The Crimson Magic Village, home to a population of around three-hundred Arch Wizards-

"Yooohooo~! Come out and play, boys!"

"Surrender your men and we'll spare the women and children!"

-was currently on fire.

No matter how many Orcs were slain, more would appear and just overwhelm the attacker.

"N-nooo! I've been praying to the evil gods every night for a forward woman who would take charge, but this isn't what I meant! Teleport!"

A Crimson Demon shouted when an Orc pounced on him from behind and started ripping his clothes off right then and there. Had it not been for the Teleport spell, a lot of the Arch Wizards would have been in serious trouble.

The majority of the village had escaped to the hills and could only helplessly watch as their home was ransacked and burned.

"Just how many Orcs are there…"

Kazuma wondered aloud as he tried and failed to count the number of enemies.

"If I had to guess, six or seven thousand. That cursed Demon King's Army… They will rue the day they destroyed the Home of the Crimson Magic! For as long as we live, there shall be opportunity for revenge, my people!"

Hiropon stated while gripping his fist in the air in an attempt to raise morale.

"Doesn't the Demon King's Army attack you guys on a weekly basis with ridiculous numbers? You and Naruto destroyed a platoon of one thousand troops by yourselves just the other day."

Kazuma asked, because if two people could wipe out a thousand troops, what was six or seven thousand to a group of even one hundred Crimson Demons?

"It's true that normally such numbers wouldn't matter to our clan… But it seems the enemy has adopted the same tenacity as that Demon King Army General. Before, we could wipe out an Orc with a single use of Advanced Magic. But now it takes two, or sometimes three spells."

Hirpon explained grimly, causing the younger boy's eyes to widen.

"Our mana reserves are vast, but… Eventually we would run out and our men would meet a terrible fate."

With that said, Kazuma turned back to look at the gathered Crimson Demons. A good portion of the men were already in bad shape, with their clothes torn and disheveled in multiple places as their friends and family comforted them.

Even now, a couple Crimson Demons were showing up via Teleport looking just as bad if not worse.

Kazuma shivered. It must have been a terrifying experience.

It was then he realized they were missing someone.

"Hey, where's Naruto?"

"That man is out there playing the hero. Honestly, why isn't he here protecting me… Hey, what are you looking at hikiNEET?"

Aqua leveled her gaze on Kazuma, who looked like he was choking on something.

"N-nothing… pfft…! N-nothing at all."

Kazuma stuttered while stifling his laughter. It seemed Naruto's clones had scribbled all sorts of graffiti on the goddess's face.

Aqua tilted her head in confusion, and with the funny markings, it took Kazuma's all not to burst out laughing.

They were in a dire situation here, and he was a mature man.

"Why aren't there any male Orcs…"

Darkness seemed to be moping about something on Kazuma's other side, but he opted to ignore her.

Megumin was currently standing over Deidara's corpse, an unreadable expression on her young features.

"Ah, there's Naruto-san!"

Yunyun suddenly spoke up and pointed down the hill, and the group turned to find the shinobi walking towards them with a few Shadow Clones. They were each carrying a Crimson Demon on their backs.

"This should be everyone."

Naruto said as he laid the crying male on the grass, a bead of sweat trailing down his cheek as the Crimson Demon proceeded to curl up in the fetal position.

'My condolences…'

'So? What's the plan, brat? Shall we wipe out the Orcs and that blasted village all together?'

'That would certainly be the easy route… But I'd rather not be responsible for the destruction of another settlement.'

While Deidara had been the one to actually destroy Alcanretia, Naruto still felt partially responsible for being the one to cause the change in its people that ultimately led to the Demon King sending the terrorist in the first place.

The same could be said here in a way. If he'd been more thorough in finishing off Sylvia, they wouldn't be in this mess in the first place.

'I've gotten sloppy…'

Naruto thought and relented a sigh. But he could think about reviewing his training some other time.

They had an army to stop.

"Thank you for helping our village during our time of need, Naruto. As expected of the man who aspires to wed my dau-yowch!"

Hiropon began when Yunyun suddenly kicked him in the shin.

"T-thank you, Naruto-san… But what now?"

