Harri was sitting in the Leaky Cauldron, enjoying a Butterbeer after a long day at the Ministry. She needed something to steady herself before she went to visit her girlfriend's family at the Burrow for a special service and party. Then she felt a tap on her shoulder and turned around.

A stunning red-headed girl with lovely brown eyes was smiling at her, her cheeks red from alcohol.

"Hello, Cutie, come here often?"

Harri blinked in surprise. The girl was very drunk at three in the afternoon. She patted the seat next to her and the girl sat down with a giggle.

"Not that often. My partner wants us to avoid liquor." She said, gauging the reaction of the other girl. If she had noticed either hint, she did not seem to catch it.

The girl leaned in closer to her and Harri could smell fire whiskey on her breath.

"Do you have a boyfriend, cutie?"

"No, I have a girlfriend though." Harri said firmly.

"Oh? You should dump her for me!"

"Ginny, how many shots have you had today?"

Ginny, who indeed was the drunken girl, blinked her eyes. "I don't know. Ronda bright me here because I was sad. The date and all. And people kept buying me drinks and I felt happier with each drink…"

Ginny lay her head on Harri's shoulder and started to cry. "This is why we avoid alcohol, remember Gin?"

"I… I know. But… It's Fred's birthday…" She hiccupped and Harri reached over and wiped away her tears.

"I know, my love. I miss him too."

Ginny nodded and leaned up to kiss Harri but instead fainted and fell against her.

"Hannah does Ginny owe you all anything?"

Hannah shook her head. "All her drinks were paid for. Have a safe trip home, Harriet."

Harri, Harriet Potter, scooped up her partner and made for the exit. She would help her drink some potion to counter the alcohol before Fred's service and George's party. It was the second year since Fred's passing after all and the twins' birthday. She pushed some hair from Ginny's eyes, unable to blame her girlfriend for needing some help to get through this day. They went home to the Burrow together.
