It was night time in some unknown location, with a few lights on via light poles. Despite being a bit hard to see, a figure appears leaping from these poles one by one. They look like they are running from something due to how fast they are leaping from them.
Upon close look, the figure appears to be a Ninja, they stop on top of a pole as they look behind themselves.
"Okay, I think I managed to lose it." The Ninja said as they spotted a city in front "Alright, I found it! It's been a long time since I last saw her, I wonder how she's doing."
The Ninja's dialogue is cut by a loud roar as they look behind them "Ah crap it's still after me!" Very far away is the silhouette of a monstrous figure roaring, it's possible to identify some parts of the figure, such as the large pair of twisted horns on its head, what appears to be loincloths on its waist and holding a large weapon on its right arm, alongside large glowing purple eyes.
The Ninja continues to leap to try and run away from the creature, but it continues to pursue the Ninja, the creature spits from its mouth purple fireballs, the Ninja manages to avoid them as they hit and destroy the head of the poles.
One fireball manages to hit the pole the Ninja landed and the explosion sends him on the ground. He gets up as he looks behind and sees the creature charging at him, that's when he starts doing some hand signs.
"Earth Ninpo: Stone Steel Bullet!" Suddenly, the Ninja stomps on the ground, causing a large rock to appear and he strikes it with both fists, launching it at the creature who is hit on the head by it as sparks fly and it pushes it away "I'm not done yet!" He does another hand sign "Earth Ninpo: Liquid Earth Prison!" He puts both hands on the ground and causes it to melt, turning into mud and the creature sinks inside the mud, only leaving its head outside "Now that gotta stop you for a while." He said before waving at the creature "See ya!" He leaps away towards the city, the creature can only roar as its eyes glow in anger.
The next day in the afternoon, fighting sounds appear coming from inside the training room in the Shinobi Temple, the sounds come from both Hyuuga and Tsubaki, doing another session of training to improve Hyuuga's skills.
Tsubaki strikes Hyuuga with some precise palm thrusts, and before she could perform another, Hyuuga grabs her arm and tosses her on the ground, he then leaps and goes for a flying kick, though Tsubaki rolls to dodge the attack.
Hyuuga leaps and tries to punch Tsubaki, she leaps out of the way as Hyuuga punches the floor instead, wincing from the pain and doesn't notice Tsubaki's leg reaching his face and kicking him away.
"Don't let your guard down!" Tsubaki said.
"Well I'm sorry if I couldn't focus over the pain I felt in my hand!" Hyuuga shouted in a very angrily sarcastic tone "And sheesh lady, that kick hit hard!" He said while rubbing his left cheek.
"Well you can call me Chun-Li because my strength comes from my legs." Tsubaki said as she starts kicking the air several times before putting her left fist on her right palm as she bows and smiles.
"Then call me Dan Hibiki because I feel like a freaking joke right now." Hyuuga said, unimpressed about what he just saw.
"Hey it's okay to feel bad when you are in my presence." Tsubaki said while grinning, Hyuuga just stared at her already used to her usual teasing.
"I can't wait for the day I surpass you, then I'll be the one with the power to brag about how powerful I am!" Hyuuga said as he got up and points his thumb at himself with a smile on his face.
"Yeah, if that day comes anyway." Tsubaki said as she turn around and exits the room with a smug face.
"Oh it will come, and when it comes, everyone shall know my name!" Hyuuga said as he exit the room as well "They shall know the name Hyuuga Yasakani, the master of ninjas!" He said in an excited tone while raising his fist in the air.

Awkward silence, there was no one there besides Hyuuga and Tsubaki, plus a cricket that was making noises.
Hyuuga stood there like a fool, a blank expression appears on his face as he looks at Tsubaki just staring at him trying not to laugh before walking away, Tsubaki rolled her eyes and walks away as well.
"I will say though, you sure are improving, slowly, but improving a lot." Tsubaki said.
"Getting stronger will help a lot with the future battles, and a chance to humiliate the bonehead." Hyuuga said as he hit his fist on his palm, Tsubaki chuckling at that comment "Also, did you guys find any clues about whoever broke the seal?"
Tsubaki shook her head "No we haven't."
"Dammit, I don't get it, what would cause a Ninja to want to break the seal and release the Yokais?" Hyuuga questioned.
"Who knows, there are several Ninja clans but I can't think of one particular clan that could have a reason to break the seal."
"Maybe someone that wanted power or something, I don't know." Hyuuga sighs in annoyance, Tsubaki pats his back understanding his annoyance.
"Wow man it's been a while since I visited this place, it looks the same as always." Hyuuga and Tsubaki stop upon hearing someone speaking.