Yunyun was ashamed even when she said it. Here she was, relying on Naruto again.

Wasn't she going to be the next chief of the Crimson Demon Clan? There had to be something she could do to contribute.

No… She wasn't being fair with herself right now. Even her father was content with everyone simply escaping with their lives, which she was also grateful for.

It was just frustrating not being able to fight back. She felt so powerless right.

Seeing the troubled look on his friend's face, Naruto put on a grin and placed a hand on her shoulder.

"Hey, it's gonna be fine. We're a party, right? I got an idea, but I'm gonna need everyone's help. In fact, I need you to…"

The shinobi started before he leaned forward and whispered something into the girl's ear.

Yunyun blinked. That plan was crazy! Surely something like that wouldn't-

'Ah, but this is Naruto-san we're talking about…'

Shaking her head, Yunyun decided to trust her party member-no, her friend!

And so, the two went their separate ways.

"E-everyone! Please listen to me!"

Yunyun shouted loud enough for the collective Crimson Demons to hear her.

Oh gosh… This was going to be so embarrassing. Even now, just having their attention made her palms sweaty.

But Naruto was counting on her!

"M-my name is Yunyun! The number one Arch Wizard of the Crimson Demons, and the one who will one day become the chief! I know things look grim, but we have a plan!"

This caused an uproar of murmurs and whispers amongst the clan.

But as Yunyun continued her embarrassing speech, Naruto walked over to Kazuma's party.

"I take it you have a plan?"

Kazuma asked, and the shinobi flashed a fox-like grin.

"Yup! We're going to…"

. . .

"What!?"

Kazuma, Darkness, and Aqua all shouted in unison.

"If you're craving chaos so much, just do your glowing fox demon thing and wipe them all out!"

"Yes! Let your inner demon take over! I'll distract the enemy while you prepare! Even if I'm in the way, don't hesitate to unleash your attacks!"

"A couple of Orcs should be nothing for that smelly fox, just do that bomb thing of yours instead!"

Everyone turned to Darkness, who averted her gaze.

"...Anyways. I don't want to destroy the village, so that's why Darkness and Aqua will work together with the Crimson Demons and lure them out to a clearing. In the meantime, Kazuma and I will go and retrieve that! Then we'll barrage them all with Explosion magic!"

Naruto explained while rubbing his hands together gleefully, expecting a rise from the Explosion girl. But when Megumin didn't even look over, Naruto frowned. That girl was really down in the dumps over Deidara.

"Why am I going with Darkness where all the danger is!? W-wouldn't it be best for your maid to remain by your side? What if you get thirsty and need tea?"

Aqua meekly asked while gripping Naruto's sleeve, but the scribbles on her face became too much for the shinobi.

"Pfft…! W-who would need your… Fufu…! H-hot water during a time like this…?"

"Ah! Again with that reaction! What is it!? Is there something in my hair?"

Aqua demanded while picking at her head, causing both Naruto and Kazuma to burst out laughing.

"U-umm… Aqua… Your face…"

Darkness, who finally took notice of the Arch Priest's predicament, tapped her own cheek while smiling awkwardly.

"Huh? My face? Come here, Darkness. Let me use your shiny new snobby rich girl armor."

Aqua said and looked into the Crusader's chest plate.

"M-my armor doesn't make me look snobby! Does it!?"

Darkness stammered, but Naruto and Kazuma averted their gazes which caused her face to turn tomato red.

"AHHHH! Naruto you idiot!"

Aqua screamed upon seeing the scribbles the shinobi had no doubt marked her with while she was asleep.

"That's our queue, Kazuma."

"So it would seem."

The two boys ran off before Aqua could unleash her wrath on them.

Glancing back over his shoulder and looking past the screeching goddess, Naruto saw a red faced Yunyun leading a large group of Crimson Demons towards the village.

Good, looks like Yunyun managed to convince her clansmen.

Time to do their part!

Naruto opened the entrance to the underground bunker and looked inside. It was dark, but his trained shinobi eyes allowed him just enough visage to get by.

"Alright, we gotta be quick. Don't wanna keep Yunyun and the others waiting."

Naruto said, and Kazuma nodded before activating his Foresight.

