First off, many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here the current story arc picks up where the last chapter left, in which a drug bust is about to commence…
And now the Black Organization is making a move…but then something unexpected takes place...

By then the mastermind behind the drug bazaar appeared, who is an American and identified only as Gray, and there he began to speak with Korn and the two men began to discuss business, which appeared to be productive as both sides are amiable to the price and how to deliver the drugs without worrying about being caught.
Gotoh secretly recorded the two men while making sure he isn't caught, and as he is about to record other activities, a pair of men noticed Gotoh, who turn out to be corrupt cops who are engaging in the illegal drugs trade.
They shouted at Gotoh and said that he is a cop, and Gotoh recognize the two cops and is dismayed to find out that some law enforcers are dabbling in the illegal drug trade. There Gotoh attempted to lie his way out by saying that he already quit the MPD and wanted to try this business to support himself financially.
Gray appeared to be swayed and asked Gotoh if he is telling the truth, which Gotoh pretended to be honest in order to throw off Gray and not arouse suspicion.
"So you really quit the police force?"
"Yes. The salary isn't enough. Someone told me about this bazaar and I thought I should try my luck here."
"Really?"
"Yes, really."
"If so…"
"Allow me to work for you. I want to earn big."
"Hmm…"
"I promise I would…"
However, the corrupt cops said that Gotoh is a law-abiding cop and that he would spill the beans about this place and urged Gray to kill Gotoh.
Seeing that the corrupt cops have a point, Gray motions his men to draw their guns and aim at Gotoh, and there Gotoh finds himself in a pinch as he needed room to try and take cover, but he is surrounded and both Korn and Chianti smirked as they get to see a spy getting killed.
The two Black Organization members hoped that there are no complications as they are here for a transaction and the last thing they need is getting into a confrontation with the police and they told their cohorts to be ready for anything, which the Black Organization members nodded in response to Korn's instruction.
"Yes, sir."
"Yes, sir."

Hoping to stall the gunmen, Gotoh tells the corrupt cop that he really left the MPD and is trying his hand in drug dealing in secret, saying that he was tipped and persuaded by someone to give it a try if he wanted to earn a lot of money in a get rich quick scheme, which the corrupt cop appeared hesitant as he knows that Gotoh is a dedicated cop, and demanded to know why would Gotoh want to try drug dealing if he is against drug trading.
"Because I realized that I should not have left the force, in which I realized it was too late that I would have difficulty in earning some cash."
"Really?"
"If I'm still with the police I would have left earlier, and the police would've been here by now."
"…"
"I'm only here to try this method of making quick money."
"I'm…not convinced…"
"You don't have to believe me. Just let me do my transaction in peace."
"…"
Gray watched the scene as he has a feeling that there might be someone here who would dare expose this warehouse and whispered to his right hand man to have guards stationed outside just in case and make sure no one leaves here without giving his approval, which the henchman nodding in agreement as he takes Gray's word for it.
The right hand man then told the henchmen to go outside and stand guard, explaining what Gray said, and the goons nodded in obedience.

Ch. 138: Teppō tan'ya, Mayaku Torihiki, Sutanpīdo part 10
At the Metropolitan Police Department, Juzo Megure is at his office when his cellphone vibrated and he checked on it, where his Messenger is shown, and upon checking it, he finds out that a video message is shown, which came from Gotoh, and Megure recognized Gotoh as he met him several months ago and that he knows that Gotoh is a dedicated law enforcer and always follow the rules of law, and upon checking the video message, he is alarmed upon discovering the warehouse where a drug trade bazaar is taking place, and a message is posted where the location is revealed.
Moreover Megure saw the video of the corrupt cops cornering Gotoh and realized that Gotoh is in danger and there he summoned all available cops within the police station and told everyone here that they are going to have a raid and instructed them on what to do, as well as telling them that a heavy gunfight is likely to happen given that there are many goons there manning the warehouse and that the place is heavily armed.
There Megure told the cops to be ready as they are going to capture the drug dealers and buyers on sight and said that they are permitted to fight back if the situation calls for it, which the cops nodded, and there Megure told them to board the police cars as the raid will commence right now, and the cops roared in approval.
"Yes, sir."

Within minutes, every police cars leave the headquarters as Megure lead the raiding team to head for the warehouse that is located at Shinjuku, and he is determined not to let any suspects sneak their way out and will capture and jail them no matter what.

Back at the warehouse, the gunmen aimed their guns at Gotoh, and Gray wondered how someone like Gotoh found out about the bazaar, and he listens as Gotoh made a rather convincing alibi in order to sway Gray and the armed goons, going as far as showing them that he is not armed and even brought out as suitcase filled with money.
Gray stared at the suitcase as Gotoh opened it and showed the money, which Gray stared at it and is considering in taking Gotoh's word for it but the corrupt cops, still wary towards Gotoh, grabbed the suitcase and checked the contents, and while it did have real money, they checked the rest and found out that majority of the money inside the suitcase are fake, and told Gray that Gotoh is indeed a spy.
They urged Gray to shoot down Gotoh before he squeals to the cops, which Gray is convinced, and waved his hands as he gives the command to have his men shoot down Gotoh in cold blood, which the henchmen roared in response.

As Korn and Chianti are watching the scene in anticipation, their fellow Black Organization members Armagnac, Cognac, Eau-De-Vie, Schnapps, and Obstwasser are wondering if something is amiss here, as they wondered if Gotoh came here alone for if he has a cohort with him, and there Armagnac tells Korn his concern and the latter tells his undelings to be ready for anything in case things get ugly.

