating a gem.
"I don't get it," Landrush said in confusion, looking surprised. "You'd think they'd remember seeing another ghost."
"Maybe it's best they don't. Since you're one and we're really above water, Landy," Gaia said with a small smile. "So, be grateful they're not throwing water balloons."
"Good point," Landrush said with a cringed look. "But still, you think they could at least give us some hints."
"I know." Trail looked around the crowd. "I haven't even been asked to give a single autograph. Not that I want the attention!" he exclaimed while looking to the crowd, who shushed at him as they all watched the TV on a pole.
"Where are the Ninja and the Council? This reporter has the answer," the newspony remarked.
"Hey, can you turn it up?" Lloyd asked them.
"Hey, no one here cares for them fruit colored Ninja and the Council," a male Abyssinian said to them.
"Excuse me. What fruit is black?" Landrush questioned in offense.
"Uh, black berries?" Thunder asked with a teasing smirk.
"Shut it, Thunder!" Landrush quickly told him.
"They're calling it the Crime Wave of the Century across the land."
"Guys, listen," Twilight told the others as she pointed to the TV with the news report.
"Earlier today, Light Ninja Lloyd Garmadon was caught on tape robbing the city bank," the anchorpony reported before a footage of Lloyd carrying bags of money out of a bank fault was put on screen.
"Whoa! That looks like me!" Lloyd exclaimed while the others are shocked by that.
"And that's not all." The next scene showed Mega Monster Amusement Park with Frost sliding down one of the rollercoaster tracks. "At Mega Monster Amusement Park, Frost Gear was on a rampage of vandalism and mayhem." Frost was seen freezing the tracks as a cart crashed and flew in the air.
"Hey, wait! My memory has no recollection of that!" he exclaimed in shock as a footage of Landrush and Gaia running through the city and used their powers to cause an earthquake and out of control plants.
Thunder groaned. "Somepony's pretending to be us!"
"But why?" Aqua questioned.
"And how!?" Gaia added.
"And what's even more shocking, the Ninja had unexpected help from the Council of Friendship since they were given free access to all of Equestria, giving the Ninja permission to commit as much crime as they want to, while also helping them along the way," the reporter added while showing the Mane Six helping the Ninja with their crime spree and knocking or blasting away any creature that would stop them.
"What in tarnation!?" Applejack exclaimed in shock while Pinkie did a spit take from her drink.
"That's us! But we're right here! I'm so confused!" Pinkie exclaimed dramatically as she fell to the floor.
"That makes all of us," Fluttershy muttered in shock.
"I don't remember doing any of that!" Rainbow exclaimed.
"That's because that's not us darling!" Rarity pointed out.
"This is impossible! How could there be other us's!?" Twilight questioned in shock.
"I am ashamed I ever wore their underwear!" Marvel Comics told a reporter outside his comic shop before he realized what he said. "Oh. I mean T-shirts."
The screen then showed Big Mac with his wife and Apple Bloom trying to avoid the camera as they were making their way to Sweet Apple Acres. "There's no way our sister would ever do that!" Apple Bloom exclaimed. "She's an honest pony who would never do crimes, ever!"
"Eeyup. No comments," Big Mac said firmly as they entered the farmhouse before he slammed the door on them.
The footage shifted to then show Thunder's parents, with Bolt comforting Scrip as she cried. "Any comment about your son's offenses?" the reporter questioned as he moved close to them.
"Thunder would never do this!" Bolt said firmly. "And if he did, he had good reason… I hope," he muttered while looking away.
Thunder groaned from this. "You hope?! It wasn't me, Dad! It wasn't me!" he called as footage of him stealing a painting of Grimoire appeared, with the guards watching as he walked away.
"Thunder. Shh," Flash told him quietly as Thunder flopped down onto the table while Aqua rubbed him in comfort as the crowd turned to him.
"You believe them?" the male Abyssinian questioned. "They destroyed our village, act like they saved the place, and the go around doing as they please."
"Yeah. You're right," Flash replied with a nervous chuckle. "Ninja. Ugh, hate them so much."
"Maybe now is a good time to leave," Gaia whispered to the others.
"I second that," Spike muttered in agreement.
"The Ninja and the Council are at large," a stallion with a big mustache and a police hat said on screen. "They are armed and dangerous. And they know Spinjitzu. If you see them, do not approach. Call local law enforcement so that we can apprehend."
Frost then took out his phone and started dialing a number. "Hello, local law enforcement? We are the-" he tried to say before the others turned to him.
"Frost, what are you doing?!" Lloyd asked in shock.
"Are you trying to get us arrested?!" Rainbow questioned with a look.
"I am programmed to obey the law," Frost said in defense. "Not telling them our location would be a direct violation."
"We need to work on your programming later, Frost," Twilight muttered to him with a look before the crowd looked at them.
"Hey, aren't you-?" the male Abyssinian tried to asked when he got a closer look at the group.
"No, no. We're not the Ninja. We're the other group with a Nindroid, a ghost, a dragon, and six Alicorns-" he stammered as they all stood up as the crowd got closer to them as they backed away.
"Ah! Six on fourteen, at least we have them outnumbered," Trail said nervously.
"Not if you count the whole town, Hot Head!" Gaia told him without her fancy accent.
"Besides, we're not gonna fight them," Twilight told them. "Right now, it's us who look like the bad guys. If we fight them, it's only going to make it worse!"
"How are we supposed to defend ourselves?! Witty banter?!" Thunder asked in a panic.
"Statistically speaking, your banter tends to only get us into more trouble," Frost informed as they started running away from the village folk.
