Hey guys! We are back with another chapter of RWBY watches StarCraft 2! And we can now move on to the first mission I took after Mar Sara! Evacuation!
But first some stuff to talk about. First of all, I got lazy and two, my laptop got corrupted and I had to restart the damn thing. Good news is that I saved it into my cloud before the corruption happened. So, we are still good. Anyways, let's move on to the comments!
Update as of 20 June, my WFH is no longer in effect so expect the stories of mine to slow down. Uh sorry about that…
Zacker1590: Hmm… Interesting idea, but like I said multiple times before, it would be based on my gameplay of the story. But I could perhaps display the alternative choices Raynor could have chosen at the end of Wings. That could work and not disrupt the entire flow of the story. What do you think about it?

Guest 1: In RGQC's realm, there are no rules, only those created by the realm lords themselves. So, if he really wanted, the dead can be brought back to life with no issue. Not even the brother gods could do anything to those who were revived as realm lords like RGQC as they possess powers that are WAY TOO STRONG even for the gods. As for your suggestion to include that coward Lionheart, I don't know. I never liked that fool that betrayed his comrades and got himself killed because of it. But I'll think about it.
Snowballs FF: Yes, I agree with you. That's why Coco and her team would be joining our dear audience.
Guest 2: I did show that RGQC would implement what they miss into their heads like what he did for Robyn, Pietro, Roman and Neo. And similar to the question above, yes, team CFVY will be joining them.
Anonymous: Yea that would be interesting to show them that the Zerg do have different personalities. How they see things would be alien to everyone else like when Zagara pitied the Terrans as they lack a hivemind and believes sincerely that integrating them into the swarm would help them. And yea, CFVY will join us as well. Yea, I intend to include more villains into the story in the future. That will come.
Guest 3: Five times? Wow… I am flattered to know that there's people reading my work multiple times! Is it really that good? Anyways I'm getting distracted. The idea of Yang pestering QAI to reveal where the Mutalisk store their parasitic projectiles is actually funny and something that she would actually do now that I think about it. I'll keep it with me for a future chapter. Would definitely come in handy when I stop being so nervous about it.

Evacuation
It has been a day since RGQC gave everyone a break after their previous viewing. A couple of things had occurred during that time. For that day, breakfast was presented in a buffet that offered a wide selection of food. As expected, Nora immediately ran off towards one of the androids that was handling the pancakes. After that, it was lesson time much to the student's surprise. All of them were not aware that RGQC made a classroom for them and it does not help that the adults decided to keep it a secret. Though it isn't so bad as Qrow would be joining them. Assuming he is not drinking somewhere else.
Pietro and Penny were somewhere else, complementing all the info they had gathered from the shows and theorising together about the possibilities of such tech.
Robyn decided to join Glynda in teaching team RWBY and JNPR as since she is here, she might as well help out.
As for Roman and Neo? They were busy looking through RGQC's museum/collection of anything that interested him over the thousands of years. Legendary swords were on display, items that seemed to deftly logic and could only be created by magic, sickly glowing rocks that scream of danger and many many more all on display and seemingly without any security.
Both Neo and Torchwick being the thieves they are, decided to see if they could 'take' the items on display only for their hands to hit some sort of invisible wall.
"What? An invisible wall?" "Welp, I knew that RGQC wouldn't make it so easy to take it."
"Yes, Neo and Torchwick." RGQC said as both of them turned around to see RGQC just nonchalantly looking at them like he expected them to see them try.
"RGQC. Well, this is awkward." Torchwick spoke nervously.
"You can both relax, both of you are not going to get into trouble, besides, you would have to go through several layers of invisible metal walls just to get to the items unless you are a resident in my realm." RGQC explained as the two criminals relaxed. "I see you are interested in Excalibur." He said as he gazed upon the legendary sword of King Arthur.
"Excalibur huh? Interesting name, what is this sword?" Torchwick then asked as RGQC stuck his hand through the invisible wall as it rippled under his touch and pulled out the sword.
"This sword was wielded by a man who calls himself Arthur Pendragon. Or Altria Pendragon." RGQC explained as he held it with both hands so that both Neo and Torchwick could get a good look at it.
"Are those two siblings who wield this sword?" Neo then asked as RGQC gave an amused smile.
"Well… It's complicated as both are the same individual."
"What?" Both Neo and Torchwick could only say as RGQC let out a chuckle as the sword began to float back to its place on the display.
"Well in one timeline, the sword was wielded by Arthur. In another, Arthur was a woman and thus called Altria. Yet both wield this weapon as their own. And brought peace to their realm." RGQC explained.
"Right… different timelines. Thought that was fictional." Torchwick then spoke as RGQC continue to explain.
"Excalibur was a legendary sword in its own right. It was called the sword of promised victory. It was said that the sword was made from the wishes of all of mankind itself. It was also said that those who witness the sword's light would show them their deepest desire, their hope, their glory and honour. I have yet to see it myself."
"Huh… That's why both of us seemed attracted to it." Torchwick then spoke after the info dump by the realm lord.
"Yea. Also," RGQC said as a tablet appeared in his hand before handing it over to Torchwick. "Take this. This tablet can be used to give you some of the relevant data of whatever artifact or item in my collection. You just need to point the camera at the item you wish to know more about."
"Well thanks, I guess?"
"No problem. Just be sure to come at the appropriate time for our viewing." And with that RGQC vanished again to attend to other matters. Leaving the criminals behind to go and resume their exploration of the museum/collection.
4 hours later…
Everyone had gathered back into the theatre room as RGQC could be seen there sitting on his personal comfy chair.
"Ah, there you are, great timing by the way about 5 minutes earlier." RGQC said as he stood up to greet his guest.
"Hey RGQC! Where have you been this morning?" Ruby then asked.
"Well… if you are curious Ruby, I was deciding on who to come join us."
"You are planning to bring more people to come join us?" Blake then said.
"Yep. Speaking of which, you know them well." RGQC smiled as he rested his hand on his back as a portal appeared in front of the theatre as 8 individuals came out of it.
The first group that appeared out of the portal was everyone's favourite Fashionista, Coco followed by Velvet, then Fox and then finally Yatsuhashi. Said portal moved a few meters to the left before spitting out the second team that would be joining the audience. Another four more individuals fell out of the portal before it vanished into thin air.
The first of the second group to fall out was resident monkey Sun Wukong, followed by his buddy Neptune then Scarlet and finally Sage.
"Ah!" "Oof!" "Ow"
"Coco?!" "Velvet!?" "Sun?!" "Neptune!"
"Ow… What happened bun bun?" Coco was the first to speak as everyone else was surprised at those who just joined them.
"I-I don't know."
"Yatsuh?"
"Nope."
"Fox?"