"Who 's there? Show yourself!" Tsubaki shouted as she and Hyuuga got into fighting stances.
"Sheesh Tsubaki, no need to get so aggressive." The owner of the voice appears, revealing to be a young man wearing a black ninja uniform minus the mask, showing a tan skin color, short spiky hair and black eyes.
"Uh Kusanagi, do you know him?" Hyuuga asks Tsubaki, who was staring at the mysterious man in shock.
"Daichi!" Tsubaki said in a happy tone as she runs towards the now-named Dachi and hugs him. "I can't believe it, it's been so many years!"
"I'm also glad to see you again, but you are kinda hurting me." Daichi said.
"Oh, sorry." Tsubaki said before releasing Daichi as the two shook hands "But really, I haven't seen you in years, where have you been?"
"Me and my family have moved to another city due to my father finding work there, and I forgot to tell you that." Daichi said as he rubbed the back of his head nervously "My bad."
"It's fine, I'm just so glad to see you again!"
"Uh I know you two are having a moment, but I am still in the room." Hyuuga said as Tsubaki and Daichi both look at him.
"Oh right, my bad." Tsubaki chuckles nervously, "Daichi, this is my friend, Hyuuga Yasakani."
"Ah, you must be the heir of the Yasakani clan then. Well nice to meet you, I'm Daichi Fudo, Tsubaki's cousin." Daichi introduces himself as he extends his hand towards Hyuuga.
"Oh you're Kusanagi's cousin, well it's nice to meet you too." Hyuuga shook Daichi's hand.

After some short seconds, realization suddenly hit Hyuuga as he looked at Tsubaki.
"You have a cousin?!" He shouted in confusion towards her, with Tsubaki simply nodding her head "And why didn't you ever mention him?"
"Because you never asked about my personal life?" Tsubaki answers in a dead-panned tone.
Hyuuga opens his mouth to say something, but no words came as he couldn't beat Tsubaki's logic, who was staring at him and Daichi burst laughing at the situation.
"Oh man it seems like I missed so much stuff here." Daichi said.
"Well then how about you catch up with current events?" Tsubaki said as she approaches Daichi and Hyuuga "Do you mind accompanying us Yasakani?"
"Not really, and I have nothing else to do soo, sure." Hyuuga said with a thumbs up.
"Great, then follow me, I know a place where we can chat." Hyuuga nodded and the three exit the Shinobi Temple as they make way to the place Tsubaki is talking about.
Some time later, the trio appear inside a café, Hyuuga drinking some coffee while Tsubaki and Daichi, who has changed his outfit and is now wearing black T-shirt with the logo of a turtle, jeans and white shoes, are eating some chocolate pie.
"Oh man, this is delicious." Tsubaki said as she eats the chocolate pie, Daichi nodding in agreement. "But yeah, long story short, Yokais are back, he and I are Kamen Riders and we fight against the Yokais while trying to find out who broke the seal." Tsubaki gives a short summary of current events.
"I see, so a lot of stuff happened while I was away." Daichi said as he took a sip of his coffee "I did hear about the Yokais' seal being broken, though the city I'm living in didn't show any Yokai activity."
"Guess Tokyo is the place for any supernatural crap to happen, who cares about the other cities?" Hyuuga said in a sarcastic tone, Tsubaki and Daichi chuckling at his comment "Jokes aside, the Yokais only focusing on this city is some luck, we can take them out without worrying about them going after other cities."
"The city was also built near the shrine that sealed the Yokais, so it makes sense why they would focus all of their attention here." Tsubaki said.
"Do they even have a goal in mind besides mindless destruction?" Daichi asks a very interesting question.
"Well if they could talk instead of roaring like wild animals then maybe, and I don't even think Gashadokuro has a goal as well, so who knows." Hyuuga said "Oh yeah by the way, I forgot to ask but, what are you doing here?" Hyuuga asks as he looks at Daichi "If you were here to visit Kusanagi it's fine, but I get the feeling there's more to it."
Tsubaki stares at Daichi, who takes a deep breath as he explains why he was in Tokyo.
"I'm being chased by this Yokai, and I need some help." Daichi explains his reason to both Hyuuga and Tsubaki, who look at him with their eyes widen with shocked expressions.
"W-What do you mean you are being chased by a Yokai?" Tsubaki asks with concern in her voice for her cousin.
"It all started a few days ago." A flashback occurs showing Daichi in the city he moved in. "Me and my family have adjusted to our new life in the city, things were very calm and with nothing happening. Well, that is until IT appeared."
