Chapter 5: Revelations:
Nancy's POV:
I woke up and Zauriel and I were trapped in some warehouse.
"This building was created to trap angels," says Asmodel, "can you believe humans think it's a warehouse?"
"So, it was you," says Zauriel.
"Why did you do it," I asked.
"Because Adam is an idiot," says Asmodel, "but under my command, the Exorcists can put an end to it all! I can lead them to Earth here and we can bring order to this world! We can ensure that none of the humans can ever have sinful thoughts! I've been watching this world for so long and I plan to make sure there can never again be a Lex Luthor or a Joker or a Cheetah! I can save it all!"
"You're mad," says Zauriel.
"People will notice we're missing," I said.
"Or they could think that you are still investigating," says Asmodel, "now, if you excuse me, I have a job to accept!" He then disappeared.
"Well, this isn't the best Easter," I said.
"We have to stop him," says Zauriel.
"If we can't get back to Heaven in time," I said, "I have some friends that could help!"
Asmodel's POV:
I was back in Heaven. I always felt I should have been picked over Adam. Now, my time has finally come.
"Asmodel, Adam and Lute are imprisoned," says the Avenger, "we are getting ready to send them down, but first, you are now leader of the Exorcists!"
"I accept," I said.
Nancy's POV:
Zauriel and I managed to get out of that. Lucky for me, I'm not an angel. We then saw it. "I don't believe it," I said, "of all the things that have attacked Riverdale, now we're being attacked by Angels!"
"What about your friends," asks Zauriel.
"Here they come," I said.
Members of the Justice League came, Superman, Supergirl, Batwoman, Flash, Martian Manhunter, White Canary, and Black Lightning. I guess they're the only ones available. Anyway, they're fighting against the Angels.
"Asmodel is mine," says Zauriel. He then flies off.
