Chapter Two: More Saiyans!
"So this creep is one of your kind." Piccolo looked at John, after hearing the full story.
John nodded in seriousness. "Yes, Raditz is indeed just like me and Goku. A Saiyan. Still, I can not believe that he is still alive since I figured that all of our people are dead and gone. Once we find Raditz, we need to not only save Gohan but also we need to take his scouter as soon as possible."
Goku looked at his adopted big brother in slight confusion. "You mean that thing he has on his face?. Why?."
"Because Goku that scouter not only measures our accurate power levels and is able to radio anyone nearby or on this planet, but it also transmits to anyone who is listening or recording. I know that I just risked putting us in even further danger than we already are," informed John.
"Mmmm, so that means someone is listening or recording everything we say to him or him saying anything to us. Damn it," said Piccolo, starting to really hate that device.
"Look as long as none of us mention anything about the dragon balls we are cleared. And knowing Frieza, his ass has no interest in any planet that has zero value and is unable to make a profit in selling it. That, and he has no interest in listening to the conversations of a low-class saiyan warrior like Raditz no matter what one of his men says." explained John, with seriousness and slight fear of mentioning one of the members of the Cold Family.
Old memories of the old life are starting to resurface in John's mind. Remembering how Frieza and his family belittled his parents and made rude offensive comments to no end. Heck, he even forced his people to conquer a planet that he does not need and just said that just so he can get some entrainment from it. Especially when he watches them lose their lives, get hurt, or even miss track of time with their kids, and even forget they have kids or their names. It just sickens John to no end as he wanted to put a stop to the Cold Family. Unfortunately like all of his people, he was too weak and did not have the potential power level to rival Frieza or his family's power level.
"We are almost there. I can sense him nearby. And once we get him, I will use my new move on him and I need you both to distract and keep him in the same spot. It takes a lot of energy to produce my Special Beam Canon." informed Piccolo.
Piccolo broke John's thought and remembered the task at hand. Focusing on saving his little nephew. Meanwhile trailing far behind the three fighters, Bulma and Chi Chi were on their tails all thanks to the GPS installed inside the midsole of John and Goku's boots. Yes, they were going to give their hand at aiding their husbands despite knowing they were not on their equal level but that did not stop the two earth girls. Over the years before Gohan was born, both John and Goku had trained ChiChi and Bulma on how to use ki, sense energy, and fly.
Of course, Bulma indeed more attention due to her not knowing how to fist and kick fight. Still, John and Goku teach Bulma and Chi Chi what they learn, and something that the two can do willingly. From using the techniques from Master Roshi to making the two run up and down the tower to steal and drink that special water from Karin the cat. Even though John and Goku know that the water was just plain old-fashioned H20. However, it is better to not tell them that since the water method is a motivation to trick Bulma and Chi Chi into doing it despite their crying complaints about running up and down the tower.
"I do not care if that jerk is my Goku's older brother, I'm still going to kill him," said Chi Chi, looking all focus and such.
Bulma nodded while looking at her device that are tracking their husbands. "Right!. No one throws me at my husband and thinks they can get away with it."
Chi Chi relaxed into her seat and put her leg over the other. "At this moment I do not know who we should be worried about more, Bulma. Piccolo or Raditz?."
Bulma stirred the plane in a straight direction without chasing course while thinking about that question. "You are right, Chi Chi. I do not know if we should even trust Piccolo. Despite how much both John and Goku believe that everyone deserves a chance at redemption. But sometimes I really hated that John is being naive on that one."
Chi Chi can agree on that one as she too disliked the certain type of naiveness from Goku. And it is not his intention. Back with Raditz who is carrying two picked red apples that he picked to feed Gohan. After arriving back to where his space spod currently rests, Raditz had to deal with a crying Gohan who keeps trying to hide from him but failed all thanks to having a scouter. As a result, Raditz threw his nephew into his pod and locked it all due to the boy's annoying rant about Goku, and his so-called uncle will come to save him and teach him a lesson about not kidnapping.
"Stupid brat," Raditz spoke when approaching his and then suddenly picked up a big power level. "What?. I'm picking up a big power level."
Raditz pressed the button on his scouter to try and locate where the source is and can not believe it was coming from his pod. "Huh?. No. No that can not be right. This kid is more powerful than...me. Nah, this scouter must be malfunctioning due to being so damn old. Pfft, I have had this scouter since I was a kid. Should have gotten the new cutting-edge scouters while I was on Planet Frieza."