"I know I complain about your shonen protagonist vibes and cheat abilities, but I truly appreciate your presence during times like this."

Kazuma admitted as they walked down the steps.

"I still don't know what a shonen protagonist is, but thanks?"

Naruto replied while scratching at his whisker marks.

After a moment of silence, Kazuma grumbled to himself before speaking again.

"...When we get back to Axel, I think I'd like to take that training offer of yours a little more seriously."

"Hehe… Sure thing!"

Kazuma didn't need his Foresight to see the shinobi's cheeky grin. It pissed him off, but he was still grateful. Maybe he could even learn a couple other skills Naruto could use. That cloning ability and transformation technique would be supremely useful.

"Oh, I think that's the seal!"

It seemed they'd reached the bottom, and they found themselves in an enclosed room with a steel door at the bottom. A red light blinked at the top of the frame.

'Yup… Just like the Forbidden Cave…'

Kazuma groaned internally as he looked around for any clues on how they could open it.

Hm? There was a square object built into the wall next to the door. Was this the supposed seal?

"Konami? Is this actually a keypad that's asking for the Konami code?"

"Oh, you can read that? It looks like the language that scientists used, so it really is his work again, huh? By the way, what's a Konami code?"

Naruto asked as Kazuma tapped on the strange symbols, and the light turned green before the door slid open to what appeared to be a storage room of some kind.

"Oh yeah, I keep forgetting you're not from… Woah."

Kazuma balked when he flipped on a light switch, and the room was indeed a storage room.

A storage room for appliances from his world!

"Is this… Instant ramen!?"

Naruto balked when he picked up a wrapped up container that was undoubtedly instant ramen. The brand wasn't anything like the ones he'd bought in the Elemental Nations, but this was an amazing find nonetheless!

"To think there was someone else in this world that loved ramen! I'm sorry for ever doubting you, scientist guy!"

"Keep it down! Do you want the enemy to hear you!?"

Kazuma hissed as Naruto dove into the pile of instant ramen cups. But he was struggling to maintain his composure as well. This place was a treasure cove amongst treasure coves! A real jackpot!

There were kitchen appliances, modern tools, and a mountain of game consoles!

Resisting the urge to jump into the pile of treasures that would undoubtedly become the next Satou family heirloom, Kazuma pressed on. They had a job to do.

"Ohhh! Here it is!"

Naruto exclaimed while peeking under a large tarp.

Seriously, did that guy want the enemy to find them? Keep it down. Also, where did that pile of instant ramen go?

Kazuma walked over to Naruto and grabbed the other end of the tarp. With one big tug, the two pulled the cloth down to reveal the object they'd been looking for.

The thing was just as terrifying as they remembered, its large metallic features gleaming in the light of the storage room.

A Wizard Predator.

But this one seemed to be a lot smaller than the one Roaric had used in the Nuzloft Tournament. Perhaps it was a prototype?

"Do you feel anything?"

Naruto asked while looking over the metal serpent's body for a button or switch of some sort.

"We probably have to turn it on first, but let's stash it in a Scroll Ball for now. Maybe there's a manual around here somewhere… Hey, why do these all look like they're bootleg?"

Kazuma idly responded while digging through the pile of treasures, only to find that they were nowhere near as good in terms of quality compared to the one he'd found in the Forbidden Cave.

Was this place a storage room for duds?

'Coco did mention there were other cache vaults full of treasures…'

He ended up finding a console that looked similar to the one Aqua currently held along with some cartridges. Stashing them in a Storage Scroll, something caught Kazuma's eye.

It was a journal, and it was titled as such in Japanese.

"Bingo."

"Oh, did you find something?"

Naruto looked over his friend's shoulder and grimaced, recognizing the handwriting.

"...Do we really have to?"

"Yes, otherwise we might overlook something."

Kazuma responded and relented a sigh before opening the journal.

Oh no, the secret of the facility has been discovered, but fortunately, they don't seem to know what I was making. If they find out that I was using the national research funds to make games and junk food, I wonder how they would punish me…

–Naruto and Kazuma dragged their feet out of the storage room, their expressions nothing short of exhausted.

"I regret everything."

Naruto groaned, his friend nodding in agreement as he resealed the door.

