Hi, everyone! It's me again for this fiction, on this note.
As I said in the Author's Note of the last chapter of my first fiction, this fiction is a revamped version of the first for the reasons explained at the end of my first fiction.
I intend to have a less flashy Naruto with his actions. Also, I plan to have a far cleaner board for my Gamer set than the original story, with far more readable and explicit stuff.
Then, there is the monologue part, for which I will reduce the cadence at which I write them, but there will always be monologues at crucial points.
I will try my best to reduce the Shakespearean way of writing I usually do; there are no promises on that one, but I will do my best.
By the way, I'm currently using the Grammarly application for grammar and related stuff. This will reduce the number of these faults to a minimum, but there may still be some faults here and there. I will reduce it to the strict minimum; if not, I will reduce it to 0 as much as possible.

One of these days, in May 2024, I worked in the lawyer/law sector for a good-sized company I created in Paris. I have been in the business for a long time, with 20 years of experience out of 38 years of living. I held the production manager post and oversaw a key destination abroad.

By 18 years old, my mother, unfortunately, passed away due to health issues that resulted by the 18 last years and how hard it had been on her, but how I turned out was her reward – which became the cornerstone of my attitude: Never let it happen again.
Hence, I turned myself to law education and martial arts. The first was enabling fewer people in situations like mine to prosper.
The latter was for self-defense and protection of those who could not defend themselves. For a nearly 50-year-old man, I look more like a 30-31-year-old man.
It was during my travel to the first district of Paris that my life would change. I noticed a situation making my blood boil in my peripheral vision.
A young lady was being harassed by a gang of 6 individuals who weren't "friendly" per se with her in a closed alleyway. I decided to intervene, but not before considering the area.
This was an area that was suitable for such despicable actions. I noted suspicious behavior from someone nearby who considered it a possible rival gang.
"It seems that you don't have the guts to accost a lady by himself and require the support of goons for it? And you do it in a closed alleyway on top of it? It can be considered as harassment or an attempt of rape or kidnapping, you know." I said in a loud voice when I entered the closed alleyway.
"Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! My man, what are you implying there? We were harassing her or something. Nah, it is not like this, my man! We asked her if she was right to come with us for an "enjoyable time" as we were in a good relationship. And please turn down your voice! We are not here to make a scene," the seeming leader said.
"Bold words for someone who is "Trying" to ask a woman out for "Quality Time" with goons and in a closed alleyway. More like you are the kind of guy that doesn't assume the fact he is a loser who isn't popular, you wet-chicken." I retorted.
"You little … guys. How about we make him understand "the way of life," huh?" he said, with his goons agreeing to it.
What followed was nothing short of an embarrassment for them as I dispatched the group quite quickly until the presumed leader took the young lady hostage with a gun I had not seen before.
"Well, it seems you are in a precarious situation. You have a choice: either you go on your knees kindly, or I shoot her." He ordered.
'It seems I do not have any other options other than obeying him so she is safe, and if I'm right, he'll wish to finish me at some point; it will be my chance,' I thought before doing what he said.
"Well, you don't seem such a hotshot, nay? Hn, it's payback time, everyone! Beat him down a peg or two." I said to them.

To see the numbers go up broke something in me, as whatever the meaning was, the word "reincarnation" meant I was going to die. I swore that if I departed from this world for whatever was on the other side, I would go my way.

It turns out that cops came just after I punched him, and one of them just went straight up to his weapon of service and immediately shot twice, once in the neck area and once in the chest area.
Immediately after that, the other cops tackled the mad cop, and the ambulance's sirens came out. More police officers arrived, and from there, it became fuzzier and fuzzier, and I knew my end was nigh.

"Aw! So lame, I thought for all my loyal services that at least I would pass the rest of eternity with such a cute, magnificent, and seemingly intelligent woman. *sigh*." I pouted while making her blush more.
"You are as much as your mother described you, a bundle of sunshine wrapped by a layer of harshness." She said, giggling.

