"Wh-What?"
Frieza laughed.
"That's right, monkey. Did you honestly think that I wouldn't try to match your super saiyan form with a power of my own? And this power will put any super saiyan to shame."
"...Hmph. you're bluffing."
"Oh, am I?"
Frieza then began powering up, a huge Golden aura engulfing the tyrant. As his power began to rise rapidly, Trunks's expression quickly went from confident to concerned. The future saiyan tried to rush at Frieza to stop him from transforming, but he was blown back by the sheer power radiating from Frieza's aura.
As soon as Trunks regained his bearings, he saw to his utter horror, a transformed Frieza. Frieza was now a few inches taller, and all of the white on his skin had been replaced with a glittering gold. His brow ridges were also now visibly pronounced and the gems on his stomach, arms and legs had shrunk. Frieza smugly told the astounded saiyan king,
"This is Golden Frieza. I hope you understand that you have no chance of winning this."
Trunks gritted his teeth and rushed Frieza at full speed…only to his punch tanked with little effort.
"I already told you monkey…YOU'VE LOST!!!"
Frieza then kicked Trunks in the face, sending him flying to the ground. Upon seeing this, Raditz yelled,
"The king is down! Someone make a power ball!"
The weakest mid-class saiyans quickly created power balls and threw them into the air. With cries of,
"Burst open and mix!"
The saiyans fully activated the power balls, and within moments, all of the saiyans except Goku had transformed into Oozarus. The saiyans who could go super saiyan then did so, becoming GOlden Oozarus. Frieza smirked, arrogantly proclaiming to the saiyans,
"Golden monkeys are still monkeys!"
Angered by this insult, the saiyans charged at the tyrant, who before anyone could even react blitzed the Oozarus and knocked them to the ground faster than anyone could perceive. The saiyans were all left down and struggling to get up, but Vegeta defiantly proclaimed,
"Frieza…a single saiyan might be nothing to you…but together…WE CAN CONQUER AN ENTIRE UNIVERSE!"
He turned to the other saiyans and yelled,
"Everyone, attack him at the same time!"
Desperate, the saiyans all obeyed the prince, firing mouth blasts at the same time at Frieza. A huge explosion resounded as the mouth blasts impacted Frieza, forming a huge smoke cloud. The saiyans anxiously waited to see if they had killed Frieza, when several death beams suddenly destroyed the false moons.
The saiyans all reverted to their base forms, and watched in horror as Frieza floated above them, completely undamaged. He proclaimed to the saiyans,
"What did I tell you, monkeys? Your powers are pathetic compared to mine. I'll take the greatest of joys in slowly squeezing the life out of you all with my bare hands."
Goku then attempted to charge at Frieza out of desperation, but was slapped aside by Frieza's tail. Frieza then asked,
"Any more volunteers?"
The saiyans were all frozen with terror, not believing the power that was on display. Vegeta muttered,
"Damn it all…we really stood no chance after all…"
Suddenly, Trunks awoke and yelled to the saiyans,
"My subjects! 5 of you must form around Goku and pour your energy into him!"
The saiyans were all confused by this request, and one responded,
"My leige…why?"
"The Lord spoke to me in a dream while I was unconscious. He said that the only way to win was if a ritual was performed on Goku. Please, do it!"
Trusting in the word of the lord, 5 saiyans flew around Goku in a circle. These saiyans were Broly, Turles, Onio, Tarble, and the older saiyan Tora. The 5 saiyans quickly poured their energy into Goku, and their hair all flickered up into super saiyan hair. Even Goku, who didn't have the form. But that wasn't the biggest surprise since all of the saiyans suddenly began to glow with a mystical blue flame.
As the flame surrounded all of them, Goku suddenly saw visions of the Earth, the galaxy, and a mysterious red saiyan. The blue flame then consolidated around Goku as he rose into the air. Once he was high enough, he was engulfed by a huge blue light that was so bright, everyone on the battlefield had to cover their eyes.
Once the light cleared, Goku emerged from the flames looking much different. He was slimmer, his hair was red, and his body was engulfed by a red aura. Shocked and confused, Frieza asked Goku,
"What is that?...WHAT IS THAT?!"
Goku looked at his hands in shock and replied,
"I…don't know…"
Trunks then proclaimed from the sidelines,
"The stories call that form Super Saiyan God, but that name is disrespectful to the one true God. So, we shall call it…Super Saiyan Angel!"
Goku, hearing this name, assumed a fighting stance. Frieza chuckled and did the same. Goku told the evil tyrant,
"To be honest, I'm excited to test this kind of power. And you seem like the perfect guy to test it on."
"Hmph. we'll see how excited you are to face me after I rip you limb from limb."
After a few moments of silence, the 2 fighters then charged at each other, colliding fists and causing shockwaves all throughout Namek. They then started radipdly tradings fists faster than anyone on the battlefield could see. Not even Trunks could keep up with the speeds on display.
Goku then punched Frieza in the face, with Frieza responding with a tailswipe that knocked Goku back by 15 feet. The tyrant then fired a series of Death Beams which Goku swiftly dodged, and he then hit Frieza with a titanic uppercut. He then spun around and kicked Frieza in the face, then flying in front of him and punching him in the gut. The tyrant coughed up blood and staggered back, Goku shooting him a cold glare.
Enraged, Frieza attempted to backhand the hero, but his hand was grabbed and twisted until it broke. The tyrant screamed in agony and held his broken hand as Goku coldly stared at him. Enraged, Frieza fired an energy blast at Goku, who didn't have time to react before he was blasted into a nearby Namekian mountain.
Frieza then rushed at him and began punching him through several mountains with his one hand. After flying through 4 mountains, Goku managed to dodge Frieza's punch and kicked him away. He then flew behind Frieza and kicked him to the ground, flying after him again and punching him to the ground over and over again, causing Frieza to bounce on the ground like a trampoline.
After the final punch, Frieza managed to grab Goku with his tail and began attempting to choke him. Goku struggled to get out of Frieza's tail grip, and eventually just bit his tail. Frieza screamed and yelled,
"You bastard!"
He then spun around and kicked Goku in the face, then hitting him multiple more times before finally delivering a spin kick that sent Goku into the ground. Goku struggled to his feet and looked up just in time to dodge a downward kick from Frieza that left a massive crater in the ground. Goku thought to himself,
'If that hit, I would have been dead!'
Frieza then punched Goku in the gut, causing him to hack up blood. He then began beating Goku around and smashing him through even more mountains. Goku luckily managed to regain himself and charged at Frieza, the 2 forming into an armlock. The impact of their collision caused huge destructive shockwaves across Namek, destroying mountains and villages across the planet.
After a few seconds, Frieza smirked and kneed Goku in the gut and punched him in the face. He attempted to deliver a chop to the saiyan's neck with his broken hand, but Goku kicked him down and cupped his hands, chanting,
"Kaaaaaaa, meeeeeeee…."
A blue orb of light appeared in between Goku's palms.
"Haaaaaaaa, meeeeeee…."
Frieza recovered and began charging a massive death ball. As soon as it was ready, GOku screamed,
"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!"
His kamehameha fired out, and at the same time Frieza threw his death ball. The 2 energy attacks violently struggled against each other until exploding and leaving behind a huge smoke cloud. Out of the cloud emerged Goku and Frieza, both scuffed up. Goku told Frieza,
"Wow…your strong. But I won't give up!"
"This battle has only just begun, Monkey!"
The hero and villain then powered up and with a final burst, charged towards each other. Namek's fate would be decided once this battle was over…