The flashback shows Daichi walking in the streets at night minding his business until suddenly, he hears some weird sounds coming from an alley he passed.
"The hell was that?" Daichi asks as he turns around to try and locate where the sound was coming from. He shrug it off, ignoring it as he continue to walk when suddenly, something appears rushing from an alley towards Daichi, who quickly spots it on time and leaps out of the way as the figure slams its weapon on the ground, causing a small crater on impact "W-What the?!" Daichi looks in shock at what's in front of him.
The figure in front of Daichi didn't look human, or rather, wasn't human at all. The only parts shown are some of its skin, which is red in color, it appears wearing a loincloth around its waist and is holding a kanabo.
"It's when I first saw it, that Yokai. I won't lie that it was terrifying since I never saw a Yokai before and only heard about them in stories my parents told me. I don't know why it was after me, and I honestly didn't care to ask, I knew that I needed help, so I went to Tokyo to get that help, and here I am now.
The flashback ends as Hyuuga and Tsubaki stare at him, now understanding more about the story.
"Well you came to the right place, dealing with Yokais is our speciality, right Kusanagi?" Hyuuga said as he looks at Tsubaki, who nods in agreement.
"No need to worry, we are gonna take care of that Yokai with no problem… I think." Tsubaki said as she scratches her left cheek nervously, Hyuuga just rolls his eyes and Tsubaki notices it. "Hey we have no idea what Yokai looks like, so I can't just assume we are not gonna have problems against it."
"I honestly don't care what kind of Yokai is, I am gonna kick its ass back to the underworld!" Hyuuga said as he punches his fist on his hand, Daichi simply chuckled at that.
"Man it sure was a good decision coming back to Tokyo, of course I don't plan on hiding while you two get all of the glory." Daichi said with determination in his voice.
"Then you better not slow us down when we find this Yokai." Tsubaki said.
Suddenly they hear some noises followed by screams as they look at the window to see what is going on.
"Or if it finds us I guess." Hyuuga said "Let's go see what's going on." Tsubaki and Daichi nod and the three leave their sits to see what's happening, with Daichi quickly returning as he puts some money on the table.
"Thanks for the meal!" He said before exiting the place.
The three ninjas exit the café and see what's causing all the ruckus, the Yokai that Daichi was talking about in full view this time.
Its skin is completely red in color with its only clothes being a tiger-shaped loincloth around its waist, the fingers on its feet and hand have sharp nails, large yellow twisted horns on its head, white hair on its head and sinister purple eyes. It was also carrying a kanabo, a large club that has spikes all around it.
"There it is! The Yokai that was after me!" Daichi said while pointing to the Yokai.
"A Yokai? Looks more like an Oni to me!" Hyuuga said while pointing frantically at the Yokai Oni.
"Regardless of what it looks like, we gotta deal with it." Tsubaki said as Hyuuga nods "Hey horn head! Over here!" Tsubaki shouts to get the attention of the Yokai "You know it's not very nice to go after people just to hurt them right?"
The Yokai simply roars in anger as it rushes towards the trio, who quickly move out of the way as the Oni slams its kanabo on the ground, cracking it as everyone, minus Daichi, stares in shock.
"Stay out of that weapon's way, noted." Hyuuga muttered as he and Tsubaki got up before pulling their Drivers, with Daichi looking at them with a curious look in his eyes "Now Daichi, pay attention."
"Time for you to see how we deal with Yokais in this city." Tsubaki said as she and Hyuuga put on their Ninja Drivers then pull their respective scrolls as they press the button.
[Hebi!]
[Cho!]
They then insert their respective scrolls in their Drivers as the large scrolls appear behind them and perform their respective transformation poses.
Daichi backs away as he looks in awe at what's happening.
"Now please, take a good look…." Hyuuga said.
"At our…." Tsubaki continues.
"Henshin!" They shout at the same time and spin the cornua of their scrolls.
[Henshin no Jutsu!]
[Moeru, Hebi!]
[Hyouketsu, Cho!]
Their respective animals appear from the scrolls and merge with their users as they transform into their respective Rider forms.
Both appear wielding their respective weapons and rush towards the Yokai.
"So these are the Kamen Riders they were talking about." Daichi said.
Orochi and Tsurugi both charge towards the Yokai as they leap and swing their weapons towards it, but the Oni blocks the attack with its club as sparks fly once the blades make contact with the club.
The Oni Yokai then swings the club, its strength launching the Ninja Riders away then swings it on the ground, the impact causes two large stones to come out of the ground right below where Orochi and Tsurugi are falling, striking them both as sparks fly and they are sent upwards before falling on the ground.
