In Marinette's Bedroom...

After the date fell apart, Marinette and everyone else decided to settled down in her room. Mr. Aizawa was surprisingly okay with this since Uraraka and Jirou were right there with Midoriya. He knew he wouldn't take off without any of them, and they promised to make sure he wouldn't do anything like that.

When Marinette showed up with her friends again, her parents were so happy to see them again. They all gave them sandwiches from leftovers at the Bakery Shop and headed up to her bedroom.

Once she closed the door, they all collapsed onto the floor and loveseat feeling absolutely exhausted. Even Jirou after running to catch up with them felt a little tired. The one that was the most tired however was Midoriya. He was sweating quite a bit, which reminded him of when Chloe stun him as Queen Wasp.

An image of Chloe taking his Miraculous popped up again, and he was suddenly wondering where it might be.

"Wh-Where's my Miraculous?!" Midoriya asked them a little too loud.

"Izuku, not so loud," Marinette shushed him as Adrien pulled the Rabbit Miraculous out of his pocket.

"Here, I made sure it didn't get damaged," Adrien said with a little bit of a sad look in his eyes, "I definitely wouldn't want it to happen to you."

Midoriya remembered Adrien mentioning something like a damaged Miraculous causing his mother fall into a comatose state and instantly felt something when he grabbed his Miraculous back from him. The look in his green eyes made him feel like he should apologize after what happened with Adrien when he thought he might've been hiding something from Marinette awhile back.

When he followed him to school. And then got captured by Monarch.

"Hey, Adrien... You know, I never apologized for accusing you of hiding something from Marinette..." Midoriya explained to him, "I actually thought you were working with HawkMoth at one point."

Adrien's eyes widened with shock when Midoriya confessed something so crazy to him. Although, when he actually thought about it, he wasn't surprised at all. Ladybug didn't seem too thrilled about him hiding the fact that his father was HawkMoth, so he wasn't actually that upset about this.

"Adrien, I-I'm sorry... for everything..."

Midoriya gave him a respectful bow, everyone in the room watching Adrien's reaction.

Adrien smiled and his eyes softened as he actually did the same thing to Midoriya. This really surprised him as he jolted upright.

"My father's been to Japan before. He really liked traveling around there and to China as well," Adrien explained, rubbing the back of his head.

Jirou let out a chuckle from behind him, and Adrien felt a little warmer for some reason.

"You're such a dork," She said to him with a smile.

She stood up and walked over to Adrien to give him a kiss on the cheek. He blushed even more and looked at her so tenderly. She felt a little flustered about what she had just done, but then his soft green eyes helped her calm down.

Whatever that Andre was saying though still got through to her and looked elsewhere. She noticed the cork board Marinette put together, and walked over to it.

"What's this, Marinette?" Jirou said as she looked closer at it.

Marinette looked at Jirou, and she had been looking at the cork board. She was a little nervous having Jirou in her bedroom now that Adrien was with her, but she didn't mind sharing this cork board with her.

"Oh, um... this is kind of something I just threw together when I touched--"

Then Marinette suddenly a sharp headache come over her and felt her knees buckle. They all got up, worried about her.

"Marinette, are you okay?" Adrien asked her.

Marinette's eyes were wide open, just like when he saw her staring at the new Rabbit Miraculous. She held her head as if it wasn't going away anytime soon.

"M-My head... I-It hurts..." Marinette said to them, and then she noticed Midoriya's Miraculous.

It wasn't glowing, but she still wanted to reach out for it.

Midoriya noticed this and backed away maybe a little too quickly.

"I-I'll go get you some water," Adrien said as he left her bedroom, "Ochaco, please watch over her."

Midoriya stayed away from her to make sure she wouldn't touch the Miraculous again. He couldn't put her through that, not after the way she looked at it on the Eiffel Tower. She clearly was having a strange reaction to it, so he let Uraraka take care of her.

