In the TV station, Dareth was with the group that rescued the Ninja and the Council from Tiger Widow Island while wearing sunglasses. "I wish I could tell you the mission is gonna be simple. It's not." Dareth said dramatically.
The Ninja and the Council then looked at him in confusion. "Uh, yeah, it is." Landrush said to him. "In case no one told you, we got what we needed to stop Nadakhan on the island." He reminded him.
"Landrush's right. After we go up there to save Thunder, we take care of business." Flash pointed out. "Simple."
"And when you fly your fancy elemental dragon forms up there, just how long do you think the 11 of you are gonna last against an entire crew of Sky Pirates?" Dareth questioned them.
"Then we get all the help we need and hit them hard with brute force." Aqua said to them. "The Commissioner said we'd have his department and the royal guards at our disposal."
Just then the Commissioner, Cadance, and Shining Armor came in with some of the police force and the royal guards as well as Captain Celaeno and her crew, Wish Star, Shar-ra and some other genies, the Young Six, Rivet, the Serpentine Kids, Nyx and Cozy. "You have my department and the royal guards at your disposal." The Commissioner repeated.
"Just say the word and we go up to rescue Thunder." Shining Armor said to them.
"Then the word is, 'Goodbye'." Dareth told them. "As in, goodbye to Thunder when they see us all coming. No, this mission is not simple. But it's not impossible. Not without the help of a little magic. Movie magic." He declared as Flim and Flam came up with a board. "Flim, Flam, the floor is yours."
"Oh, no, nonono!" Gaia quickly said while waving her hooves. "We are not going to make a plan that involves movies! Not with all of Equestria and Thunder at risk, Dareth!"
"Well, do you have a better idea?" Dareth asked Gaia. She was going to say something before she realized she didn't have one. "I didn't think so."
"Okay, so what do you guys got?" Flash questioned the three.
"Well as you know, those Sky Pirates won't let a single aircraft anywhere near the place they're calling Djinnestria." Flim started as he used his magic to draw a aircraft being taken down by a cannonball on the board. "But, what if we went up there in one of their own ships?"
"What are you talking about?" Twilight asked before Flam pulled out the message from Thunder.
"Well, we've noticed that the message Thunder wrote on is actually a blueprint of one of their ships. A Raid Zeppelin." He said as he showed off the blueprints to them.
"So we suggest we use a little movie magic to recreate one of their ships so you can blend into their fleet." Flim continued.
"Then, after Rarity disguises you as Sky Pirates and Captain Celaeno and her crew teaches you their dialect to pass undetected." Flam added.
"Arr, ye matey." Lloyd spoke up with a terrible voice acting as a pirate. "We be becoming pirates." He said as he did a pirate laugh as the others looked at him strangely.
"Uh, no offense, darling, but that was a terrible voice acting." Rarity said with a cringe look.
"Yeah, that was just not right." Spike added with a brow.
Smolder cleared her throat with a brow. "Terrible." She said through her cough.
"Okay, uh, thinking on the fly." Flam said to his brother. "The light one can't do dialects."
"The mute Sky Pirate." Flim suggested.
"Yeah, that's it!" Flam said as he rolled up the blueprints. "Next, after we get you close enough…"
"Landrush, the ghost ninja, sneaks aboard Misfortune's Keep, to poison Nadakhan with the Tiger Widow venom and trap him." Flam said.
"Wait a minute, I thought the venom could only slow him down." Pinkie said in confusion.
"Yeah, so how do we trap him if we don't have the teapot that Charm and Grimoire released him from?" Applejack questioned.
Flim then spoke up. "Uh, okay, uh, just spit-balling here." He said.
"Leave that to one of us." Shar-ra spoke up while gesturing to some of her people. "I helped trapped him inside a brass metal object before, I can do it again. So I can teach them how to do it."
"Quick question, does it have to be brass metal?" Coal asked her.
"Yup, it's basically the only metal object that both Genie and Djinn magic can't affect." Wish Star told him.
"So, we just needed a brass metal object and used it to trap Nadakhan inside." Sandbar spoke up. "But quick question, where are we gonna get a brass object around this crisis?"
"It can be anything, a lamp, teapot, or even something else that acts as a container." Shar-ra told them. "Trust me, Salt-Beak had trouble finding the right one to trap Nadakhan in the teapot the first time."
"We'll pick one later. Right now, we need to also get Nadakhan's sword." Flash spoke up. "From what we got from what Shar-ra said, Nadakhan gets more powerful from his Djinn Blade, which apparently held our friends and the other Elemental Masters trapped inside, right?"
"That is correct." Shar-ra nodded before she got an idea. "Maybe if we get our hands on the Djinn Blade, we could trap Nadakhan inside. Even a Djinn or Genie can't escape its powers as well."
"Terrific, this is the plan?" Ronin spoke up as it sounded like he was complaining. "You're sending them up there without any real idea of what they may find or what they are up against, and your whole answer is movie magic, along with the mortal enemy of Djinns?"
"So maybe we haven't figured everything out." Dareth admitted with a smile. "We're all under deadlines, you know. I know it's a stretch, but this is by far the best bad idea we have. For every hour we waste, another piece of Equestria goes missing. If we wait any longer, I don't know how much more of a home we have left to save. This is the plan, creatures. Unless any of you have any better ideas, I suggest we get working."
