Chapter 13: The Cavalry Battle

The point system was simply from the last place 5 till to the first which was Ten million!

All eyes zeroed in on Izuku because if you managed to get his points it didn't matter if you were in last place in the first game, you could win!

Izuku got scared, even Michi stared at him in hunger and not the kind he wished for.

All wanted his points!

How should he survive the next round?!

As Izuku had his crisis, Midnight explained the rules for the cavalry battle.

In the cavalry battle, each team wears headbands with the total points of its members.

The goal is to grab other teams' headbands within fifteen minutes.

Stolen headbands must be worn from the neck up.

Even if a headband is stolen or a team falls, they are not out.

During the game, using Quirks is allowed, but intentionally trying to make others fall is not allowed and will result in immediate removal with a red card.

Midnight ended her explanation with: "Now, you have fifteen minutes to build your teams. Start!"

And so they did.

Before these two could really talk about what Izuku blurted out, Ochaco came towards them.

"Michi-Chan, Ares, Deku!", called their friend. " Let's be a team!"

"Are you sure Ochaco-Chan?", asked Michi, while Izuku hung from her arm crying tears of joy that another friend wanted to be in his team. "Mine and Izuku's points make us a primary target."

"If we run away the whole time, then you'll win, right?", guessed the brunette.

"I think you're overestimating me, Uraraka. If you and Michi made a team it would be better for you two.", told Izuku.

"Forget it, I'm not leaving you to the sharks.", made Michi clear.

Ochaco nodded along.

"It's better to team up with people you get along with!"

This made Izuku smile, he thanked the girls for being in his team.

Michi patted his head.

"We got this baby boy."

"Actually, I wanted to team up with you guys, too. For teams, it's best to be with people you can communicate with smoothly, right?"

The girls agreed.

"Your Quirk, Uraraka's Quirk and one other person I thought of a plan!"

Izuku turnend to Tenya.

Oh, the girls got it.

They followed after him as he called for the other boy.

Then Izuku explained his plan: "The three of us would be horses with Tenya in the front! And then, if we use Uraraka's Quirk to make Tenya and me lighter, we'd be able to manoeuvre easily. It's better to have someone physically strong as the rider, so Michi will be it. With Ares, she is the strongest of us and also a perfect shield to deflect attack."

"That's an awesome plan, Izu-Chan!", praised him Michi and Ochaco nodded along.

Only Tenya stayed still.

"I expected no less, Izuku, but I am afraid I have to refuse."

This shocked the other three, even Ares's big eyes got bigger.

"Oh, that weird person from back then.", remember Ochaco her first encounter with Mei.

"I don't know you, but let me use your position!", Mei told Izuku truthfully. "If I team up with you, then I'll inevitably become part of the team everyone's watching most, right? "Michi-Chan.", whispered Ochaco and pointed at Izuku and Mei. "Aren't you doing something against this?"

The salmon-haired girl crossed her arms and tilted her head.

"What do you mean, Ochaco-Chan."

"I mean, these two seem to get along a bit too much. You and Izuku belong together! Aren't you jealous?"

"Erm, no, because my relationship with Izuku is strong. I know he wouldn't betray me this way."

"So you are TOGETHER?!"

"No, we are best friends, but our love is strong. I know I love Izuku with my whole heart and want to be more, but he didn't show me he wants more."

Ochaco deadpannend at her.

"You need new glasses! Deku is so gone for you, you see it from outer space."

This made Michi blush.

"You think so?"

"I know so! We all see how you look at each other."

Her heart beat faster, as Michi looked at Izuku, who talked animatedly with Mei.

Before it really seemed like he made a declaration of love and now Ochaco said ANYONE practically saw how they were gone for each other...Should she make the first step finally?

"Push the button and see! You will be surprised."

Michi did as told and oh wow!

She had now a giant half of a scissor in her hands.

"How cool!", gasped Ochaco. "It fits with Ares perfectly."

"It's still a prototype, but my baby can do amazing things. It can cut to nearly anything and has a Decapitation Mode!"

"Decapitation Mode?!", shouted Michi, Izuku and Ochaco scarrd.

"I don't think I can use it. Killing someone will give us surely a red card.", added Michi sarcastically.

"No, no, no!", shook Mei her head. "I call it so but actually the blade just gets longer and well, cuts the clothes of the person you attack away."

Now the other three and Ares stared at her.

"Why?", they asked in chor.

Mei shrugged her shoulders.

"Why not? Think about it, even villains would feel embarrassed when they are butt naked so you can catch them better."

"Huh, that makes actually sense.", agreed Michi.

"You can't be serious!", shouted Ochaco.

Michi didn't listen and turned to Mei. "Can I use your Scissor Blade for this round? I think it's a good weapon and also a good shield."

"Of course, of course!"

After this was out of the world, the team, with the help of Mei, picked some more items that could help them in the cavalry battle.

Then it was time.

Present Mic gave the start signal for the cavalry battle.

Their formation was Izuku as the rider, Michi on the front, Ochaco left and Mei and the right.

"Guys, I'm counting on you!", told them Izuku.

All answered with a loud yes.

As expected everyone ran towards them to steal their points.

