Note 1: This is my very first Harry Potter Fanfic please be kind to it... And I'm sorry if I made any mistakes and please don't compare the character's to the movies or books but other then that please review and let me know what you think of this story...

Note 2: Hermione Granger is Hermione Black and she's 4 years old and Sirius is in his 7th year in Hogwarts and in this story Sirius got blasted off his families tree 2 months before his 7th year started.

In this story Hermione has slightly curly black hair with bright silver grey eyes ( Her eyes are thing that always stands out about her and everyone always notices them first because of how bright they are )

Chapter: One

No One's POV

" I just need this one favor... This is all I'm asking! " Orion Black says crossing his arms over his chest with his normal scowl on his face

" This is a school for learning not a day care for young children Mr. Black " Albus Dumbledore says as calmly as possible that just made Orion scoff at him while shaking head

" And here I thought you helped those who need it... I guess I was right you only help those who you think is worth saving... And my daughter isn't worth it to you... " Orion angerly says

" Everyone is worth saving Mr. Black but I'm pretty sure you know someone who can look after your daughter while you take care of what ever... Business you need to take care of " Albus try's to calmly tell the very angry man in front of him

" Not with her " Orion angerly whispered

" I'm sorry Mr. Black but there has to be someone that can - "

" NOT. WITH. HER... "Orion yelled before taking a deep breath to calm his anger down a little bit "Everyone I know that can watch Hermione is also loyal to the woman that almost killed my kid so no... I will not leave her with anyone that can hurt her! " Orion added more calmly and Albus was about to say something when he heard a noise over by the couch, and saw the little girl starting to wake up while twitching a little.

" Daddy... " Hermione softly mumbles while sitting up slowly and then Orion walks over to the couch and kneels down to her height and softly says " What is it my little Mia "

" W-Where are we? " Hermione whispers softly so only Orion was able to hear her

" We're at Hogwarts... How are you feeling Mia? " Orion says/ asks while rubbing small circles on her back to make her more comfortable

" I hurt " Hermione softly whimpers

" Where are you hurting? "

" I hu-hurting every w-where again d-daddy " Hermione sniffles while scooting a little closer to Orion

" Okay... I got something for you to take " Orion says while he pulls out a small suit case from his inner pocket and then enlarged it and he grabs out a pain potion from the bag" Here drink this... It'll make you feel better " Orion says while holding the potion up for her to drink " Only take a couple of sips! " Orion softly adds and after Hermione drinks a couple of sips from the potion Orion, waits a couple of minutes for the potion to work. When he knows she not in any more pain he puts the bottle back into the bag and then shrinks it back down to a smaller size to put back in his inner pocket.

" Thank you daddy " Hermione says with a small smile then she holds her hands up and Orion picks her up and holds her close

" Your welcome my sweet girl " Orion softly says so only Hermione can hear him and then he walks back over to the Head Master's desk while Hermione lays her head on Orion's shoulder. " Can my sons watch her... Or not? " Orion says with a hard tone. After a couple of minutes Albus takes a deep breath " Okay... I will only allow this one time Orion... But this can't get in the way of their studies while they're in class I can personally watch Hermione until they finish the day out... Will that work for you? " Albus says/ asks in a calm tone

" If that's the only way for her to stay here then... That will work! " Orion says while looking at Hermione then back to Albus

" Did you want her to start staying here tonight? " Albus asks

" Yes "

" Which one of your sons do you want me to call in? " Albus asks while taking out his wand and after a couple of minutes of thinking who he wanted to take Hermione for the first night in the castle

" I want her with Sirius tonight "

Sirius's POV

" What do you think Dumbledore wants? " Prongs asks while flipping through a quidditch magazine

" Maybe you did something? " Wormtail nervously says

" Why am I the only one Dumbledore called for then? Shouldn't we all have been called in to see him? " I snapped at Peter while putting my last shoe on

" Sirius don't snap at him for asking an innocent question! " Moony scolded me with his normal glare he always give me when I snap at anyone

" Sorry Peter... " I mumble and then take a deep breath to calm myself down "Well I'm off to see what I did wrong " I say in my more joyful tone

" Well good luck with that " Prongs said in his normal joyful tone while I made my way to the common rooms portrait and down to the Head Masters office; Once I got in front of the Gargoyle's that lead to Dumbledore's office I said the password I was given. After a couple of seconds I went up the stairs and knocked on the door

" Come in Mr. Black "

When I opened the door I was extremely shocked and confused on what my father was doing here and I was even more confused as to why my baby sister was also here... Before I could ask what was happening and what they were doing here Hermione squeals a little with the biggest smile on her little face and that made me smile

" Siri " Hermione yelled with so much excitement that she started to wiggle in Fathers arm to be down. Once he put Hermione down she ran towards me so I kneeled down with my arms open wide and when she got close enough to me I scooped her up in a big bear hug. " I miss you Siri " Hermione sadly whispers

" I missed you so much Mia " I softly whispered while rubbing small circles on her little back and after a while I started to notice Hermione twitching every couple of seconds, and with this family I have a feeling I know what happened to her. So in order to keep my famous temper in check I tighten my hold on her so I can hold my baby sister a little bit closer to me... To some how protect her from the outside world.