"Okay, fine. But Twilight, the girls, and Spike stay here." Flash said firmly.
"What?" Twilight asked in shock, "But Flash, you and the others need us!"
"Look, I'm not saying we don't, but if we all get captured and this plan goes south, we need somepony down on the ground to protect what's left of Equestria. And we already lost half of our team, I can't let you or the remaining council get captured as well." Flash said to her.
Twilight looked at him with the thought as she knew he was right. "Okay, but promise me that you'll come back." She told him with a pleading look.
"I promise." Flash replied before Celaeno walked up to them.
"If you're going to pretend to be pirates, you should at least know the pirate code." She told them with a firm look. "We may not obey the rules, but we pirates live by a code."
"Okay, then what is the code?" Aqua asked in wonder. "Because we're not all pirate experts. And Rainbow's not here to sing it to a song this time."
"I'm just saying, if any of you are in a pickle and your lives are at risk, all you need to do is just say parlay." Celaeno told them.
"Par-What?" Landrush asked.
"Parlay." Celaeno repeated. "It means a discussion, conference to a truce to the pirate world. Nadakhan may be a trickster, but even he can't resist a pirate code. Once you invoke the right of parlay, you can't be harmed until the demands are met."
"Huh, makes me wish we knew that when we first met." Twilight mentioned. "Okay everyone, let's get to work!"
Then the others are putting together the Raid Zeppelin with Rivet giving the right components while also setting up a sail. "No, to the right!" A police stallion called to the stallion moving a piece of wood, but he knocked a guard down. "No, the other right." He said as he was then smack by the wood next.
Applejack and Landrush then placed the thruster of the balloon on the zeppelin while the others yelped a bit.
Celaeno was then in front of the five remaining Ninja. "Okay, ponies, let's do this one more time." Celaeno said to them while doing a movement. "Ahoy. Aye. Landlubber." She said.
"Ahoy. Aye. Landlubber." The Ninja repeated while Lloyd kept quiet.
Later, Lloyd was getting measured by Rarity for his pirate outfit as he had a little smile on his face. "What be a pirate's favorite letter?" He asked Rarity with his terrible pirate accent.
"Lloyd, darling. Please." Rarity said with a cringe look. "Mute pirates don't speak." She said as Lloyd frowned.
A mare is showing a group of creatures where Yang's Temple is. "And here we have Yang's Haunted Temple." She said before they saw a crater where the temple was. "Scratch that. I mean used to have." She corrected herself.
The crowd then muttered a filly looked up. "Look!" She called as they all looked up and saw Yang's temple being floated up into the clouds as the crowd gasped in shock as they took videos and pictures.
The mare then shrugged. "Mmm. Oh the bright side, at least the rest of the real estate should go up." She said as they watched Yang's temple floated up towards the sky.
Yang's temple then floated up to new Djinnestria, which has more islands and some of the structures were made into a more ancient time similar to Nadakhan's old homeworld. On Misfortune's Keep, Nadakhan watched the progress while holding his Djinn Blade as Dogshank came up, pulling Yang's temple with a rope on a Raid Zeppelin.
"Should I junk the temple for scrap?" Dogshank asked.
"No. Keep it." Nadakhan said to her. "I rather like the look of it. I could always use a temple." He said with a chuckle. "But clean it up. It's filthy." He ordered as Dogshank nodded and moved the zeppelin to the temple and fired a water hose that was washing on the temple, which Yang's ghostly students saw and avoided the water as Yang exited the temple.
"This is my temple! I hold power over it!" Yang threatened as Nadakhan sighed.
"And take care of those pesky ghosts while you're at it. They are so last year." Nadakhan said tiredly, waving his fingers.
Dogshank nodded before she and the hose right at Yang. Yang saw it coming as he screamed and quickly ran back into his Temple. "Hurry! This way!" Yang said to his students as they went off to avoid getting splash.
"Word of advice, don't go in there when it's night time." Charm told Nadakhan. "Even Djinns can be cursed at times."
"Oh, do not worry. I will make sure to counteract that curse." Nadakhan assured. "No ghost can outmatch me with the blade." He said while holding the Djinn Blade.
"Sorry to bother you, captain, but we've seemed to have recruited some landlubbers." Flintlock spoke up as he walked up and gestured to two earth pony stallions. "They want to help you in your endeavors."
"So, you both want to be pirates, do you?" Nadakhan asked the two with a brow. "What is your name?"
"Shoes Squeak, Captain. And might I add-" Shoes was about to say before Nadakhan scoffed.
"What sort of a pirate name is that?" Nadakhan questioned. "From here on out, you'll be Anchor. And what say your name be?" He questioned the second stallion.
"It's, uh, Anchor, captain." The second stallion replied, which surprised Nadakhan.
"Awkward." Charm whispered.
"Ugh! Fine. Whatever." Nadakhan said in embarrassment. "You're Squiffy and you're, I don't know. Bucko." He said as he turned to Flintlock. "Get these two clowns out of here. I'm trying to build a world." He whispered.
"Aye, aye. And don't worry, Captain." Flintlock said as he gestured Squiffy and Bucko away. "With more help, we'll have Djinnestria up and running soon enough." He said as he walked off.
"Yes, it will be." Nadakhan said while he and Charm looked at the temple being washed. "And when the last ninja is mine and I marry the mare, I'll have all the wishes I want, and nothing will be able to stop me." He said to Charm.