While they had learned a lot from the journal, the ancient scientist's writing was just… Such a pain to read.

"Well, I guess it's time to meet up with the oth-"

"Oho~! There you are, Naruto Uzumaki!"

A voice called down from the top of the stairs, and Naruto instantly moved in front of Kazuma as a rope flew down and snared him.

"Naruto!"

Kazuma shouted and summoned Chunchunmaru, but his amateur crafted sword wasn't sharp enough to cut through.

Naruto cursed. This was the worst possible scenario. How did she know where the bunker was!?

No, that didn't matter. With Kazuma here, he needed to play things calmly so a fight didn't break out. In such close quarters, he wouldn't be able to guarantee his safety.

"Did I see you just open the seal to the bunker? Be a good boy and reopen it for me while Naruto Uzumaki and I… catch up."

Sylvia purred as she made her way to the bottom of the stairs, her predatory eyes fixated on the shinobi.

On one hand, Kazuma was incredibly terrified of the idea of facing a General of the Demon King's army in such a small space. On the other hand-

"Why is it always you, Naruto!? I'm sick and tired of watching you get all of the attention! When will it be my popular period, huh!? I deserve it for playing a big part in taking down four high-bounty targets!"

He regretted the words the moment they left his mouth.

Sylvia was on him in a flash. The only thing that saved him was the Escape skill, which he had on standby. His body moved on its own to dodge the woman's grasp, and he rolled behind her at the base of the stairs.

'Nice, Kazuma! Now run!'

Naruto thought and broke free of the ropes. He then spun on his back and swept the Chimera off of her feet.

Or at least, he tried to. But the woman caught his leg and pulled him up toward her face.

Their lips smashed together in a rough kiss.

Naruto's eyes widened in surprise as he tried to push her away, but another rope had wrapped around their waists and pinned him against her body.

"Mgfph!?"

What the hell was going on!? Didn't she come back to get revenge for her comrades!? Shouldn't she hate his guts!? Was that her tongue!?

Kazuma, against his bitter surprise, charged in with his sword. Now, while her back was turned-

Sylvia caught Chunchunmaru with her fingers. Damn his average sword!

Breaking the kiss, the general looked down at Kazuma and smiled sweetly.

"Now now… Be a good boy and follow my instructions. You're pretty cute too, so I'll give you a nice reward after I'm done with this man."

Sylvia expressed, causing the boy to stiffen under her lewd gaze.

…Reward?

"D-don't do it, Kazuma! Just run! I'll be fin-oof!"

Naruto grunted when Sylvia slammed his back against the wall. She seemed to be a lot stronger than before, as the impact caused a Naruto shaped dent in the metal.

"Don't worry, dear… I haven't forgotten about you~!"

The woman cooed and licked her lips, causing the shinobi's face to pale.

But it was fine, he could endure whatever this woman threw at him. So long as Kazuma esca-

"What are you dooooing!?"

Naruto barked when he noticed Kazuma entering the code into the keypad.

"What do you expect me to do in this situation!? She could kill me in one hit! If I do as she says, I live AND I get a reward! As an unpopular man with the weakest job, of course I'm going to obediently do as I'm told!"

Kazuma barked back, and the door slid back open to reveal the storage space.

This guy…!

With a wide grin on her face, Sylvia strutted over to Kazuma, picked him up, and loosened the rope just enough so Kazuma could slide in.

Sylvia was so tall, both Naruto and Kazuma dangled from the ground as they rested on the opposite ends of her large bust.

"Now then, let's see what these Crimson Demons have been hiding."

As the general walked into the storeroom, Naruto leaned his head back just enough to scowl at Kazuma.

"You had one job."

"I regret nothing."

Scumzuma replied with a neutral expression as he nuzzled into his resting spot.

"...Hm? What is all of this junk? Where's the weapon that holds the power to destroy the world?"

Sylvia asked while shuffling through the strange magic items on the floor.

"Heh… There isn't any. The old scientist guy that made this place just made it all up!"

Naruto taunted smugly, but his attempt to get under the general's skin didn't go as he'd planned.

Because she began to laugh.

