The morning bustle of the Super Smash Bros mansion was usually filled with a mix of training, breakfast chatter, and the occasional prank. Today, however, the usual calm was shattered by a roaring scream echoing through the corridors.
Bowser's angry voice boomed, "Who set my clown car on fire?!"
The mansion residents froze, casting wary glances at each other. Bowser's clown car was a treasured possession, and no one wanted to be on the receiving end of his wrath. In the corner of the common room, Diddy and Donkey Kong exchanged furtive looks, trying to stifle their laughter.
Kazuma Mishima sat at a nearby table, completely absorbed in his newspaper and coffee. He seemed oblivious to the commotion, which only made Bowser's anger more intense as the giant turtle stormed into the room.
"Kazuma!" Bowser bellowed, his nostrils flaring. "I know it was you!"
Kazuma didn't even glance up from his paper. He sipped his coffee, calmly turning the page. Bowser's eye twitched, and he stomped over, yanking the newspaper out of Kazuma's hands.
"Look at me when I'm talking to you!" Bowser demanded, his voice echoing off the walls.
Kazuma raised an eyebrow, finally deigning to meet Bowser's gaze. "What do you want, Bowser?" he asked coolly.
"Don't play dumb with me! You set my clown car on fire!" Bowser accused, his claws clenching into fists.
Kazuma's expression remained impassive. "I have no idea what you're talking about."
Bowser growled in frustration. "Don't lie to me! Just admit it!"
Kazuma stood up slowly, his gaze never leaving Bowser's. "I don't need to burn your toys to make a point, Bowser. Now, if you don't mind, I'd like to get back to my coffee."
Bowser's eyes blazed with fury. "If you won't admit it, then we'll settle this the old-fashioned way!" he challenged, pointing a clawed finger at Kazuma.
A smirk curled Kazuma's lips. "Fine by me," he said, his voice low and dangerous.
The mansion's other residents quickly cleared a space, eager yet cautious about the impending clash. Diddy and Donkey Kong watched from the shadows, their faces alight with amusement.
The fight began with Bowser charging at Kazuma, flames billowing from his mouth. Kazuma dodged gracefully, countering with a swift kick to Bowser's midsection. The two fighters exchanged blows, the room shaking with the force of their impacts. Bowser's brute strength clashed against Kazuma's precise martial arts, creating a spectacle that had everyone holding their breath.
Finally, with a surge of power, Kazuma activated his Devil Gene, his eyes glowing red as dark wings sprouted from his back. With a powerful uppercut, he launched Bowser into the air, then followed up with a brutal punch that sent the Koopa King flying off a nearby cliff.
The mansion residents gasped, running to the edge of the cliff to see Bowser disappear into the distance. Kazuma dusted off his hands, turning back toward the mansion with a satisfied expression. However, he caught sight of Diddy and Donkey Kong snickering behind a pillar. Realization dawned on him.
"You two," Kazuma growled, his eyes narrowing. "You set me up."
Diddy and Donkey Kong's laughter died instantly as Kazuma advanced toward them. They tried to scramble away, but Kazuma was too fast. In one fluid motion, he grabbed both of them by their collars and, with a powerful throw, sent them flying off the cliff after Bowser.
"That's for setting me up," Kazuma muttered, brushing off his hands again.
