Chapter 5: The Cemetary:
Nancy's POV:
I was at the cemetery, looking around. I just realized I didn't get specific directions. Then I saw the Thanksgiving Thief. They ran and I chased after them.
. . .
I then found this strange hole with all the stolen stuff in it. That's when the people that have been robbed show up. "I know this looks bad," I said.
. . .
"... and the Thanksgiving Thief is still out there," I said.
"Well, you need to catch them in a way that doesn't make you look-" My Dad begins.
"Like a criminal," I asked.
"I was going to say crazy," says my Dad.
"Dad, the Thanksgiving Thief isn't an ordinary thief."
"About that," says Sabrina, "I didn't find any ghost."
"Okay, well, whatever they are, I still have to catch them," I said, "I just have to figure out their next move..." Then I remembered what that man said about the parade. "They're going to strike the parade!"
"What do you think," asks my Dad, "the thief is going to steal a balloon?"
"I don't know," I said, "but I have to catch the thief!" I then ran out.