"Hahaha! I'm not even surprised! For months, I have been trying to wipe out this miserable village and its inhabitants. Sacrificing subordinate after subordinate… But you know what? It was worth it, because I found something even better!"

Sylvia centered her attention back on Naruto, and that same expression from their initial reunion seemed to take over her face once again.

"W-what do you want?"

"Yes, please let us go. But feel free to take your time."

It was fairly obvious, but Naruto wanted to get her talking again to buy some time so he or Kazuma could come up with a plan to escape.

Although, judging by how content the guy seemed in his "capture", Naruto didn't feel so confident in Kazuma's desire to escape.

"It all started when you abused me and tossed me aside like trash…"

Sylvia started, and this time Kazuma looked at Naruto scornfully.

Hey.

"I was devastated… My subordinates… Gone… My beautiful breasts that I had collected… Gone… I only managed to crawl away with a single arm I'd collected from a fallen comrade…"

There was something very concerning that was mentioned in that explanation.

"After merging with the Orcs, I quickly increased their numbers… There's a piece of me that's part goblin, you see. So my children grow up quite fast. The other day, there were only about a thousand Orcs or so."

"!?"

There was definitely some concerning information right there! If Sylvia continued to mesh with the Orcs, they would probably wipe out the humans and the Demon King Army alike with sheer numbers alone!

"But nothing could satisfy me… Each and every time, I thought about that kind and powerful adventurer that bested me… Yes, I haven't been able to get you out of my mind, Naruto Uzumaki! So take responsibility and be mine! I promise to make it worth your while~!"

Sylvia finished and gripped Naruto's clothes tightly, taking her time to feel his back up and down.

Naruto gulped. This woman really planned to devour him right here and now, didn't she? Kazuma's presence be damned.

"W-w-w-wait! I-I have something to admit!"

Naruto stammered when the general moved in for another sloppy kiss. Thinking on his dangling toes, the shinobi's form exploded into smoke.

"Hm?"

Sylvia's eyebrows furrowed when the smoke dispersed to reveal a very busty and timid looking girl. She had all the same features as Naruto previously had, but her hair was very long and nearly dropped to the floor.

'Naruko-chan appeared!'

Kazuma's eyes bulged and shuffled in his binding to get a better view so he could take in every inch of the blonde beauty's appearance. He thought his hand brushed over something strange in the General's dress, but he must have just imagined it. Besides, now wasn't the time to worry about such things. Naruko-chan was here in the flesh!

Naruto vowed to make his scummy friend suffer later, but maintained his timid persona.

"U-umm… You see… I'm actually a girl… So it wouldn't work out between us-"

"That's okay. I'm a Chimera, so I have both."

Sylvia interjected with a lewd smile growing on her now salivating lips, causing both boys to freeze.

Both? What did she(?) mean both?

"Oh, you don't have to worry… My past partners have all said my techniques are on par with that of a Succubus. With the stamina I've gained from the Orcs, I can go for hours without rest. Needless to say, I'll treat you both very nicely."

. . .

"N-N-N-Naruto! M-m-m-my hand just touched something strange! Do something!"

"W-w-w-w-what do you expect me to do while we're in here!?"

Overcome with a newfound sense of primal fear, Kazuma and Naruto began to panic.

"W-wait! We can talk about this! I've been having developments with a girl recently, you see? I'm spoken to! At least let me go!"

Kazuma bargained, earning a shocked look from the shinobi.

"You're abandoning me!? To think I tried to let you escape earlier so you wouldn't get hurt! Give me back my concern!"

Naruto barked and transformed back into his normal self, seeing as it didn't matter if he was a boy or a girl to the Chimera.

"While my children take care of those pesky wizards outside, why don't we have some fun… Just the three of us!"

Sylvia proposed and made a motion to slip out of their dress.

But before the general could proceed, a beam of light burst in through the entrance and cut through Sylvia's leg. When the Chimera stumbled to the ground, Naruto took the opportunity and pushed back with enough force to break the ropes.

As Sylvia crashed into a pile of magic items, Naruto and Kazuma fell to the floor. Both wasted no time to run towards their freedom.

"Naruto-san! Kazuma-san! Quickly!"

Yunyun poked her head inside the storage room and ushered for the boys to follow her.