"Nuh uh." Fox could only shrug as the next group started to speak.
"Ow… Sun, can you get off me?" Neptune could only ask his partner.
"Oh, sorry Neptune. No wonder it felt like I landed on someone."
"Where are we?" Sage then spoke as team SSSN got to their feet. As everyone else who were seated could only watch as RGQC smiled.
"Behind ya." RGQC said as the two teams turned around towards the voice.
"Hiya." RGQC said as he gave a lazy wave.
"Uh, hi?" Neptune was the first to speak.
"Yes hi, I know all eight of you have questions but lemme give ya an explanation of what is going on."
(After one explanation later…)
"So, you're telling me that you own this realm and you want us to watch this StarCraft?" Sun then spoke first.
"For a realm lord, I was expecting you to wear something more outstanding and not so... casual."
"Coco!"
RGQC however just let out a chuckle. "Trust me there are other realm lords that fit your expectations, and don't worry Velvet. I am not offended by it."
"R-Right." Velvet could only say back.
"Now then let me do this and you guys can join everyone else." He said as he snapped his fingers and like before, all eight of them had their eyes glow for a second before returning to normal.
"Wow that happened." Neptune spoke as he rubbed his head.
"Man, this is gonna be awesome!" Sun then says with confidence as Scarlet and Sage can't help but agree.
"Those Zerg are scary." Velvet then said as she shivered slightly from having the first 3 missions implanted into their heads.
"Don't worry about it Velv. It would be fine." Coco said with confidence.
"Well then you can all join your friends. Also, I will be joining you guys because I can. Oh. and emotion suppressor is activated so you won't have an awful experience from what QAI had told me yesterday." RGQC said as he walked to the side of the theatre and sat on his comfy chair.
"Take it away QAI." RGQC said as a cup filled with tea appeared in his hands.
[Affirmative.] QAI said.
"Robot?"
[Yes.] QAI answered Velvet's question as the screen lights up.
Hyperion Bridge
- 14 Minutes Later
…
"Starting us right after that mess huh?" Yang then spoke.
"Yup." RGQC said as he took a sip.
"There's no telling what the Zerg will throw against us this time. Sir, we need to make sure our hardware and munitions are up to the challenge." Matt said as the screen which was facing some of the crew members then panned toward him.
"Yeah, I'll check in with Swann down in the armory. Knowin' him, he's already got upgrades for us." Raynor responded back before Matt continued.
"I hate to ask, sir - but is there a reason that convict's still on my bridge?" Matt then whispers to his commander as he then looks towards Tychus as the screen cuts to him. Unfortunately for everyone, Tychus was standing in the middle of the room absently adjusting his Powered Armor's crotch plate.
Several of the more childish audience started to chuckle or laugh when they saw Tychus adjusting his crotch plate.
"Ok, I did not need to see him doing that." Coco then spoke. Though she cannot deny that that power armour sounds awesome.
"Welp, off to a great start huh?" Neptune then spoke.
"Yup" Sage then joined in.
"Easy, Matt. Tychus is one of my oldest friends. He helped me out of a real bind a few years back. I owe him." Raynor then defended his partner as he looked nostalgic. (I think?)
"He did?" Ruby then asked as several others looked at RGQC who was in the middle of drinking his tea."
"Yea he did. It is the reason why Tychus was sentenced to life sentence on ice. He held off 20 police officers to allow Raynor to escape there afterwards." RGQC explained.
"Heh, guess there is honour among thieves." Torchwick then joked as Neo joined in
"Sounds about right."
"Did RGQC invited those two guys?" Neptune then asked Weiss who shook her head.
"No. They happened to be taken here when the portal that took your team and CFVY was still unstable."
"Well your friend has a criminal record as long as…" Matt protested only for Raynor to interrupt him again.
"Mine? Believe me, if Tychus Findlay wanted me dead, I'd be dead already."
"I suppose it makes sense? I mean there were many times in which Tychus could have killed Raynor." Qrow then spoke with uncertainty before drinking again.
"Understood, sir." Matt acknowledged Raynor as he then turned to his buddy Tychus who was looking around.
"One helluva ship y'got here, Jimmy. How'd you get a hold of a floating palace like this?" Tychus then asked.
"Oh oh! Did he steal it?!"
"How does one steal a ship this big?" Weiss then asked.
"I guess they just found it somewhere?" Yang offered her theory.
"Where would they just find a random battlecruiser?" Blake then asked Yang who just shrugged it off.
"The Hyperion was Mengsk's flagship back in the day. Me and Matt decided to 'borrow' her when we parted company with him. This old baby's seen us through some tight spots." Raynor explained
Everyone could only stare at Nora who was cheering at how she was correct as RGQC was gigging in the corner. After all, QAI had informed him that Nora made a Lord of the Rings reference somehow.
"I swear Nora can predict a lot of stuff even when it sounds absurd." Pyrrha then spoke first.
"Because I'm the best!" Nora then yells out.
"Speaking of tight spots, Tychus - why are you still wearing that suit on my bridge?"
"Strange indeed. Shouldn't he be talking it off somewhere?" Penny then asked.
"Matt really does not like Tychus does he?" Ruby then spoke as her partner joined in.
"I suppose so."
"Yeah - what, did you bust the zipper or something?"
"Hah! Good one!" Yang says as she and several others started to laugh at the poke that Raynor gave to Tychus.
"Ok, so I might've had a little help when I broke out of prison. Let's just say it came at a price. I get to stay locked up in this suit 'til I pay off all my debts…" Tychus admitted.
"And who's collectin' those debts? Who sprung you?" Raynor then asked.
"Based on what we know so far. I'm going to guess that the Moebius Foundation was responsible." Penny spoke her mind as several others looked at her for answers.
"There is an extremely low chance for Tychus to break out of prison and escape without any issue from the information given to us. I believe that the Moebius Foundation broke him out in return for gathering these artifacts." Penny explained as the screen resumes
"Them Moebius boys, of course. I didn't just run into them in a museum, y'know. They want them artifacts somethin' fierce." Tychus then answered his partner's question.
"Wow! Penny, you are so smart!" Ruby called out her friend.
"Thank you friend Ruby!"
"Your debts better not bite us in the ass, Tychus. Coverin' for your shenanigans ain't part of the deal." Raynor said as he turned back to his second to ask another important question.
"Just how bad is it, Matt?"
"Zerg are attacking all over the sector, sir. Mengsk pulled the fleet back to protect the Dominion core-worlds, leaving the fringe worlds to fend for themselves. It's a nightmare." Matt explained the situation much to the horror of the good guys while Torchwick and Neo seemed disconnected from it.
"How many lives are lost?" Ironwood could only ask.
"Hundreds of thousands, even billions of people are left to fend off the Zerg by themselves." RGQC said with sorrow in his tone.