"Okay yeah, that one hurt." Orochi said as he got up and crack his neck.
"Maybe that wasn't the best approach." Tsurugi said as she got up as well.
"Gee you don't say?" Orochi said in a sarcastic tone, causing Tsurugi to turn her head at him and despite the helmet covering her face, she was clearly rolling her eyes.
"Uh guys, look out!" Daichi said as he pointed forward, the two Ninja Riders turning their attention to the Oni Yokai rushing towards them, club raised and roaring like a wild beast.
Orochi and Tsurugi nodded their heads as they slide behind the Oni as it swing its club forward and slice its back at the same time, causing sparks to fly as the Yokai growls in pain.
They then use their speed to run everywhere while slicing the Oni, causing more sparks to fly with each other.
The Oni then swings its large club on the ground, causing a tremor that knocks both Riders mid-air and it swings the club to try and hit them, Tsurugi blocking with her katana as sparks fly from the impact and Orochi instead doing something different.
He puts his feet on top of the club as it reaches him and leaps backwards, using the club as a platform and causing the Oni to briefly lose its balance.
"Now's my chance" Tsurugi said as she performs hand signs as well "Ice Ninpo: Frozen Chain!" Tsurugi puts her hands on the ground and several ice chains emerge as they wrap themselves around the Yokai, trapping it in place "Now Yasakani!"
"Don't need to tell me twice!" Orochi performs some hand signs "Time to show you my new technique! Fire Ninpo: Fireball Strike!" Orochi raises his hands above his head as a large fireball appears and he tosses it at the Yokai, hitting it and exploding on impact as Orochi lands "Yes! How'd you like that horn head?!"
Inside the flames caused by the explosions is a pair of glowing purple eyes followed by a roar as the flames disappear and the Yokai Oni appears alright, showing a ridiculous powerful durability.
"What the hell is this thing?" Tsurugi said in shock at what happened.
"No way… It even survived that?" Daichi said in a shock tone as well.
The Yokai locks its eyes onto Orochi after he lands and goes after him. It swings its massive club at him, hitting Orochi as it causes sparks to fly from his body, then goes for another one and another one, this one being so strong it launches Orochi as he falls on the ground and cancels his transformation.
"Yasakani!" Tsurugi shouted before rushing towards the Yokai as she swings her katana at it, she manages to cut his back as sparks fly, but the Yokai doesn't feel a thing as it turns around and with a massive swing, hits Tsurugi so hard so flies away into a nearby wall, crashing into it and her transformation canceling out.
"Tsubaki!" Daichi shouted before glaring at the Yokai "You'll pay for this!" He rushes towards the Oni, who swings its club to try and hit him, but Daichi slides in between its legs to avoid the attack, before leaping and hitting the Yokai's head with a bicycle kick before kicking its back "Time to get out of here." Daichi did some hand signs and put his hand on the ground "Earth Ninpo: Underground Escape!" Holes appear on the ground below Daichi, Tsubaki and Hyuuga as they fall and the holes close, allowing them to escape from the Yokai Oni, who roars in rage over this.
Some time later in the Shinobi Temple, both Hyuuga and Tsubaki are being treated by some servants, Hyuuga has a band aid on his right cheek, he's also shirtless and with a bandage around his torso, meanwhile Tsubaki has a bandage around her forehead and a band aid on her nose.
The servants bow before leaving them as Daichi enters the room.
"So how are you two?" Daichi said.
"Besides the pain, we're fine I guess." Tsubaki said in a bleak tone.
"That Oni was strong, like, really strong, and we fought against Gashadokuro, so that's saying something." Hyuuga said.
"True, not mentioning how durable it is, our attacks almost didn't do a thing on it." Tsubaki said as she rubs her chin "We need to find a way to beat it and fast, it would be dangerous if we let it loose."
"Beat it fast…." Daichi snapped his fingers after muttering those words "That's it! Fast, that's the answer!"
"Huh?" Both Hyuuga and Tsubaki said at the same time confused about what Daichi meant.
"You two were able to overwhelm the Yokai with your speed, and we know that despite its physical strength being superior, its main weakness it's its very slow mobility."
"So by using our speed we have a chance of winning!" Hyuuga said as he got up very fast, causing a bit of pain in his left rib. "Okay bad idea." He said before sitting down, Tsubaki giggling at that.
"A good idea, though we have only one issue." Tsubaki said as she pulls the Hakucho Scroll "While our enhanced speed is great, only I have a speed-based form."
"Don't worry, I may not have a speed-based form, but I got all the strength right here." Hyuuga said as he pulls the Same Scroll, then points it at Daichi "And you'll provide some support, how's that?"