"Yunyun~!"

Naruto and Kazuma shouted with tears streaming out of their eyes. They were saved!

Or so they thought, as the timid mage's eyes widened in fear and she started running towards them.

Kazuma turned around just in time to see Sylvia lunging towards them with bloodshot eyes.

"Teleport!"

Then, everything went dark.

When Kazuma opened his eyes again, he was relieved to find that he was in the center of the Crimson Demons.

But his relief was short-lived when he looked past them.

"Why do you fight back? It'll be an endless harem for you~!"

"How cute… They're running low on steam!"

"But we're just about to get started, if you know what I mean~!"

They may have escaped the devil, but they were still in Hell.

The Crimson Demons were having a last stand at the top of a hill on the opposite end of the village from earlier, each firing spell after spell like their life depended on it. But they were completely surrounded by what seemed like an endless horde of Orcs.

Kazuma's knees buckled and he fell to the ground. Even with all of this firepower… They were doomed. There was simply no end to the enemy in sight.

"N-Naruto! Kazuma! There you are! What took you two so long!? Do something about these Orcs already! No matter how much I heal these guys, they refuse to get back up and fight!"

Aqua, who seemed to have cleaned her face of the markings, screamed as she ran back and forth to heal the Crimson Demons who had been rescued from the enemy. Their clothes were torn to shreds, with some completely missing their pants altogether.

Ah… Those poor men.

"T-thank you, Yunyun! You're a lifesaver, ya know! But when did you learn Teleport? That's amazing!"

Naruto wrapped his arms around his party member in a bone crushing hug.

"I-I was going to surprise you when I returned, but… The prophecy…"

Yunyun mumbled before shaking her head. She was happy to have helped her friend, but they could talk about these things later. Her clansmen were showing very clear signs of fatigue.

"D-did you guys retrieve it?"

"Sure did! Kazuma, catch!"

Naruto replied and tossed the Scroll Ball that contained the Wizard Predator over to his fellow adventurer.

"W-what? Me? Why? How?"

Kazuma questioned as he fumbled with the magic item.

"Because."

Naruto started and cracked his knuckles as he walked up to the frontlines, but not before looking back and giving his friend a thumbs up.

"I don't know how to turn it on."

"So you're dumping it on me!?"

Kazuma barked, and Naruto clasped his hands in a sheepish apology.

"Ugh… Fine. I'll figure something out. Just make sure none of those Orcs get close… I'm gonna have nightmares for weeks."

"Yeah… You and me both."

Naruto agreed before putting his hands in a cross-shaped seal. Dozens of Shadow Clones popped into existence, and they let out a battle cry before jumping right into the fray.

The fight was on!

"Clear a space! I'm summoning the Wizard Predator!"

Kazuma shouted while waving his arms to get the attention of the Crimson Demons nearby due to the sheer chaos that was transpiring. With the countless spells that were going off left and right, it was hard to hear his own voice.

Upon realizing what the adventurer was about to do, the Arch Wizards scrambled to get out of the way.

'Well… Here goes nothing.'

Kazuma thought and tossed the Scroll Ball into the air. Upon activation, the magic item burst open and unsealed the metallic snake. It crashed onto the ground with a thud, causing the boy to wince as some of the Orcs weren't fast enough to move out of the way.

Now to find the on switch… Or rather, did this thing even have any batteries? Just how old was this thing anyway?

As Kazuma was inspecting the head of the Wizard Predator, he caught a flash of blue in the corner of his eye.

"Hey! What are you doing slacking off and playing games in the middle of a warzone!?"

Kazuma barked when he noticed Aqua was sitting against the body of the Forbidden Beast.

"What? With Naruto here everything will work out anyway, right? Besides, everyone's healed so I have nothing to do anymore."

Aqua replied in a matter of fact tone without so much as looking up from her screen.

"Then buff the ones who are on the frontlines like Darkness, you useless goddess!"

Kazuma growled and was about to snatch the device from her hands when a thought occurred to him.

"Hey, how did you turn that thing on? I found another one in the bunker, but it doesn't have any batteries."

"What are you, an idiot? Of course there aren't batteries in a fantasy world. You just have to charge it with mana, see?"