" Sirius! " Father says a little too loudly making me guess that he's been calling my name a couple of times so when I looked over to where Father is standing " For the time being Hermione will be staying here with you and your brother while I take care of some things... Before she is able to go home again " Father adds with a blank expression

" But I was disowned in case you forgotten... What happened to never seeing any one of this family again? So why not just have Regulus watch Mia? " I ask with some anger in my voice looking straight at Father and when I felt Hermione jump a little at my tone I started rubbing small circles on her back to calm her down again.

" Your mother was the one to disown you not me... That woman has more support from everyone else in the family to do it cause they all think the same way... I wouldn't have done what she did to my own kid but she had more support then I did so there was nothing I could have done for you! " Father said with some anger in his voice and I had to take a deep breath before asking the question I have been wanting to know the second I felt Hermione twitch

" What happened to Mia? "

" A week ago I had a business meeting at the Ministry so I was basically gone almost all day and when I got back home I heard Mia screaming from up stairs and I ran as fast as I could and I saw... That woman pointing her wand at my little girl so I quickly disarmed her and knocked her out and I got Mia to St. Mungo's... I haven't left her side since that day but I need to take care of some things and I can't take Mia to those places and the only people I trust her with is you and Regulus " Father explained as best he could without giving to much away in front of Dumbledore cause we all know he can't come out and say Walburga uses the Cruciatus Curse on her kids when they misbehave or do the smallest thing wrong in her eyes. I had to look at Hermione peaceful face to know that she's okay and safe now and I was able to keep my anger in check so I don't scare her anymore then she probably already is.

" Did you bring her things with you? " I ask as calmly as possible

" I only brought her a night gown and a change of clothes for tomorrow I also packed her favorite book, blanket and that teddy bear she cant sleep without and I also brought the potions she gonna need until the twitching stops... There's only two potions she need to take a small amount of pain potion when ever she in major pain and a muscle relaxer that she needs to take once a day and I've been giving it to her a little before bed " Father says while getting a small suit case out of his pocket and enlarged it " I'll bring more of her things tomorrow "

" Don't forget to also bring more of her books and her coloring things too " I say and Father just nods and hands me the small case; After a couple of hours Father and Dumbledore explained while Regulus and I are in class Hermione would be with Dumbledore and while we're eating lunch she can sit with one of us and once we're back in class she back with Dumbledore until class's for the day is over. Then me or Regulus can pick her back up until the next day and start over again.

" I'll be back tomorrow afternoon to drop Mia's stuff off and to talk some more to both you and your brother... " Father says before taking Hermione back to give her a goodbye hug " You'll be good for daddy right? " Father softly whispers

" I be good... I promise daddy " Hermione says with a big smile

" Good girl... " Father said with a small smile and with last minute goodbyes Father gave Hermione back to me and then he made his way to Dumbledore big fire place and flooed back to 12 Grimmauld Place.

" Its getting late you should take your sister back to Gryffindor Common Room and get some sleep... " Dumbledore says with a kind smile

" Yes sir... " I say with a small smile and then I picked up the small suit case and made my way out of the Head Master's office and on our way to the Gryffindor Common Room Hermione rested her head on my shoulder and fell fast asleep.

Orion's POV

As I walked out of the fire place and into 12 Grimmauld Place it didn't feel right not having my little girl at my side. Ever since I saw Walburga use the Cruciatus Curse on Hermione I never felt comfortable enough to leave her side and right now I really don't like the feeling of not having her in my sight but I know she's some where safe and with someone I can trust to keep her safe and happy.

" Where's that little brat " Walburga sneered while glaring at me with her arms crossed over her chest and tapping her foot like she is expecting an answer from me and that just made me get even more annoyed

" Hermione is none of your business! " I said with so much anger in my voice

" The worthless brat is my... Kid so it is my business on where that spawn is... So you can tell me right now or I'll - " Walburga began to say with her normal sneer while waving her hands in different directions

" Or you'll what Walburga huh? You never wanted Hermione in the first place so why do you care where she is right now? Let me get something through that pathetic thick skull of yours - "

" Now you listen here - "

" Hermione has never been or will ever be your kid... Like I just said before Hermione's location is non of your damn business and it never will be... And as head of the House of Black... What I say goes! Do I make myself clear?" I say with so much anger that I was starting to shake and before she can say something else about my daughter and anger me even more I walked out of the library and down the hall to my personal office at least here I know that... Woman wont follow me and ask more questions that she doesn't have any right to know about; So I took a deep breath to calm myself down from all this rage so I can get started on how to bring my daughter back home and right now that has to be my main priority. I need to get rid of any and all threats to my daughter and right now the only threat to her safety I can think of right now is Walburga... In reality she's a threat to all my children and I need to start protecting them the right way even if everyone else in this family is against me. I will do what ever it takes to complete this mission and do right by all my children!