"Fine by me, we gotta work together to beat that Yokai, and make sure it leaves me the hell alone." Daichi said.
"Alright, it's decided." Hyuuga said before hitting his fist on his hand "We are gonna send that Oni back to the underworld!" Tsubaki and Daichi nodded "Good, now if you excuse me, I need to take some fresh to ignore the immense pain I am feeling." Hyuuga gets up and walks away while saying ouch due to the pain, Daichi chuckling at that.
"You sure made a really interesting friend, Tsubaki." Daichi said.
"Yasakani can be…. An annoyance sometimes, but he's a reliable and helpful friend, and I consider him my partner, though don't say it near him, he might blow a fuse." Tsubaki said in a teasing tone, both her and Daichi laugh at that "But anyway, now we got some time to talk so, man it's been years since I last saw you."
"Yeah, I still remember the times we played together when we were kids, you were such a nuisance back there." Daichi said.
"Well one of us had to be the life of the party mister timid!" Tsubaki said as she playfully elbows Daichi "I literally had you drag you to play with me, you weren't that cooperative."
"Hehe sorry, I just wasn't good at interacting with people!" They both laugh. "But yeah, those were really fun times."
"Yeah, that's true." Tsubaki said in a cheerful tone before adopting a grim expression as she looks on the floor "Really fun times huh."
Daichi looked at Tsubaki with the same grim expression, aware of what happened to cause her to take that expression on her face.
"I'm so sorry for what happened to them, it must have been devastating to you." Daichi said in a more serious yet sad tone.
"It was, I still miss them to this day, but I try my best to move forward, I'm sure they would want that as well." Tsubaki said as a sad smile appeared on her face.
"And remember, you are not alone, besides me, you have the people of the temple and of course, him." Daichi said as he pats Tsubaki's back with a smile on his face.
"Yeah, I won't lie that meeting Yasakani was one of my best decisions, he's really a good friend and someone I can count on." Tsubaki said in a cheerful tone, with Daichi looking at her with a smile.
"Yeah, someone you can really count on." Daichi said in a teasing tone, Tsubaki stared at him for a bit confused at to what he said, then realization hit her as her cheeks became red.
"T-T-That's not what I meant!" Tsubaki said as she got up fast.
"Oh really? Then what do you mean by that?" Daichi said, continuing to tease Tsubaki.
"Well…. I…. Y-You know what I…." Tsubaki was having trouble figuring out the next words due to the sudden rush of emotions she was feeling.
"Uh guys, I just heard some loud noises while I was outside." Tsubaki and Daichi hear the voice of Hyuuga as he enters the room "I think that Oni is back, so we should go!"
"Oh wow would you look at that, the Oni is back and causing troubles! We must do something about that right now!" Tsubaki said in a desperate tone while still blushing, Daichi simply smiling and Hyuuga having no idea what's with her.
"Uh, what the hell is with you Kusanagi?" Hyuuga said in a very confused tone.
"No time to explain, we must hurry now!" Tsubaki said as she grab Hyuuga by the arm and run away, Hyuuga complaining all the way and Daichi just watching the chaos.
"She really made an interesting friend." Daichi said as he follow them.
Back in the city, people were running in fear as the Oni Yokai was rampaging, smashing its large club onto cars and the ground, causing mayhem everywhere before hearing noises coming from behind.
Hyuuga and Tsubaki were riding their respective Rider Machines, with Daichi tagging with Tsubaki, as they approach the Yokai.
"Remember the plan Yasakani, you'll go with Same and I'll go with Hakucho, got it?" Tsubaki said.
"Don't need to tell me twice, meanwhile your cousin will assist us with some earth support." Hyuuga said as he look at Daichi, who gives him a thumbs up "Alright, let's do it!" Hyuuga said before accelerating the Red Striker.
"Don't rush in you idiot!" Tsubaki said "Hang on tight!" She then accelerated the Azure Dancer, with Daichi holding Tsubaki so he wouldn't fall.
The Yokai sees them arriving and rushes towards them, Hyuuga smirks underneath the helmet as he pulls and spins the Same Scroll before pressing its button.
[Same!]
He then inserts it on the Ninja Driver.
"Let's see if you can handle this, Henshin!" He then spins the cornua as he leaps from the Red Striker and flips in the air as the fiery shark appears "biting" him.
[Henshin no Jutsu! Umi no Tsuyo-sa, Same!]
Hyuuga transformed into Orochi Same Form as he raises his right leg and performs an axe kick, using the blade on his ankle to slash the Yokai as he lands, causing sparks to fly from its body as the blade connects with it.
