Chapter 5: Jingwei:
Nancy's POV:
Every town has a place where the toughest crooks like to hang out and we found one in Hell. We then entered.
"Hey, maybe that bird girl knows something," says Shawn.
I then walked over to her. "Hey, Bird Girl," I said.
"My name is Jingwei!"
"Right," I said, "we have a problem..."
"You think you have problems," asks Jingwei, "I used to be human, but then I drowned, so I declared revenge and I will not stop until all the water on Earth has dried up!"
"And... how are you going to do that," I asked.
"By carrying a twig and a pebble to the Eastern Sea and filling it up with twigs and pebbles."
"That... sounds like it could take a really long while," I said.
"Just tell me what you want," says Jingwei.
"Do you know where Jídù hid Měilì de's coat of wings," I asked.
"And why should I tell you anything," asks Jingwei.
"George," I asked.
George then slams Jingwei's head on the table. "I'll tell you," says Jingwei.
. . .
We then walked to the hill where Jídù hid the coat of wings.
"I just know there's a trap," says Ned.
Then this giant black dog came. "Maybe he's friendly," says Shawn. The dog then breathes fire that almost hits us. "And maybe dragons will fly out of my shirt."
"It's the Huodou," says George.
The Huodou then came at us. We had to run.
"Why didn't we see this coming," asks Ned.
"If we don't do something soon, it will either eat us or barbecue us," says Bess.
The Huodou kept trying to catch us, but we kept dodging. I then had an idea. I ran past the paws and grabbed the coat of wings and I put it on and started to fly.
"She can fly," Shawn joked.
The Huodou tried to grab at me, but I got to its belly and started tickling it. The Huodou liked it and started laying on its back.
"How," asks Ned.
"We used to have a dog," says Shawn, "but then he ran away."
"Sure," I said, "now, let's go!"
Dong Yong's POV:
I was still trying to plan my escape, but then I saw the door breaking down. "Darling, you are going to be mine!"