Aqua snatched the game console from Kazuma and her hands glowed for a moment. Then, to Kazuma's surprise, it turned on.

"Did you find any other game cartridges? If you found Tetris, then I'd be willing to trade for Monster Tamers! H-hey… Why are you looking at me like that? W-what are you doing with that rope? You're not still mad about me taking your savings, are you? I promise to pay you back! K-Kazuma… san?"

. . .

"WAAAAAHHH! KAZUMA YOU JEEEERK!"

Aqua wailed as she was thrashed around on the side of the Wizard Predator, the only thing keeping her from falling off being the rope that was tightly wrapped around the metal beast.

"Hah! Go get 'em, my goddess powered Wizard Predator!"

Kazuma cackled with glee as he cheered the iron serpent on, their Beast Bond flaring.

Yes, that's right. Naruto had taught him the Beast Bond skill while they were heading towards the bunker, and now he was a full fledged Beast Tamer with a cheat-like monster!

What should he call his new partner? Roaric called his Death, but that was a little too plain…

'Hm… It's certainly a beautiful sunrise.'

Kazuma thought when he noticed the sun was starting to peak over the horizon, which turned the sky into a beautiful mixture of orange and blue.

It was settled-

"Asahimaru! Teach those Orcs a lesson!"

The sight of Asahimaru tearing into the Orcs with ease, and Aqua helplessly crying as she was used as a battery was as the name implied…

A perfect sunrise indeed.

"Nice work, Kazuma!"

Naruto shouted as he plunged his kunai into the back of an enemy. With the Wizard Predator under Kazuma's control, it was time for a tag team!

"Let's go, Jerry!"

His own Scroll Ball flying into the air, Naruto's ace monster popped out and landed on a group of Orcs. Avoiding a shot of lightning from a Crimson Demon, Naruto weaved his way through the enemy before hopping on top of his Giant Toad.

"Keep it moving, buddy! Wouldn't want the enemy to swarm you!"

With that said, Jerry leapt into the air with tremendous force. They landed a good distance in the direction of the Wizard Predator.

It looked like most of the Orcs were out of the village too.

"Kazuma! You ready?"

"Uhhh, yeah! I think so!"

Kazuma responded and turned back towards Asahimaru. How did Roaric do it? Give a thumbs down or something?

Bzzzzzt…!

Asahimaru's mouth opened, and a harsh red light began to glow in the back of its throat.

"Woah! Okay, we're ready to go!"

All he did was think about shooting a laser from his mouth and the Wizard Predator started charging on its own! The Beast Bond was awesome!

Naruto grinned and patted Jerry on the back.

"Make it rain!"

Jerry tensed his limbs before rocketing them high up into the air. When they reached the height of their jump, the Giant Toad spun in a complete three-sixty degree spin all while releasing a stream of toad mucus.

The slime circled around the outer circle of the enemy army, causing an array of confusion amongst the Orcs.

"Let 'em have it, Kazuma!"

"Okay! Fire at will, Asahimaru!"

Kazuma shouted and gave a thumbs down, and the Wizard Predator let loose a stream of pure red mana.

The mana blast tore through earth and Orc alike until it made contact with the toad mucus, to which it immediately caught fire and created a circle of flames around the entire army.

Yunyun watched in astonishment as Naruto and Jerry landed on the ground a short distance from her. Leaving aside how big Jerry had gotten, the blonde really was amazing to have come up with such a strategy seemingly on the spot.

People could say what they wanted about Naruto. They could call him a goofball, a prankster, a delinquent, or even a player… But no one could deny that man's unpredictable battle tactics.

"A-alright, everyone! Retreat!"

Yunyun shouted, and the Crimson Demons let out breaths of relief as they began to Teleport out of the battlefield one by one.

"Wanna ride Jerry? You haven't seen him in a while."

One of Naruto's clones suddenly landed next to her and offered, surprising the girl.

"E-eh? But… Jerry wouldn't mind?"

Yunyun asked while looking back and forth between the clone and the toad.

"Of course not! Come on!"

"A-ah!"

Naruto's clone scooped Yunyun up bridal style and jumped onto the back of the Giant Toad before hopping back down to rejoin the fight.