- World of Naruto | Just after the Genin Exam Graduation -
Today was a memorable spring day in the Village Hidden in the Leaf of Konohagakure no Sato – as this day was when the hopefuls from the Shinobi Academy graduated from it to become shinobi and technically adults.
All were joyous, all but one. That one's name was Uzumaki Naruto | the Pariah of Konoha, the Demon Child, and the Fox Boy, to name a few of his monikers at age 11.
Why do you ask?
'A Failure' … That was what Uzumaki Naruto was thinking about right now after he failed the Genin Exam a second time in a row at eleven.
The 3rd attempt next year would be his last chance to become a shinobi for life, to achieve his dream to become Hokage, and to become respected by all to come while sitting in his usual spot on the swing under a tree.
That is why he was sad and depressed on this joyous day of celebration. Mind you, and a few others were also sad for other reasons than the blond as they were sad FOR the blonde failure of the exam; those were the only ones that the blonde could call a friend(s)/family, being :
Sarutobi Hiruzen the Sandaime Hokage (3rd Fire Shadow) of Konoha –
Ichiraku Ayame and Teuchi the owner of the ramen stands Ichiraku –
Umino Iruka a Chunin Sensei at the academy –
Finally, Hyuga Hinata, a not-so-secret Naruto fangirl to all but the concerned one of her affections.
The latter of the saddened people thought, 'Poor Naruto … you worked so hard, without flinching and with determination … but no help was granted to you, and you were wronged for doing nothing except pranks which are harmless … ' thought one Hyuga Hinata while looking at him from afar, not to be seen.
Timeskip up to tonight of the same.
After having dinner at Ichiraku and returning to its home. He went to its low table with the remaining economies from its orphan stipend pension given each month by its Jiji the Sandaime while thinking for himself :
'Why? Why does my life suck so hard? Why did I do to merit such a harsh life?' 'Being neglected and ignored at the orphanage by the staff and other orphans.
He was kicked out at four and lived in the street for an entire year before Anbu, wearing a dog mask with silver-defying hair named Inu, noticed him and brought him to the Hokage, where he was given an apartment.
It would not matter, as all the other inhabitants of the complex left when they learned that he was there too – and they did not wish to be near "the Demon Child," as they say.
Also, he is overcharged by the few stores accepting him with items near expired, if not outright passed, groceries, and finally having his education at the academy sabotaged by the teachers.
He was on his very last leg as his economy was dire at only half the month – he was on his previous attempt at the academy, and he had no friend to call if he did not consider Nara Shikamaru, Akimichi Choji, and Hyuga Hinata, who were decent classmates but not close enough to be called friends.
His crush on one Haruno Sakura – one of the most popular girls of his generation was constantly rejecting him violently.
His mental state was so bad that he looked at the drawer. He never thought he would even draw its content … before darkness took him.
Timeskip 1½ hours at the hospital
'You would be so ashamed, Minato-kun … so much ashamed of the hypocrisy of the village you sacrificed your own life, the one of your wife, and most definitely your son for such ingrate, disrespectful, and abject people.' Thought grimly, Hiruzen – looking even older than he was.
All the while, he was looking at the boy with its characteristic mop of spiky blond hair and medical equipment over him while recovering from his suicide attempt at his apartment after Hiruzen used its telescopic technique to look for his "honorary" grandson in all but blood and discover the gruesome sight of the boy.
'Bastards of the civilian council and most definitely you, Danzo, my old friend – if not for your intervention at the council meeting after the Attack of Kyûbi 11 years ago. Naruto's secret would have remained a secret, and he would have had a decent and better childhood than this hellish one he had endured.' He thought.
'And damn this civilian for going behind my back during my reinstatement – for they took so much political power from me and anchored themselves quite heavily that I can't do anything without proves of their felony(ies) – same with Danzo and it not so much disbanded Root Anbu.' He thought before the Inu Anbu appeared in a swirl of leaves.
"Report," Asks the old shadow. It is as suspected, milord; he used a knife in the drawer to "stop his suffering," as he would say." Says the masked Anbu, with Hiruzen lowering his head and shadow on his eyes.
"Permission to speak freely ?" he asked. "Accorded" was the answer.
"We cannot let that continue, Hiruzen-Sama! It is his last chance to become shinobi and leave the clutches of the civilian council, and we need to take more initiative for him! There must be something to be done for him !" he spoke.

'I would be damn if I would let the furball when I could do something.' I thought before concentrating on trying to create the Chains when I heard the sound.

'Not now, I want to use it. Since I know what it is.' I thought and launched the chains inside the cage and the 9-tails.
For the next 15 minutes, it was a tug-of-war. I used my Gamer's Mind and Gamer's Body effects to interfere with the seeming takeover since my Gamer's Mind enabled me not to be taken over.
The Body's variant is there to regenerate my mental energy seemingly, but it is weakening.
"You! Damn it, I was so close to taking over the Biju! If only these two Gamer's abilities of yours weren't there, it would have been a total victory from the start! I will come back, and you will pay for it." Roared the dark presence before disappearing.
"Yeah, and I'm your mommy taking care of you. Bast**d – I hope you won't come back before long." I replied.
"I do hope you'll recover well, 9-tails. We'll speak once you recover at least a good chunk of your energy," I said before leaving the same alleyway I came from.
"Hn, I don't need your concern, human – but still, this dark presence appeared just after this night.
To top it all off, something is highly off with him! He could never use the chains, and I sensed some sensing abilities from him. This seems to be why he came without any real surprise." Said the 9-tails to himself.