"Why would they abandon all of them?" Ruby could only tearfully ask as several others could only nod with agreement.
[The Zerg are an enemy that outnumbers everyone in the sector. Of course, what Mengsk should have done was to pull everyone back to safety. However, to do that would be a logistical nightmare for the Dominion. So, he took the easier and crueller option to leave the outer fringe worlds to fend off themselves.]
"Even that was the case he should not have left them behind!" Ironwood briefly lost his composure and yelled out. Though RGQC visibly shook his head (Which everyone noticed) at the hypocrisy of what he would do in the future to Atlas had they not arrived here.
"Uh, RGQC? What's with the disapproving look on your face?" Velvet then asked.
"Hm? It was nothing." RGQC dismissed it as the screen resumed.
"There's no way we can stop an alien invasion with one capital ship and a handful of volunteers."
"'Best we just stay clear, partner. We can earn ourselves a fortune working for Moebius while this whole thing blows over."
"Not cool dude." Neptune then said as the opinion of Tychus got lower.
"Booo!" Nora couldn't help herself but boo at Tychus.
"Of course he would say that." Winter muttered to herself with frustration as to why Raynor kept this convict around.
"You don't get it, convict - this isn't gonna just 'blow over'! The Zerg won't stop until we're all dead!" Matt responds rather angrily at the thought of just sitting by as the Zerg go on a rampage.
"Don't worry, Matt - we ain't sittin' this one out. But we're not exactly in tip top shape either. We'll earn some cash and build up our forces so we can make a difference when it counts." Raynor said as he started to walk towards the door as a young man in a lab coat with rather large glasses and a notepad in his hands then asked him.
"Hmm… looks like a scientist from the outfit." Coco muttered loudly.
"Uh sir? Any chance you'll get the lab up and running soon? That'd be great."
"They have a laboratory in the Hyperion?" Pietro then asked.
[Yes.] QAI then spoke as RGQC nodded and spoke.
"That was what he said."
This got several snorts and laughter in the audience at the screen continues.
"Don't worry about it kid, I'll see what I can do." Raynor said as the screen goes dark before lighting up again in an armoury room as a soft, country-style guitar instrumental play in the background as it shows a rather bulky man in an orange suit. Though more interestingly was that he had a claw hand on his left arm.
"Oh, that sounds actually nice." Weiss says as Jaune could be heard moaning about how his guitar skills could use some work.
"Who's that man with the claw arm?" Qrow then asked.
"That is Chief Engineer Rory Swann. He is responsible for handling the procuring of weapons an-" RGQC explained only to be interrupted when Ruby zipped towards his face.
"Oh oh! Weapons?! What do they have?" Ruby asked.
"Hehehe. I'm sure you will like it when we see them. As I was saying, Swann is in charge of handing weapons and technology, along with providing upgrades for both. When they are available." RGQC said as Ruby pouted slightly before returning to her seat.
Chief Engineer Rory Swann is examining the Armory Console and looks up when he hears the door open. He greets Raynor as he's still walking across the bay.
"Hey everybody! Our glorious leader has returned!" Swann says as he chuckles lightly. "Hey man, what's up, cowboy?"
"What do ya got for me, Swann?" Raynor asked.
"The usual - buildin' up our standin' forces."
"Bringin' my troops and hardware up to speed, huh?" Raynor says as he reaches the console and Swann.
"Yup. You can add upgrades for their tech right here on the console. But building' an army on the run ain't cheap. You brought back credits this time, right?"
"Everyone keeps forgetting that running an academy for Huntsman is not cheap at all. In fact, there are multiple occasions in which we had to cut costs." Ozpin sighed with frustration at how the Council of Vale kept putting Ozpin on a tight budget. Much to his frustration.
"Is that the reason that the fountain is lacking in maintenance?" Pyrrha then asks.
"Yes, it is Miss Nikos." Glynda then confirmed it.
'Look, I know money's been tight - but that artifact we just picked up from Mar Sara's gonna solve everything!" Raynor responded back with confidence. Swann however, was not confident.
"I've heard that before, brother." Swann snarked.
"It's different this time." Raynor assures his Chief engineer with no success.
"Yeah, I heard that one, too." Swann snarked with such deadpan to the audience's amusement.
"Hahaha! Man… that means that this isn't the first time this has happened." Torchwick laughed as Neo agreed with him.
"I should feel bad but his tone just sounds so deadpan when he says it." Coco giggled alongside her team.
"Ok, the fact this actually happened makes this even funnier." Sun said as he chuckled.
Raynor could only sigh as he turned his attention towards the console only to realise that it is pretty empty as of yet. Nevertheless, he got an upgrade before turning his attention back to Swann.
"Upgrading what we got is all well and good, but when're we getting new hardware? Lotta gaps in our inventory right now." Raynor then asked Swann who gave a direct answer.
"Sometimes we take a job with some kinda new hardware and I get a schematic for it so we can make more of 'em. The plans for other stuff we gotta either beg, borrow or steal."
Wow… That actually sucks. So, they are just stuck with marines and medics?" Yang then asked.
"Well… not really, they would get more schematics over time. You will see some of the toys they have throughout the viewing." RGQC said as he is now enjoying some cake.
"I can't wait to see what they were to bring!" Ruby says with excitement as everyone agrees with her.
Raynor nodded at Swann before walking away as the screen darkens again before lighting up onto the bridge as Raynor could be seen emerging from the door and asking his second.
"What's our general status, Matt?" Raynor asked as his second activated the console as it activates and shows two planets. One that is more forest based and the other which has a more desert appearance.
"We've picked up a distress call from the planet Agria. There's a colony there under attack by the Zerg."
"Your convict buddy Tychus lined up a mission retrieving another artifact. It's on a protoss shrine-world called Monlyth."
"I want Raynor to go to Agria! They need help!" Ruby yelled out as several others agreed with her."
"True but Raynor also needs more money, and if those artifacts would earn him enough cash to make a difference. So I think it is best to head to Monlyth." Torchwick then spoke his mind as Neo agreed with him.
"No one is asking for your opinion, criminal." Ironwood spat as RGQC shook his head.
"Bad Ironwood. Bad. Play nice ok? I don't want to deal with you or anyone getting into fights in my realm, got it?" RGQC lectured the man as he looked at him with shock as several others started to giggle or laugh at the general. Especially Qrow who was going to remember this for the rest of his life. A god of sorts lecturing Ironwood of all people.
"Very… well." Ironwood gritted as the screen continued.
"But I think it is best to help those people in Agria. Who knows how long they are holding out."
Raynor then selected the plant of Agria as a garbled screen on the lower left of the screen of a woman with the name of Dr Ariel Hanson as she speaks, though the message is cracked and is harder to hear for everyone to hear but they get what it means.
