Chapter 9: Where There's a Witch, There's a Way:
A Tale of Two Witches:
The people of Grim Hills were panicking because of the giant pumpkin monster.
"Dr. Eggman, you're scaring everyone," says Witchmaster Fox.
"Just as I wanted," says Dr. Eggman.
Sally and Julie-Su then used Antoine's mummy wrapping to trip Dr. Eggman, causing him to fall and let go of Witchmaster Fox. Sally and Julie-Su then catch Witchmaster Fox.

Sally, Julie-Su, and Witchmaster Fox find a safe place.
"Witchmaster Fox, what are we going to do," asks Sally.
"If you two use the power of friendship, you are stronger than any giant monster," says Witchmaster Fox.
"Do you really think we can do it," asks Julie-Su.
"Where there's a witch..." Sally begins.
"There's a way," they all said.

Sonic and the others continue to try to fight Eggman, but there's no use.
. . .
Scar was still trying to think of a song, but then she hears something and takes a look. "A giant monster," asks Scar, "is he visiting from Japan?"
"Hey, Scar, what's-" Billie then takes a look. "Oh, my Ghoul! Dr. Eggman got tired of being seen as a joke, so he used Witchmaster Fox's wand to turn himself into a giant pumpkin monster and now he's going on a rampage!"
"You got that just by seeing the pumpkin monster," asks Scar.

Sally and Julie-Su then race to take down Dr. Eggman.