Before Raditz can even open his pod, his scouter alerted him of fast incoming and looked up to see John, Goku, and Piccolo stepping down from the sky with a look of determination. This amused the saiyan as he levitated out of the crater and landed on the ground. Already have an idea of what John and Goku are doing here along with having the Namekian tag along. Raditz took a bite from one of the big apples and chuckled in amusement.
"Now, I hope that I am completely wrong about what I'm seeing here. Your Majesty, please do not tell me that you and my brother are going to make a silly attempt in taking me out to rescue that hybrid of a saiyan. Along with having this Namek give you a numbers advantage over me." said Raditz, taking another bite of the apple.
"No, you are wrong, Raditz," John informed him while getting into his fighting stance.
Goku removed the weights of his boots and wristbands and was about to get into his fighting stance with confidence. "We are not leaving until I get my son back."
Piccolo removed his weight gear with a look of confidence.
"And we will make sure your ass will not live to see tomorrow. Especially after we know about your fancy headgear," said Piccolo.
Raditz laughed at this before turning to see the prince of his race. "And what about you, Kiren?. You're not going to take something off of you?."
With seriousness, John jumped up and down and stopped. Then he cracked his neck. "Nah, not me. I want to put one of my boots up your ass, Raditz. I recommend you use your scouter and get a good read on us. Don't want you to expect the unexpected, even though that is against our saiyan nature."
Raditz did what John recommended and growled at what the device is telling him. Besides John, Goku and Piccolo's power level jumped up as soon as they removed the weights of their clothes. John's power level is up by two hundred more but that is not going to scare Raditz.
"Prince or not, I will make you pay for turning against your own saiyan heritage and lying about Lord Frieza!." Raditz powered up and dashed at the three.
Using their plan, John and Goku charged at Raditz and worked together in fighting him. Leaving Piccolo to work on channeling his energy to power up his new move. John backflipped and miss-kicked Raditz as the saiyan kicked him in the back hard. Goku tried to get his hits in on Raditz but was too fast to do so. Raditz laughed and punched Goku and sending him flying in another direction. John punched Raditz square in the face and take the fight into the air.
Trading the blows with each other, Raditz and John is hitting it toe to toe and throwing large ki blasts. Raditz throws his Double Sunday and John used his Galick Gun. Once both ki's made contact, John forced his Galick Gun to explode and blinded Raditz.
"Ah, my eyes!." Raditz jumped out of the area with his eyes closed shut.
John reappeared behind Raditz with a smug look. "That is the plan, asshole."
John immediately double-kicked Raditz in the back. Raditz flew forward and then see Goku as he upper hammered fisted him. John quickly flew over and grabbed the saiyan by the armor and threw him straight down.
"Now, Piccolo!." said both Goku and John.
"Here it comes!. Special Beam Canon!." Piccolo yelled and fired his new move.
"Yes!." John looked at Goku with a smirk.
Goku grinned and nodded. However, Raditz quickly pushed himself away from the blast and landed back on the ground.
"Shit!." Piccolo did not like how the plan failed.
"Hahaha!." Raditz laughed and shoot multiple ki blasts at all three of them. "Oh, your majesty you completely forgot about the wonderful benefits of having a saiyan tail?."
All three tried to dodge all of those ki blasts to the best of their abilities. One minor mistake that John made about fighting a saiyan. The tail of a Saiyan, as it is their race's most valuable thing that is a part of their bodies. Remembering that the tails keep the balance of stamina at bay. Let alone the main source of their power and the ability to tap into their beloved Oozaru form. Now, wishing that he and Goku had kept their tails and not given them up when being trained by Kami years ago.
"Damn, I completely forgot about that. Shit!." John landed down after blocking a blast from sight.
"Ah, man." commented a pissed-off Goku.
"Great. Now we need a plan B," said Piccolo, knowing that he have to come up with some energy to create a second Special Beam.
"Not going to happen you three!." Raditz charged right at them at top speed.
Neither Piccolo nor Goku could see Raditz coming. Not even John. John did not know if he can make a fast move to stop Raditz as the odds were not going in their favor.
"Piccolo, Goku, John, close your eyes quick!." came a woman's voice.
"Solar Flare!." yelled another woman.
"What the?!." Raditz covered his eyes. "My eyes!."
John, Goku, or Piccolo did not cover their eyes in time as the light blinded them.
"Ah, crap, it's a solar flare." John had a hard time adjusting his eyes.
"Yeah, but who did it?." Goku questioned.
Once their eyes finally adjusted they saw none other than Chi Chi and Bulma.
"Bulma?." John looked surprised.
"Chi Chi?." Goku shared the same facial expression.