As all eyes are on Gotoh, Gray had his men ready to open fire, and while everyone is staring at Gotoh, they seemingly forget that Toudou is here, as he secretly went behind a huge crate and hid there, and puts on the Birth Driver belt, and inserted a Cell Medal to transform into Kamen Rider Birth, and there he emerged from his hiding spot as he brings out the Cell Blaster and fire away, causing Gray's men and other drug dealers to scamper for cover.
Gray seek cover as his men protected him and told their leader to go save himself while they deal with the intruder, and in their frenzied state they forgotten about Gotoh, as he slipped away unnoticed and hid behind a huge crate and opened his trench coat, revealing that he is wearing another Birth Driver belt, where a brief flashback showed that several hours earlier, Toudou told Gotoh that he is going to undergo a quick training, saying that now that he has gotten used to the recoil impact of the Cell Blaster, then using the Birth Driver will be bearable.
Although Gotoh expressed doubt and asked how Toudou was able to procure another Birth Driver, Toudou assured to Gotoh that things will be okay and there Toudou had Gotoh undergo an impromptu training and after over an hour both men set off to Shinjuku to infiltrate the warehouse with the drug trade bazaar.
Back at the present, Gotoh made sure no one sees him as he remained hidden behind a huge crate as he took out a Cell Medal and inserted it into the coin slot of the Birth Driver, and then toggles the spinning lever and there he is encased in an armor identical to Kamen Rider Birth, but this one has several aesthetic differences.
While the Birth armor is identical to the original one used by Toudou, some portions of the armor Gotoh use has some differences, such as the gashapon part on the chest armor being colored red, portions off his armored boots have a red color, yet everything else is the same.
There the armored Gotoh shows up and aids Birth in dealing with the armed goons and there Gotoh tells Toudou that he feels okay right now, and Toudou remind him not to get overboard as he is using the prototype version, and there he tells Gotoh that to differentiate with each other, he will be given the codename of Proto-Birth, which Gotoh said it's okay.
"Proto-Birth?"
"That'll be your code name."
"…"
"It's simpler that way."
"Really?"
"Well…calling you KAMEN RIDER BIRTH-PROTOTYPE would be too long and cumbersome…"
"You do have a point…well, shall we…?"
"You have to ask?"
As the Birth fighters began to beat up the goons, the rest opened fire and riddled their targets with bullets in an effort to contain the situation, but were surprised to see that their bullets weren't making any damage, yet they were determined to prevent the intruders from escaping. Gray's right hand man urged the goons to keep firing and not let the intruders escape, which they roared in obedience.
"Yes, sir."
"Yes, sir."

The customers watched with apprehension and wondered if Gray has attracted rival drug dealers that led to this and are worried that they might get caught in the crossfire, but Gray assured to his patrons that nothing bad will happen to them, which momentarily puts the customers at ease, and watched the events unfold before their eyes.
Meanwhile Korn and Chianti observed the situation, with the latter telling the former that she has a bad feeling about this and suggested that they bail out for now, with Armagnac, Cognac, Eau-De-Vie, Schnapps, and Obstwasser agreeing that those two armored intruders could either be mercenaries from rival cartel or weapons of the police, and they discreetly urged Korn that they retreat for now.
"Korn…"
"Chianti has a point…"
"We can't take the risk…"
"We should try bailing out…"
"If this goes on…"
"Please decide, Korn."
"He's right…"
"Wait up…"
Korn made a quick text to Anokata about the situation, and moments later Korn was given permission to fall back for now, and Korn's group sneaked out of the warehouse unnoticed as Gray is starting to get seriously concerned as the two Birth fighters are gradually overwhelming his troops, and there his right hand man urged Gray to escape before he gets taken down, which Gray was unwilling at first.
"There's no way I..."
"But you got to!"
"…"
"If those two get you…"
"Still…"
"Save yourself!"
"…"
"Please!"
Ultimately, Gray heeded his assistant's advice and sneak away undetected, and after escaping, the armed goons are holding their ground until sounds of police sirens are heard, and the goons realize that someone tipped the cops and are now panicking as they scrambled to escape the approaching police, not realizing that Gray has already fled.
As the goons went for the main entrance and are ready to board their cars, several police cars from the MPD and the Shinjuku police force arrived and surrounded the goons' cars, and the cops drew their guns and ordered the goons to surrender.
Inside the warehouse, Toudou and Gotoh deactivated their Birth Drivers and assessed the situation inside, where most of the other goons are knocked out and the customers were tied up, yet they realize that Gray has fled, but Gotoh said that Megure will pick up the pieces.
By then Megure came in and met with Gotoh, and the two greeted each other and there Megure was surprised to see what's inside the warehouse and he thanked Gotoh for the tip, yet he had no idea that Gotoh and Toudou defeated the goons using the Birth armors and as he and the cops rounded up the suspects, Gotoh and Toudou took their leave as they felt that their presence is no longer needed, satisfied that the drug trade bazaar has been dismantled and all that's left is finding Gray.
Then Toudou tells Gotoh that his training will continue as he will show him how to harness the Birth Driver's capabilities yet he also cautioned that the one Gotoh has is a prototype model, hence there may be some limitations, yet Gotoh said it is okay.
"You sure, Gotoh?"
"Yes."
"I say this…the prototype driver that you have may not have the same capabilities offensively or defensively…hence you might…"
"It's fine."
"Are you sure?"
"Yes. This is better than nothing."
"So we're all set?"
"Yes."

Hope you liked this chapter as Korn and Chianti's presence showed that the Black Organization is still operating, and yet they narrowly escaped possible capture due to wisely taking the initiative in assessing the risk brought about by Toudou and Gotoh's actions in exposing the drug trade bazaar…
A new Kamen Rider is introduced, which Gotoh has assumed a new mantle, though this would put him to the test due to the Driver being a prototype model…hence in the upcoming chapters you will get to see what Birth-Prototype can do…
