Title: I Know of a Way to Make You Feel Even Better

Draco was miserable, beyond miserable.

Spending the day at the beach with his fiance sounded like a wonderful way to spend his Saturday especially after the long week he had at the Ministry of Magic. It was, until when the sun became his enemy.

Now, Draco was standing in the middle of their bedroom in nothing but his boxers, his skin as red as tomatoes. Draco glanced at himself in the long mirror mounted on the wall. His once perfect pale skin was now covered in a raw, painful sunburn from hell. He moved his arm, frowning deeply at the sudden ache.

A deep painful throbbing sensation ran throughout his entire body; then his skin began to itch. It was as if he had millions of tiny insects crawling underneath his skin, clawing and biting in an effort to be free from their prison. Draco wanted nothing more than to run his nails across his body but he knew the resulting pain would be unbearable.

Draco placed his hands on top of his bed, feeling the skin on his back stretch over his body as if it shrunk. Draco regretted not using the sunscreen that Harry brought with them. Wizards weren't immune to the sun, they could get burned just as easily as Muggles. Draco thought he could handle the heat: now he was paying the price for his miscalculation.

Draco breathed slow and deep in hopes of controlling the burn when he heard his fiance enter the room.

"Alright face down on the bed," Harry instructed with a smug look on his face. He had warnedDraco he'd get burned, but Draco had been stubborn, insisting that he would be fine without the sunscreen.

Draco turned to see that Harry was carrying a large jar of green slime. Harry took the top off, the potion sticking to the lid, stretching a good six inches as it was pulled open.

"No…anything but that,'' Draco whined. He remembered having a sunburn as a child and his mother used that stuff on him and he hated it. It was like Bubotuber Pus, but this stuff was a lot stronger and a lot more sticky.

Harry made his way over to his lover. Draco was thankful Harry loved him despite his childish outbursts. He was a grown man that shouldn't have been whining about taking his potions.

"You want to feel better? I promise it will be over soon." Harry said gently as he helped Draco to lie face down on the bed. The sheer redness of his skin was likely shocking and the heat radiating from Draco was immense.

Draco couldn't help but to be hesitant as Harry helped him on the bed. After years of being with Harry he still wasn't used to a caring touch. His mom would care for him when he got ill but it was never with a loving hand. Harry was kind and gentle and made sure not to hurt him purposefully.

"Just close your eyes, sweetie," Harry spoke as he stuck his hand into the jar and pulled out a large scoop of the potion.

Draco did as instructed and waited. He couldn't help the small whimper that escaped once he felt the potion placed upon his back. He hated this; the consistency of thick wet mucus was disgusting. He stiffened and shoved his face into the blankets in hopes he wouldn't have to smell the rancid stuff.

Harry leaned down and lightly kissed Draco's neck as he rubbed the potion into his back in small circles, being careful not to press down on his sensitive skin.

"I'm not in the mood," Draco mumbled into the bed as he felt Harry nip at his earlobe a little, something he would normally love if he didn't feel like he was on fire.

"How about later tonight we take a cold shower together? '' Harry whispered into Draco's ear, earning himself a small moan from the man that he promised to marry.

"That does sound nice," Draco replied, allowing Harry to continue to rub the potion into his back, letting out a sigh in contentment once he no longer felt the burning.

"Told you, you'd feel better," Harry said as he leaned in again and kissed Draco on the right side of his neck as he slid his hands down, hooking his thumbs into the wristband of Draco's boxers and pulling them down slightly. "I know of a way to make you feel even better, '' Harry whispered.

Draco smiled as he turned a little and smiled at Harry. Maybe getting a sunburn wasn't the worst thing ever.