"Huh? Were you talking to me, Ca-Ca-Captain?" Clancee spoke up from the distance, which surprised the two.
"No, Clancee! I was talking to Charm!" Nadakhan called out. "Now get back to work!"
"Yes, Captain!" Clancee spoke up while flying a Zeppelin.
"Speaking of which, you still have one wish left. I have a feeling you don't want to wish it all away, but it is something far more than that." Nadakhan told Charm.
"Well, I'm saving my final wish for a very special moment." Charm explained. "You know, waiting for that golden opportunity before the grand finale."
"Mm, you are clever." Nadakhan said with a smirk. "I know Clancee never made his wishes, but you saving your last one is pretty clever."
"So I heard." Charm said with a smile. "Though, we must be on our guard. Knowing the Ninja and Council, they might be staging a rescue to save the Master of Lightning. I know from experience." She said before turning to Nadakhan. "Speaking of, how's our little guest after that round of Scrap N' Tap?" She asked with a smirk.
"I will have my men keep an eye out for them." Nadakhan replied before he looked at Charm. "And as for the lightning one, we should let him rest, say have a Scrap N' Tap at sundown?"
"Sounds good to me." Charm said with a smirk as the two shared a laugh.
Underneath an island, the Ninja, as well as Shar-ra and Wish Star, are on their Zeppelin desigues as Sky Pirates as they floated towards Djinnestria. "Alright. We're getting close to Nadakhan's ship." Shar-ra said with a serious tone.
"You have the venom, Landrush?" Lloyd asked before he corrected himself. "I mean, Black Blood?"
"Sure do, but aren't you supposed to keep quiet, Mutt the Mute?" Landrush teased with a smile while holding the venom.
"You must not speak at all, darling." Gaia said with chuckles.
"Don't waste an ounce of that stuff." Aqua said firmly. "We may only have one shot here." She said before she looked at Misfortune's Keep in concern. "I don't like this. I don't like this at all."
"What's wrong, Aqua?" Flash asked. "I've never seen you so afraid."
"I just hope Thunder is all right." Aqua replied. "It's been so long. We don't know if he's even-"
"Don't even say it. He'll be okay." Wish assured Aqua as she disguised herself as a rat. "But, do you think your friend here will give us away?" She asked Flash as she pointed to the eagle on his back next to her.
"Yeah, I don't think the Sky Pirates even have Golden Stardust Eagles around." Flash said before gesturing to his friend. "You better go hide somewhere on one of the islands buddy. I'll whistle for you to come." He said as the creature nodded and flew off to one of the floating islands. "And besides, we already lost too many of us. We're not going to lose him too."
"Be ready, Landrush, we're coming up on the ship." Gaia told him as they were getting closer.
"I'll bring her in close." Aqua said as Landrush climbed up to the balloon and tried to grab the tail end of the ship, but missed.
"Go!" Lloyd called as Landrush quickly jumped and grabbed hold of the tail end, but he lost his grip on the venom and quickly grabbed it. He and the others sighed in relief as Landrush then climbed aboard to the lower deck.
But once he did, he saw Monkey Wrench chattering around as he quickly turned invisible as Monkey Wrench searched the area, but a barrel tripped, which got his attention. He walked off while the oil spilled before hoofprints were seen from Landrush.
On the top deck, Landrush sneakily took Doubloon's keys and went into the cabin area.
Landrush then made his way inside Nadakhan's quarters as he looked at Nadakhan's teapot and a vial with purple mixture as he placed the venom on the table and tried to open another vial up. "Landrush…" He heard Thunder's voice before he turned and saw him on the floor in slight pain and exhaustion. "Is that you?"
"Thunder!" Landrush called in relief as he placed the venom down. "You're okay!" He said in joy as he rushed up to him and noticed Thunder's eyepatch. "What happened to your eye?"
"Why-Why are you dressed like a pirate?" Thunder asked while using his one good eye to see Landrush's costume.
"Don't worry about that." Landrush said to him with a smile and brought out a key. "Our friends are nearby. We're gonna get you out of here." He said as he removed the vengestone ball and chain from Thunder's hind hoof and helped him up as Thunder sighed in relief.
"Boy, am I glad to see you." Thunder said to him as he leaned on Landrush. "Landrush, I'm sorry about keeping stuff from you and the others. I should've told you that…"
"And I should have been a better friend." Landrush quickly told Thunder with a sincere look. "Don't worry about it. Save your strength. We can laugh about this when it's all behind us."
"Behind you." Thunder whispered harshly when they heard someone was coming.
Landrush gasped. "Quick, hide in there." He said as he pushed Thunder in a closet and was about to be invisible, but he saw the ball and chain as he quickly picked it up and moved it under Nadakhan's bed and hid beside it. Nadakhan entered his room and went to his desk as Landrush realized something. "Ugh! I forgot to pour the venom." He whispered.
Nadakhan turned to his bed and only saw nothing as he looked at his teapot. "We're out of Fiddlehead cider! Make sure someone plunders a new case for me!" He called out as Flintlock went to him.
"Aye, aye, Captain." Flintlock nodded. "You may need a cloak. It may be cold and really windy outside this fine evening."
"Good idea." Nadakhan nodded as he floated towards his closet Thunder was hiding, which he got nervous as did Landrush, but the ship tilted to the side. Nadakhan lost his balance a bit before he turned and saw Thunder's ball and chain rolling from under his bed. "Our prisoner's escaped! Search the ship!" He yelled as he floated out of his room.