"Orochi…. Has arrived." Orochi said before getting up with a backflips as he slashed the Yokai again with both blade ankles and goes for another slash, but the Yokai blocks with its club, both weapons colliding as sparks fly "Let's see which of us has the superior physical strength."
The Yokai roared as it swung the club, pushing Orochi away and it goes for another swing, the Ninja Rider crossing both hands as he uses the blades to block the attack, though he's struggling for a bit, being forced down by the Yokai as he slowly gets on his knees.
Tsubaki and Daichi arrive as she pulls the Hakucho Scroll and presses its button before inserting it on the Ninja Driver.
[Hakucho!]
"Stay away and get ready for the support." Tsubaki said to Daichi as he nod with his head and Tsubaki turns her attention to the Yokai."Henshin!" She spins the cornua and rushes towards the fight as her body glows white.
[Henshin no Jutsu! Tenkū no Utsukushi-sa, Hakucho!]
Tsubaki transforms into Tsurugi Hakucho Form and jumps in the air with a flying kick, hitting the Yokai and pushing it away.
"Thanks for the saving, Kusanagi." Orochi said as he got up, then Tsurugi slap him on the back of his helmet, causing him to yell in pain "What the hell was that for?!"
"For rushing it like an idiot, would it kill for you to wait for us to arrive together?" Tsurugi said in an annoyed tone.
"I was itching for a fight, and couldn't exactly wait any longer!" Orochi said.
"I swear you are so impatient sometimes."
"And you are very bossy as well, so we're even." Orochi said as he crossed his arms.
"That doesn't even make sense!" Tsurugi shouted in annoyance.
"Can you two bicker another time and focus on that first?" Daichi said pointing the Yokai, who is rushing in anger towards them.
"Ah crap!" Orochi said as he and Tsurugi rushes as well towards the Yokai, the fight truly starting now.
The Oni swings its club towards the Riders, Orochi blocking it by crossing his arms as he uses the blades to defend, he then swings his arms to knock the club away, causing the Yokai to lose some balance and Tsurugi takes that opportunity to deliver an elbow strike on the Yokai's torso, then follows-up with two palm strikes and another one aimed at the Yokai's chin.
The two Riders nod at each other as Tsurugi spread her arms, a pair of wings appear below her forearms and she flaps them, flying forward towards the Yokai and striking it with a body tackle, she then repeated the same pattern many times, using her speed to overwhelm the Yokai.
Orochi took that opportunity to use the form's strength against the Yokai, delivering hard hitting punches that cause sparks to fly, the Yokai punches Orochi as sparks fly from his body and it swings its club at him, he tries to block but is pushed away.
Tsurugi does some hand signs as she flies towards the Yokai.
"Ice Ninpo: Snow White Wings!" Tsurugi's feathers glow in ice white energy and she flies past the Yokai, slashing it with her wings and ice appears on the cut, the Yokai roaring in pain and Tsurugi landing near Orochi.
Orochi gets up and gets back to the fight, using that moment of distraction to slash the Yokai with his blades, he then dropkicks the Yokai as Tsurugi swoops in and once again takes flight, striking the Yokai with another flying tackle.
"Wow, despite the bicker they had, they really are good at working together. I gotta do my part too." Daichi said as he rushes in and performs a hand sign "Earth Ninpo: Armored Ground!" He hits his fists on each other and surrounds them with earth that takes the shape of gauntlets "Hey ugly!" Daichi said to catch the attention of the Yokai and delivers a punch on its face, then goes for another and another, he and Orochi then both punch at the same time, causing sparks to fly from the Yokai's body as it's pushed away.
"Alright, I think we can do it!" Tsurugi said as she flies towards the Yokai for another attack.
To her surprise however, the Oni grabs her by the leg and lets out an enraged loud roar, it then uses Tsurugi as a weapon by swinging her, Daichi ducking but Orochi isn't so lucky, being hit by Tsurugi as the two fall on the ground.
"I think we pissed it off." Tsurugi said.
"Oh you think?" Orochi said in a sarcastic tone.
"Guys!" Daichi shouted before being grabbed by the Yokai and lifted in the air "Let me go!" He punches the Oni's arms with his knuckle, causing it to roar in pain and letting go of him.
Daichi then delivers some punches on the Yokai as sparks fly, the Oni swings its club but Daichi dodges and delivers an uppercut followed by a roundhouse kick.
He goes for another punch, but the Yokai grabs his fist and with enough strength, breaks the gauntlet, hurting Daichi's arm as he winces in pain before being punched hard on the gut, he spits blood before being hit by another punch, sending him flying away.