"You're okay, Marinette," Uraraka said to her, but she could tell just by looking at her that this wasn't a normal headache.

There was something off about it.

"Marinette, did something happen when you were helping Deku on the Eiffel Tower?" Uraraka asked her, catching Midoriya's attention.

She looked up at him and could tell that he knew something about this.

"I-I ju-just..." Marinette said to her, struggling to get it out, "I saw... One for All... all of the heroes... giving it up... to HawkMoth... they knew this was the only way... to get back home..."

Midoriya's eyes widened in shock and stood up a little too quickly. He could tell she saw a little too much and that's why she had such a headache.

But, she definitely saw some things that he wasn't expecting.

Adrien came back in with some water, but she was still on the floor with a headache. He gave her the cup of water, and she struggled to drink some of it. She sat up once it started to settle down and felt a bit of sweat beading down her forehead. She quietly drank the cup of water as everyone around her just waited for her to relax.

"Are you okay, Marinette?" Midoriya asked her, a little worried about his friend.

Marinette wiped off the sweat from her forehead and walked up to the cork board. Midoriya and everyone else watched her jot down some things she had mentioned just now. About One for All and something about HawkMoth taking Midoriya's quirk. She wrote down a few other things, but wasn't sure what it meant.

Marinette moved out of the way, and they all saw what it said:

A way back home??

"Something about your quirk, Izuku..." Marinette said as she stepped back, "Might be the key to getting you guys home, and One for All knew that."

Back at the school...

Midoriya and his friends headed back to the school after what they had found out about his quirk. Marinette guaranteed that this was true. His quirk just let HawkMoth take it and make it into a Miraculous. For some reason, One for All seemed to understand what was going on with Midoriya.

His classmates watched him hold onto his Kwami. Dekku just sat in the palms of his hands, staring up at him in wonder.

"Dekku, do you know anything about this?" Midoriya asked him quietly so no one could hear about it.

The Kwami thought for a moment and seemed to get a little bit of something from what Marinette told him.

"Well, Marinette is definitely right about something. You don't have any of your quirk stored inside of you. I have it all," He told him, "I can tell. When she grabbed the Miraculous on the Effiel Tower, I could feel her looking into it..."

Midoriya was on the edge of his seat, waiting for him to say something that might be useful.

"And?"

"I saw what she just told you guys. Except, there is something else... Something about the Ladybug and Black Cat Miraculous... It felt like, it might've been the moment when Tikki and Plagg accidentally made the wish to bring you guys here... It felt like One for All already knew about it once you guys were brought here... but they weren't able to reach you at the time..."

Midoriya's eyes grew wide over how insanely weird this all was. If this really was true, Midoriya felt anger when he looked back at his Miraculous. This quirk never warned him of Monarch. It went all crazy and hurt Marinette. It even got him akumatized and hurt his friends.

He's just glad that the second time it freaked out on him it was because of a Miraculous's power. It had nothing to do with this.

There had to be something else. There was no way One for All would just do that to him without some sort of explanation.

"Dekku, how do I reach them?" Midoriya asked him, "I need to talk to them about this."

Dekku looked at him a little hesitant. He looked over at the Miraculous and smiled at him.

"You already reached out to them. In your sleep, that's why the Miraculous started glowing the other night," Dekku explained.

Midoriya looked over at the Rabbit Miraculous and put it back on his belt. Since it was close to settling down for the night, Midoriya grabbed his sleeping bag and laid down with Dekku nestled in his hair.

Soon enough, everyone in Class 1-A started to go to bed as well. But Midoriya was already sound asleep.

Another amazing chapter!

Marinette found some found out some crazy stuff about One for All! It seems that Midoriya's quirk knew about this all along, but couldn't reach out to Midoriya at the time. This story is around the time before his quirk became multiple quirks, so when they left, they still weren't able to reach him at this point. Dekku seems to know what's going on with Marinette.

And now with Sabrina going after Midoriya, I wonder what's going to happen next time??
