In C.E 74, after the Second Alliance - PLANT war ended. Lacus Clyne, as a mediator both this organization was returned to her homeland to be the next Chairwoman of Supreme Council of PLANT and ZAFT. Before she was appointed, an incident were occur .The elevator as the cable suddenly cut off and the passenger on the elevator float and hit to the ground. four people die while another still alive, including Yzak Joule whose accompany Lacus to her office was having minor injury meanwhile Lacus...cut in half...
20 years later...
The world is now safe and all technology has been developed. Nuclear power has been replaced with a hybrid system where the nuclear source has been exhausted. On Earth, an Orbital Elevator has been made to use solar power and it is converted into energy called Neutron fuel.
All the latest generation mobile suits use A.I and they are used for public use only. For the military, a few pilots are still used to control the MS to protect the sovereignty of some countries.
For now...
PLANT has been abandoned and all the Coordinators migrated to Earth as the reason space colony is no longer safe to use. Now they all live on an large-scale artificial island near the Japanese archipelago called E-PLANT.E-PLANT has the same shape as space but in the ocean in a depth of 600 m and a width of 32.000 square miles and it has only 6 colonies compared to the space that has Januarius to December. For that reason, the Coordinators prefer to live on the mainland, especially in Eurasian.
E-PLANT Chairman was...Yzak Joule
In E-PLANT office
"20 years have passed since I became Chairman...but this is only temporary" whispered Yzak.
"Ma..Ma..why is this Yzak?"said Dearka who is also a member of the Supreme Council
"How long do I have to finish this task?" said Yzak in anger.
"You're her right-hand man. So, you have to take care of things while she's not there," said Dearka.
"Since we left the PLANT, the colony has had maintenance problems and it is not suitable for living. That's why I made the decision to bring all the Coordinators back to Earth and make a new settlement, but not all of them stay here." said Yzak.
"You did the right thing, Yzak! Even I, who have been sitting at the PLANT for a long time, can't take it anymore and I want to breathe the fresh air as long as there is no war." said Dearka.

"Since that incident, who did you accompany Lacus with? I even forgot his name?" said Dearka.

"Ok, I understand. They said you made Kira's clones,right?" said Dearka.
"Actually, Yes. I called it the Yamato Project. But the project was successful" said Yzak.
"Where is that boy? I don't see you doing that project and,how about Lacus?" said Dearka.
"The boy is big now. He is not like Rau, and he is special" said Yzak.
"He is special? what that mean?" though Dearka.
"He was born in the Lacus's fetus even though her body was split in two. They made artificial sperm from Kira's DNA and entered the Lacus's fetus for 3 months. After that, they took him out and put him in a test tube." Said Yzak.
"How about Lacus's body? " said Dearka.
" She was cryogenically frozen from C.E 74 untill now" said Yzak.
" Ok.I understand " said Dearka.
"Dearka, go back to your work. I have something to do." Said Yzak
" Ok, bro...I go now..see you at noon " said Dearka as he resume his work.
Suddenly Yzak got a call from the laboratory in Colony 4 and they told him the results...
" She woke up "