"W-wow… I noticed while Naruto-san used him the other day, but Jerry seems so much bigger up close…"

Yunyun noted while timidly petting the back of the gargantuan amphibian.

"I know right? Jerry's a special toad, aren't ya?"

Naruto cooed with a cheeky grin as he joined Yunyun, earning a low croak from the Giant Toad.

With the army trapped in a ring of fire and the Crimson Demons retreated, it was time to move on to the final phase of the plan.

"Alright, Kazuma! Time to move out and enjoy the fireworks!"

The shinobi shouted down at Kazuma, who had just climbed onto a secure spot on the Wizard Predator's back.

Kazuma looked out into the distance, and he could see two small specks at the top of the hill.

Shrouded in a silhouette by the morning sun, the two beings raised their hand/staff towards the center of the armies.

"In a twisted way, your little speech earlier actually made me appreciate Explosion magic a little more… Wanna make a bet to see who takes out more Orcs?"

Naruto asked his Crimson Demon rival, earning a dark chuckle from the little girl.

"I'm glad to have brought you to some actual sense. But as your senpai, know that I will not lose."

Megumin replied before she ripped off her eyepatch and flicked her cape.

"For I am Megumin! The number one Arch Wizard in the World! Wielder of the ultimate magic! Bare witness to the pinnacle of art itself!"

"Ah! She said it!"

Yunyun fumed upon hearing her rival's declaration, which she somehow overheard over the sounds of the panicking Orcs. That girl was only saying that because of what she'd said to the villagers earlier! To think Megumin would go so far just to one-up her!

Two large magic circles appeared above the armies.

Kazuma watched as Jerry hopped over flames into safety when he noticed something. Or rather, someone.

"Damn it, Darkness! Why didn't you go with the Crimson Demons!?"

Motioning for his monster to move in the direction of his hopeless Crusader, Asahimaru surged forward. The metal giant opened its iron jaws and scooped the knight up without stopping.

"W-what!? No! I was making good progress with those Orcs! They were about to tell me about a camp that supposedly found males!"

Darkness complained and tried to squeeze out of the Wizard Predator's mouth.

"You just fit right in with those beasts in heat!"

Kazuma shouted as they too made it across the flames and into safety, and just in time too.

"-and burn in the eternal abyss! Explosion!"

Naruto and Megumin shouted upon completing their chants, and the Orcs were consumed in two fiery pillars of mass destruction.

"Woah! Why is your Explosion so massive!?"

The shinobi complained when he noticed the size difference between the combustions. He would have to work on that…

"Heh… That's… How it's done…"

Megumin mumbled as she crumpled to the ground, and the shinobi picked her up piggyback style.

There was still a good handful of Orcs, but the plan mostly worked out quite well.

"K-Kazuma-san… Can you please… Urp! L-let me down…"

Aqua, whose face was a sickly green, held very little life left in her eyes as she limply hung from the side of the Forbidden Beast. This experience was definitely going to leave her traumatized.

"Y-you were using Aqua to power this thing!? You conniving fiend! To treat us women in such a manner in the middle of a battle… Ugh! What is to come next from that wonderfully ruthless mind of yours, I am dying to know!"

Darkness complained(?) from Asahimaru's jaws while glaring down at Kazuma.

"Don't insult me with such a happy look in your eyes, you Orc woman! Alright, fine. I'll get you down right now Aqua…"

Kazuma barked back, but he relented and waved for Asahimaru to lower its head enough so he could set the goddess free.

Thump!

"W-what is that…?"

Kazuma asked as he untied the rope.

Aqua slowly looked up with her lifeless eyes when something came into view in the distance, and all of the color drained from her already pale features.

"K-K-K-K-KAZUMAAA! T-there! Over there!"

"Huh? What are you… Eh?"

Turning around to see what the noisy girl was complaining about, Kazuma witnessed an amazing sight.

The remaining Orcs had gathered together, piling onto each other until they stacked to a towering height. It was a disturbing action to be sure.

"What the heck is thiiiiis!?"

A/N: The plan seemed to have succeeded… But how will Sylvia and the remaining Orcs counterattack?