"...any ship receiving this transmission...the Zerg are invading Agria…"
"...The Dominion abandoned us here ...We're just a small farming colony."
"We've got to evacuate before we're overrun...If you can hear this message, please help us!" Ariel begged as the transmission screen cut out.
"Matt. Head a course to Agria, those colonists need our help."
"Yea! Let's go save some colonists!" Ruby cheered as those who voted for Raynor to help the colonists could only agree.
"Well guess Raynor would come back to it huh?" Torchwick then spoke as QAI answered for RGQC who was stuffing his face on some cake.
[Yes, they still need to gather the artifacts to sell to the Moebius Foundation for large sums of cash.] (Note I know that the artifact is used differently but I am not going to reveal the whole thing right off the bat. It would ruin the story for them.)
"Understood sir." Matt replied as the screen went dark.
It did not take long for the screen to light up again to show both Matt and Raynor looking at the console screen.
"Incoming transmission." Adjutant says as the transmission patched through to reveal a rather good-looking Dr who's wearing a labcoat and glasses.
"She's quite the cutie." Qrow mumbled to himself.
"Thank you so much for responding to our distress call, Commander. I'm Dr. Ariel Hanson and I represent the people of the Agria colony." The woman now called Ariel greeted Raynor who greeted her back.
"Pleasure to meet ya', Doc. You can call me Jim. What's the situation?"
"The Zerg have overwhelmed our planetary defenses. The colony is lost." Ariel says the screen then shows three marines escorting an APC that contains colonists inside it.
"For the past twelve hours we've been evacuating people to the nearest starport. But the Zerg attacks have become so intense, we can't get any more through." Ariel continues to explain as the screen then changes showing another APC and several colonists being attacked by Zerglings only for said APC to break down.
Forcing the colonists inside the APC to continue to desperately flee to safety from the Zergling who at this point had begun to mow through the defenceless as some of the colony's marines began to shoot at the Zerglings to cover the fleeing colonists.
"No…" Ruby could only mutter in horror as some colonists were killed before they got to safety.
"And who knows how many are dead already." Jaune then spoke next.
"Take this as advice when it comes to war in general. Casualties are inevitable, all you can do is limit the deaths to the best you can." RGQC gave advice as the adults nodded sombly while the students were rather against the idea of letting everyone die.
As for Torchwick and Neo however, neither of them really cared about it.
"If you can guard the highway, we can start sending the remaining groups every few minutes."
"Don't worry, Doc. We'll get your folks through to that starport safe and sound." Raynor assures her as the screen cuts to show another APC with a larger colony marine escorts being attacked by numerous Zerglings Hydralisk and Mutalisk. At the same time, the APC was also moving as fast as it could to a safe zone that had multiple turrets protecting the starport while the marine escorts sacrificed their lives to save the colonists.
"Talk about heroic sacrifice right there." Ren spoke.
"Yup" "Uh huh." "Yeeeep."
"A shame that must be the case. Let's hope that Raynor could prevent the loss of life while he is there." Ozpin said as everyone nodded in agreement.
"I pray you're right, Commander. The Zerg are more terrible than I ever imagined." Ariel says as the screen goes dark.
"So this is basically an escort mission?" Yang then spoke.
"In a way, yes. Though I think you would like this chapter Yang, it gotta do with fire." RGQC said casually.
"Really now?" Yang then says with interest in her voice.
"Like that other time you four girls tried to have a girls night out and got into 4 bar fights with one of them catching on fire?" RGQC says with a shit eating grin on his face as all of team RWBY could only look down with embarrassment as their fellow friends could only look at them with surprise.
"Wait what! You got into four bar fights in one night?!" Sun yelled out with surprise.
"To be fair… They were all harassing us… constantly." Weiss tried to save face as Winter could be seen glancing at her.
"Yes, but Weiss, didn't you use fire dust in one of the bars?"
"W-what I…" Weiss says as Winter could be seen staring at her little sister.
"Yes she did in the reports." Glynda says as she gives herself a face palm. "Imagine my surprise to receive four calls from the bar owners about four Huntresses-in-training wrecking their bars. In. One. Night."
"Damn red. I'm actually impressed." Roman says as he chuckles alongside Neo as Ruby could only look down with even more shame.
"Besides that, we are getting distracted. QAI, would you kindly resume the show?" RGQC then snapped back everyone's attention.
[Affirmative.] QAI says as the screen lights up again.
This time it shows a dropship flying through the air before it comes to a stop and lets out it's contents of two men in red suits that are way bigger compared to the basic marine CMC Powered Combat Suits as well as two medics behind them.
"Interesting… A different variant of the combat suit?" Pietro muttered.
"Oh oh oh! New unit! What are they?" Ruby spoke first as RGQC just smiled and placed his finger against his lips and pointed at the screen as Ruby pouted much to her sister's amusement.
"Guess you are also getting the silent treatment huh?" Yang chucked.
"Shut up Yang." Ruby muttered.
"I think these units are similar to the Hellions' friend Ruby. Those guns on their arms look similar to the Hellion's main armament." Penny pointed out.
"Yea it does… Thank Penny!"
"No problem friend Ruby!"
The squad that consisted of two Firebats and two medics then proceeded on forward towards the settlement as Swann's face then appeared on the side of the screen.
"I got us some Firebats, cowboy. These suckers've got flamethrowers that'll roast the Zerg but good!" Swann said as the Firebats began roasting Zerglings that had stood a distance away from the main settlement. Their screeching of pain fills the air as they are literally cooked inside their own carapaces.
"Damn, talk about getting roasted!" Yang says her pun and like before, everyone could only sigh or groan at her.
"Fire huh, guess it would work on the Zerg huh?" Torchwick then spoke.
"Yup. Firebats are typically armed with dual arm-mounted plasma flamethrowers and they wear the CMC - 660 Heavy Combat Suit. Said suits are made heat-resistant and are mainly used in close combat or anyone that is lightly armoured. Of course due to it being a flame thrower. It does splash damage, perfect if you are dealing with a swarm of Zerglings." RGQC explained much to the delight of Pietro and Ruby.
"Perhaps we should create a similar suit to deal with Grimm when they swarm." Ironwood muttered.
"If you are planning to make it, I'd advise you watch where you point that thing, you can cause forest fires if you are not careful or even worse, friendly fire. Pun not intended." RGQC advised as Yang and several others snorted at RGQC's unintended pun.
"Anyways, moving on."
The squad move on until they encounter an even bigger swarm of Zerglings that charge at them. And as advertised, all of them get burned into a crisp relatively quickly.
"Mmm... Yang likey." Yang smiled to herself much to everyone's concern.
