Chapter 7: Love:
Chuck Cluck's Story:
It was a cold rainy night in Dimmsdale. The wind was howling like Dinkleberg when I backed over his foot with my car. I was dog tried, which was weird because my dog was man tried. But there was a mystery gnawing at my brain like a rabid coyote I had put in Dinkleburg's bed. It had to do with a kid, my kid... whoops! Wrong story!
. . .
Anyway, Rob and everyone had to fight against Mordred's forces. "Mary-An, will you marry me," asks Rob.
"Oh, yes, Darling," says Mary-An.
The fight was going on. One point, Zax took down some of Mordred's goons like it was a football game! The heroes then managed to leave!
. . .
After all this time, Rob and Mary-An are reunited.
Mary-An: Love
It seems like only yesterday
You were just a child at play
Now you're all grown up inside of me
Oh, how fast those moments flee
Once we watched a lazy world go by
Now the days seem to fly
Life is brief, but when it's gone
Love goes on and on
Love will live
Love will last
Love goes on and on and on
Once we watched a lazy world go by
Now the days seem to fly
Life is brief, but when it's gone
Love goes on and on!
To Be Continued
In the next chapter, the heroes celebrate.