"Daichi!" Tsurugi shouted as she and Orochi got up, getting in front of the Yokai as it slowly approach Daichi "Now you've done it. Anyone that threatens a family member will be punished!" Tsurugi said as she points her finger to the Yokai.
"You're turning into shark food horn head!" Orochi said as he crack his knuckles.
The Yokai roared as it approaches them, when suddenly someone lands on top of its head and uses it as a platform to jump towards the Riders, being a Servant from the Shinobi Temple, who lands on his knees and holding a cushion on his hands.
"I'm sorry to interrupt your battle, but the Sages sent me here to give you this, heir to the Yasakani clan." The Servant said as he raises the cushion, showing that it has a Seal Scroll on it, this one being yellow in color and having the image of a Stag Beetle.
"Is that a new scroll?" Orochi asks, the Servant nodding.
"The Kuwagata Scroll, one of the scrolls that we manage to recuperate, the Sages thought this might be helpful." The Servant explained as Orochi grabs the Scroll.
"And I guess it will, thanks man!"
"No need, I'm simply doing my job." The Servant said and suddenly he delivers a back kick, hitting the Yokai without even turning around and leaps on top of the Yokai, using it for some impulse as it leaps away.
"New scroll, and a new form to use." Orochi said as he spins the Kuwagata Scroll and presses its button.
[Kuwagata!]
He then inserts the scroll on the Ninja Driver, a large fiery scroll appearing behind him, the flames being yellow in color, and he spins the cornua, showing the image of a burning stag beetle.
[Henshin no Jutsu!]
The Yokai then tries to attack Orochi when suddenly, his body is surrounded in a yellow amber-like barrier that repels the attack, pushing the Oni away.
"Wow, Nice!" Orochi said after witnessing the protection.
From the scroll, a large burning stag beetle appears as it flies forward before turning around and closing its pincers on Orochi, breaking the barrier and Orochi appearing in his new Kuwagata form.
[Mushi no Haya-sa, Kuwagata!]
The suit now adopts a stag beetle motif and its color becomes yellow, he gains a cape on his left shoulder, gold lining with a red center on the chest armor, that also has the image of a stag beetle, the bandage design shows now stag beetles and for the helmet, two pincers appear moving from the shoulders to the sides of the helmet, adopting a stag beetle motif and blue eyes. Also his back gains a large backpack that resembles a stag beetle's back that opens, revealing four large metallic insect wings.
Orochi raises his right arm as flames appear on it and take the shape of a gauntlet before disappearing, revealing a new weapon.
[Kuwagata Gauntlet!]
As the name implies, it's a stag beetle-themed gauntlet that appear in its default Punch Mode, with the pincers serving as the knuckles.
"I suddenly feel lighter, this form feels very different from my Same." Orochi said as he look at his new form.
"Yasakani…" Tsurugi said as she looked at his new form.
"Then I guess it's time for the counterattack right?" Daichi said, getting up and wiping blood from his mouth.
"Yeah!" Orochi said as he assume a fighting stance "Time for you to see how strong Beetles are!"
The Yokai roared as it rushes for a punch, but because of the new speed of this form, Orochi simply slides to the side and delivers an uppercut with the Kuwagata Knuckle, causing sparks to fly from the Oni's body, he goes continues with the punches, each punch pushing the Yokai away then delivers a rising knee strike, pushing the Yokai away.
The Oni gets up and tries to hit Orochi with its club, he tries to dodge by jumping, but accidentally activates the wings on his back, causing him to fly upwards as he screams in panic.
"I know this form is based on a stag beetle, but I didn't even notice the wings!" Orochi said as he look at his back, now noticing the wings that are flapping, the Yokai stares at him as the Ninja Rider is still trying to figure it out how his wings work.
"Don't let your guard down!" Tsurugi shouted, getting the attention of the Yokai as she delivers a roundhouse kick, then follows-up with another kick and continues with more roundhouse kicks. Meanwhile Daichi starts doing some hand signs for another Ninjutsu.
"Earth Ninpo: Earth's Fury!" He punches the ground, causing a large stone to come out below the Yokai and hit it, sparks fly from its body and Tsurugi takes that as an opportunity to strike the Yokai with a precise kick.
"Hey Yasakani, can you stop fooling around?" Tsurugi said to Orochi.
"Hey it's not my fault, this is my first time flying! But I think I figured it out by now." Orochi said as he flies towards the Yokai with a flying dropkick.