"Well, who else do you boys expect?." Bulma smirked at her husband.
Chi Chi smirked at Goku. "You two think we are just going to let you boys fight Raditz alone?. Much less have to keep your constant eye on Piccolo."
Piccolo grinned at this. "I'm the least of your husbands' worries."
Raditz managed to get his sight back and see the two enraged. "Damn you earth bitches!. I kill you for this!."
"Excuse me?!." Bulma became enraged by this.
"Did you just call us earth bitches?!." Chi Chi is enraged as well.
So enraged that Chi Chi backed up and powered herself up to her full power.
"The fuck?!." Raditz is in awe at what the scouter is picking up. "This earth woman has a power level of 1,444!."
"And do not forget about me you jerk!." Bulma powered up as well to her maximum.
Raditz had a look of disbelief. "Your...Your power level is freaking 1,489!. Is there something wrong with my scouter?!."
"Let us find out!." Bulma and Chi Chi said together and charged right at Raditz.
Raditz was on the ropes as he is being overpowered by two earth women and getting his ass handed to him. John and Goku watched their wives give it their all and are quite impressed by how well they are holding on their own. Guess they can say the hard work and training truly paid off.
"While they are trying to distract Raditz, I will power up my technique," said Piccolo, putting his fingers back on his forehead.
John and Goku joined their wives in the numbers game on Raditz as the saiyan is receiving kicks and punches. His armor started to break as Bulma kicked him on the back of his head, while Chi-Chi strongly punched him in the abdomen. Given the opportunity at hand, John grabbed Raditz's tail and squeezed.
Raditz yelled and hit the ground hard.
"Ah, no!." Raditz spoke in fear.
"Ah, yes." John mocked with a smirk. "You should have not underestimated my wife or Goku's."
"Exactly." Bulma landed down and so did Goku and Chi Chi.
"That would teach you to mess with my family!." said Chi Chi.
Goku looked at Piccolo who is still charging. "Are you ready Piccolo?!."
"I'm almost there Goku!." Piccolo grinned. "Just keep him still."
"No, wait, John, please no," Raditz begged.
John looked down at a helpless Raditz. He raised his brow. "Is that so?. Give me a good reason why I should not have you dead?."
"Because we are the last of our kind." Raditz hoped this would get through to him.
John slowly softened. "And?."
"And you are the prince of our people. You are born of nobility. Meaning you would not kill a saiyan who is not on your level or is at their weakest." explained Raditz.
John can not argue about this one. Raditz has a point. He is a noble saiyan. And as a noble, he had to do what was right.
"Don't make me regret it, Raditz," John warned and let go of his tail.
John let go of Raditz which shocked everyone.
"John, no, what are you doing?!." questioned a shocked Bulma.
"Are you insane, John?!." yelled Piccolo.
"John look out!." Goku warned when jump speed.
Raditz gave the upper hand and blindsided John, by kicking him in the front left kneecap and breaking it. John hit the ground hard hollering in pain. Raditz quickly shoots a blast at Goku's chest and hit the ground with a burnt mark.
"No!." Chi Chi charged at Raditz.
Raditz grinned evilly and quickly appeared behind her and punched her shoulder out of place. Bulma could not do anything as Raditz had Goku underneath his boot and holding poor Chi Chi by her injured arm.
"Hahaha!. You all lose. Stupid Kiren." said Raditz, looking at the laid-down prince. "This planet and these earthlings have made you soft and pathetic. You truly disgraced your race and your royal birthright."
"Fuck you, Raditz!." John tried to get up but had no success.
Raditz laughed at this while stomping Goku's chest and hear him yell in pain while pulling Chi Chi's arm as she too yelled.
"No stop!." Bulma had a look of fear for her best friend's life.
Raditz laughed at this while Piccolo was mad about not doing a damn thing about it. Suddenly something ended Raditz's laughter and enjoyment. His scouter had picked up a big power level that rivals his. In shock, he let go of Chi Chi as she hit the ground on her knees and held her injured arm.
"Who has this power level?." Raditz looked around and see no one matches the power. "The only person around here left is..."
Suddenly out of the blue, Gohan exploded out of the space pod with a look of pure anger on his face. This shocked everyone including Raditz. Gohan landed down and faced Raditz with anger and built-up tears in his eyes. Breathing through his teeth while having a firey aura around him.
"Gohan...get...out...of...here...now," Goku told his son while still fighting his pain.
Gohan did not listen to a word his Dad says.
"Gohan, honey, get out of here. We can handle this. Don't look." Chi Chi said while holding her tears.