"If you really want to know what it is like to wear it, I got a spare suit in my collection." RGQC says much to the horror of everyone. Except Yang was ecstatic.
"Oh! I gotta try that!"
"YANG NO!" Her team yelled at her.
"Party Pooper." Yang says as the screen resumes.
It did not take them long to reach the settlement as Ariel's face appeared.
"Thank goodness you're here. I'll give you control of the main buildings so you can help us evacuate the colony." Ariel says as one of the SCV began to go away from the mineral field and headed east of the settlement as the Barrakes began to train additional units.
"We'll need to escort the convoys all the way to the main starport for them to have a chance of escaping this planet." Raynor says as the small squad from earlier headed north to scout only to encounter a Bunker at an obvious chokepoint. Yet… They are abandoned much to Raynor's confusion.
"Someone had the right idea building bunkers to defend the roads...but why are they empty?"
"Bet it belongs to the Dominion for sure." Sun says as Ariel then confirmed Sun's bet.
"The Dominion military abandoned them when the Zerg attacked, they didn't give a damn about the colony." Ariel explained with relative anger in her voice that the Dominion left them to die.
"I stand corrected."
"Seriously though, they have all these defences and yet they let them fend for themselves." Blake then spoke in which her team nodded in agreement.
"Sorry to hear that, Doc. At least these bunkers are in a good spot, I'll see if we can't get them manned." Raynor says as the screen then pans back towards the settlement as Ariel speaks again.
"The first convoy from Larks' Crossing will be moving out soon." She says as an APC could be seen parked on the road as a colonist could be seen boarding it as a SCV could be seen coming back while carrying pallets of gas and minerals. At the same time, a marine could be seen exiting the Barracks but with the addition of a shield.
"Looks like Raynor got some upgrades." Ren spoke.
"A ballistic shield as an upgrade I guess?" Pyrrha then spoke.
"RGQC?" Ironwood then asked.
"Yep. Ok. The shield we saw on the marine is called the M98 ballistic alloy combat shield. It was issued to marines after the Brood War and it increases the survivability rate by 25%. It ain't much but it's honest work."
[Master, did you just make a reference?]
"Reference?" Everyone could only ask as RGQC smirks.
"You won't understand. It is a meta joke for us realm lords."
"Right…" Yang muttered.
It did not take long for the first convey to be ready and by that time Raynor had already prepared a small group of men and women to watch over the convey.
"Don't stop for anything! Let's roll!" A colonist wearing goggles said as the APC began to move towards the starport at relative speed. It did not take long for them to almost reach the starport when a rather large pack of Zerglings could be seen charging towards an abandoned bunker in the way.
The two Firebats quickly garrison into the bunker and let out flames as Zerglings could be seen desperately trying to reach the bunker or the marines to no avail as all of them were either burned or gunned down.
As the APC finally reached the starport. The audience were treated to a view of several massive transport ships all standing idling for the colonists to board and flee from the Zerg.
"Whoaa…" Sun says with awe as others agree at the sight of these massive transport ships standing by.
"Those things are massive!" Coco yelled out.
"I think those are bigger than any airships we had!"
"So that's where they are escorting the colonists to? Looks more like a giant tomb waiting to happen." Torchwick then spoke his thoughts.
"Ladies and gentlemen. I introduce you, the Hercules dropship. It is a Hercules-class commercial transport modified to carry people in this case." RGQC says dramatically like he is a salesman as giggles could be heard among the audience.
"Well... Its size alone would mean that it could carry a large cargo. And those thrusters would mean that it could carry those goods to its destination at relatively fast speed." Pietro observed.
"I suppose if we create new larger airships in the future. We could implement it and it would increase the efficiency of it. And from the looks of it, it is heavily armoured. For a transport ship." Ironwood joined in as Winter nodded with agreement.
It was also that time that the escort squad encounter a Hydralisk next to some kind of chrysalis, as they approached it and eliminate the Hydralisk rather quickly, Zerglings suddenly emerge from the ground itself but were quickly burned to a crisp as they unfortunately unborrowed in front of a Firebat.
"Hahaha! Ok that sucks for them!" Yang laughed at the sight of a Zergling unborrowed unfortunately in front of a Firebat. Who then torched it.
"I'm starting to think that Yang is a pyromaniac." Weiss voiced her thoughts to Blake who shrugs rather nervously.
Though suddenly, another new strain of Zerg appeared as it unborrowed the chrysalis. This new Zerg strain looks more beetle-like with its spiked carapace and scythe-like blades on its back as it lets out a screech.
"What is that thing?! Looks like a beetle of some sorts!" Neo then asked with surprise at the new Strain of Zerg that showed up.
"Oh that thing? That's a Roach, A particularly tough, armoured breed of Zerg which possesses a high-speed regeneration ability when burrowed." RGQC spoke.
"I was wondering when we would start to see new breeds of Zerg. Though how does it attack?" Pietro then asks as RGQC pointed at the screen.
"Roach! Shoot its face!" One of the Marines could be heard yelling.
As everyone fires at the Roach, it then manages to spit its acidic saliva at one of the marines, thankfully it only hits the ballistic shield and it starts to dissolve it upon contact much to the sigh of relief coming from the marine.
"So it pukes on its enemies? Gross." Nora gagged at the idea of aliens vomiting on their enemies.
"Well not exactly. Roaches attack their enemy by spitting acid at them. So no better. As you all saw. Had the marine not had the Ballistic shield upgraded onto their suit, his suit and most likely his face would have been melted off by it." RGQC explains it so casually that it disturbs everyone in the room.
"How can you say it so casually?" Weiss then asked while horrified as several others asked the same question.
"Trust me, I've seen more horrifying ways to die while observing the universe. Ever heard of people being taken by ratman and eaten alive?"
"Ratman?" Pietro then asked while others could only look horrified. Except Neo and Torchwick who then asked.
"Wait wait wait. Do you mean the Skaven from what your tablet says about the green rocks from your collection?"
"What do you mean Torchwick?" Glynda then forcefully asks the crime master.
"Well while you and your kids were somewhere else, Neo and I were exploring his collection when we came across these strange rocks called warpstone. It says that the ratman or Skaven, as the codex called it, uses it in their awful society that makes the Mistralean undergrounds look really tame." Torchwick explained as Neo nodded.
"Oh so you came across it." Well, we can talk more about it after a break so let's resume it.
The Roach seemed nearly impervious to the Marine's gunfire while Firebats flames barely affected it. Though due to being blasted in the face. It dies eventually from everyone blasting it in the face.
"That Roach is rather resilient." Ruby observed. "I guess that Raynor needs some armour piercing bullets for it right?"
