On an early morning in the Kokaua Town Prison, two experiments make their way to the lobby led lead by Officer Kahiko.

Bonnie: Boy it sure is nice to get outta this dump again ain't it Clyde?

Clyde: Yeah, I wonder how many days we'll last this time.

Bonnie: Days? I'm goin for months, gettin real tired of this place y'know?

Officer Kahiko: I don't think that will be much a problem. Here, let's go fill out the paperwork.

They arrive at the lobby and are handed a few forms which they quickly fill out having done it many times before. Once finished, Officer Kahiko takes the paperwork and pulls out a pamphlet from his desk.

Officer Kahiko: I'd give you the possessions you had when you came in, unfortunately they belonged to someone else.

Bonnie: Heh, yeahhh... sorry bout that.

Officer Kahiko: However, this was brought in as a gift to be given to you on the day of your release.

Bonnie: What's this, Experiment Island? So they finally finished it huh?

Clyde: Experiment Island?

Bonnie: Yeah that island Yin and Yang were makin, looks like they turned it into a home for all the experiments.

Clyde: Ooh look, most of our cousins are there, I wouldn't mind living here.

Bonnie: Eh I dunno, I was kinda lookin forward to crashing at our usual spot.

Bonnie: Here ya go officer, we'll think about it but for now I think we're good. See ya around!

As Bonnie strolls towards the exit, Clyde takes the pamphlet and continues looking though it following Bonnie. The duo eventually make their way back to their old hideout and notice a few of their things are still there.

Bonnie: Well at least we still have a place to sit, wanna go "buy" some more furniture?

Clyde: Come on Bon we just got out, didn't you say you wanted it to be months this time?

Bonnie: Ugh, yeah you're right, maybe this place is bringin back ol memories of when we had it packed full of stuff.

Clyde: Well, we can always go to the island

Clyde says shaking the pamphlet at her, she rolls her eyes and gets up heading out the back door.

Bonnie: I'm gonna go and see what else has changed since we been locked up, this place betta stay empty when I get back.

Bonnie goes for a walk through town and notices none of her cousins seems to be around.

Bonnie: Guess they really did all move to that island. Welp, looks like me n Clyde got this place all to ourselves.

As Bonnie made her way through the town she noticed people seemed quieter than usual, most of them looking down at some sort of device she hadn't seen before.

Bonnie: Hmph, what's so great about those little gadgets of theirs, even the kids got em. I'll just nab one and see what all the fuss is about.

Suddenly Bonnie is reminded of Clyde telling her how she wanted to be out of prison for months.

Bonnie: Augh, come on Bonnie, are you gonna let some stupid programming get the best of ya. I'll show em I don't need to move to that island to stay outta the big house.

Suddenly Bonnie's stomach begins to growl

Bonnie: Man I could really use some grub right about now, and I smell somethin good.

Bonnie spots a food truck a block away and sees it's crowded with tourists.

Bonnie: Hmm, gettin some food for me and Clyde can't be a bad thing right? Sure stealing is bad but at least it's betta than starving to death.

She looks around and makes her way into the crowd and takes a wallet from someone's pocket and grabs a $20.

Bonnie: Here ya go sir, looks like you dropped this.

Man: Oh thank you miss, that's real kind of you, here you can go ahead of me.

Bonnie: Thanks, don't mention it. Just doin my part for the community.

Bonnie orders two Aloha burgers and some drinks then heads back to the hideout. When she arrives she notices a brand new bunk bed in the corner.

Bonnie: Clyde where did that come from?

Clyde: Oh, uh I found it near the dumpster and thought we could use it since we got a place to sit but nowhere to sleep. Where did you get that food?

Bonnie: Uh, someone dropped their wallet and when I returned it to him he gave me some money for food.

Clyde: Sure Bon. Ya know, I don't think we're gonna last a month like you said we would.

Bonnie: Just can it and eat your burger before I give you a knuckle sandwich.

They sat and ate their food, Clyde finishing his before Bonnie. Bonnie then goes to the restroom and when she came back the rest of her burger was gone.

Bonnie: Clyde what gives, you can't steal from your own flesh and blood.

Clyde: I was still hungry

Bonnie: *Sigh*. Look we gotta do a better job of not stealin things if we wanna live here and not jail.

Clyde: At least we got free food there. You know where else they have free fo...

Bonnie: Don't say the island! Watch we're gonna prove to everyone we don't need to go there to stay outta jail. We just gotta find our one true place.

Clyde: What if jail is our one true place?

Bonnie was shocked when she heard that and began thinking of places her and Clyde can belong. She then realized Lilo was never able to find a one true place for them.

Bonnie: I'm gonna go get some fresh air

Clyde: Be sure you come back empty handed

Bonnie opened the door and stood there for a sec thinking to herself before heading out again not saying a word.
