Hunt For The Mystical Medals

Many thanks to those who reviewed this fic, I really appreciated it and this gave me inspiration to work on the next chapter and here a new story arc takes place…and this will shake the plot foundation as Ankh takes the spotlight once more…and the villains here would be dragged in…especially with a NEW CHARACTER who is now the CENTER OF ATTENTION…

As Gin and Vodka began to argue over what to do with the intruder, the rest of the Black Organization members are staring at the child, wondering how he got here undetected and debated on whether to let Gin take care of this, seeing that this is now Gin's call since he is also in charge of maintaining the secrecy of their organization.

"Is this kid really a security threat…?"

"Looks harmless…"

"Seems like he is not troublesome…"

"You think Gin should…?"

"Let him…"

"Its up to him…"

"Only he knows what to do with him…"

"Yeah…"

In a surprise turn of events, the child INNOCENTLY grabbed Vodka's gun and stared at it before placing the nozzle in front of his nose and started to smell it, causing the Gin and Vodka to stare in surprise before the child accidentally unloaded the bullets which landed on his palm, where he stared at them before putting them inside his mouth and began to chew it.

Korn and Chianti stared wide-eyed, with Gin and Vodka surprised at what they are seeing, as this is the first time seeing a child seemingly eating real bullets and wondered if this intruder is really a child or a mental case who wandered inside the headquarters and are starting to think of what to do with him, unsure if he is a threat or not.

"What the…?"

"Uh…"

"Korn…are you thinking what I'm thinking…?"

"Either he's a brat or a mental asylum patient who escaped…Gin, Vodka...?"

"What the hell is this…?"

"Uh…I feel like watching a scene from a horror movie…"

"Should I shoot him, Korn?"

"Easy, Chianti…"

The rest of the Black Organization members scooted closer to get a closer look, and they too are taken aback seeing that the child is actually eating the bullets, and are now unsure whether to deem him a threat or not, feeling that the child appeared to be unarmed yet they are cautious.

"What the heck…?"

"Is he really a kid…?"

"Maybe he's not a security threat at all…"

"But him eating bullets…?"

"I got a bad feeling about this…"

"So, what should we do…?"

"Let Gin decide…"

"Yeah…he knows what to do…"

Vodka was starting to get spooked and clings onto Gin, which the latter told him to get off as he too is taken aback and is ready to shoot the child down though Vodka advised him against it saying that if he were to shoot him they need to find a place to dump his body but Gin said he doesn't care.

"Hey, aniki…simmer down…"

"Will you let go?"

"Are you really serious?"

"You bet I am! Kid or not…crazy or not…I'm going to waste him!"

"We should think this first…"

"This is no time for you to chicken out!"

"But…"

"Let go of me and let me shoot this brat!"

At this point Vermouth and her group arrived, and she approached the child and told him that the bullets are not edible and subtly told him to spit them out, surprising the rest of the Black Organization members as they saw how Vermouth is talking to this strange child like it is nothing.

"What the heck…? Did she…?"

"Does Vermouth really really know this kid…?"

"Maybe he's not a security threat at all…"

"Wait…so she's the one who let him in…?"

"I got a bad feeling about this…"

"So, what should we do…?"

"Let Gin decide…and hopefully shed light on this…"

"Yeah…he knows what to do…"

After several seconds which the child stared at Vermouth, he seemingly obliges as he spits out the bullets from his mouth, and both Gin and Vodka twitched their eyes as they are baffled as to what is going on, and are starting to wonder if she is the one who let this child inside their secret headquarters unabashedly.

Ch. 151: Kurōn sa reta karada, 2tsu no anku, kingu no keiji part 2

A minute later, the members of the Black Organization are assembled and are staring suspiciously towards Vermouth as they want to get answers like who is this child and why she let him come inside since this hideout is exclusive for members of the Black Organization, and they find this as a tantamount violation of their strict code of secrecy.

The members of the organization, divided into sub-groups, are shown and identified as:

Spirits:

- Vodka

- Baijiu (from China)

- Kaoliang (from Taiwan)

- Ogogoro (from Africa)

- Tonto (from Uganda)

- Soku (from Korea)

- Ouzo (from Greece)

The members stared at the child as he is holding a silencer gun which he accidentally unloaded and is smelling the weapon like a curious dog, and there Gin approached Vermouth and demanded an explanation for this, which she smiled and assured to her fellow Black Organization members that their secrecy is safe.