"I liked it better when they were fans!" Trail exclaimed as they continued to run. They then stopped when they saw he local police of the village as they all quickly run to the top roof and jumped from rooftop to rooftop as the Ninja did Airjitzu while Spike and the Mane Six flew over a gap to another building.
Thunder was about to follow, but stopped when he remembered Aqua can't do Airjitzu yet as he turned to her and offered his hoof with a smile. Aqua felt uncertain for a moment before she accepted his hoof and Thunder did Airjitzu as the two looked at each other with small smiles as they made it to the other side.
"Thanks for the help," Aqua thanked Thunder.
"I got a visual!" a police officer called as they looked down and saw the crowd still following.
"There's no time, come on!" Thunder called as continued to run over rooftops with yells before they landed on ground level before they saw more crowds coming.
"Seriously?! Don't they ever quit?!" Rainbow exclaimed in annoyance.
"There's nowhere to hide," Landrush cried out while Fluttershy looked nervous.
"I don't want to go to jail! It's scary!" Fluttershy whimpered as Rarity comfort her.
"There may be one place," Trail said as he then stepped forward a bit. "NINJA, GO!" As he did Spinjitzu while also using his powers to burn a hole on the ground, the others followed down before the crowd got to them.
"They're under the floorboards!" the male Abyssinian yelled out as he gestured to the cranes.
On the support beams of the floorboards, the Ninja, Mane Six, and Spike are jumping to pillar and pillar as they stopped when a flashlight shined down as they stay out of sight and continued onward before Lloyd spoke through the communicator. "Mom, we're in a bit of a jam!"
"We saw the news and me and Luna are on route," Misako said as she and Luna are steering the Harmony Bounty to Stiix.
"Looks like you ponies have gone from famous to infamous," Luna said as she gave a serious look. "I left my daughter with Discord, Sombra and Radiant, to watch over her with Hope when it happened since we had a feeling this would be dangerous."
"And we'll never find out who did this to us unless we get out of here," Twilight added as Luna and Misako went up to full speed.
Back in Stiix, the crowd are still searching for the Ninja. "I can hear them over here!" a stallion called while pointing down.
"Somecreature get on those cranes!" A unicorn yelled while pointing up to the cranes. "Let's find those Ninja!" The Ninja and the council continued to move until a crane claw crashed through the floorboards which really surprised them.
"I think I saw one right below us," a stallion said from up top as the heroes continued before another claw crashed down.
"Crane three. Down! Now!" he called as the third crane falls.
"Ten feet east. Now!" a third stallion called as another claw fell as the others gave a yelp.
"They have so many cranes!" Spike yelled as a hole was made at the bottom.
"Did we get them?" a male Abyssinian with glasses and a mustache questioned as they walked over to hole as the crane retracted.
"Can you see them?" a hippogriff asked the officer, who shook his head in response.
On the claw, the Ninja and the Council managed to get on the top of the claw without the creatures noticing as Landrush looked ahead. "Look!" he called with a smile as the others turned and saw the Harmony Bounty coming.
"The Bounty!" Pinkie cheered.
"Ha! Home, sweet home!" Trail praised before they saw a bunch of police stallions catching up to the bounty.
"I think you spoke too soon, Trail," Flash muttered.
"Take her down!" an officer called as they all fired grabbles at the Bounty, keeping it in place as Misako and Luna looked on in shock.
"Oh, no! Ugh!" Misako called as she tried to move the Bounty away.
"We should've flown a little higher," Luna muttered, seeing that they were caught.
"They got the Bounty!" Twilight cried in worry.
"That's not good," Spike muttered.
"Lower all the cranes and check them out!" the commissioner from the news called as the Ninja and Council looked down and saw him before the cranes started lowering. "Those fruit-colored bozos could be hiding anywhere."
"And this is even worse," Fluttershy squeaked.
"We need to split up!" Lloyd said with determination.
"Split up?! But we're all in this together!" Landrush reminded him.
"We have a better chance of getting out of here if we split up," Lloyd explained.
"He's right. We're too big of a group to make it out of here," Twilight said in agreement. "We have a better chance if we go in small."
"Nothing good comes when we're split up!" Thunder argued. "That's when bad things happen. Chen's Island, Yang's Temple, Morro's possession, and even in Chima! All bad things!"
"We have no other choice!" Lloyd called seriously. "We have to go!"
"We'll meet up when it's safe!" Flash added.
"Now!" they all shouted before they all jumped in separate directions off the crane as it lowered to the ground.
"This one's empty sir," an Abyssinian said.
"I hate them fruit-colored Ninja and Council," a dragon muttered in annoyance as an officer came up to the commissioner.
"We didn't catch the Ninja or the Council, commissioner," one of the officers said in shame.
"We will," the commissioner replied with a determined look. "Oh, we will."
At the Domu Library, Wu and Celestia are looking at the book that held a picture of the Teapot of Tyrahn and a scribble of a Djinn. "You think this is the one, Wu?" Celestia asked.
"This has to be, Tia," Wu said as he read the inscription. "'Be careful what you wish for.' Hmm…" he read while stroking his beard.
"A wish?" Celestia repeated while looking at the book before her eyes widen at what it means. "Oh dear. Is that…?"
"I'm afraid so," Wu said seriously before the two looked around in worry before an orange smoke appeared as they turned and saw Nadakhan and Charm coming out from behind a bookshelf.
"Did somebody say 'wish'?" Nadakhan asked with a smirk.
"I think they did," Charm said with a smirk. "Hello, Wu and Celestia. It's been a long time…" she added before she gave a sinister laugh with Nadakhan.