"Aye, aye, Captain! We won't let him get away!" Flintlock promised as he rushed off.
Landrush rushed to Thunder and got him out of the closet. "We better get out of here, and fast." Landrush said as the two ninjas rushed out of the room, leaving the venom behind.
Meanwhile, Gaia was pacing around the zeppelin as they were waiting for Landrush to get back. "What is taking him so long?" She questioned with a worried tone.
"Don't ask me. I'm not supposed to talk." Lloyd said.
"Trying to find Thunder and pouring the venom can be tricky." Flash told Gaia. "Just stay calm, Gaia. Landrush will pull it off."
"That's where the other zeppelin is." They heard an unfamiliar voice say before Clancee dropped down. "Oh, hiding away so the new b-blood can steal a break, huh?" He asked before he laughed at them. "Don't worry. I won't tell. What be your names?"
"Uh, the name be Wind Blew." Flash spoke up with his pirate accent. "This here be Scalawag and Da Lsy." He pointed at Aqua and Gaia before gesturing to Lloyd. "And this here will be Mutt the Mute."
"Well listen here, Wind, Scalawag, Da Lsy, and Mutt, because I'm only gonna tell you once how things g-g-go around here." Clancee spoke up as the others raised a brow. "At the top of the ladder, you got Nadakhan, your captain. After him, it's Flintlock and I suppose Charm, pretty surprised how quickly she rose up to be honest. Then Doubloon. Oh wait, no no, hold on. It's, uh, D-D-Dogshank. Then Doubloon, Monkey Wrench, me." The disguised ninjas looked at each other with confusion as he went on. "And way down at the bottom of the ladder is you four. So if you ever want to rise up that ladder, you got to first step on me. Oh, no, wait a minute, that does not sound right."
Lloyd noticed Aqua's mustache then tilted a bit. "Only everyone higher ranked steps all over me, so why would they? Ahem, maybe I got it all upside down." He said while Lloyd is gesturing to Aqua about her mustache, but the others didn't get it. "Anyway, careful using the word 'wish' around the captain. It's tempting, but w-w-wishes aren't free. And don't ever bring up the word 'Genie' either, he hates them to the b-b-bone." He said while Wish Star and Shar-ra, who are invisible, glared at Clancee. "And I never used my wishes. But why would I? A pirate's life is great!"
"Ahem. Mustache." Lloyd whispered as Aqua quickly adjusted her mustache.
"Hey!" Clancee called out when he turned to them before pointing at Lloyd. "Y-Y-You talked. I thought you were mute."
"Aye. It be a miracle! Arrr!" Lloyd called with his poor pirate accent as the others cringed.
"They say ye be born with no tongue, but look at that, there it is." Gaia said with a sheepish smile.
"All hands, keep an eye out for anything suspicious. The prisoner has escaped." Flintlock spoke through the speakers as the Ninja smiled, hearing that Landrush found Thunder before Clancee turned to them.
"Hey…" Clancee started as the others flinched nervously. "...what are you waiting for? You heard your orders. Be on the lookout." He said as he walked off while the others sigh in relief. "And we'll be needing a new name for you, Mutt the Mute." He pointed to Lloyd. "How about Mutt the Miracle?" He suggested as the others nodded as Clancee walked off.
"Uh, sounds great." Lloyd spoke up. "Love the idea!" He added as they both sigh in relief.
"That was close." Flash said in relief as he went up to the wheel. "We have to be ready when they get here."
"Tell me about it." Aqua said in agreement as Flash moved the Zeppelin to another location.
Landrush and Thunder carefully snuck their way around misfortune's keep as they made their way to the lower deck. Landrush however stopped when he realized something. "The venom." He said with realization. "I forgot to pour the venom again and it's back at the Captain's Quarters."
"You left it?!" Thunder questioned him. "But we can't go back for it."
"And we can't go on without it. It's too important." Landrush said as he then thought of a plan. "I'll tell you where Flash, Lloyd, Aqua, and Gaia are. You can fly to them-"
"I can't spark up my dragon form." Thunder said to him. "I've been scrubbing the ship every waking moment and been fighting a pirate wrestling by force that cost me my eye." He said while rubbing his eye patch.
"Wait, there they are!" Landrush called out as he saw a familiar zeppelin flying by. "Follow me." He said as the two ponies then did Airjitzu as they landed on the Zeppelin, but they then saw Nadakhan crew there and not the others as the pirates laughed at them. "Uh-oh. I think we may have jumped on the wrong ship." He said nervously.
They then turned and saw Nadakhan and the other half of his crew holding their friends captured and over the deck.
Soon, most of the Ninja were put in the brig except for Aqua, along with Wish Star and Shar-ra. "Well, it worked out so far up until that point." Gaia mentioned with a shrug as Landrush was trying to break the ball and chain off of his back hoof. "Landy, it's vengestone, remember? You can't ghost through it and your super strength won't work anymore."
"Landrush, you said you left the venom in his quarters?" Lloyd asked the earth ninja.
"Yeah. Well, hopefully Aqua can get to it." Landrush hoped.
"How can she when she doesn't even know it's there?" Wish questioned.
"Flash, can't you make a wish with your genie and get us out?" Thunder asked him.