This famous or infamous, depending on who you ask, is known as Sarutobi Hiruzen—the Sandaime, The Professor, The Kami no Shinobi (The God of Shinobi)—the victor of the Dainiji Ninkaitaisen to Daisanji Ninkaitaisen (the 2nd and 3rd Great Shinobi Wars)—the Head of the Sarutobi Clan of Konoha.
The second individual is none other than Hatake Kakashi – the last remaining survivor of team 7 of Namikaze Minato, the Yondaime Hokage (4th Hokage) of the leaf and the sole known member of the Hatake family/clan (dunno which one it is as it was never stated if there were a Hatake clan in og Naruto).
'Hot ding it! That some heavy lifters and high-status individuals are inside the same room. I mentally said with the Anbu Guards here, then the Hokage, and finally Kakashi Hatake.
"Hm, it seems that our little friend over there is waking up, as I can see," Said Hiruzen.
"How are you, my boy? You gave quite the fright, you know !" Said Hiruzen, with Kakashi giving an understanding node.
"I am fine, Jii-chan! I am good as new and ready to take the world over by storm! Datta'Bane," I answered back in a Naruto-like manner. No, I will not say Datte'Bayo.

'Did he just say, I think he said?' was the thought of Hiruzen and Kakashi.
"hu, something wrong, Jii-chan?" I said while noticing their look, which I knew was about the Datta'Bane.
"No, nothing wrong, Naruto-kun. It is because you could have used your usual catchphrase. Other than that, it's all good.
Can you tell us what happened at your house? Any memories of what happened? He is Inu, who found you at your home on his way back to the Tower." Asked Hiruzen, with a grandfatherly manner on the outside – while frowning on the inside at the side of his grandson in all but blood – as none can go from such a depressed state that led to committing seppuku to then being put to an artificial coma and awaking as if nothing happened in even the slightest.
"Well, you see, jii-chan! I was pretty depressed after my graduation attempt yesterday. After my dinner at Ichiraku, Teuchi Oji-san, and Ayame Nee-chan tried with mixed results. I returned home and thought about my journey, which made me more … depressed than ever.
Before looking at my drawer, my vision became fuzzy, and I was engulfed by darkness," I answered as calmly as possible with two confirmed pairs of eyes on me.
"Hmm, your vision is becoming fuzzy and being engulfed by darkness, you say ?" he asked. I nodded before adding, "I didn't see anyone in my apartment, nor did I see anyone at the window because my thoughts and the drawer absorbed me."

Hiruzen's mind drifted towards his old rival in the name of Shimura Danzo – the War Hawk – the Root Anbu Leader. 'What are you trying to do, Danzo? Are you trying to kidnap him and enlist him into your undercover/illegal forces of Root while covering this under suicide? Oh, you sneaky bastard! I will not let you sully him more than it already did by these mongrels of civilians.' Hiruzen internally growled at such a thought.
"Well, Naruto, I will send my doctor to check up on you so you can be discharged today! Inu will keep a clone to escort you safely to your apartment, Naru-Chan. Is it okay with you?" Did the Hokage say with the Inu-masked Anbu with silver-defying hair agent nodded affirmatively
"It is okay, Jiji! It will be quick before I return home and train. Seriously, Jiji! I will become so strong this time (premonition of what will effectively be). I will steamroll the exams to take your hat and seat, Dattabane!" I said.
Hiruzen and Kakashi smiled at my antics, noting that the catchphrase was still there, and wished for it to change as if I kept it, it would bring more suspicions.

I understand, the copying, archiving, searching for details on the seal's author, and then destroying the seal will begin.
It will take quite some time; by tomorrow at 6:00 a.m., it will be complete.

But if I were to guess, Jiraiya most likely is the culprit - I never liked him for his behavior and moral compass, while his prowess is nothing to sneeze at, mind you. But behavior-wise, I find him shitty, which God-Father ignore their charges for 12 years, only to teach him jack-shit. I wouldn't put past him to have been part of the downfall of Uzu, Dan, and possibly Nawaki.' I thought while leaving the hospital reception area with Inu.
