Chapter 3: The Hulk escapes

As the Hulk charges at Captain America, his fist raised for a crushing blow, Thor tackles him from the side. The two titans roll into the streets, with the Hulk throwing wild punches as Thor ducks and weaves. Thor's eyes fill with electricity, and he twirls his hammer, summoning a burst of lightning that knocks the Hulk back. Captain America's shield flies through the air, striking the Hulk before bouncing back to Cap.

The Hulk roars and charges insanely fast at Thor, who meets the charge with a powerful strike to the jaw with his hammer. Hulk crashes to the ground, creating a massive crack. As he gets back up, Captain America dashes to find a hiding position. The Hulk lets out a deafening roar, but is suddenly hit by an energy blast from Iron Man's repulsors.

"He's strong," Thor remarked.

"Not just strong, Thor," responded Captain America.

"This brute's rage is unlike anything I've seen on Asgard," Thor said.

"No, that's not it," said Captain America.

"Then what is it?" Thor questioned.

"Let's head back to the helicarrier," Steve ordered.

A quinjet arrives, and all the Avengers board it.

The quinjet successfully lands on the Helicarrier, and Colonel Nick Fury is there waiting.

"What the hell was that, soldier?" Fury barks.

"We did the best we could, Colonel," Captain America reply.

"Did the best you could? You're a soldier, you follow orders!" Fury snaps.

Steve stays silent, his jaw clenched.

"Uh...Colonel Fury, I think what Cap is trying to say is—" Tony begins, but Colonel Nick Fury cuts them off.

Tony steps forward, taking a sip from his drink. "Colonel, let me explain the plan to capture the Hulk," he says, his voice calm and confident.

"I've been working on a few ideas. The key is to contain his strength without harming him. First, we need a distraction. Something to keep his attention away from us while we set up." says Tony

Steve asks "What kind of distraction are we talking about?"

Tony replies "Something big and loud. We could use some of my drones to create a diversion. While he's focused on them, we can deploy a containment unit."

Nick asks "What kind of containment unit?"

Tony replies "That's the tricky part. We need to lure him in. We could use some bait, something that would attract his attention and make him follow us."

Nick asks "What kind of bait?"

Tony Stark replies "Something he values or something that would provoke him. We could use a hologram of someone he cares about, or we could stage a mock threat to draw him in."

Steve remarks "That's risky, Tony. If he figures out it's a trick, it could make things worse."

Tony responds "I know, but it's a risk we have to take. Once he's inside the cage, we activate the energy fields to contain him."

Nick asks "And if he breaks out?"

Tony replies "We have a backup plan. We could use sedatives to calm him down, but we need to be careful with the dosage. Too much could harm him, too little won't work."

Steve shakes his head, but in agrees with Tony "Alright, let's do this. We'll need to coordinate closely and be ready for anything. Let's make sure we have all our bases covered." He says

Nick in an agreement "Agreed. Let's get to work. Time is of the essence."

Tony responds "I'll get the drones and the cage ready. Steve, you prepare the team for the operation. Nick, you handle the logistics and make sure we have everything we need."

Steve nodded "Understood. Let's move out." He says with command.

ALLEYWAY...

After a series of powerful leaps, the Hulk finally lands in a secluded alleyway, seeking a moment's respite. As he closes his eyes, the transformation begins, and Bruce Banner emerges, weary but relieved that the nightmare is over. Despite his intense emotional repression, his sole focus is to stay calm and never look back. Scanning the alley, he finds a tattered, filthy blanket and wraps it around himself, having no clothes to change into. As he settles down, Bruce struggles to process the overwhelming events that have transpired.

I... I don't know what happened... It's almost as if though my worst fear has come true..hmmm.. ah greeat it's raining. I don't remember much of what's happened, but whatever it is I hope I can find out what has happened to me?! Or even worse what have I become?!