"Won't work." Shar-ra spoke up. "Vengestone works on us Genies just as well."
"Oh, I don't like Aqua being alone with that silky-voiced seducer." Thunder said with a glare. "If he lays on hand on her, I-"
"Don't worry, Thunder." Flash said while placing a hoof on Thunder's shoulder. "We won't let that happen."
"I hope so, because if he takes her hoof in marriage well on his land, he'll reach his true potential, becoming king of his land and we'll all be hooped he has infinite wishes!" Thunder complained with a panic tone.
"How do you know about infinite wishes?" Shar-ra asked him with a brow.
"Nadakhan told me during my time here as the scrubber." Thunder explained.
"He'll be unstoppable if gets them!" Wish exclaimed in panic. "Plus, you're the queen of the Genies, Shar-ra. So you both will be evenly matched. Or outmatched considering he has his family sword."
"Wait, you have infinite wishes already?" Thunder asked.
"Yes. I don't use them unless necessary." Shar-ra said. "And now won't be good since Nadakhan isn't considered a threat right now."
"But then his crew will be expandable if Nadakhan gets that power." Lloyd said. "Maybe we can convince them to-"
"Already tried. They wouldn't believe me. And I got the scars to prove it." Thunder said to them while gesturing to his eye patch as he sighed. "Thanks for trying to save me, but maybe it would've been better if you never came." He said in shame.
"Hey, we may not have our elemental powers or magic, but we're not without hope." Flash spoke up to them.
"Yeah, between the four of us and Aqua, we have 16 wishes that-" Lloyd tried to say.
"Wishes?!" Thunder questioned. "You wanna think that through? Making wishes is why we're up here." He pointed out.
"Yeah, and when Nadakhan turns your wishes against you, you'll beg for him to wish it away and that will make him more powerful." Wish added. "Even if you are specific with your words, he'll still find a way to make you wish it away with your third one."
"They're right, we have to find a way out of this without making any wishes." Flash agreed. "Things may be bad, but they can still get worse."
"Okay, no wishes. Only as a last resort." Lloyd said to them.
Gaia sighed as they looked up. "I hope Aqua's faring better than we are." She said.
Speaking of Aqua, she was sitting in the Captain's Quarters as she looked around the food that was placed in front of her, which is mostly sweets. "Please, indulge yourself." Nadakhan said as he appeared on his chair. "Charm made the best desserts. Fresh from the oven."
"I lost my appetite." Aqua said with her head up. "Never had much of a sweet tooth. Especially when it comes to food made by Charm."
"Well, being stuck aboard a ship with filthy pirates, you learn to crave the finer things in life." Nadakhan said with a chuckle. "In time, you will see." He said while eating a piece of a cake piece roll.
"In time, you'll be sorry." Aqua said with a look before Nadakhan poofed away before going to a window where he looked at Yang's temple in the window view.
"I understand you don't like me," Nadakhan started as he appeared in front of Aqua, who glared at him. "And Thunder has made it crystal clear you think for yourself. Well, I like that. Let me offer you this: marry me, and I save your friends."
"How am I expected to trust you when all you do is twist words around to gain more power?!" Aqua questioned as she looked away from him. "I know a better deal. Free them, and I'll think about it."
This only made him chuckle as he looked towards her with a sinister grin. "I thought you might say that."
Later, the ninja and the two Genies were brought out of the brick as a plank was being set up over the edge of the ship. "Take them out of the hole. Prepare the plank." He said as Aqua rushed in and tried to save them, but Dogshank and Charm held her back.
"You wouldn't dare!" Aqua snapped.
"I make the orders around here." Nadakhan said to her. "The sooner you learn that, the smoother it will go."
"If you hurt any of them, you can forget about any deal!" Aqua called out.
"Then agree to marry him right now and it will be over without your friends being hurt." Charm told her with a grin.
"Do not marry him, Aqua!" Shar-ra shouted. "He'll get infinite wishes if you do!"
"The black one goes first." Nadakhan said as he pushed Landrush forward to the plank as his ball and chain was dragged down as Landrush lost his balance as he saw nothing but ocean down there.
"Landy!" Gaia cried out as she tried to rush to him, but a pirate kept her from doing it.
"I will ask you again, Aqua. Give me your hand and they live." Nadakhan said while the skeleton on his ship moved as he looked at it and saw it stood still as he floated towards Aqua. "I remind you, below us is nothing but ocean. And what does water do?" He taunted as Landrush whimpered while holding onto his ball and chain to keep him from falling.
"Aqua, you can't!" Lloyd called out to her.
"I don't get it, we should be pushing her off with them." Flintlock spoke up. "You said that all that matters is Djinnestria, not her."
"Quiet, you hairy-lipped fool." Nadakhan snapped at his first mate. "Or should there be one more walking that plank?" He questioned as he pushed Flintlock over to Landrush. "Push him over!"
Landrush looked around as there was nowhere to go and he couldn't use his powers with a ball and chain on him. But then he thought about what Celanceo told him as he was trying to remember that one word she said. "Par-Parlay. Parlay!" He called out which made the Pirates stop and looked at him.
"What are you waiting for?!" Charm asked them. "Push him over!"
"He invoked Parlay, Charm. We pirates know the code. It seems he wants to discuss about something." Dogshank said.
"Let him up, and let him speak his demands." Nadakhan ordered with a displeased look.