"Let's see what else this thing can do." Orochi said as he pull one of the Kuwagata Gauntlet's pincers, folding it as the other is folded as well and then, two barrels come out of the gauntlet.
[Shoot Mode!]
"Oh nice!" Orochi said in an excited tone as he pulls the trigger on the gauntlet's grip, shooting yellow energy shots at the Yokai, who uses its club to defend from the shots.
The shots hit the club as sparks fly from it, Tsurugi then moves in quick as the Yokai swings the club to try and hit her, though she slides on the ground and raises herself in one hand, kicking the club out of the Yokai's hands.
Orochi then takes that opportunity and starts shooting the club nonstop, the weapon explodes and it's reduced to ashes that fall on the ground. The Oni looks in shock seeing its weapon destroyed and it turns its attention to Orochi, its anger builds up and it unleashes a devastating roar, it sends sonic waves that shatter nearby glass and pushes the Riders and Daichi, who are trying their best to not lose their balance.
The Yokai smashes the ground with both fists, releasing a shockwave that travels across the ground towards the trio. Since only Orochi and Tsurugi are protected via their suits, they stand in front of Daichi and cross their arms to block the attack, sparks fly from their bodies as small explosions send them on the ground.
"Are you guys okay?!" Daichi said in a concern tone.
"We are, but we need to finish this now!" Tsurugi said as she stood up.
"Couldn't agree more with you." Orochi said as he did the same. "You guys distract it while I prepare the final attack."
"Leave it to us!" Tsurugi said as she gives a thumbs-up to Orochi.
The Oni does another shockwave attack, though this time the trio leap out of the way, Orochi and Tsurugi taking flight, with Daichi on top of a light pole. Tsurugi dives towards the Yokai and delivers a series of fast bicycle kicks that releases icy energy with each kick and pushes the Yokai away.
Daichi drops from the pole as he performs a few hand signs and when he lands, he stomps on the ground as a large stone comes out of it and he performs a roundhouse kick, kicking the stone towards the Yokai, hitting them and shattering into pieces.
"Good guys, now gotta get the finisher ready." Orochi removes the Kuwagata Scroll and inserts it on a slot located on the left side of the Kuwagata Gauntlet.
[Hissatsu no Jutsu!]
Fiery energy starts building up on the barrels as he points the gauntlet towards the Yokai, from inside the helmet and lock-on system targeting the Oni.
"Come on…. Come on….!" Orochi mutters as he waits for the Yokai to be targeted, that's when a sound is heard as the Yokai is targeted. "Target lock on, let's rock!"
Tsurugi and Daichi notice that Orochi is ready to fire and nod at each other. They grab the Yokai by the arms to hold it in place.
"Now Yasakani!" Tsurugi shouted.
"Take my Super Fire Ninpo: Great Stag Beetle's Horn Thrust!" Orochi shouted before pressing the trigger, shooting a fiery projection of a stag beetle's horns as it spins while flying towards the Yokai.
[Kuwagata Hassha Ken!]
Tsurugi and Daichi roll out of the way as the horn reaches the Yokai, it tries to block with its bare hands, but it's too late as the horn drills through its body and pierces through it.
"You who don't belong in the light, return to the darkness." Orochi turns around "Evil Spirit." He said in a calm tone as the Yokai let out a roar before exploding, with its soul imploding as well.
"Yes, we did it!" Daichi said as he and Tsurugi fist-bumps, Orochi then descends near them as he and Daichi also fist-bumped.
Some time later, Hyuuga and Tsubaki appear saying their goodbyes to Daichi.
"I seriously gotta thank you two, now I can rest easy without the fear of an Oni coming to haunt me." Daichi said.
"I'm just glad you are okay Daichi, despite the circumstances, I'm really happy you came to visit and I hope we meet again another time." Tsubaki said as she hugs Daichi, who hugs her back.
"Yeah me too, and it was nice knowing you Hyuuga, can I call you Hyuuga?"
"Sure I don't mind, and it was nice knowing you too Daichi." Hyuuga and Daichi then shake hands "See you around."
"Same man." Daichi said before he bowed and waved goodbye to them as he uses his speed to leap between the light poles.
"Your cousin is a nice guy Yasakani." Hyuuga said.
"You're right, and you even managed to make another friend!" Tsubaki said that last part in a teasing tone.
"Ah shut up you." Hyuuga said as he lightly punches Tsubaki, they laugh afterwards.
Unbeknownst to them, someone appears spying on them from a distance, this particular individual appears wearing a Ninja uniform, with orange accents and crimson in color.
"Laugh at all you want, when the time comes, we'll see who gets the last laugh." The figure walked away as they laughed.