"Yea. Roaches are armoured and can tank a lot of rounds. What Raynor had as of yet cannot really affect the Roaches due to their thick armour. They can still be killed but it would take much longer compared to the lighter strains of the Zergling or Hydralisk." RGQC continued to explain as everyone nodded at his explanation.
"But he will get weapons that can affect armour, right? Ruby then asked.
"Yep, just not in this part." RGQC said as the screen resumed.
With the Zerg guard eliminated, all of them open fire on the chrysalis till it explodes into a gore and Blood as Medics could be seen rushing towards it and gathering any scraps of biomass as marine could be seen walking off to carry some mineral pallets nearby before all headed back.
"What was that thing they just destroyed?" Ozpin asked.
"That thing is a Zerg Chrysalis. What Raynor had ordered his men to do is to take the samples of it for study. It would give something for that guy in the lab coat back in the Hyperion to study." RGQC says as Ozpin nodded.
"I wonder what they will learn from them…" Robyn mumbled her thoughts.
Tychus appeared on screen as he questioned his partner. "It's a long haul to the starport, partner. How can we be expected to guard the whole thing?" He asked.
"I reckon we can use a mobile force to keep it clear or build more bunkers to block the approaches - either way should work." Raynor explains to his partner what they can do to protect and escort the colonists as the screen then pans back to the Settlement as now there's another Barracks with a techlab addon and two SCVs could be seen moving out of the base.
"Hmm… Either way should work. Bunkers can help hold the line until the mobile force arrives should the Zerg attack. From what we saw, Firebats can be garrisoned inside the bunkers and deal with the Zerglings while marines can deal with the Hydralisk from a distance." Jaune muttered out as he rubbed his chin.
"That's… actually a good strategy now that I think about it. Well done." Weiss complemented Jaune.
"Really? Thanks." Jaune said back as Pyrrha could be seen giving a rather jealous expression on her face as Ariel could be seen again.
"The next convoy is almost ready to go, Commander. Please alert your men. "
She said as the screen then follows the SCV as it approaches the first chokepoint and begins to build a bunker while the other works on a missile turret. At the same time, the second convoy is ready to move out as another colonist yells out.
"Get to the starport! Move it!"
As the convoy moved towards the starport, even more Zerg could be seen pouring out of the choke point as a wall of fire emerged from the bunkers in place as marines could be seen on the ledge laying fire upon the numerous Zerglings and a single Hydralisk.
It was easy but everyone knew that it was going to get harder and harder. As they moved on, another wave of Zerg emerged from the east which had no bunkers as of yet and had an Overlord disgorging creep onto the ground below.
"What is those balloon-like Zerg anyway?" Neptune then asked.
"Yea… we never ask about it huh?" Pyrrha then said as everyone else agreed.
"Those balloon Zerg you are talking about are called Overlords. They are essentially floating brains that control the swarm."
"Floating brains?" Ruby asked.
"Well… it's more complicated than that but Overlords are used by the hive to control and coordinate the broods of the swarm. Without Overlords, the Zerg would go feral and would simply attack everything around them while acting on their natural instinct of killing everything nearby."
"Wouldn't that make them easier to manage?" Blake then spoke.
"Well yes indeed. Feral Zerg act on their basic instincts and become no less than a ravenous beast so they become much easier to handle, though they are still as ferocious as they were before becoming feral." RGQC said as the screen resumed.
"Is no one going to talk about how the Overlord is letting out creep?" Ren then pointed out as RGQC spoke.
"Yes. Overlords can disgorge creep to prepare the way for Zerg conquests."
"And how does the Overlord make creep?" Penny then asks.
"Do you guys really want to know?" RGQC looked unsure about it.
"Sure, why not?" Yang said as everyone nodded in agreement.
"Welp your fault if you are again disgusted by it. Creep is produced by the overlord liquefying its internal organs and with the creep being stored in multiple glands near the overlord's head." RGQC said.
First thing that happened was that everyone regretted their decision with disgust. Secondly, they were rather surprised that the Overlord liquefied their internal organs to produce creep."
"Gross!" Ruby yelled out.
"Warned ya."
"But how are they not dead yet?" Pietro then asked a relevant question.
"QAI?" RGQC then asks his AI assistant.
[Overlords can regrow their organs at will, and can modify them to derive substance from inhospitable environments. They can even venture into space with no issue.] QAI explained.
"Anyways, let us resume." RGQC says as the scene resumes.
Said wave was quickly defeated as Raynor's men moved on to the next chokepoint that now has two Bunkers as well as a missile turret. The wave then came with the addition of roaches that showed up yet they were quickly repelled with the assistance of SCVs repairing the Bunkers. It was then that additional reinforcements arrived of additional marines, medics and Firebats.
It did not take long for the army to head west while they still had time before the next convoy arrived and encountered another chrysalis with one poor Hydralisk that got blasted to bits. The same happened to the Zerglings that erupted from the ground.
"These Chrysalis hold some importance to the Zerg." Ozpin then spoke.
"But why is the question Oz." Qrow then joined in.
"Whatever it is, it would benefit Raynor's research development." Glynda then added in.
As the same as before, the chrysalis was destroyed and medics could be seen gathering some of its biomass before all of them pulled back just in time for the next convoy to be ready soon.
"Commander, another convoy will be heading out soon." Ariel says as the camera pans back to Raynor's base which had grown substantially. There were many supply deposits that could be seen lowered into the ground as there were now at least 5 barracks that were constantly churning out marines, medics and Firebats. At this point Raynor had a large army enough to hold any defences as more SCVs could be seen leaving the mineral fields and headed out into the pathways.
By the time Raynor's men arrived back to the base to regroup with the others as the convoy was ready to be moved out.
A civilian's face as he yelled out. "Don't leave without us!" He said as Raynor's men began to escort the APC. Though things are no longer getting any simpler as Zerg were now showing up everywhere as some managed to reach the APC and tore through a part of their armour.
"Jeez! How strong are those teeth and claws that they could tear through metal?!" Neptune yelled out as all of them watched as part of the APC was torn off by a couple of Zerglings that managed to slip through the carnage.
"Zerg DNA selects for maximum lethalness in its physiology, leading to things like claws or talons that can tear through tanks." RGQC explained as everyone looked at RGQC with disbelief.
"You're joking right?" Sun then asked as RGQC started to laugh.
"Hahahaha! Ohh... I'm not joking. If we were to put let's say one of Atlas machines against a Zergling, The Zergling would cleave right through it in one attack. That's how much they prioritize lethality over anything else." RGQC explains as everyone had a look of shock except Penny and Pietro who was recording it all down secretly.
"Anyway, let us continue." RGQC then waved it off.
"The Convoy's in danger. Hit 'em boys!" One of the Settlement's marines yells out as everyone blasted the Zerglings that sneaked by the carnage. At this point, another larger wave of Zerg arrived to attack them from the north with more Hydralisk and Zerglings that paved the street with blood that would satisfy the blood god slightly.