"Can't I at least make a wish before I go over?" Landrush asked, which got Nadakhan's attention.
"No, Landrush, no wishing!" Thunder called out.
"What do you wish?" Nadakhan asked him.
"I wish…" Landrush started.
"Landrush! Don't do it!" Flash exclaimed.
"I wish vengestone didn't stop our powers and magic, but made them stronger!" Landrush called, which surprised Nadakhan as he snapped his fingers as orange dust circled around Landrush and his vengestone ball. "Ahaha! I can't believe that worked!" He cheered.
"If he's within earshot, he has to grant the wish!" Lloyd called out as he, Flash, and Thunder felt their powers returning and getting stronger by the second.
"Get them you fools!" Charm yelled as a Sky Pirate tried to attack Landrush, but he jumped away and knocked Flintlock back as the Ninja and two Genies circled each other while readying their powers as Aqua flipped Dogshank over.
"I wish someone told me we were gonna use wishes." Aqua said as she went to the others.
"Your wish is yours to keep." Nadakhan said with a smile, which made Aqua realizes she used her first wish.
"Aqua, don't waste them!" Gaia called out as she knocked a few pirates back. "We each only get three with him!"
"Careful not to waste wishes! That's two down and fourteen left!" Lloyd called as they used their powers to knock the Sky Pirates back.
"Remember the rules! You can't wish for love, death, revival, or more wishes!" Landrush added.
The two Genies used their magic now that they were getting stronger to make some of the Pirates into chickens with just a snap of their fingers. They then used their magic to get their balls and chains off of them as they felt their magic becoming too powerful. "Uh Master, I believe your friend's wish just makes both magic and elemental powers too powerful!" Wish called out as Flash and the others felt their powers becoming uncontrollable.
"No kidding!" Flash shouted as they could barely control their powers.
"I can't control it!" Thunder called as their powers got out of control. "No, I knew this was a bad idea, but nopony listens!"
"Then I wish that Vengstone never existed!" Gaia shouted.
"You're wish is yours to keep." Nadakhan said as the vengestone ball and chains then vanished from their hooves.
"Well, at least we don't have to worry about vengestones anymore." Flash said with optimistic.
"I ain't afraid to shoot you where you stand." Flintlock said as he aimed his gun at them.
"I wish you were a lousy shot!" Lloyd shouted.
"I never miss." Flintlock said as he fired his gun, which Aqua and Gaia screamed, but his bullet just rolled towards Lloyd's feet, which got everyone, even the Sky Pirates, to look surprised by this. "I said, I never miss!" He shouted while looking at Nadakhan, who just shrugged his shoulders. Flintlock then fired multiple bullets, but not getting a target as his bullets bounced around.
"Will you stop firing or you're going to put a hole in all of us!" Charm called out before Thunder dodge an attack from one of the Pirates holding a weapon. Flintlock only glared as he was about to put his gun away, only for him to accidentally shoot his foot and yelled out in pain.
"And would everyone stop wishing! Nothing good is gonna come to this!" Thunder shouted as he dodged the attacks. "You know, it's unfair that they have weapons and we don't!" He complained.
"Then how about this: I wish you guys had your Elemental blades before they were destroyed!" Lloyd called out.
"Grrr, your wish is yours to keep." Nadakhan said as he reluctantly granted Lloyd's second wish. Flash, Thunder, Gaia, and Landrush then suddenly had their Elemental Blades during the battle against the Stone Army as they used them to fight back.
"Oh yeah, I missed these babies!" Landrush called as they then channeled their powers into the blades and shot them at the Sky Pirates.
"I suggest fighting fire with fire, or should I say elemental power with elemental power!" Charm quickly suggested to Nadakhan.
"On it!" Nadakhan said as he brought out his Djinn Blade, which glowed icey blue as it smashed into the ground, which freezes the ice on the floor as they all slipped.
"It's not fair, he's fighting us with our friend's power!" Landrush called before he had an idea. "I got it! I wish he didn't have that sword!" He called as Nadakhan felt his Djinn Blade shake in his grip, which it went flying before Flintlock caught it.
"Your blade, Captain." Flintlock said as he gave the blade back to Nadakhan.
"Well, you got what you wished for, boulder brain!" Thunder shouted at Landrush.
"Remember, words matter!" Shar-ra called out. "You have to be specified with your words or they'll be gray areas for him to find! Don't be just firing off wishes from the hip like that!"
"That's nine left for you all!" Wish Star called as she and Shar-ra blasted some more Sky Pirates.
"Okay, then we just need to be wiser with our words when using these wishes!" Gaia called out as she got an idea.
"Not wiser, quieter!" Thunder shouted. "No more wishes!"
"Oh yeah, then maybe this will help!" Gaia replied as she kicked a few Pirates back while also trying to get balance on the ice. "I wish I was wise like our Sensei Wu!" She called out as orange dust appeared around her as she then stood straight before she opened her eyes full of wisdom and determination.
"Ah, clever mare." Nadakhan said in surprise as Gaia stepped on some buckets and used them as skates as she punched and kicked some Sky Pirates away.
"Any ideas?!" Flash called out as he used his blade to push a few Pirates back. "Because there's too many of them!"
"Right! We're overthinking this!" Landrush said in agreement. "Why hasn't anypony just said, 'I wish us all out of here'?!" He called as orange dust formed around him.