"Nephew, please go to your Aunt Bulma," John said trying to get up.
"Gohan, sweetie." Bulma had her arms out. "Come to auntie."
Gohan ignored all of them as he is too angry to listen. He has his eyes set on Raditz who was in deep scare.
"His power level is 1,885 and still rising." said a scared Raditz.
Little Gohan powered up and yelled. "Leave my family alone!."
With that said he charged right at a scared stiffed Raditz and collided his head on the side of his waist. Leaving everyone in shock and astonishment.
John managed to stand on one leg and saw an opening and lifted his arm up and produce a thin spinning disc in his hand and fired it as soon as Gohan is out of the way.
"Destructo Disc!." John slings the disc at Raditz's tail.
The disc land a clean cut on Raditz's tail as it completely fell to the ground. Leaving Raditz weak, helpless, and traumatized. Giving the opportunity at hand as both Goku and Piccolo can see it.
"Piccolo now!. Do it!." yelled Goku.
"Right!." Piccolo charged his full ki. "Special Beam Canon!."
The beam struck fight through Raditz's chest. John used his good leg and jumped out of the way from the beam before it hit him as well. Raditz hit the ground with blood pouring from his mouth and chest.
"Yes!." Goku cheered.
"Take that and go to hell!." Piccolo grinned in victory before going over to help John back up.
"No!. Damnit!. Damn you all!." said Raditz, dying.
"Well, serves you right, jackass." Chi Chi said while helping Goku back to his feet and taking him to a seat.
"If my power level was higher I would kill all of you!." said Raditz, spitting out blood and dying.
Bulma frowned and spit on the dying saiyan. "Well, that is never going to happen. My John can not be counted out so soon. Besides if you did then we just revive ourselves with the dragon balls."
"Dragon Balls you say." Raditz looked at the woman. "Do tell."
Now Bulma would think about what is going on in the situation when having a conversation. But unfortunately, she is going to ignore it this time.
"Well, since you are going to end up like a dodo, I suppose it would not hurt to give your last dying wish," said Bulma, as started explaining about the dragon balls.
As Piccolo managed to successfully put John's knee back in place and did the same with Chi Chi's arm, his long ears picked up the conversation between Bulma and Raditz and did not like what he is hearing. Especially when the conversation is personally sensitive information.
"Bulma no!. Stop!." Piccolo quickly jumped over to where Bulma is and destroyed Raditz's scouter by stepping on it.
"Hehe!. Hahaha!." Raditz laughed crazily. "Fools!. You all and this planet are all fucked. Because in one year two remaining saiyans will come to earth and claim the dragon balls themselves."
This shocked everyone when hearing this, after all, they had been through.
"There are more saiyans?!." said a shocked Chi Chi.
"Hehe, yes. And you thought I was wild to fight, wait until you meet Nappa and Turles. And FYI, John. Goku. Unlike me, those two will not show any mercy and fairness as I have. You are all doomed!." said Raditz, laughing evilly at his so-called victory.
This enraged Piccolo so much that he lift his hand up and karate-chopped Raditz's neck. Thus breaking the neck and finally killing Raditz.
"Oh, no, what have I done?." said a shocked Bulma. "I doom us all."
"Oh, No." Chi Chi holds Gohan close to her.
"Grrrr, damnit!." Goku growled at hearing all this.
"Shit!." John growled at the new situation.
Piccolo looked at everyone before looking back at the dead saiyan. "Do not worry about your pin pals. Because we will deal with them the same way we dealt with you."
Somewhere in a much far away solar system on a completely ruined planet standing inside a massive crater where their space pods were, currently eating the remains of the dead race of people they shamelessly slaughtered. Grinning big on hearing the news from the transmission from Raditz's scouter.
"Just our luck, Turles. An eternal dragon that grants any wish of our desire." Nappa looked at Turles. "You thinking what I'm thinking?."
Turels took a bite of someone's arm and swallow it in one big gulp and smirked evilly.
"Yes, I do Nappa. A wish for immortality for us. Let alone pay a visit to my trader cousin, Kakarot. And see our disgraced prince of our race, Kiren." said Turles, grinning evilly.
Nappa chuckled at hearing this as it is indeed a rare treat for them both.
"I am looking forward to it, Turles." Nappa spits some bones out of his mouth and spoke mockingly about John. "Long live our soon-to-be-fallen Prince of the Saiyans. Hahaha!."
Turles joined in the laughter as this is indeed going to be fun and enjoyable.
"Those dman fools just do not know what they got themselves into when we come!." said Turles, laughing still.