"Ugh. Gross. How are any of you not affected by all the blood?" Coco then asked.
"Well... we got used to it. After seeing at least three views that are filled with blood." Ruby admitted that while she still gets queasy from all the blood, she was getting used to it. Oh, and Jaune stopped puking to it. So that's a plus.
"Yea. And I guess thanks to that emotion suppressor as well. It helped us when we saw the Zerg hive in the previous viewing…" Jaune admitted as he shivered slightly.
"Right… Now I remember it." Velvet says as she begins to shiver in fright at the hive she saw when RGQC implanted it into her head.
As the convoy moved forward, Mutalisk screeching could be heard as a rather small flock could be seen heading towards them at rapid speeds.
"Great, now they have to deal with flyers now…" Qrow muttered out.
"And things are only going to get worse every second." Torchwick then joined in.
"Mutalisk incoming!" One of the marines shouted out loud.
"We got Zerg attacking the bunkers! Supporting them now!" Another marine yelled as Raynor's army divided itself up into two to cover every corner as the Zerg continued to swarm.
It took some time but they managed to fend it off but not without casualties. Several marines were killed in the conflict as well as a Firebat that died due to his face melting off from Roach's acidic saliva. To say the least, everyone was horrified to see the Firebat's face melted off as he got focused by several Roaches at once.
And like before, the Zerg attacks were fended off as the screen then paned off to show the starport that two of the four Hercules transports had already departed.
"Looks like two of the four of those ships had departed. It is good they do so." Ironwood muttered.
"That I agree with you general. It is wise for them to evacuate from the planet. But I can't help but ask where exactly they flew off to." Winter agreed with her superior before wondering to herself.
The screen then panned again toward the Raynor's army at the eastern entrance as several men returned to base while carrying those that died with them. At the same time, Matt's face appeared and gave a warning as he detected Zerg heading their way.
"Sir, we just detected Zerg organisms entering the upper atmosphere. I can't give you an exact fix but they're heading your way." Matt said as Ariel appeared again.
"Oh boy. That is not good at all." Jaune then muttered loudly as his partner agreed with him.
"That would explain why Mutalisk is now here."
"Speaking of Mutalisk, RGQC, QAI was reluctant to tell us how the Mutalisk glaive wurm were made. Can you tell us how?" Yang then asked.
"Hmmm… Nope." RGQC then declined after a period of silence. Yang tried to ask why only for RGQC to interrupt her.
"I have my reasons." RGQC dismissed it as Yang pouted slightly.
"We have another convoy ready to be escorted, Commander." Ariel said as Raynor could be heard ordering his man through their coms.
"Everyone. Head to this location and see if there's anything to find quickly."
"Yes sir." One of the marines answered back as all of them moved down the path and mowed down any Zerg they found and good thing they did it as they found another Chrysalis waiting to be collected. And they did before head back while also taking some mineral and gas pallets with them.
As they exited the pathway and made their way back towards the settlement. SCV's could be seen working on more bunkers to cover where the army had just come from. However, as they made it back to base to escort the next convoy, the skies turned orange as to signify that something bad is going to happen and everyone could tell. Even the audience could tell that something really bad is going to happen.
"Whatever is happening above, it is not good." Robyn then spoke as everyone else agreed.
"I believe if what Matt had detected above, they would have to deal with Zerg flyers while escorting this convoy." Pietro then joined in.
"True but Raynor has taken note of it and built missile turrets alongside the pathway to cover the skies." Ozpin then spoke.
"Everyone's here, let's go!" The civilian yelled out as he closed the APC's back door and began to move towards the starbase as Raynor's men moved forward as a couple of Firebats and marines rushed ahead to garrison the bunkers that were recently built.
This time however, the skies scream as Zerg pods rain from the skies and slammed into the surrounding ground as Zerg could be seen emerging among the wreckage, all while even more Zerg could be seen in such large numbers that they start to get stuck at the choke point due to how there were so many of them.
"Now they had to deal with those pods raining from above. Great." Weiss sarcastically said as Ruby stepped in.
"I believe that they could hold it off! We just have to believe that they can do their job!"
"Yea! Jimmy boy shall protect all the civilians!" Nora then yelled out as the overall morale of the audience increased that Raynor can hold the Zerg off.
As they pushed forward, more Zerg began to come in greater numbers as Firebats could be seen torching any single Zerg that got into range as marines could be seen shooting at everything. Even the overlords that go pop when they die.
"Pop goes to the Zerg!~" Nora says in a way that makes it like she was singing it loud as Ren had to use his semblance to calm Nora down. She was getting too excited.
As the APC was close to the starport. An even larger wave of Zerg showed up with more roaches and Hydralisk. But now there is this new Zerg strain among them that caused a panic, Torchwick then asked.
"What the hell is that thing? It can't even walk properly."
"Banelings incoming! Shoot it before it gets close!" One of the marines said in such a hysterical tone that it was funny except it wasn't for them.
"Ah yes the Banelings. They are the bane of tightly packed spaces or defences." RGQC says it casually as some of them can't help but chuckle or groan at his shitty puns.
"Not him too…" Weiss groaned at the thought of the realm lord making shitty puns with Yang. They would probably be the death of her.
"What makes it so dangerous? It looks like a balloon." Yang then asked as she chuckled.
"They seemed afraid of that Zerg strain specifically." Ren pointed out.
"They are living bombs filled with acid." RGQC then said as everyone's face paled.
"Oh…"
"Yep. And they do terrible terrible damage when it detonates in front of anything." RGQC said as Penny was next to ask.
"How are they made?" She asked innocently.
"Well, Banelings are created from Zerglings." RGQC said as everyone could only pale further at the thought of endless Banelings coming for them.
All of them shot the Banelings until they blew up. Covering anything near it with corrosive acid. Fortunately, there were Zerglings surrounding it when it blew up and it took them with it. Like before, the waves were held as it was a bloodbath for the Zerg.
The scene then pans towards the starport as civilians could be seen exiting the APC and rushing towards the transport. As soon as all of the civilians had made it inside the transport ship, the marine escorts and APC then moved in before the thrusters of the Hercules flared up as the transport lifted off and flew away.
"Ok, one more transport to go." Jaune said Torchwick then spoke.
"Yea, but no doubt the Zerg would throw everything they had to stop them from escaping."
"Yea. Though... If they are having trouble holding the lesser strains as RGQC put it, I can't help but feel concerned when they bring out the larger strains." Neo said they all watched as Raynor's forces pulled back to the settlement as Matt appeared once more.
"Sir, I'm picking up seismic disturbances closing in on your position. I think it's some kind of tunneling Zerg."