Izuku decided to run away, but one of the teams had someone who could make you sink into the earth, however, this was no problem.

Izuku used the Jetpack and they flow away.

Then Kyoka tried to attack them with her quirk, but Ares saw this, warned Michi and she struck them away with the Scissor Blade.

"I know with Ares 360 Grade visual no one could come near us!", celebrated Izuku. "Michi and Ares you guys are amazing!"

"Of course we are!", giggled Michi. "And Mei your blade is amazing!"

"Thank you!"

"We're landing.", warnend Ochaco.

Another strategy they used was to make everyone other than Uraraka weightless, so their weight is just Uraraka plus the equipment and clothes.

They started running.

"What do you think of my babies? Aren't they cute?", asked Mei, Izuku. "Cuteness can be made, you know."

"Excellent mobility! The babies are amazing, Hatsume!"

"We are getting company!", warned Ares.

It was Shoji, who seemed alone and the guys from class 1B who attacked them at the beginning.

"For now, let's get away again!", advised Michi.

They tried, but Ochaco was stuck.

Under her boot was one of Mineta's sticky balls!

It turned out Shoji protected Mineta with his arms, so he could shoot from there with his balls.

Well, that was sneaky!

Then a long tongue came out, Izuku could duck at the last moment and took the headband from the guys from class 1B.

Tsu was with Mineta and Shoji?!

Now they got attacked by a lot of sticky balls and a long tongue.

Izuku used the jetpack again to fly high and away from danger.

Out of nowhere, Bakugo came flying towards them, thankful Michi reacted fast and used the Scissor Blade as a shield from Bakugo's explosion.

They landed back on the ground and ran.

"Guys, I will try if I can push us all in the air again.", warned Michi. "Get ready!"

"Do your best Michi-Kun."

"Ares, you ready?"

"Let's go, whirlwind!"

Michi focused all her power on her legs and jumped high. Since all were holding onto each other, they flew too.

"We can only stay for a short time airborne before I have to jump again.", explained Michi.

"It's better than nothing.", reassured Izuku. "Just keep going Michi-Kun!"

Seven minutes were over and surprisingly their team from class 1A was the only one who did good.

It was because of the blond guy from 1B Monoma Neito who stole left and right handbands. He had also a nasty Quirk, after touching someone he could copy the Quirk of his enemy.

As they landed back again on earth and before Michi could catapult them back airborne Team Shoto was before them.

Uh-Oh!

It even got better as more teams joined to attack them.

Then Kaminari attacked with his electro quirk, thankful Michi jumped into the air at the right moment and they were safe.

"Awesome, Michi-Chan!", praised her Ochaco.

They heard and saw how Shoto froze all the shocked teams.

And then Izuku Jetpack died.

Also, Shoto's team came towards them.

"Okay, Ares, Thread Storm!", shouted Michi.

I wanted to use this new attack for later but we don't have a choice...

Threads shot out from Michi Ares's Supersuit and like a net felt on Shoto's Team.

To say they were surprised was an understatement.

Team Izuku used the time to run away as fast as they could.

However, thanks to all the ice Shoto had made they were now in a corner and Team Shoto came again after them.

The two teams formally danced around each other, trying to grab the headbands, but was it Michi with the Scissor Blade or a Creation of Momo, they couldn't reach the other.

Now one minute was left.

That's when Tenya used his Special Move Torque Over- Reciproburst.

They got so fast and stormed them.

Only Ares saw anything in slow motion.

"Michi you arm. Left!", he shouted.

Thankful Michi heard automatically of him.

She felt one headband in her hand, fast she put it between her breasts.

Better make Team Shoto believe they had won since they managed to get Izuku's headband.

Even with Michi gripping secretly a headband, she agreed to go after Shoto again, to take Izuku's headband back.

There she noted how Shoto nearly used his fireside because Izuku was attacking him there with One for All.

Izuku managed to grip another headband.

Hopefully, there were enough points for them in the headband she gripped before and the one Izuku took now.

Sadly Momo had switched places of the headbans, and Izuku's was only worth 70 points.

Time was now up!

Michi heard how Izuku started to cry.

He thought they lost.

"Guys, don't be disappointed.", she said and took out the headband from her boob window. "I gripped a hand band before Momo switched them!"

"What?!", screamed her team.

She showed them all the points.

615 points!

This means they were in place four!

The salmon-haired girl couldn't look as fast as Izuku and Ochaco embraced her, he crying, she shouting happily and Mei patting hard her shoulder.

"Michi-Kun you are amazing!"

"Michi-Chan, Michi-Chan, you can do what no one can!"

"Give your thanks Ares he saw it and told me to grab it."

"Yeah for Ares!"

"Ah, now you are making me blush kids."

Present Mic told them all they would now make an hour's break.

They needed a break from the action.

While Izuku and Ochaco celebrate their entering the final stage, Michi gives Mei the Scissor Blade back.

"That's an awesome baby, you have Mei. I had fun to use it."

But Mei grinned and gave it back to her.

"No, take it. I think it will be useful for you."

"What really?"

"Yeah, no problem Massaro-San!"

Smiling Michi turned the Scissor Blade small and put them between her breasts.

She had a feeling she would use them quite often in the future.