She then revealed that this child is a NEW RECRUIT and he will be beneficial in the Black Organization operations from hereon, which the others raised their eyebrows after seeing what this child did a while ago, raising the issue if this child is mentally capable of what Vermouth claim or not.

"This kid?"

"Are you kidding me?"

"What made you say that?"

"This kid eating bullets…I think he fits more in joining the circus!"

"Your statement is one sick joke, Vermouth."

"Yeah…you think this is funny?"

"And if you really mean it…what can he do?"

"That's right!"

Vermouth smirked and assured to them that this child will be a TREMENDOUS ASSET to the organization, and Gin just glared at the child as he remained suspicious, but then raised an eyebrow as he glanced at the child's face and began to suspect something, which he asked Vermouth where did she find this child.

Vermouth smirked and said that the answer to that question will be addressed in DUE TIME, and this didn't sit well with Gin, and he TEXTED Anokata and asked if he is fine with this, and a minute later, Anokata responded with a text, saying that he is fine with this for now as he is curious to see what this child can do and if he could really prove his worth as what Vermouth claimed.

Gin appeared to be displeased with Anokata's decision but nevertheless abides by it but tells Vermouth that the moment this child does something that would put the organization at risk, he will kill this child without a second thought, which she smirked in response, saying that he will definitely be surprised once he sees this child's FULL ABILITIES.

"Are you sure, Vermouth?"

"Oh, yes."

"This kid? A potential asset to the organization?"

"That's right."

"…"

"You'd be surprised the moment you get to see what he can do…"

"Grr…fine."

"Good. It's settled."

Two nights later, the scene shifts at a harbor somewhere within Tokyo, where Kaitou Kid had just discreetly busted a syndicate, leading them to be exposed and arrested, and as the police are taking them away, Kaitou Kid watches the scene before deciding to retire for the night, but then someone showed up, which surprised him.

"Huh?"

"…"

"Ankh…?"

"…"

"What are you doing here at this time?"

"…"

"And why are you using Conan's appearance…?"

"…"

The individual who confronted Kaitou Kid was a child, and believe that it was Ankh, who assumed Conan Edogawa's form, but then sensed that something is not right as the child seemingly just stared at him with some kind of contempt, and suddenly, something came out and attacked Kaitou Kid, yet the teen managed to evade the attacker, who turn out to be the Kujaku Yummy, and this surprised Kaitou Kid, due to the fact that as far as he knows, Ankh is unable to spawn a bird-type Yummy, and now that a bird-type Yummy appeared, Kaitou Kid wondered what is going on here.

As the Kujaku Yummy began to chase its target, Kaitou Kid is forced to run for his life seeing that the Kujaku Yummy fired some fire-based peacock feathers which struck a parked boat and exploded, and Kaitou Kid finds himself in a precarious situation as he seems to find himself outmatched as the Kujaku Yummy roared while chasing Kaitou Kid.

"Damn…!"

"SSSSSKKKKKRRRRREEEE!"

"Is that really Ankh...?"

"SSSSSKKKKKRRRRREEEE!"

"But it can't be…as far as I know he is unable to spawn a Yummy...unless he got his Core Medals…"

"SSSSSKKKKKRRRRREEEE!"

"Got to lose that Yummy…!"

"SSSSSKKKKKRRRRREEEE!"

As the chase led Kaitou Kid towards the road, the child that seemingly resembled Conan Edogawa just stared in curiosity before Vermouth showed up, smirking as things are going along as she had hoped, and there she tells the child that they should get going, saying that he needs to rest.

"Okay…it's time we head home."

"…"

"You did well."

"…"

"Come on…we better get going…"

"…"

"Shall we…?"

"…"

Hope you liked this chapter as the situation and the plot thickens which what appeared to be Conan Edogawa suddenly entered the secret headquarters of the Black Organization…earning the apprehension of the Black Organization sub-groups, especially Gin and Vodka…but something surprising took place, causing the villains to wonder if the intruder is a threat or not…

But things take a turn as Kaitou Kid appeared, and finds himself in a pinch as a bird-type Yummy appeared out of nowhere, and since Ankh, at present, is unable to spawn a bird-type Yummy, something is amiss here as Vermouth seemed to be involved somehow…

While Kyuji and the gang are absent, they will show up soon as the first part of this arc would focus on the Black Organization…and the surprise they encountered…especially in regards to the mystery character that just appeared…

The next chapter will answer the question on who this intruder is…and who let him inside the headquarters of the Black Organization…but first Kaitou Kid must outwit the Kujaku Yummy in order to stay alive…but an unexpected help would show up out of the blue…