Nadakhan then gasped as he saw the ship tilting. "No. You fool!" He called as everyone then started falling from the ship as they were sliding down.
"We really need to start listening to me!" Thunder screamed.
"Not the best idea, Landrush!" Flash yelled next.
"Make it stop!" Charm called to Nadakhan, who was sliding down as well.
"He can't! Landrush wished us all out of here!" Shar-ra cried out as she, Wish Star, and Nadakhan floated up.
"We told you to be specific with your words!" Wish shouted at Landrush as each of them was holding on to the ship to not fall off it.
"The venom!" Thunder shouted as he saw the vial falling towards them as he quickly got it in his hind hooves and held it.
"Now I really wish you didn't say it, Landrush!" Aqua called out.
"I heard that, your wish is yours to keep!" Nadakhan quickly granted her wish as Aqua gasped.
"And that's another one wasted!" Flash shouted. "You really aren't very good at this!"
"Yeah, I really wish you made smarter wishes, Aqua!" Lloyd called out before he realized he wasted his last wish. "Okay, that one is on me!"
"It's yours to keep!" Nadakhan called out.
"Uh guys!" Gaia called out with a worried tone as she noticed her reflection on the ice as she looked like she was aging. "I think my wish isn't just making me wiser, it's making me older!"
"He wants you to wish it away! Don't do it!" Shar-ra called out to Gaia.
"Well, unless someone wishes for something quick, we're all gonna fall!" Landrush called out. "And don't look at me and Lloyd, we don't have any left!"
"And I can't make my wishes with Nadakhan there, even if I tried, I still held the contract with Wish Star through the ring!" Flash called out as Aqua and Landrush then fell over as the others followed.
"Well thanks to Lloyd's wish, I know something to wish for to save us all!" Aqua called out as she looked down at the clouds before they all lost their grip and started to fall. "I wish clouds were for all creatures to land on!" She called as she and Landrush landed on the clouds, which they bounced on.
They looked up and saw the others and the rest of the Sky Pirates screaming as they all landed on the clouds and bounced on them like trampolines as Thunder gave a relief laugh. "Would you look at that!" He cheered before Flintlock and the other Sky Pirates then started attacking them while bouncing.
Flash quickly bounced off of his cloud when one of the Pirates tried to get him before he used his blade to blow the pirate off. Gaia quickly bounced off of her cloud to make a couple of pirates bounce away before she landed in front of her friends and they saw how old she had gotten thanks to her wish.
"Gaia!" Landrush called as he and the others rushed up to her as he held her hooves. "What's happening to you?!" He asked in concern.
"Don't worry about me, darling." Gaia said as her voice was a bit more shaky. "Not counting Flash, Thunder and I have one wish left, and I'm not gonna use it to save myself."
"But you'll continue to get decrepit! And you already sound like an old mare and at the age of Granny Smith used to be!" Thunder said. "Let me use my last wish to save you!"
"Or let me get Wish Star and Shar-ra to heal you!" Flash pleaded.
"Flash, Thunder, the wise thing to do is to save them." Gaia said to the two ninjas. "I see beyond the now. You both will need it."
"For when?" Both Flash and Thunder asked.
"For when it's said from the heart." Gaia said while placing a hoof to her chest.
"Said from the heart?! Hearts don't talk!" Thunder cried out.
"It's a metaphor, Thunder!" Flash pointed out before they got surrounded by the Sky Pirates.
"Listen to me, both of you." Gaia told Flash and Thunder. "Flash, I want you to use your wishes to protect Twilight and the remaining council members, along with the rest of Equestria. And Thunder, remember to save your last wish until it is said from the heart."
"But what about you?!" Flash asked as Nadakhan flew up towards them with his Djinn Blade.
"You think you can use your wishes to stop me?" Nadakhan questioned as he flew towards them.
"Nadakhan, I wish I had a sword!" Gaia quickly called out before a sword appeared in her other hoof. "You're wrong! I know our wishes will stop you, Nadakhan, just not today." She declared before she stabbed the cloud Thunder, Aqua, and Flash were standing on.
The air was released as the three ninjas then fell from the clouds with yells. "Thunder! Flash! Aqua!" Lloyd called out as Shar-ra and Wish Star followed.
"Don't worry, together, those three along the others will save us all!" Gaia called.
Flash then took flight as Wish Star and Shar-ra, along with his Eagle, flew towards him as they saw Aqua and Thunder falling. "Guys!" He called as he flew after them as the two screamed.
"Aqua!" Thunder screamed while waving his hooves.
"We have to create our dragon forms!" Aqua called out to Thunder.
"I don't have enough energy! I'm not strong enough!" Thunder cried out in panic.
"Then we'll be strong together! Hold onto me!" Aqua called as she and Thunder flew towards each other and held hooves as they spun around. Then they smiled at each other as their powers then started combining as they were then placed in a water sphere surrounded by lightning. Soon the sphere formed a dragon made out of both water and lightning as both Aqua and Thunder were holding each other from within it.
"Thunder? Aqua?" Flash asked as he, Shar-ra and Wish Star looked in awe as the water/electric dragon hybrid flew up to them with a roar.
"Ha! It's two dragons in one!" Thunder called out inside the dragon hybrid as it gave a roar.
"I guess water and electricity do mix!" Aqua called next as Thunder gave a cheerful laugh.