"Makes sense those nydus worms would show up." Qrow groaned as everyone could remember those worms that popped up in Raynor's base during Zero Hour. Those worms are bad news.
"Wonderful, it's just like them to keep things nice and interestin'." Raynor said it sarcastically as Ariel popped up.
"We're almost done, Commander. Another convoy will be starting out soon." She said as all of Raynor's men waited for the convoy to move as the skies turned dark.
"Huh. guess it was only a matter of time of night to come huh?" Torchwick spoke as Neo nodded.
"Can you guys imagine fighting them in the dark?" Yang then spoke as everyone shuddered in fear of fighting the Zerg alone in the dark.
"Is the road safe up ahead? Guess we'll find out." A civilian said as the last APC began to move with a much larger force though the blood covered streets and Zerg corpses that littered the fields. As the move onwards, the skies scream again and the ground itself breaks under the wrath of the swarm, dozens of Zerg pods rain on the skies as nydus worms shatter the ground and let out a loud roar that forced our dear audience to cover their ears from how loud it was.
"Ahh worm too loud!" Nora yelled out as poor Blake was whimpering about her poor ears.
"My ears!" Coco yelled out as Velvet was doing her best to cover both her ears.
"Too loud! Too loud! Sun yelled out as well.
"Whoops. Forgot faunuses have sensitive ears. QAI help them if you will."
[Affirmative.] QAI said as he adjusted the volume of the nydus worm to bearable amounts for our Faunus friends.
"Sheesh. That is loud." Torchwick says as he adjusted his hat after checking his ears.
"Sorry about it guys! I have adjusted the volume so it won't kill your ears." RGQC apologies as bowed then snapped his fingers which instantly removed the pain from everyone's ears.
"How are you not affected by it?" Ironwood then asked.
"Eh, I got used to this kind of volume." RGQC shrugs.
"Right…" Yang muttered."
"Back to the show. We are almost done for now." RGQC said as he sat back down on his chair.
Banelings could be seen slamming against the bunkers in a way and covering it with corrosive acid that immediately began to dissolve parts of the bunker as flocks of Mutalisk could be seen in the skies attacking and being shot down by missile turrets. Raynor's men quickly shot the Nydus worm with all they had until it let out a roar as it collapsed. Though it then could be seen slowly retracting into the ground itself leaving a rather large crater there.
"Yea! Die big wormie!" Nora cheered as most of the students joined her as Raynor's men cut through the Zerg offensive that was going to become endless soon.
As they continue to push forward, even more Zerg emerge from the shadows and attack the bunkers in the way as another nydus worm erupted from the ground itself and began releasing its contents of more Zerg.
It too was held off as more Zerg pods continued to rain from the skies themselves as larger flocks of Mutalisk could be seen attacking the bunkers or missile turrets that were built. More nydus worms were erupting from the ground but they were blasted rather quickly as roaches and Hydralisk could be seen moving towards the bunkers.
"They're almost there! They can make it!" Ruby cheered out as the APC was not far off from the starport.
"Not one step back!" Nora commanded as everyone could only watch as the Zerg were not letting it up so easily.
As soon as the APC and its escorts were in safer zone, Raynor pulled his man back to the settlement for evacuation as the remaining civilians ran into the transport ship
"Wait, why is Raynor pulling his man back?" Ruby then asked.
"I think it is because the Zerg were attacking his base?" Pyrrha then offers her suggestion.
"I doubt that." Weiss then spoke her mind.
"Then what is it?"
As if by command, the screen then pans towards Raynor's forces fighting through a tide of Zerg that makes everyone pale again at the amount of Zerg trying to get them. Transport ships then could be seen arriving to pick all of them up before the Zerg could get them. All while Raynor yells out.
"That's the last of them! Go! Lift off now!"
"Oh… That's why…"
"That's a lot of Zerg. Yea... I can see why everyone wants to leave now…" Sun then spoke as multiple pods slammed into the starport as the colony's marines made a last stand to buy more time needed.
"Hold them off! We need to buy them time to leave!" One of them yelled as another yelled.
"There's too many of them!" He panically yelled before the Zerglings overwhelmed him much to the sadness of the audience that they are willing to sacrifice themselves to save others. All while Ariel pops up.
"We've lost the colony, but my people got out alive thanks to you, Commander." Ariel thanked Raynor as the last transport took off to escape as numerous Zerg flyers could be seen chasing it. Including some large ones that look like it could take on spaceships as the screen darkens.
Several of the audiences could only let out a sigh of relief for several reasons. Some were glad that the viewing was over and that hopefully, they won't encounter Zerg anymore for a while. (Lol no.)
Others were glad that the last transport managed to escape from the Swarm's grasp and lived to see another day. (Though they would have a zombie problem in the future…)
But one thing that appeared on everyone's mind. This show is just the beginning and there will be more to come.
15:53 Shipboard Time
The screen lights up to show Raynor entering the bridge to show Matt and Ariel having a discussion.
"Oh, the doctor is still here!" Ruby cheerfully says.
"Great job, sir. Dr. Hanson's offered to stay on with us for now and I think her skills will be invaluable." Matt explained.
"It's hard to believe I'm even here." Ariel says it as if she couldn't believe that she is here.
"Great to have ya', Doc. How you plannin' on pitchin' in?" Raynor then asked Ariel what she could help out with.
"Well, your medical facilities are medieval and your science expertise is non-existent. Perhaps I could start there?" Ariel gave her honest opinion on the matter.
"Oof! Hahaha!" Yang and several others started laughing at Ariel's brutal honesty that even Raynor is affected by it.
"Ouch. Well I guess you might be able to teach Stetmann a thing or two. Welcome aboard, Doc." Raynor welcomed his newest member as the screen cut to black.
The theatre lights came back on as RGQC could be seen standing up and stretching his back with a satisfied groan.
"Ahh…" RGQC then clapped his hands together with a smile on his face. "Ok how was it?" He asked.
"Awesome!" "Pretty good." "Hm. The plot gets thicker." Several responses reached RGQC's ear's as he smiled.
"Excellent now we ca-"
[Master unregistered entry into this realm detected.]
"And who is this person who entered my realm?"
[Deadpool master.]
RGQC's eye twitched as he gave himself a facepalm. "That reality breaker again?"
[Yes.]
RGQC could only sigh as he summoned his personal sword in his hand and walked out the door without speaking at all.
"Should we be concerned about it?" Ozpin then asked after a period of silence.
[No. We continue without him. He prefers dealing with unwelcome guests personally.]
"Yea! Let's continue!" Nora excitedly spoke.

Next thing I want to address is that I am putting my first work on hiatus for now as I want to work on some new projects of mine! I was thinking of a SI fate x RWBY story soon.
