(End of flashback)

Esmerelda was awakened by the sound of a knocking on the front door of her house. She answers it, and it was Minerva McGonagall. "Minerva, what a pleasant surprise." She asks her, "What brings you here?"

"I thought I come by for a visit," said Minerva. She lets her in by unlocking the door, and then they sit in the living room, where Esmerelda went to the kitchen to make some tea.

"You have a wonderful home in here," said Minerva. "Thank you, Minerva. This used to be my mother's first home," said Esmerelda. She came out from the kitchen, holding a tray of tea and crumpets. She offer her a cup of tea. "Thank you, Esmerelda," said Minerva. "You're welcome."

She asks her, "How are you and the others are doing?" Minerva explains that she and others had been doing ok, ever since the battle was over. "Mr. Potter is working as the new Defense Against Dark Arts professor. We have a couple of students, who are new here. There names are James Sirius and Albus Severus (Harry Potter and Ginny Weasley's sons), Hugo and Rose Granger (Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger's son and daughter), and Scorpius Malfoy (Draco Malfoy and Astoria Greengrass's son)."

She told Esmerelda what Evelina had been doing. "Your daughter had been doing okay with her teaching in the potions class. Evelina is a good professor, just like her dad." Esmerelda said, "If only Severus was here. He would've been very proud of her."

Minerva comforts her. "Esmerelda. I know how much you miss Severus, but you know, he was a good friend and colleague, who was known for being a professor in Hogwarts and the head of Slytherin."

She said, "You know, when Harry Potter told me that Severus was his protector, during the battle. His request is to add the portrait of him in the Headmaster's office." Before she leaves to go back to Hogwarts, Minerva thanks Esmerelda for the tea, and she said, "It was nice talking to you, Esmerelda." Esmerelda said, "It was nice talking to you, Minerva. Thanks for coming."

After Minerva leaves to go back to Hogwarts, Esmerelda goes to her room to look for Eileen and Bernard's letter. "I'm glad that Minerva, along with the others are doing okay, after the battle."