"Wow. That's something you don't see everyday." Wish Star commented.
"Then we better fly out of here before the Sky Pirates get on our tail!" Flash called as he focused his powers and went into his dragon form. "Shar-ra, Wish Star, hop on!" He called as the two genies held onto Flash as he and the hybrid dragon flew off.
Meanwhile, the other three saw what happened as Gaia had a proud smile. "Why would you do that, Gaia?!" Landrush asked her. "You wasted a wish!"
"No, Landy. I save the very last ones. Thunder and Flash wishes." Gaia told him with a smile on her face before she glared at the Sky Pirates. "We used up all of our wishes, Nadakhan, you can no longer control us!" She told Nadakhan.
"Yeah, now you can't make us wish it all away!" Lloyd added with a determined look.
"You're right." Charm said to them. "He can't make you wish it all away. But he can make him!" She called as he pointed to Clancee, who yelped and flinched. "You still have all three of your wishes. Use one of them and make them go away into your Captain's sword!"
"Do it, Clancee!" Nadakhan said to his scrubber.
Clancee then whimpered. "Oh, I don't know, C-Cap-" He tried to say nervously as the Cloud he was standing on was shrinking.
"Do it! Or I will cast you away." Nadakhan warned as he aimed his sword and hook at Clancee as he whimpered.
"I w-w-w-wish…" Clancee started as Landrush and Lloyd gave nervous expressions while Gaia kept her brave face.
"DO IT NOW!" Both Charm and Nadakhan yelled.
"I wish them away!" Clancee cried as orange dust appeared around him as he covered his eyes.
Landrush then saw himself losing his ghost glow briefly and in solid form as he turned to Gaia and Lloyd, the latter looking at his hands nervously while Gaia kept calm. "W-What's happening?!" Landrush cried.
"What is supposed to happen." Gaia said calmly as she, Landrush, and Gaia started floating before Lloyd first became a light speck.
"Whoa!" Lloyd screamed as Landrush was next, and then Gaia as they floated around and entered the Djinn Blade as Nadakhan exclaimed as he felt their energy surging through him before some Zeppelins circled around the crew.
Each of his crew members got on one of the zeppelins before he stopped Flintlock from getting on. "You're not coming with us unless you catch the mare back!" He told Flintlock with a demanding look. "Now go! And make sure no harm comes to her, unless it comes back to you tenfold!" He ordered as he disappeared.
With Flash, Aqua, Thunder, Wish Star and Shar-ra, they flew their way back to Equestria before Wish Star saw something above them. "Watch out!" She called as an explosive barrel came down on them as they avoided it before it exploded.
On a raider jet, Flintlock was onboard while giving chase. "Aye, aye, Captain. A pirate's promise. No harm will come to her!" He said as he armed the blasters at them and started firing at them. "A pirate's promise." He sarcastically said as he gave a laugh.
But as soon as they made it to the mainland of Equestria, Flintlock stopped firing when he saw Twilight, Applejack, Pinkie, Spike, and Rarity with their friends and an army of police and royal guards with them. "Huh?" Flintlock asked in surprise.
"Fire!" The remaining Mane Six yelled as everyone then fired missiles and catapult boulders at Flintlock, who tried his best to avoid getting hit.
"Ugh! Ninja! Council!" Flintlock screamed in rage as he avoided the attack and had no choice but to retreat.
Soon the two dragons flew down to the remaining Mane Six before they reverted back to Flash, Thunder and Aqua. Twilight quickly ran up and hugged Flash as she was happy to see him. "I'm so glad you're back." She said with tears in her eyes.
"Hey, where are Lloyd, Landrush, and Gaia?" Applejack asked as Thunder lookee to them.
"They came to rescue me, and-" Thunder started sadly. "And now they're all gone. Everyone's gone."
This made the others gasp, realizing what Thunder meant, having a feeling that Nadakhan got to them. "Oh, no." Spike muttered grimly.
"Look, we may have failed to poison the Djinn, but at least we're still here." Flash spoke up with a determined look. "And you heard what Gaia told us. She saw beyond today so it had to happen like this. She wanted me to use my wishes to protect Twilight and the council, as well as Equestria. And she wanted you to save your last wish from when it is said from the heart."
"But now he's coming after Aqua." Thunder said in concern. "When will it be enough? When will it end? I-I can't stand losing anymore."
"We won't have to, as long as we stick together." Twilight assured him as they all gave a comforting smile towards him. "For now, let's head back to Canterlot and come up with a plan."
"Let's just hope by the time we see Nadakhan again, we figure out what the reason Gaia saved us is, Thunder." Aqua added with a smile.
"We will defeat Nadakhan and rescue the others from the sword one day, but when we do, we'll be ready." Applejack said with determination.
"But for now, we find somewhere else to hide once we head to Canterlot. They'll be coming for us." Rarity said to them.
"No, only Aqua and Thunder." Flash corrected. "He wants to marry Aqua to gain infinite wishes, wishes that have no rules or setbacks. As long as she is away from him, Nadakhan won't get what he wants. So Thunder, it's up to you to protect her until we stop him."
"I will." Thunder said with determination. "Let's go and come up with a plan." He said as the police and their friends cheered for them, Nadakhan may have gotten stronger and they lost three more of their friends, but at least they rescued Thunder, got the venom and got Aqua away from Nadakhan, which gives them a chance.
